Piper, Pheobe, and Paige walked into P3 to set up for the night.
"Hey, Piper. Isn't that open mike thing tonight?" Paige asked
"Yeah," Piper replied.
Just then two people walked into the club. One was a young woman who dressed very stylish. The other was a older man.
"We don't open until 9:00 tonight," Piper called out to the too.
"I'm sorry," the girl said, "I was coming to talk to the manager."
"That would be me," Piper said. The she realized who the girl was. It was Britney Spears.
"Well my agent is looking for new talent and we were hoping we could sit in on your open mike night."
"That's fine with me, Ms. SPears."
"Please call my Britney. This is my agent Mr. THomas,"
Thank you for your cooperation, Mrs. .......,"
"Halliwell," Piper saiid
"And you are?" Mr. Thomas asked Pheobe and Paige.
Pheobe replied, "I'm Pheobe and this is Paige."
"Will the first performance be at nin?" Mr. Thomas asked.
"Actually, the first performance is at 9:15," Piper said.
"Well," Britney said, "We must go. We will see you at nine tonight. Bye now."
"Bye, Britney," the girls said in unison.

Outside P3
"I hope we find great voices tonight," Mr. Thomas said.
"Me too, Alfred. Me too."

At the manor- 8:00 p.m.

Pheobe and Paige were getting ready for P3.
"I just think that was weird," Paige told Pheobe.
"Yeah, me too. I mean of all places, Britney picks P3's open mike night. Why is she in San Francisco anyways?"
" Shouldn't she be in LA planning her wedding?" Paige and Pheobe laughed at that.
"Well, we better get to P3. Piper will kill us if we are late,"Paige said.
" You're right. She will. Is Chloe still performing tonight?" Pheobe asked
" Yeah. She will be last to go on because Piper needs her to work tonight."
"I thought that guy James was working Chloe's shift." Pheobe said.
"Yeah he was supposed to but he called in. I think Piper is going to fire him soon.

Back at P3 - 9:00

Chloe walked into P3. She was not suprised to see the club was packed. Her performance was at 11:45. She was working til 11:30. Piper figured that Pheobe or Paige could help out if she couldn't handle it herself.
Chloe saw Paige come in the club. The two had met at the temp agency. Chloe was looking for a job and Paige had told her that Piper was hiring at P3. Chloe talked to Piper and got the job.
Now Chloe was mixing drinks and Paige came up to the bar.

"Hey, Chloe," Paige said.
"Hey, Paige."
Are you nervous about tonight?"
"Not really. I will only be nervous if Justin comes tonight. I can't even bring my self to sing in the shower when he is at my house."
Justin was Chloe's boyfriend. Thw two had met at P3. He was there with his entourage and Piper had handed Chloe a tray of drinks to deliver to his table. Chloe almost freaked out when she realized that it was Justin Timberlake. She had to keep her hands steady so she wouldn't drop the tray of drinks on him. They had been together for about a month. The only secret she kept from him was her powers.
"I told him he better not come. You know how my powers act up when I'm nervous."
"I can't believe you astral projected to me on your first date with him."
"I'm lucky I was in the bathroom touching up my makeup when it happened>" Chloe and Paige laughed at that.
"Chloe," Piper called out to her," I need you to deliver this tray of drinks to table number 3 over there."
Chloe looked over at the table Piper was referring to the were many people there but Chloe recognized one person. Britney Spears.
"Now Chloe, I know you don't like her but please be civilized."
"No worry, Piper," Chloe said, "I'm not risking my job over her. Although it would be fun to she her reaction to alcohol on her designer clothes." She looked at Piper and smiled.
Chloe took the tray of drinks from Piper and headed towards the table. She got over there and started to pass out the drinks.
"Here you go," Chloe said as she passed out the last drink, "Hope you enjoy the show."
"Hey, you're Chloe right," Britney said.
"Yeah," Chloe replied.
"You and Justin make a cute couple."
"Thanks," Chloe didn't know what else to say. As far as she knew, other than close friends of Justin, only Paige, Pheobe, and Piper knew they were together. And they knew how to keep secrets.
As it got closer to 11:30 Chloe got excited. She loved being on a stage. Just not in front of Justin. The other acts were doing great too.
"Piper, it's 11:30. I'm going to practice."
"Alright," Piper said, "Good luck."

