Ok, heres a preview of my Fan Fic:

Draco Malfoy. Only child. Right? No not at all. When he was born, a surprise came. A twin. Lucious didn't want a daughter. He only wanted an heir. So he sent her away to the states. When she was 11 she got a letter from The Salems Witches Institute for Witchcraft. She had heard about Hogwarts and was very interested to go. Her father, a well known wizard in England, ((but moved to America with his wife and son when the Lucious dropped his daughter on their doorstep)) sent an owl or two to his old friend and former head master Prof. Dumbledore. He said that she could transfer. So she was. Before she moved back to England with her adoptive family. She was informed about her heritage. She took it calmly. But her twin still doesn't know about her. And Lucious doesn't know that she's back. But who will she meet at Hogwarts? What house will she get in? The bigger question, who will she fall in love with? Her destiny awaits...

~!~ Chapter One ~!~

The air was hot and thick on Platform 9 3/4. Everyone was saying goodbye to their parents and siblings and hurrying onto the Hogwarts Express to get good seats. Serena Rainér was one of them.

"Now, I want you to send an owl once a week. If not more." Her mother said in a slightly sad voice. Serena nodded and gave her mother a big hug and hugged her older adoptive brother, Micheal. He was twenty but still lived with his parents. Serena hugged her father and hurried onto the train.
She went along the compartments trying to find one that wasn't full when she heard snickering in one of the compartments near the back. She slid open the glass door to see three teen agers all of whom were about 16. One had jet black hair and glasses another was a girl with bushy brown hair who had a ginger cat in her lap. The last was a tall boy with bright red hair. They all looked up from a joke that, Serena guessed, the red head had said.

"Is there room for one more? Everyone else is full." She implied.

The girl with the bushy hair replied, "Yes. Theres one more." Serena nodded thankfully and stored her carry on bags above her seat and sat next to the girl. The red head looked at her.

"So, whats your name?"

"Serena Rainér" *the girl next to her looked up*

"Thats a pretty name." She held out her hand. "I"m Hermione Granger." *Serena shakes her hand.

"Nice to meet you."

The red head said, "I'm Ron Weasly. This is Harry." he pionted to the boy with the black hair, who finished his name.

"Harry Potter" Serena raised an eyebrow.

"Oh I've heard of you. Your the boy who lived." Harry, who had been used to that greeting.

"Yeah...So is this your first year at Hogwarts?"

"Yeah It is. I've gone to the Salems Witches Institute for Witchcraft in America."

Ron turned his attension from his candy to Serena, "So your American?" Serena looked at him.

"No. I was born in England but raised in America." Serena started playing with her white blonde hair.

"You know, you look familer." Harry said thinking.

About 2 hours later they got to hogwarts and the four of them filed out of the train and headed for the "horseless" carriges. Serena saw the creatures that lead them. She saw Harry looking at them with a coldness in his eyes. She turned to him.

"You see them too?" She asked. He looked at her surprisingly.

"Yeah." He walked to he carriage and they rode to Hogwarts in silence. When they got to the Great Hall, Serena told Harry that she had been sorted in the summer. And that she got into Gryffindor. Ron was came sitting next to them.

"Hermione is Head girl." He said with frustration.

"What's wrong with that?" she asked a little confused.

"Draco Malfoy is Head boy." Serena looked down at her plate remembering what her parents had told her, " I know about him..."

Ron said with sarcasm, "I'm deeply sorry." Harry and Ron laughed but stopped when they saw Serena's expression. The Sorting began and the first years were sorted into their houses and Dumbledore gave his speech. They ate, and the dinner was over. They got up and started to make their way to Gryffindor when Hermione ran up to them.

"Wish me luck." She said.

"You'll need it." Harry said. Hermione nodded and head toward the dorm where the Head boy and Head girl stay. Serena got a look at her twin who was walking with Crabe and Goyle. They seperated and thats when she saw his face. He looked a little like her. Then he turned a corner and he was gone.

~!~ Chapter 2 ~!~

*The next Day, the Slytherins and Gryffindors were in Potions. Gryffindors in the Front. Slytherins in the back. Serena was sitting between Ron and Harry and Hermione was sitting on the other side of Harry. Pro. Snape stormed in slamming the door behind him. Serena jumped. Snape got to the front of the classroom*

Snape: Another year of you lot. Yay. *he said in his usual mono tone vioce.* I suppose you read the first two chapters of your potions book? *it was like a ripple effect. Nervous looks spread like wild fire around the room. Except for Serena and Hermione* Pity. I suppose to get your mind refreshed, I'll assign an essay. One scroll long reviewing the first two chapters. And giving detail into it. I'll let you start on it now. Its due Thursday. You may begin. *he stalked to his desk and began writing somthing. Ron and Harry looked at Hermione*

Ron: *whispering* Please?

Hermione: *Already writing* You should have spent less time playing quidditch and more time reading. *Meanwhile Serena was already writing. Ron and Harry gave Hermione a look and they start writing. Ron had read part of the first chapter and Harry had read the first chapter. Realising that Hermione wasn't going to be in the Gryffindor common room anymore, they panicked a little. But then Ron noticed Serena scribbling away and he relaxed.*

*Later that day at Lunch, they were talking at the Gryffindor table*

Serena: Is Pro. Binns Always like that.

Ron: Yes. But its one of my favorite classes.

Harry: He sleeps.

Serena: Oh. I have Divination after lunch, who else?

Ron: Harry and I do.

Serena: Oh cool.

Hermione: I have muggle studies after lunch.

Serena: Oh cool.

