Sequel to Scary Future

Chris falls back and lands on his back. He just stares at something unseen in front of him. Suddenly his hand starts to glow. There were circles which were intertwined with each other. One circle was glowing more than the others. But it got dimmer and dimmer as the unseen thing approached. It walked up to him with a golden knife held in its hand. It bent down over him. It delicately draws a half circle on his chest. It pulls back the skin. He tried to scream but couldn’t. He couldn’t move either but he did feel all of the pain. Next, it dug its hands under his ribs and started snipping them in two. It removed and tossed each rib aside, until it reached what it wanted. It picked up the knife once again. It cut each artery and other veins that held it in place. Then, it reached in and carefully removed he’s heart from he’s bloody body. With his heart gone he could finally die. So, he did and it ran off with his heart.

Everything was blurry and slowly came into focus. Chris was lying on his back in the attic of the Manor with Piper standing over him.
“Are you OK?”<br>“Yeah,” he answered slowly thinking about what had just happened.
Apparently he answered too slowly because Piper got a worried look on her face and said “No, you aren’t.” She helped him up and guided him towards the couch. Chris just sat there dazed, with a look of tear on his face, starring into space and slightly shaking. “What happened?” Not getting an answer she decided to bring in some help. “Paige.”<br>A few seconds later blue orbs formed Paige.
“What is it, Piper?”<br>Piper stepped aside to revile Chris. Paige went over, waved a hand in front of his face and got no response.
“What’s wrong with him?”<br>“I don’t know. I heard a thump up here. I came up and found him on the floor, starring at something in front of him but nothing was there. He looked really scared and looked like he was in a lot of pain. He came out of it and I walked him to the couch. There was something else….”<br>“What?”<br>“His hand was glowing with these circles. All the circles were intertwined with each other but this one circle glowed more then the others. That circle started to get really dim until it didn’t glow at all. Then the other circles started to move until each circle was intertwined with each other once again.”<br>“I wonder what it was”<br>“I don’t know”<br>They both looked at Chris.
“Paige, maybe you should get Phoebe”<br>“OK,” she said in a shower of orbs. She orbed back in with Phoebe. Phoebe screamed and doubled over.
“Phoebe.” Piper and Paige were on each side of their sister.
“So much pain, rage, sadness, and terror all at once.” Phoebe screamed once more and whimpered. All that noise snapped Chris out of it. He saw Phoebe and knew she had sensed his feeling. So, he did what he always did, locked away everything he felt. Instantly Phoebe stopped and couldn’t feel anything at all from Chris. Phoebe stared at Chris wondering how he was so good at blocking him and what else he could do.
“Are you OK,” Chris asked Phoebe.
“Yeah. Shouldn’t I be asking you that question?”<br>“I’m fine,” he said so calmly it was kind of scary.
“Chris, what happened?” Piper asked/demanded.
“Nothing.”<br>“Fine.” Piper found paper and drew what she had seen on Chris’s hand. “Leo.”<br>Blue orbs formed in front of her.
“What is it, Piper?”<br>She gave him the paper. “What is it?”<br>Leo started at it with disbelief. “Where did you get this?”<br>”It was glowing on Chris’s hand so I draw it.”<br>“I always thought it was just a legend.” Leo looked at Chris with a new found respect.

“There is a legend telling of the finest warriors of the world. All of these warriors have that symbol on there hand. Each circle represents a warrior. If a warrior dies they see and feel it. When a new warrior is born they sense it and know where they are. They can sense each other anywhere in the world. The intertwined circles represent their bond. They are all connected even if they are not together. They can be anyone; mortal, witch, demon, magical creature …anyone. It doesn’t matter what they are when they are changed they are all the same. There is two of them, the regular them and the warrior them. When they change into the warrior, ancient symbols appear on their skin. It’s said the symbols are ancient protection spells wrote by the Gods. The warriors are strong and skilled fighters. They protect the world, that’s always their mission. Since Chris has that symbol he is a Warrior of the World.”
“Not just any warrior, our leader,” said a voice from a golden flash produced by a portal. The voice belonged to a girl about the same age as Chris with beautiful golden curls that fell down her back, crystal clear blue eyes, full pink lips and wearing black jeans, a red halter top, and black shoes with a slight heel.
“Hey, Vanessa.”
“What did they do? I’m only the leader when they do something then you blame it on me.”<br>“They didn’t do anything. And most of the time it is your fault.”<br>”Hey.” Chris thought for a while. “OK maybe it is my fault most of the time but not all.”<br>“Not all, that’s what Michael’s for.”<br>“Where are they, anyway?”<br>There was a golden flash again followed by 6 children who attacked Chris.
“Here.” Vanessa couldn’t help but laugh at the sight of 6 children all clinging on to Chris. Soon they were all laughing at Chris trying to pry them off of himself.
“Umm…guys are you going to let me go anytime soon?”<br>“No,” they all said and then clung even tighter. Chris looked at Vanessa.
“Alright guys I think it’s time to let him go.” They all slowly let Chris go. There were 3 girls and 3 boys all around the age of 5-7.
“We have to go for a little while but they are going to take care of you while we are gone,” Chris said.
“Casey,” blonde hair and blue eyes, “Max,” brown hair and brown eyes, “Tara.” brown wavy hair and green eyes, “Cassie,” red hair and brown eyes, “Seth.” blonde hair and blue eyes, “Shawn,” black hair and blue eyes.
“Piper, Leo, Phoebe, Paige.” Chris said pointing at each when he said there name.
Vanessa and Chris stud side by side.
“You have to promise use something,” Vanessa started.
“What?” each kid asked.
“To be good,” Chris finished.
“We are always good,” Seth said. Chris and looked at them and gave them a ‘yeah right’ look.
“And that means doing what they tell you.”<br>“No breaking anything.”<br>“No starting any fights.”<br>“Do we have to go on?”<br>They all shook their heads.
“Just behave.”<br>“We will be back soon.” Chris and Vanessa disappeared in a golden flash of portal light leaving 4 unsuspecting adults with 6 kids.