Chloe practiced her song and at 11:45 she went up on stage. Once the band was ready she began singing.

When Chloe was finished she looked into the crowd. She saw Justin at the bar. She bowed and looked at Britney's table. The old man sitting next to her was whispering something to her.

Britney watched Chloe perofrm. She was the bestone all night. She was the one. It would take time though.

When Chloe was done Mr' Thomas whispered in her her, "SHe is the one."

Chloe walked back to the bar. Piper had made the announcement that the club was closing.
"I told you not to come, " Chloe said to Justin.
"You didn't even know I was here until you finished."
"Well, Justin, unless you want a confrontation you better go to the back office before she gets over here."
"Thanks for letting me knwo," Justin said as he hurried back to the office.
Britney walked up to Chloe and said," Chloe you did an excellent job up there. Where's Justin? I could have sworn I saw him over here a minute ago."
"He had to go to the office to get some paperwork that we have to fill out for closing."
Chloe looked around and realized The CHarmed Ones, Britney and herself were the only ones left.
"Well Britney I don't mean to be rude but we really do have to start cleaning up. But we have to wait until everyone is gone."
"Alright, Chloe, you may be hearing from my agent. See you girls later." Britney walked the up the stairs and went out.
Chloe used her telekinesis to lock the door.
"Justin, you can come out now."

Back at Chloe's house

Chloe and Justin met at her house which was next door to The Charmed Ones. Justin had went into the bathroom while Chloe was in the kitchen getting a drink.
Leo orbed in,"Hey Chloe! Just thought I'd check in on you."
"Leo, Justin is here. You can't just orb in when he is here."
"Sprry. I'll just go check on Piper, Wyatt, and Chris. Call me when you are free to talk about evil lurking. I have to talk to the girls about it too." With the Leo orbed out.
Justin walked in the kitchen right after Leo's orbs disappeared.
"So what did Britney say to you?"
"Well she asked where you were because she saw you at the bar. I said you had to run to the office to get some paperwork. Then I told her she had to leave. She said I might be hearing from her agent."
"And if you do? WHat will you tell them?"
"I don't know. I get this weird feeling when I am around her. I don't know what to make of it."
Just then Chloe heard a crashing sound come from the manor.
"I have to go check on Piper, Phoebe , and Paige. And make sure Wyatt and Chris are okay!" Chloe exclaimed.
"I'll go with you."
"No. I have to go by myself. Don't worry I'll be okay."
Justin hated when she did that. Chloe was such good friends with the girls next door he wondered if she was hiding something from him.

At The Manor

Chloe ran through the front door. When she heard noise from up in the attic she ran up the stairs. When she got into the attic she saw Wyatt and Chris in the playpen. Wyatt had his shield up. THen she saw Paige flying across the room. She got a look at the demon. The demon was a shapeshifter and it looked like Chloe. Even wearing the exact same clothes Chloe was wearing. Piper from the demon.

"Chloe, we though she was really you until Leo orbed in and said he had just talked to you." Piper said.

Phoebe yelled, "Here's the potion."

Chloe grabbed the potion from Phoebe, "Unfreeze her, Piper"

Chloe used her TK to choke the shapshifter while she said, "If you really knew enough of me to be me you would know I come over when I hear noises resembling demon attacks." She threw the potion and fire engulfed the demon and it exploded.

Just then they heard someone say, "What the hell was that?"

They all turned to see Justin standing at the door to the attic.

"Oh crap," Chloe said, "Justin we need to talk."