*They became tight friends over the next three weeks. And few threats from Malfoy. It seemed perfect.*

~!~ Chapter 3 ~!~

*About a month after they arrived at Hogwarts, Serena, Ron, Harry, and Hermione became tight friends. Serena told Ron what some of the muggles in America do and he was quite interested. He told her that he would owl his father about it.
In History of Magic, everybody was bored out of their skulls. Serena took notes everynow and then about the important stuff. Ron and Harry were passing notes. While
Hermione scribbled down everything Pro. Binns said. In the midst of the dead class Pro. Magonagal walked into the classroom and whispered somthing into Pro. Binns ear. He looked stunned and turned back the class.*

Pro. Binns: Miss Serena Rainér, you are to report to Pro. Dumbledore's office. *Serena looked up in surprise and everybodys eyes darted from her then at Pro. Binns, then and Pro. Magonagal. Hermione whispered to her that she would carry her book and take notes for her. Serena nodded in thanks and walked to the front of the classroom.*

Pro. Magonagal: Follow me. *Pro. Magonagal turned on her heel and walked out of the classroom. Serena quickly followed. They reached the place where the two Gargoyles gaurded the forever spiraling stairs.* Chocolate Frog. *The Gargoyl's moved aside and Pro. Magonagal step on the spiral stair case and began to move upward, Serena stepped hesentitly onto a step. When they got to the top Pro. Magonagal knocked on the door and Pro. Dumbledore opened it. He looked older than he usually did the twinkle in his eye was gone.*

Pro. Dumbledore: Please sit down. *He motioned to two chairs infront of his desk. Serena nodded and sat down. Pro. Magonagal sat in the other chair. Pro. Dumbledore sat behind his desk.* Earlyer this morning, your parents home was ransacked. Two Death Eaters burst in. When they left, the Dark Mark was left hovering over your house. *Serena knew what that ment. She looked at him motified* I'm sorry, but your parents, and older brother, were killed with an Unforgivable Curse. *Tears streamed down Serena's face. She jumped up from the chair and ran out of the room. Pro. Magonagal started to follow but Dumbledore stopped her.* Let her go...


*Later that day, Ron was walking through the grounds bored. Hermione was on Head Girl duty, and Harry had detension. Ron heard muffeled sobbing under a tree. He looked to where it came from and saw Serena under a huge oak tree. She was sitting there with her knees drawn up to her. Her head on her knees. He walked over to her and sat down next her. She didn't seem to notice.*

Ron: Hey what's wrong? *he said in a comforting voice that few people hear. Serena looked at him. He saw her face. It was red with tears.*

Serena: My family is dead...

Ron: Oh my God...*Without realising it, Serena put her head on his shoulder and continued crying. He put his arm around her shoulders...*

~!~ Chapter 4 ~!~

*About 15 minutes later, Serena looked at the tear stain on Rons shoulder then looked up at Ron*

Serena: Sorry...

Ron: Its alright. *He responded as he looks around and sees the other students going inside for dinner.* Lets go to the Great Hall.

Serena: Sure. *They both get up and head inside. They saw Harry and Hermoine were sitting at the Gryffindor table chattering away. They fell silent as Ron and Serena walked up to them and sat down. News about Serena's parents spread around the Gryffindor house like wildfire.*

Harry: I'm sorry about your parents and brother. I uhh...know what its like. To lose ones parents.

Serena: *she smiled thankfully* Thanks.

Hermione: I'm sorry too. *She continued to smile. These were her true friends.*

Serena: After dinner, there's something I have to tell you guys. *They looked at her a little strangely, but started eating.
After dinner, they headed a hallway halfway between the Gryffindor house and the Head Boy and Head Girl dorm. There was nobody else there.*

Serena: *whispering* Ok, this summer, my...parents told me somthing. I was adopted. But my biological parents weren't just an ordinary witch or Wizard. They were...The Malfoy's.*All three of them gasped* I'm Draco's twin sister...

Hermione: *whispering* Wow...*Draco and Crabbe and Goyle walked up to them. Harry looked between Draco and Serena. They did have a resemblance. The white blonde hair, and the grey eyes. Although Serena's eyes had more warmth to them.*

Draco: Now look what we have here. A mudblood, a Weasly, the boy who lived, and an exchange student. Now there's an odd combonation. *He said in a sarcastic tone. Crabbe and Goyle laughed.*

Hermione: And look at what we have here, a bouncing farret, and two dumb gofers! *she responded sarcasticly. Ron and Harry laughed. Serena looked confused. But a new voice jioned into the laughter. It was Ginny Weasly's*

Ginny: How could we ever forget the bouncing ferret!

Serena: What?

Harry: In fourth year, our Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher turned Malfoy into a ferret and made him bounce up and down. It was hilerious! *Draco looked down in anger. Thinking of a come back.*

Draco: Well I-*He was interupted by the sound of a deep vioce behind them. It was Snape.*

Snape: I suggest that all of you get to your dormatries immeadiatly.

Serena: Oh yes Professor. We have an essay to do don't we boys? *She looked at Ron and Harry. They nodded. They had a Divination essay due the next day.*'

Snape: Oh really...*He turned on his heal and stalked away*

Serena: Seriosly. We have to start on it. You know how Trelawney gets doesn't know whats in your dreams. She thinks that dreamless sleeps meen death to use all.

Harry: Yeah. Come on. *He and Serena and Ginny and Ron head toward the Gryffindor tower. Leaving Hermione and Draco alone with Crabbe and Goyle. Crabbe and Goyle leave when they think they smell food.*

Draco: I didn't ask for this you know.

Hermione: for what?

Draco: Being Head Boy.

Hermione: Well, I've been working towards it ever since I first came to Hogwarts.

Draco: Well, I would've been better without it.

Hermione: Why do you say that?

Draco: Because I have to share a dorm with you!

Hermione: Its not like we have the same room. Your across the hall!

Draco: So?! Its just weird having to walk to the great hall every morning with you. You know, appearences.

Hermione: I don't care about appearences.

Draco: Yeah well, where I come from, appearence is everything.

Hermione: Its because your a Malfoy isn't it?

Draco: No. Its just that your a Mudblood and I've just been taught that way.

Hermione: Just because you've been taught that way doesn't make it right. *they had reached the door to the the Spiral staircase that lead to their seperat rooms. They started walking up in silence. They got to their room doors.* Goodnight. *Draco ignored her and stepped into his room and Hermione did the same.*

~!~ Chapter 5 ~!~

*The next day at lunch, Serena walked over to the Slytherin table and tapped Draco on the shoulder. He whipped his head around*

Draco: What do you want? *He said hatefully.*

Serena: I have to tell you somthing. Meet me after lunch in the entry hall. *Before he could reply, she turned and walked away. Pansy gave Draco a strange look and, as if you'd never guess, Crabbe and Goyle looked confused.
After lunch, Draco went to the entry hall to find Serena already there. She turned to him and Whispered*

Serena: I have to tell you somthing about us.