As soon as Chris and Vanessa reappeared they had to turn away from the sight of their friend. Vanessa buried her face in Chris’s chest.
“It’s even worse in person,” she said fighting back tears.
“I know but we have to do this.” They turned back around and walked over to the body. Chris was on one side and Vanessa on the other. The held out their arms and held each others hand. A gust of wind signaled a protective circle around them and they began the ritual.
“I Christopher Perry Halliwell, son of the second eldest Charmed One, son of the Elder Leo, warrior and leader of the Warriors of the World call upon the spirit of Michael Ryan Mitchel, all of his loved ones and all fallen warriors.”<br>“I Vanessa Willow Evens, daughter of the High Priests Constance, daughter of the witch Gene Evens, warrior and second leader of the Warriors of the World, call upon the spirit of Michael Ryan Mitchel, all of his loved ones and all fallen warriors.”<br>From the bloody body the spirit of Michael rose, all his loved ones, and all fallen warriors formed a circle around them.
“So I’m died.” Michael looked around at everyone. He starred at a very hot looking warrior. “Maybe being died wont be so bad.” He looked at Chris and Vanessa. “I’m going to miss you guys. Tell the kids I love them. Do me a favor and kill that thing that killed me but don’t get killed. I love you guys and I want to see you again when you are very old. That way you get to live a long life and I get to make fun of you because I will look young and hot and you guys will be just old and wrinkly.”
“Same old Michael even in death,” they both thought.
Chris and Vanessa looked around at the other spirits gathered.
“Protect this spirit,” Chris said.
“And guide this spirit,” Vanessa added.
They turned their attention back to Michael.
“Good bye,” they both said
“Bye.”<br>All the spirits reached out with their right hand and touched Michael. They all rose higher and higher until they went through the ceiling and disappeared in a flash of pure white light. The now spirit less body soon faded into the same pure white light. All that was left was Chris and Vanessa. They looked around but found nothing that could tell them anything about what had killed their friend.
When Chris and Vanessa returned to the Manor they found the house a total wreck. The couch was flipped over , its cushions torn up and scattered all around. A small table with a chair on top was under a fan which Shawn and Seth both hanging on going around and around. Somewhere a radio blasted extremely loud music that Casey and Cassie danced to on top of the dinning room table. In the kitchen Tara and Max were having a flour fight and had almost the whole kitchen and them covered in flour. Piper was locked in a crystal cage yelling at Tara and Max for reining her kitchen. Paige was locked in a crystal cage yelling at Cassie and Casey. Leo was locked in a cage telling Shawn and Seth to come down. Phoebe was locked in a cage between Paige and Piper yelling at them to shut up. The stairs banister was broken and shredded pillows lined the stairs. Anything breakable was broken. As soon as the kids saw them they stopped what they were doing and put on a sweet innocent face.
"Went better than I expected," Vanessa said.
"Yeah, I thought for sure they were going to burn this place down."
"Chris, Vanessa little help?" Shawn asked/begged.
"Please, at first it was fun but now we're just really dizzy," begged Seth.
Vanessa and Chris got under the fan of kids.
"Drop," Vanessa said kinda mad.
They hesitated.
"We will catch you," Chris said convincingly.
They dropped.
Chris caught Seth and Vanessa caught Shawn. Chris kicked away one crystal of Leo's cage freeing him all while suppressing a laugh. They traveled to the next set of kids with Leo, Seth, and Shawn following. Vanessa turned off the music and freed Paige and Phoebe. They all went to the last set of kids. Chris uncaged a very pissed off Piper. All the kids hide behind Chris and Vanessa and slowly Leo, Paige, and Phoebe joined them. Slowly Chris and Vanessa turned their backs to Piper.
"You guys know the rules, you make the mess you clean it up," said Chris.
"But it's going to take us hours even days but you two can do it in seconds," Seth whinnied.
"Why would we want to do that?" asked Chris.
"Because.....we will all be good and behave the rest of the time we are here."
"Do you all agree to this?"
"yes," all said.
"And you mean it?"
"Yes."
"Alright, deal." Chris and Vanessa held hands. A golden glow radiated from them soon spreading everywhere. Everything it touched it restored to normal. Even Tara and Max were turned cleaned. The whole house was as it was before the kids arrived. They dropped hands, stopping the glow.
"If you guys go upstairs, get cleaned up, and ready for bed we'll order pizza and maybe watch a movie," Chris said.
Vanessa held out her hands and in a flash of portal light 6 duffel bags that served as suitcases appeared in her hands. As each kid ran past they graped their bag. When they all left the charmed ones and Leo sat down at the table. Chris and Vanessa leaned against the island. Vanessa looked at Chris.
"You are so evil."
"Are you referring to my deal?"
"You know I am."
"We left them in a house filled with things and 4 naive adults what did you expect?"
"I know but you have got to stop making deals with them."
"Yeah, yeah 'it teaches them a bad lesson' but now they are going to actually behave the whole time we are here and you know we need that. We need to be able to not worry about them."
"I know.....so pizza huh?"
"That was more because I wanted pizza but yeah pizza."
Vanessa just shock her head even though she was smiling
