Paige Mathews smiled as she rocked baby wyatt in her arms,unlike her sister phoebe,she chose not to coo baby chris with annoying baby talk but with sweet lulbys and songs.as she hummed a little tune her sister phoebe orbed in."woho" phoebe said happily as she bouneded over to paige."wow!" paige exclaimed with enthusiam."seems like your tapping into the baby's powers".phoebe placed her hand on her stomach."she's such a cute little baby who helps her mommy?you do.odddoo".phoebe replied to her mid-section as paige rolled her eyes.aparently baby chris seemed annoyed by her actions and turned to burry his face into paige's lap."where's piper?" phoebe asked as she ploped down on a chair besides paige."with leo pickig out baby outfits for chris' ceromony" paige replyed airly.baby chris began to shuffle in her lap so she handed him over to phoebe."here" paige said.she strided out the room and left phoebe with a frown on her face."what's wrong with auntie paige?" she asked baby chris.she cradeled him in her arms a bit more."your so cute...yes you are.".

paige sat down on her bed and opened up her photo diary.it was filled with pictures of her parents before the acidnet.she pulled up her red laced diary that she kept on the side of her bed and began to scribble:

dear diary,
she paused to write this the right way

i bumped into chris last night.he looked a wreck,ever since baby chris was born he has been working harder than ever to be a good whitleighter for the family.yesterday he was reading a book to wyatt and chris.it was so adorable.but that's not why i'm writing...
she paused to chew her pen cap,a bad habit she had picked up but she didn't know where.

well it kinda is..i'm not sure yet.it's hard to explain.it's actually about leo.me and phoebe think that he's cheeting on piper but we don't know how yet.he's been 'up there' too muchand when phoebe was doing the landuary she found lipstick on his shirt that isn't piper's.i hope we're wrong.

she close the diary shut an rolled over in her bed.she sighed and closed her eyes and fell asleep.

piper and leo stood in the nercery room aranging a basentett and mobiule to hang over chris' crib.dayrall and shelia happily offered to watch wyatt and chris for the day."i can't stay long piper" leo said as he folded a blanket and shoved it onto the shelf."it's okay" piper replied,trying to hide the hint of sadness in her voice."i understand..it's just complicated with you and the baby".leo sighed and ran his hands through his hair."things will be better soon i promise." leo said as he took her hand."we'll find away..we always do".and then they kissed.the type of kiss that two people share when they are in love.at the door stood a figure.he shook his head and smiled...

it was chris.he smiled and turned around only to bump into a teary eye paige.he picked up the now shattered tea cup that she was holding before he knocked it out of her hands."what's wrong?" chris asked,his face full of concern."nothing "paige replied as she walked down the steps."how's the search going?" she asked,trying to change the subject."which one?" chris questioned with a smirk."with leo" paige wispered."ohh" chris said as his smile dropped."it's fine i suppose.i can't get anything on him yet." he took a moment to pause.he ran his hair through his hair."God,i hope you guys are wrong about this one.".he walked over to the sink."ouch" he yelped in pain as he looked down to a slightly bloodied hand.he had cut it on one of the sharp peices of shattered cup."here" paige said as she took his hand a nd ran cold wter over it.chris and paige blushed a slight bit."thanks" chris murmered as she let go of his hand."want some tea?" he offered as he pulled up a seat.paige checked her watch."i have nothing else better to do" she said as she joined him at the table.she had so many questions to asked the mysterious whitelighter.like where was he from or did he know her."so" chris said,as he broke paige out of her thoughts,"what are you going to do today?".paige blushed.she swished her cup around and then set it on the table."go to work and then go on the atkins diet".chris let out a small laugh."you don't need it.you are perfectly fine".after chris said that he looked the other way.paige's cheeks lit up an bright red again."so" paioge said trying to control the conversation."what are you doing today?".chris sat back into his chair and took a sip of tea."check the book on what gets to baby chris and wyatt".paige looked at him curiously."what?" chris asked,smiling."nevermind" paige replied

"piper" phoebe asked as she tapped on piper's door."go away" a voice from inside said."i just wanted to know if you have seen chris." phoebe said.there was small thud and then you heard a clock hit the floor."are you okay?" phoebe asked,her face full of concern."yeah" piper said."i don't know where chris is."there was a bump and then a yelp."piper?" phoebe asked again."what the hell is going on in there?"there was no answer."i'm comming in" phoebe said as she placed her hand on the knob."no"piper said.there was another thump(piper falling off the bed) and then she opened the door.behind her the room was dark.piper,though,had her hair wildly sticking up in different directions and she had on well..a sheet cover."i'm busy" piper replied,annoyed by her sister's intrusion.phoebe smilled."i can see that" phoebe said."off" piper said as she shut the door behind her.phoebe smiled and went down stairs."and she wonders why she's always pregnant".