Draco: What, "exstange student"?

Serena: Be sirious. When you were born, you weren't alone. You had a twin.

Draco: What does that have to do with-*finally getting it*...us...*But he recovered in cofidence* I don't believe you. Your just lying. If you were my twin, which you aren't, than why weren't you raised with me?

Serena: Why don't you go ask the man you call father. *She turned around and hurried to Divination. Leaving Draco dumb-founded.
When she got to Divination, she saw Ron and Harry sitting near the front and hurried to sit next to them. Pro. Tralawney raised up from her chair behind her desk. The class went by slowly. When the bell rang got up fast. Ron, Serena, and Harry went downstairs for History of Magic.*

Serena: I told Draco about me.

Harry: What did he say?

Serena: He didn't believe me.

Ron: Well that's Malfoy for you.

Serena: Yeah, but I think he was a little shaken up about it.

Ron: The bouncing ferret was shaken up? Not surprising.

Serena: Don't you guys get it? This is psychologicly big for him. What would you do if you found out that you had a twin that lived halfway across the world and shows up at your school and tells you. You find out that your whole life has been a lie. To find out that your father practicly threw away your only sibling and kept the other simply because the other was male. To lose the first sixteen years of your life with them. Your whole outlook on who you are would change. How would you feel? *She turned and stomped off to History of Magic. By that time Hermione had caught up with them. She had heard the conversation.*

Hermione: Its bad enough that I had to give you a summery on Cho's feeling's last year. But you got it straight from the horsed mouth this time. Serena is going through one of the hardest times on her life right now. And telling Malfoy just put her in a deeper hole. Because if he knows, than his father knows that she's in England. Then in the summer, she'll more than likely have to live with the Malfoys. That's going to make her miserable. To see the face of the man that gave her away because she wasn't planned for and is female.

*Hermione walked faster to get to History of Magic. Ron and Harry just looked ahead thinking of what they had just heard. Harry could sympathise about Serena living with the Malfoy's. After all, he had to live with the Dursleys every summer. Ron on the otherhand was trying to sort it all out. He knew she was hurting, but he didn't know it was that deep. He understood it now.

Serena didn't sit with Harry nor Ron or Hermione. Intstead she sat towards the back. In the last row that the Gryffindors occupied. Just in front of the Slytherins. As Pro. Binns droned on and on, she couldn't help but wonder what it was going to be like, living with the Malfoy's. Her father had told her that if anything happened to them, that she would have to live them. Well, that time had come and she wondered what the Malfoy Mansion would look like. She knew that she was being comepletely nieve about it. She looked behind her, glancing at Malfoy. He was inronicly already staring at her, as if in deep thought. She turned around and returned to take notes.*

~!~ Chapter 6 ~!~

*After the last class of the day had ended, Ron and Harry went up to Serena.*

Ron: I'm sorry about earleir, we should've thought before we spoke...

Harry: Yeah, I don't know what I would I would if I found out that I had a twin...

Serena: I acept your apology, but I think I just over-reacted.*She said with a small laugh*

Ron: No you didn't. You acted the way anybody would act.

Serena: Wow Ron that was actually deep. *Ron laughed a little. As he did Hermione cought up with them*

Hermoine: To dinner? Oh, tomorrow is the first Hogsmeade weekend. I can't wait.

Serena: Coolness. *They laughed and walked to the Great hall. Dinner was pleasent, the food was great.*

Ron: The house elves did well for dinner.

Hermione: They shouldn't be doing dinner at all. *Ron rolled his eyes and let it go. Serena turned around looked at where Draco was sitting. He was still looking at her in the same way he looked at her in History of Magic. Pansy Parkinsting tapped him on the shoulder and he turned back to her.
After dinner, Hermione and Draco walked to their dorms. Just before they entered, Draco asked Hermione somthing.*

Draco: Hermione, do you about Serena?*he asked carefully*

Hermione: Yes. She told Ron, Harry and me. Why do you ask?

Draco: I don't know...Its just, my entire family is in Slytherin. And she's in Gryffindor. It doesn't make any sense.

Hermione: That just goes to show you that the breeding has nothing to do with one's character. *She walkes into her room and Draco, thinking about that walked into his.
The next day, the whole castle was a buz with the coming of the first Hogsmeade weekend. Pansy: I’ve seen you staring at Draco. I don’t like it. So stop.

Serena: Its none of your business why I look at him.

Pansy: It is my business on why you look at him. He’s mine and I don’t you near him.

Serena: What?! You think I like Draco Malfoy?! How stupid can you get? I don’t like him that way and never will.

Pansy: You better not. *looks at Ron’s sweater that his mom knitted for him* I think who ever knitted you that God awful sweater needs knitting lessons. *Ron felt his ears get hot* Either that, or get a job herself and buy you a new one. *Ron started to advance, but Harry held him back. Serena knew about the Weasley’s financial problems. Pansy had no right to insult that. Hermione and Harry were already holding Ron back. Serena looked at Pansy. By that time Draco and Crabbe and Goyle had walked up to them.*

Serena: *chuckles a little* That’s funny, because the person that gave you that God awful nose job needs lessons. And I think that this would be a good excuse to get a new one. *Before Pansy could reply, Serena belts a punch in her nose. Pansy falls back and Crabbe catches her. She turns and sees Draco standing there, just watching it all. Harry, Hermione and Ron just stared wide-eyed at Serena.*

Pansy: Oh Draco, she attacked me! I was just asking her something and she punched me! *feels her nose and looks at Serena.* You better be glad that its not broken!

