I wonder if CBS/Paramount is going to do the same stunt as Warner did with Friends. First they released the normal TV versions and later they suddenly released them again, but this time as extended DVD versions with episodes that was between 2 and 5 minutes longer. I do wonder if Paramount suddenly decides to release Charmed Extended DVD boxes with episodes that has previously unseen footage. This off cause also makes it possible to release the other version of Forever Charmed i have read about on IMDB, the one just named The Series Finale, that actually does have unseen footage.
Extened special DVD versions of Charmed, that would not be so bad.

Well, since all eight seasons are already out, that's highly unlikely.
Now say when they release the 10-year anniversary or the 20-year anniversary versions, then they might. I'd be curious to know what they originally had planned for the finale and how much it's changed.

"I'm so confused," Victor proclaimed. "Do you mean there are missing scenes from Forever Charmed that survived the cutting room floor. Was I in any of them?"

I don't know if anyone knows if there are any cut scenes in existence, from any of the seasons. I would think, if there are, that someone like Brad K. has them. If not then they are either in an archive somewhere or they were tossed. There is also the higher probability that there was, sometimes, someone shooting home movies with a digital video camcorder around the sets.
Another thought is that lost footage, outtakes, and such are rarely tossed these days. BK was after Paramount to do extras for the DVDs for years, and they only relented on the last season release. That is why I think the footage may exist but Brad has some or all of it. Imagine the funny outtakes, missed lines, missed demon cues, etc. Would be a blast of a gag reel.

Yes, wouldn't you like to see a gag reel with scenes from Prue discussing her duty date with (r)ick? I can just see the actresses cracking up over Shannen's lines. How they got this past the WB reviewers is beyond me. (Careful What You Witch For)

I have the season 5 gag reel and it is hilarious. Rose has a really dirty mouth and you can even hear "Leo" cursing at the elders. It's fantastic, I'd pay more money for that than for the entire season 8.

Paramount is not known for throwing away non used material in prev. productions This has been seen a lot in later DVD releases from them with either Collectors Ed boxes or the so called Directors Cut DVDs.