paige was on the phone while chris siped his tea."sure" paige said into the phone."actually" paige began as phoebe walked into the room,"she's right here"."who is it?" phoebe asked chris."your husband" chris replied with a hint of annoyance in his voice.he never did like phoebe's husband."okay" paige said again."bye".she hung up the phone before phoebe could reach it."he said he had to go" paige said to phoebe.phoebe pouted and rubed her stomach."oh well...did he say when he'll be able to come over?you know so i can tell him that.." phoebe began."your a witch" chris finshed for her."okay,what's your problem?" phoebe asked crossing her arms."nothing" chris sighed.there was a crash upstairs."hey!" phoebe yelled as she frowned."keep it down up there!!"."sorry" came leo's voice."are you doing anything today?" phoebe asked as she took chris' cup of tea."hey" chris intergected."i wasn't finished with that"."i know" phoebe said as she sipped the cup."yeah,me and chris are going out shopping"paige replied.chris raised an eyebrow."we are?" chris asked,amused."yeah and we'll be gone for a while...want anything?".phoebe though for a second."can i have a tub of fudge,3 cans of ben and jerry's and ebler fudge cookies delux?"phoebe asked,her mouth watering at the thought of it."sure" paige said.she snatched up chris hand."come on" paige egeraly said.phoebe slumped onto the couch and dug into her pocket.she pulled out a picture of her and ryan.she traced her fingers around the edge of the picture and sighed.

after 2 hours in the store chris had his hands full of clothes,high heels and makeup."when you said shopping i though you ment like food and grocerys".paige rolled her eyes."this is important".chris gave her a look."okay" paige said relently."there's just one little thing..." she took chris free arm and pulled him into a shop.she scurreyed up the isles until she found what she wanted."oaky ready!" paige exclaimed happily.chris face dropped when he saw the ittem she had chosen."you got to be kidding me" chris said unbelieveningly...

leo leaned over and gave piper a kiss."i'll see you at dinner" leo wispered.he orbed out.piper walked into the hallway and she swore she saw dust.she grabbed her cleaning tools and mr.clean and began to scrub the floor."i'll vanquish...i'll clean you dust!" she kept murmering.

leo orbed in up there and took a seat on the bench.around him tall white pillars towered up into the heavens and gold light poured down from the cealing.there were clear pools of water all over the place,the perfect spot for an elder to watch over the whitelighters and their charges.hooded beings wallked in different directions,but he wasn't focusing on that.he was focusing on a woman that came hurrying towards him."hey" she wispered,keeping her face hidden."hey" he said back.they shared an akward smile before orbing out.

they reapeared in a forest somewhere in a parallell dimention.it was the perfect spot to meet with out being seen."i've missed you" leo said as he sliped the hood off her head."me too" she replied with a kiss.they sat like that,lips intertwinmed for a few minutes before breaking away."what's wrong?" leo asked as he brushed a stray hair from her face."nothing..it's just you sure piper won't find out?" she asked,her voice filled with worry."don't worry" leo repiled as he kissed her again."she'll never find out."

"tampons!" chris said as he walked out the store."you made me buy tampons!".paige realised that a few people were stareing at them so she hushed chris until they got out the store."why?" chris asked calming down."well" paige began" when it's that special time of the month a woman..." chris cut her off."ugh" chris said as he shivvered"didn't want to know all of that." paige hit him lightly."your the one that wanted to know".chris pouted with mock pain."let's go home" chris sujested."piper should have dinner done by now".paige smiled and extended out her hand.chris took her hand and began to walk around the corner."uhh chris?" paige asked."yeah" chris said.he was really happy right now.he was holding paige's hand,it was a perfect day(besides the whole tampons thing) and now demon had attacked yet."i want my bags." paige replied."oh" chris said stupidly as he blused and handed her one of her bags.paige smiled tonight would be a long night.........

after a satifying dinner paige retreated to her room to scribble in her diary.she hoped into the bath tub,lit candels and began to scribble her day into the small laced red diary.

i made chris buy tampons.heh.the way he looked was pricelesss.he looks so cute when he's angry.actually he looks cute period.