Draco: Did you attack her exchange student? *he was trying to sound as if he didn’t know about Serena and him*

Serena: *She noticed this. She played along* Maybe. *Draco just gave her a dark look and turned and him, Pansy and Crabbe and Goyle walked away. The other four just cracked up.*

Ron: *in Awe* That was brilliant!

Serena: Girl power. *They laughed and all for of them walked into the Three Broomsticks and sat in a booth and ordered butter beer. Ron sat next to Serena, and Harry and Hermione sat on the other side.*

Ron: That was a good punch though. Even if it didn't break her nose. *Serena laughed.*

Serena: Thanks. Hey, don't your brothers have a joke shop in Hogsmeade now?

Ron: Oh yeah! I forgot.

Hermione: It would be nice to see them again.

Harry: Yeah it would. *When they finished their butter beer they headed down the street to a little shop. They stepped in and The saw the familier red heads giving a demonstration of one one their newest gags. They saw Ron, Hermione and Harry and stopped the demonstration and the kids in the shop started to mill around and pick out things. Fred spoke first*

Fred: Hey Ron. How are you three?

Harry: Fine.

Hermione: Good.

Ron: Never better. There's someone we want you to meet. *pionts to Serena* This is Serena.

Serena: Hi.

Fred and George: *in unison* Hello.

Serena: I heard about your gags that made you throw up contstantly so you can get out of class, and I find that if you put a little plum root in it makes it taste good. *Fred and George looked at eachother and turned around and started mumbling to themselves. A few nodds here and there. Serena looked at Ron strangely and he shrugged his shoulders. They they turned around.*

Fred: Interesting Ideah. We'll try that sometime.

Hermione: Well, its been nice to see you again, but I have to get some knew quills. Serena, you want to come with me?

Serena: Sure. I need more ink anyway.

Harry: I need more parchment. *all three of them head out leaving Ron behind. When they left, Fred and George turned to Ron*

Fred: You fancy Serena don't you?

Ron: *baffled* What do you meen?

George: We saw you staring at her.

Ron: Well she punched Pansy Parkinston and it was a good punch. And I was just remembering.

George: Was it that good of a punch? *Ron started to reply but Fred interupted*

Fred: Oh look, he's admiring her punching ability's. How sweet.

George: Ronniekins fancies Serena...Mum will be happy.

Ron: I don't fancy her!

Fred: Righhht. *Ron rolls his eyes and walks out of the shop. Then he started to think about what they said...*

~!~ Chapter 7 ~!~

*The next day at Hogwarts was a slow one. Serena had finished her homework and walked the grounds mostly. On the other hand, Ron and Harry were still doing theres in the common room while everybody else was outside. Although they weren't exactly doing their homework.*

Harry: I can see where they're coming from. You do stare at her.

Ron: I don't stare at her! Nor do I fancy her!

Harry: If you don't fancy her, then why are you being so defensive? *When Harry said that, Serena walked through the portrait hole. Her hair glowed in the outside light and her cheeks were rosy. Ron raised an eyebrow, and Harry turned around and looked at her, then turned to Ron and noticed the look but he kept silent.*

Serena: Who does Ron like? *She sat in one of the over-stuffed chairs between Ron and Harry. Ron gulped and turned back to his homework. Harry looked at her*

Harry: Just this veela he met at the world cup.

Serena: Oh. *Ginny stepped through the portrait hole and walked over to a table. Harry looked up*

Ginny: Hey Harry, Ron, Serena.

Harry: Er...Ginny, could I speek to you for a moment?

Ginny: Sure...I guess. *Harry set aside his homework and walked over to the table.*

Harry: Is it just me, or do Ron and Serena fancy eachother?*He said whispering*

Ginny: *She whispered back* Oh I thought I was the only one that noticed. Fred and George told me too. Well its about time. Mum will be overjoyed.

Harry: The thing is, is that she's a Malfoy.

Ginny: *Ginny's eyes went wide.* She's what!? How?

Harry: Long story.

Ginny: Wow. You'd never guess. Well, I'm going to look passed that. And,*She lookes at Serena and Ron and sees them talking* I think that Ron has too.

Harry: Yeah...But that's not the part I'm worried about. Its Draco and her family.

Ginny: I don't know about Draco.

Harry: I hope he'll be ok about it. After all, she's not even a true Malfoy. She's not in Slytherin.

Ginny: Thats true.

*Meanwhile, while Ron and Serena were talking.*

Serena: So Ron, are you almost done with that? *Ron looked down at his work. It ws Divination. He could finish it later.*

Ron: Yeah.

Serena: Cool because I found this spot on the grounds that was like, ultra cool.

Ron: Really? Ok. *He set his homework aside and got up*

Serena: *while getting up* To the grounds?

Ron: To the grounds. *They walked out leaving Harry and Ginny dumb-founded*

Ginny: Well they looked happy.

As Ron and Serena got to the grounds, Serena couldn't help but feel that someone was following them. Little did she know that Draco and Hermione had head girl and head boy dutie and they were potrolling the grounds. Serena and Ron came upon the lake shore. Serena pionted off into the distance. To a little island. It was full of trees and undergrowth.*

Serena: You see it?

Ron: Yeah. Its cool.

Serena: Wanna go to it?

Ron: What?

Serena: You want to go to the island?

Ron: Oh...Ok I guess.

Serena: Cool. Lets go. *She started to walk to the island. Ron followed. She walked quickly and Ron tried to keep up. Draco and Hermione heard niosed coming from thier direction and followed the nioses. Draco saw Ron and Serena but didn't quite know who it was.*

Draco: Who is that?

Hermione: *looked closely* Ron and Serena.

Draco: What are they doing here?

Hermione: I don't know. *By that time, Serena and Ron had reached some stepping stones that lead to the island. The started to walk on them. When they got to the island shore, Hermione replyed to Draco*

Hermione: Apperently going to that island.

Draco: I know that. But why?

Hermione: How and I supposed to know?

Draco: I don't know. *Meanwhile, back at the island*

Serena: Beautiful isn't it?

Ron: What?

Serena: This whole place. I mean, they don't have places this beautiful in America.

Ron: Really? Wow.

Serena: I uhh, know what you were talking about in the common room earlier.

Ron: Really? How?

Serena: The portrait isn't exactly sound proof. And the Fat Lady told me.

Ron: Told you what?

Serena: That, you and were talking about what Fred and George were talking about to you yesterday. That you like me. And you were being defensive and trying to hide it.

Ron: Well, I-*before he could finish, Serena interupts*

Serena: Because, I sort of, like you too.

Ron: Really!? *covers for that slip* You do?

Serena: Yeah. Have for a long time. Thats part of the reason that I punched Pansy.

Ron: Wow...I'd never guess. You covered it up well.

Serena: Thanks. *Serena's heart beat faster. As did Rons.*

Ron: Yeah you rea-*before he finished, Serena leaned in and kissed him on the lips. He kissed back a little, then she pulled back. Embarresed. Her face went as red as Ron's hair*

*Back at the lake shore*

Hermione: *Her eyes went wide* Wow! Serena just kissed Ron!

Draco: *He saw it too. He was in awe* No...My sister is in love with a Weasley...No...It couldn't have happened...

Hermione: *turned to him and smirked* You admitted it. You think of her as your sister.

Draco: *recovers* Well, I sort of have to.

Hermione: *She knew what he really meant.* I guess you would. Come on Draco. Lets go. We're eavsdropping.

Draco: But-

Hermione: No buts. Come on. *grabbed him by the arm and pulled him away and went to the main grounds.*

*Back at the island*

Serena: I'm sorry...

Ron: Its ok...

Serena: So, I heard you liked Chudley Cannons.

Ron: Yeah...Painted my room orange when I was 8.

Serena: Wow...Thats com-*before she could finish, Ron puts his arms around her waist and draws her closer and gives her a slow, long kiss. Mid-kiss, Serena puts her arms around his neck...Enjoying the moment...The full moon shows in the sunset sky...*

~!~ Chapter 9 ~!~

*Later that night, at dinner, Hermione walked up to Serena and Ron who were sitting next to eachother across from Harry.*

Hermione: I saw you two snogging on that island earlier. *she whispered to them* It was rather cute.

Serena: You what?!*she whispered back*

Hermione: And by the way, Draco saw it too...*She said not as if not hearing her. She went and sat next to Serena. Ginny came and sat next to Harry. There was no where else to sit. Harry looked at Serena and Ron confused.*

Harry: What did she say?

Ron and Serena: Nothing. *they said in unison.*

Harry: Ok...

Hermione: So Harry, how was your afternoon?

Harry: Alright. Yours?

Hermione: *smirks* Interesting.

Ginny: *Looking at Serena and Ron* What did you two do out on the grounds?

Ron: Nothing.

Ginny: It didn't look like nothing when you left the common room like that.

Hermione: They left like what? *She said intrigued*

Ginny: They just got up and left quickly to go see somthing on the grounds.

Hermione: Like that island on the lake?

Ginny: Maybe. I always wanted to go there.

Hermione: Yeah it looks really cool. *Ron finished his food and got up.*

Ron: I'm going back to the common room. *He walked off*

Ginny: Don't worry Serena, Hermione already told me.

Harry: Told you what? *He asked in utter confusion*

Serena: *Just tired of it all* That I kissed Ron! *She said loud enough that that whole section of the Gryffindor table heard. Which included Neville, and Seamus. Harry's eyes went wide including everybody else. Serena got up and stalked off leaving her food half eaten. When she got to the entry hall, she found Draco standing there.*

Draco: I saw you and Ron. I can't believe you fell for a Weasley.

Serena: I can't beleive you fell for Pansy either.

Draco: Who said I was in love with her?

Serena: Well, the whole school knows and sees that your inseperable.

Draco: She just wants the money. Her whole family does. I just tolerate her. I'm no where near in love with her.

Serena: Well, I like Ron. When you like somebody you'll understand. *She walked to the Gryffindor common room to find Ron sitting in front of the fire* Hey.

Ron: *He whipped his head around.* Hey.

Serena: Well, Neville, Seamus, and Harry know now. Hermione told Ginny earlier.

Ron: Oh great...There's going to be an owl from my mum I know it. Or atleast from Fred and George.

Serena: Great...Draco knows...I just talked to him.

Ron: Thats just great...

Serena: Yeah. *She went and sat next to him on the over stuffed couch next to the fire.* So does this meen that we're going out now?

Ron: I don't know...*After he said that, students started to flood through the portrait hole. News of Ron and Serena spread like wild fire. Everybody gave them amused looks. Harry and Ginny came and sat across from them*

Harry: So...Have you two have your whole lives planned out now? *He said he and Ginny laughed. Serena and Ron scowled at them.*

Serena: I'm going to bed. *She got up and walked to the Girls stair case*

Ron: Me too. *He got up and walked up the boys stair case. When Serena got to her dorm, she smiled to herself. She walked to her bed and looked at a picture on her night stand. It was of her last boy friend and her. She opend the back, and took out the picture. She tore it up and threw the remains into the heater in the center of the room and watched it burn. She didn't like him anymore. She liked someone else. She changed and climbed into bed. She drifted off to a peaceful sleep....*

~!~ Chapter 10 ~!~

*The next day in the common was stifeling. Ron and Serena kept their distance so they didn't have to deal with the stares. When owl post arivved, everybody looked in their mail eagerly. A white envelope with the Malfoy crest on it dropped from Serena's owl and onto the table in front of her. She looked at it and opened it. Her eyes darted all around the letter and she looked horrified.*

Ginny: What's wrong?

Serena: You know Viktor Krum right? *Ron and Hermione's ears pricked up faster than Harrys but all three of them looked up.*

Hermione: Yeah.

Serena: He's uhh...staying at the Malfoy Mansion over Chrismas.

Hermione: Oh. I wonder why he didn't tell me?*Ron started to say somthing* Don't say anything Ron. *Ron looked a little dissapointed.*

Serena: I think I'll skip breakfast today. *She got up and walked out of the Great Hall with the letter. When she got to the entry hall, she took off in a run. On the way to the common room, she ran into Draco*

Draco: I guess you got the letter.