paige snapped the book shut and chasitsed herself.'stop it paige' she scolded herself.'he's not that great besides the peircing green eyes,soft shaggy brown hair,sexy smile'.she stopped herself again.this was nuts.she reached for her cd player trying to tune out her romantic thoughts of chris and sunk under a layer of bubbles.

mean while chris was laying in his bedroom with the lights off.in front of him stood a picture of his parents hugging him.the picture was taken last year but the day was still fresh in his mind.he remembered his mother's gentel kiss atop his forehead before telling him to cut his hair and his father telling his mother that it was perfect the way it was.he remembered the snow that had laced with his mother's soft brown hair and the snowball fights his dad used to have with him.he rolled over.he remembered how the car had colided with the truck while he was in the back seat."orb damnit!" he remember his father telling his mother."but what about you connor?" chris mother pleaded."dad" chris called out."i can orb you just let go".but it was too late the car was consumed in flames.to chris it was all in slow moation as his mom and dad became as shadow in the blazing fire as chris orbed out instinctly.chris began fitted with rage."i let them die" chris thought as he slammed the photo album to the floor sending pictures up into the air and then falling down like snow."why" he cried out as tears straked down his eyes.outside the locked door piper and phoebe stood listening to chris cry out."chris are you okay?" piper said in a soothingly motherly tone.chris answered by throwing a book against the door.paige came walking happily up the steps wearing a red tank top and silver shorts."what's all the noise?" paige asked as she heard chris cry out again."he won't tell us what's wrong" phoebe said sadly as she clutched her head."i gues the empath blocking poation is wearing off" she sighed.paige orbed out of the hallway.thunder lit the sky and rain began to pound on the windows.

paige orbed in next to chris who was ripping up some papers with tears streaking down his eyes."chris"paige said slowly.chris raised his eyes to look at her and when he did paige practically fainted.there was so much sarrow and woe in his eyes you could actually feell his heart crumbeling.she picked up a picture that was on the floor and held out a finger towards it.a small blue spark etmited from her finger to light the picture for her."this was your mom and dad" paige asked slowly.chris walked over towards her and sat down."used to be" his voice cold and menancing."i'm sorry.if it helps" paige said swallowing back tears" my parents are dead too." then chris something un-expected.he took paige hand and intertwined his fingers with hers.paige felt her heart slip two beats as she leaned onto chris' shoulder."they died in a car acident" chris wispered on.paige looked up into his eyes."so did mine" she said in a calm voice."i'm sorry i acted like that" chris said."it just hurts so bad that they're gone and sometimes i just can't handel i-" chris didn't finish his sentence because paige had kissed him.she was shocked at her actions as chris's hand slid through her red hair.she sighed slightly as they stayed in the dark like this,lips intertwined with each other's.and then she began to cry.chris broke away and tilted up her chin."what's wrong?" chris asked.even though it was dark in the room paige could tell that chris' green eyes flashed with worry."nothing it's just..." her voice trailed off."there's so many things with the demon attacks and everything i don't know if we should be doing this.".chris put a finger to her lips."don't worry" chris wispered as he brushed her cheek with his other hand."i'm not going anywhere" and rain blew harder.chris kissed paige again,their hand still intertwined.

aww...pass the klenex there ya go people.paige and chris.and as my handsome husband would say.."no,no,no" chirs is not piper and leo's son.the baby was named chris after him for being such a good whitelighter

a few weeks later
chris looked up at paige,who shifted uncomfortably in the bed."if i was to say something would you agree?" paige questioned.chris rasied an eyebrow."what are you talking about?".paige walked over towards the window,lightening blazing outside."never mind" paige replied inwardly as she shifted her weight onto the dresser."stop it" chris muttered as paige gave him a look."i know what your going to say".paige looked up at him."what are you talking about.?".chris frowned,this was no time to play stupid because if it was he sure as hell wouldn't be there."why did you do it?" paige asked quietly."why did you come back".paige continued on."i don't know paige!"chris raged."i came back to fall in love with you and then realise that i would end up breaking your heart in the end when i went back!".paige was taken aback by what chris had said and yelled back"well why did you say you love me?".chris stood up."because i do paige!damnit can't you see?".paige stopped and looked at the floor."i do too"."but it isn't enough" chris continued on.paige's eyes darted up to look at chris'."i can't do this" chris said quietly."do what?" paige murmered."i'm sorry"chris began as he removed his eyes from hers"i can't see you anymore" and with that he orbed out."chris?" paige called as she fell to the bed in tears