Serena: This can't be happening...My life was just starting to look up. Why now?

Draco: I don't know...Its family tradition. Without it, we wouldn't be here.

Serena: I know...

Draco: You have to come home over Christmas break.

Serena: I'm not going to that house. *She said with hate in her words*

Draco: You have too.

Serena: No. *She glared up at him. And walked away. She got to the common room and ran up to her room and colasped on her bed.
Serena didn't know how she survived the day. She was comepletely stressed. A few side way's glances at Ron. But her mind was elsewhere. Her life was finally starting to in the right direction. Now this. At the end of the day, Ginny aproached her*

Ginny: Hey whats wrong? You've been acting weird all day.

Serena: Its nothing...I'm just not feeling well.

Ginny: Was that because of the letter or the eggs?

Serena: Its nothing Ginny.

Ginny: Look, you can tell me. It can't be that bad.

Serena: It is. I meen, it isn't.

Ginny: What is it?

Serena: You know what I said about Viktor Krum?

Ginny: Yeah. That he was going to spend Christmas break at your house.

Serena: Thats not it. *Serena pulled Ginny by the hand and up to her dorm. She closed the door tightly* I've been promised to marry him.

Ginny: What?!

Serena: *Tears were welling up in her eyes* After seventh year, I'm going to have to marry Viktor Krum...*She looked at Ginny.* I don't know what to do...

~!~ Chapter 11 ~!~

*Ginny looked at Serena*

Ginny: When are you telling Ron?

Serena: Thats the thing...I know I have to tell him...Its just...

Ginny: I know...He'll be furios anyway. Not at you of course. At Viktor Crum and your..."father"...

Serena: Yeah I know...Draco is promised to Pansy.

Ginny: That's surprising.

Serena: He doesn't love her though. He told me.

Ginny: Really?

Serena: He said that she just wanted the money.

Ginny: Wow...

Serena: And he said that I have to go to the Malfoy Mansion over Christmas. So I can "meet him". The thing is, is that I already met him.

Ginny: When?

Serena: My family went to the Quiditch world cup. My best friend was with me and she "had" to meet him. We pushed through the crowds and all and she got him to sign her fake snitch.

Ginny: What did you think about him?

Serena: I found him shallow and stupid. My friend liked him as much as girls used to like Gildory Lockheart.

Ginny: Wow.

Serena: Yeah, well, I thought I would never see him again. I was wrong.

Ginny: Well, I think you should stay at the castle over holiday.

Serena: Me too. But how are we going to do that? Lucious is my legal gaurdian.

Ginny: Yeah thats the thing. Hmm...Maybe all four of us could come with you?

Serena: How?

Ginny: We could change the initials on our luggage trunks and put yours on them, and we could hide inside.

Serena: Will that work?

Ginny: I don't know. Maybe we could do a enchantment that makes the inside of your trunk bigger than it is. It works for the cars for the Ministry.

Serena: Now that could work. Hmm...Lets go down to the common room.

Ginny: Ok. *They headed down the stairs and see Ron and Harry doing talking infront of the fire. When Serena saw Ron, her heart sank. She knew she had to tell him. She and Ginny went and sat in front of them*

Ron: Where have you two been.

Ginny: Talking about cute guys.

Ron: Oh...

Serena: Ron, can I talk to you?

Ron: Sure.

Serena: Alone.

Ron: Ok. *they get up and walk out of the common room and out into the hall. Every 6th year in the common room besides Harry and Ginny run to the portrait hole and press their ears to it.*

Seamus: I wonder where they're going?

Ginny: Probably the same place you and Parvati snog your heads off? *Seamus gives her a dark look.*

Dean: Both of you shut up we're trying to hear! *they listened harder. Serena and Ron heard the commotion in the common room and walked further down the hall*

Serena: You know what I said about Viktor Krum?

Ron: Yeah.

Serena: Well...that wasn't all of that letter...

Ron: Really? Then what?

Serena: I'm...I'm...I'm promised to marry him after seventh year...*Rons ears got instantly hot*

Ron: What?!

Serena: I have to marry him. After seventh year ends.

Ron: I can't believe this.

Serena: Ginny suggested that you four, including Hermione, should stow away. Sneak into "My" House.

Ron: How?

Serena: That's what we're trying to find out.

Ron: Well, Hermione will be upset.

Serena: Yeah I know.

Ron: We'll think of somthing.

Serena: I hope so. *She tried to smile. They walked back to the portrait hole and when it opened, they saw the sixth years standing there. Serena rolls her eyes. They get out of the way quickly. She and Ron go back to the fire and sit down.*

~!~ Chapter 12 ~!~

*That night the plan was decided. They were going to use the enchantment to make the inside of Serena's trunk bigger than it actually is. The next day the told Hermione everything. She was astonished by it all but agreed to the end. She didn't want Serena to marry Viktor almost as much as Ron did. Later that night, they told Draco too*

Draco: So you four are going to stow away in Serena's trunk?

Serena: Thats the plan.

Draco: I think it would be better if Ron and Harry get in my trunk and Ginny and Hermione in yours.

Serena: Why?

Draco: Space and power reasons.

Serena: Oh.

Harry: Lets go to The Room of Requirement to practice.

Ginny: Good Ideah.

Draco: Whats that?

Hermione: You'll see. *They headed up the Astronamy tower and got to the portrait. The paced three times and thought hard. When they opened their eyes, they saw the big door to the Room of Requirement. They opened the door and gazed at the two trunks and books on bookshelves with size enchantments. Hermione rushed to the books. She searched through them and found it*

Hermione: Here it is.

Serena: What is it?

Hermione: Sizaria

Serena: Cool. Lets get crackin. *they started practising and by 8:45 they basicly had it down.*

Harry: Lets meet tomorrow night but a little earlier. *Everybody nodded and they walked out and went their seperate ways. When Hermione and Draco get to their dorms, Draco turns to her*

Draco: I hope this works.

Hermione: I hope so too...

~!~ Chapter 12 ~!~


*The week Christmas break started, they got ready. The trunks were enchanted, and the owls were sent to their parenst that they were staying at Hogwarts for the holiday. All 6 of them sat outside under a tree the day before Chrismast break. Hermione melted away the snow with the blue flame spell while Draco was explaining what was going to happen while they were there*

Draco: Theres going to be this big engagment ball. *Serena twitched at that. Ron was sitting protectivly next to her* Yeah I know. Then its going to be announced. Then we socialize and act happy about it.

Serena: Oh that should be fun, "Hi, I've just been engaged to a big stupid oaf who plays quidditch and acts like a troll. I'm so happy I could wet myself!" *she said sarcasticly. Draco scowled and Harry laughed. Hermione gave Serena a look.*

Draco: Be serious.

Serena: I am serious. *looks at Hermione* What? You like him or somthing and want to defend your man or something?

Hermione: No.

Serena: Al right then.

Ginny: So, the girls are in Serena's trunk and the guys are in yours? *looks at Draco*

Draco: Yeah.

Ginny: Why?

Serena: He doesn't want Ron in my trunk. Since we're having seperate compartments to keep up appearences, he doesn't want Ron with me on the train. You know that thats the reason. *she laughed. Draco just gave her the look*

Ron: You don't trust me do you?

Draco: I wouldn't say that.

Ron: You don't trust me with your sister? *Serena smiles*

Draco: No...You'd be the same way with Ginny! *he snapped*

Ginny: Trust me he is.

Ron: What's that supposed to meen?

Ginny: You freak out when I have a boyfriend thats not Harry. *Harry looks at both of them strangly*

Ron: Well...*Ginny laughed*

Serena: Anyway, and the four of you, *pionting to Harry Hermione, Ginny and Ron* Will stay upstairs.

Harry: Right.

Draco: Then we have the Christmas ball. Lots of Mistletoe. Lots.

Serena: Really?

Draco: I've been cornered under it before...*He gets a smug smile*

Ron: Yeah and so has H-*Harry elbows him in the ribs*

Draco: Potter? Cornered under Mistletoe? *tries to contain a laugh but it escapes him* Sorry. *gets serious again*

Serena: If we're coming out with the Mistletoe secrest. I, on numerous ocation have been the one doing the cornering. *Ron gulps. Ginny looks at him*

Ginny: Ron's never been cornered by anybody...*laughs*

Ron: Have too!

Ginny: Yeah...Rigghhhttt.

Draco: And then Krum and Pansy leave, and we just relax the rest of the holiday.

Serena: That sounds good. But, we're stopping the engagment remember?

Draco: Yeah.

Ginny: Ok.



*The next day, they were set. Hermione and Ginny were sitting in Serena's trunk. The boys would get in Dracos trunk in Dracos dorm. Serena was about to close the lid of her trunk*

Serena: Ya'll confortable?

Hermione: Yeah.

Serena: Lets do this. *she closed the trunk and rolled it out of the room and down the stairs.* Sorry. *She said when she reached the bottom of the stair case. When they got to the hall that lead to the Head Girl and Head Boy dorms, Serena met up with Draco.* They in there?

Draco: Yeah. Lets go. *They made their way to grounds and got onto the train in Hogsmeade. They seperated and went to their own compartments. Draco went to where Crabbe and Goyle were sitting. He set is trunk next to his seat.*

Draco: Hello Crabbe, Goyle. I can't stand being Head Boy anymore. I'd do anything to not live across the hall from that mudblood Granger. *Meanwhile, in the trunk, Harry and Ron were hearing everything. Ron's ears got hot*

Crabbe: And what about that new girl?

Draco: Oh yeah...Her. Turns out that her and Weasley have been getting along quite 'well'. Yeah. The Mudblood and I saw them snogging their faces off on the grounds. *Crabbe and Goyle snickered. Ron's face got as red as his hair and he wanted to pound Draco. Harry saw this.*

Harry: Don't. He's playing along! *He whispered. That calmed down Ron a little. The rest of the ride to Kings Cross was fairly bad. Draco kept making comments about people. Especialy Serena and Ron and Rons family. Pansy came in the last few minutes and flirted with Draco. When the train stopped, Ron and Harry wanted to vomit. Not because of the motiono the train, but because of Pansy and Draco flirting.
Draco and Serena met outside of the train and followed one of the servents to the portkey. They both touched it, holding on to their trunks tightly. When the sickening motion of the portkey stopped, Serena opened her eyes. They were in front of the huge front doors to the Malfoy Manor. Serena gazed up at the door.*

Draco: This is it...

~!~ Chapter 13 ~!~

*Draco and Serena gazed up at the doors. The doors opened to reveal a huge entry room with green marble floors and purple rugs every where. Marble pillars were all around the room. Two servants scurried over to Serena and Draco.*

Servant #1: We'll take the trunks for you. *She said.*

Serena: No its ok. We'll manage.

Servant #1: Ok. *She and the other servant ran off to get things ready.*

Serena: Lets go. *She and Draco hurried upstairs and met a house elf at the top of the stairs.*

Scribber: Scribber must show you to your rooms. *The little house elf turn and hurried up a few more flights of stairs and stopped infront of a door.* Your room...*he ran off. As if afriad of them*

Serena: Ok...That was strange...*she opened the doors and Draco and her walked in and closed and locked the door. They opened the trunks. Ron got out as fast as he could glaring at Draco. Harry gave Ron a look. Hermione and Ginny got out. breathing in deeply the fresh air.*

Hermione: That was...Fun...

Ginny: Yeah...Fun...

Serena: Sorry. *She looked at Ron.* Whats with you?

Ron: Nothing.

Harry: I brought my invisiblity cloak. Just thought we'd need it.

Ron: Good thinking. *Footsteps were coming closer to the door.*

Serena: Back in the trunks! *She said whispering. They clambered back in. Slightly irritated. Scribber opens the door.*

Scribber: Master sends word that the guests will arive later today by Portkey.

Serena: Thank you. *Scribber hurries away. Serena shuts the door quickly.* You can come out now. *they get out.*

Ron: So what now?

Draco: We wait.

Serena: Fun.

Draco: Yeah...

Serena: What do you want to do untill then?

Ron: I don't know...

*They didn't really do anything that after noon. They just sat and waited. Draco went and un packed. Serena un packed. Very uneventful. Four hours later, Scribber came in. Hermione, Harry, Ron and Ginny were under the invisibility cloak.*

Scribber: They have arrived. *Serena nodded and followed Scribber out the door. The rest followed them out the door. They went down to the entry hall. Victor and Pansy were standing there talking to Lucious. Draco and Serena walked down the stairs slowely. Viktor looked up and stared at Serena. He didn't recognise her. But she looked familier to him. Pansy beamed at Draco. Ron saw Viktor staring at Serena.*

Lucious: This is Viktor Krum. And you know Pansy Parkensting already. Don't you?

Serena: Yes I know her. I know him too.

Viktor: Vat?

Serena: Remember at the Quidditch World Cup two years ago? This brunette American girl ran up to you asking for an auto graph? And she was dragging a blonde girl with her?

Viktor: You vere the friend? *He remembered this. Serena looked totally different.*

Serena: Yeah I was.

Lucious: I'll let you get to know eachother more...*He turned on his heel and stalked off. When he was out of sight and earshot, Viktor spoke*

Viktor: Do you vanna valk the grounds? *He smiled*

Serena: Ok. *They walked out of the house locking arms. Ron stiffened.*

Pansy: Draco, lets do the same. *she took his hand and they walked out. Harry, Ron, Hermione and Ginny walked back to Serena's room. They went in and locked the door. Ron threw off the invisibility cloak fuming*

Ron: I can't beleive that! *Hermione rolled her eyes*

Ginny: Ron calm down.

Harry: She was just playing along Ron.

Ginny: Yeah she's not cheating on you Ron.

Ron: Its not her. Its Vicky.

Hermione: Are you still calling him that?

Ron: Why would you care? *Hermione rolled her eyes. Ron went to the window searching for Viktor and Serena.*

*On the grounds, Viktor and Serena were walking through one of the gardens.*

Viktor: I can't beleive its you. You've changed a lot.

Serena: So have you...*But she thought to herself, "not". They walked out of the garden and ironicly walked under Serena's window. Which was three stories up. When Viktor and Serena just walked out of the house earlier, they imeadiatly started talking. Viktor mostly. He kept staring at her.
Up at Serena's room, Ron looked down at Serena and Viktor*

Ron: She's down there. Right now!

*Back outside*

Serena: How's quidditch?

Viktor: Fine.

Serena: Your english has gotten better than it was before.

Viktor: Really?

Serena: Yeah.

Viktor: Thanks. Quidditch has gotten better. I broke my nose last year.

Serena: Ouch. How many times has that happend?

Viktor: Around five.

Serena: Really? Wow. *She started to say somthing else, but Viktor leaned in and kissed her deeply. Serena was surprised. A few servants walked bye she had to keep up appearences.*

*Back up in her room*

*Ron saw this and started shaking in anger. Ginny had walked up behind him when it happened. Her eyes were wide*

Ginny: Viktor kissed her! He kissed her!

~!~ Chapter 14 ~!~

*Ron was literally shaking. He was gripping the wondow sill so tightly his knuckles her white*

Ron: I'm gonna kill him...I'm gonna kill him...*he said through his teeth.*

*below him, Serena pushed Viktor away with great force. The servants were gone. She slapped him.*

Serena: What the he|| was that? *she sad angry*

Viktor: Vell...Umm...

Serena: I know we're supposed to be, "engaged" in a few days, but we're not. So don't do "that" ever again. Got it?

Viktor: Yeah...

Serena: Now, I'm going up to my room. Don't follow me. *She turned on her heel and stalked back to her room.*

*Back in her room*

Ron: She left...Good. *At that time. Serena was at the door.*

Serena: Its me. Unlock the door. *Harry unlocked the door and she stormed in red in the face.*

Ron: I'll kill him!

Serena: *walking up to him* I'll help.

Hermione: What happened?

Serena: I was just talking to him, you know just a normal conversation. He just kissed me! Out of the blue.

Ginny: Well thats what Ron did.

Serena: Yeah, but I actually like Ron.

Ron: You do?

Serena: Why would I just kiss you out of the blue?

Ron: Yeah...*Christmas decorations appear out of no where all around the room. Mistletoe hanging from the ceiling.*

Serena: They're decorating for Christmas.

Ron: Yeah. *Draco walked in. Pansy wasn't with him*

Draco: I saw what happened. *He said while closing the door*

Serena: And?

Draco: I'm glad you slapped him.

Serena: I would've done worse. *Draco slightly laughed*

Draco: So, after the engagement ball, we'll go my father, wands in hand, and dissarm him and tell him what we feel. Then we leave.

Serena: How? Flue powder?

Draco: Yes. I'll go to my dorm and you go to the gryffindor common room.

Serena: I'm glad this ball is tomorrow.

Draco: Yes.

Serena: And we tell Dumbledore too right? That we don't want to go back there.

Draco: Yes.

Serena: Sounds like a plan.

Draco: Yeah...I'm going to my room. And Ron and Harry aren't sleeping in here. *Serena rolls her eyes*

Serena: What do you think we're going to do?

Draco: Look, I'm just being realistic.

Harry: He has a piont.

Draco: You two can sleep in one of the rooms down the hall. No one ever goes in there.

Ron: Ok.

Harry: Ok.

Draco: You'll know which one it is.

Ron: Ok. *Draco walks out*

Serena: I wonder about him.

Ginny: Yeah.

Serena: I hope this works...

Ron: Me too.

Serena: Umm, *She looked at Hermione, Harry, and Ginny* could yall like, go explore the house?

Ginny: Why? *She said giggling*

Serena: Just go. Please? *The three of them get under the invisibility cloak and walk out shuting the door. Serena turns back to Ron* I wanted to tell you, when Krum kissed me, I didn't feel anything. It meant nothing to me.

Ron: I know.

Serena: Because, the one I like, is you.

Ron: I know...*Serena kisses him*
