A Time for Old, A Time for New (Updated 7/29)

The rain was pounding against the window as Piper Halliwell sat on a rocking chair cradling her newborn son.. 'God he is so beautiful..' she thought as her eyes began to burn with tears.. 'Why did you you take him away!? DAMN IT why cant I have anything? You took away Pure, you took away Leo, and you took away my son! What do you want from me!?' she cried, her voice breaking more with every word..after a minute of silence she looked down on Chris who was staring at Piper with those beautiful eyes...Leo's eyes..Seeing he was tired she laid him down gently in his crib and whispered 'You were so brave..I'll make sure your future is only filled with joy and happiness no matter what.' She turned around and quietly closed the nursery door and walked downstairs..As she reached the picture of Leo and Her's wedding day, and the picture of wyatt and then of Chris and then her little Chris she burst into tears..two arms surrounded her and pulled her into a tight hug.. "I just miss him so much..' and they fell to the floor in eachothers arm

"Its okay..everything will be okay.." he whispered into ear as he held her tightly in his arms.. Wrenching herself out of his arms she stood ip abruptly. "How can you tell me everything will be alright!?! How Leo? Tell me how because I want to know! I want to know Leo!" cried Piper throwing her hands up in frustration causing the glass container of her most prized pictures to explode and be lost forever...'NO!! no... no.." breaking at the very sight she picked up Chris's picture..it was completely destroyed as though it had never existed.. she couldnt take it anymore..she screaming in anger and ran out of the room crushing her and Leo's wedding picture which had survived the explosion..Leo with hurt in his eye slowly crawled over and picked up the pictures, tears threatoning to fall until he could hold it no more and silently cried..for Wyatt..for Chris..and for Piper.. he then orbed out..

Upstairs in her room Piper look at baby Chris in his crib tears flowing freely down her cheeks.. 'I hope they realize that I just have to do this Chris..I have to...be safe..' stepping back she took one last glance at Chris, set the protector crystals in place and went to the attic. She flipped the the pages furiously until she came across what she was looking for..The Time Travel Spell. Rewording it to her situation she took out the potion she had made the day she found out chris had died.

Flash Back:

Running up the steps she flip through the pages of the book.. 'where is it..where is it?!' she whisspered.. 'Piper? What are you doing?' Paige asked, already knowing the anwser as she and Pheobe stood in the door.. 'Im going to the future I have to know how he is!' Piper Cried.. "Pipr you kow you cant do that..it wouldnt be our Chris. It would be a new Chris. A Chris who had a future with a good Wyatt.' Pheobe reasoned. 'And what about personal gain Piper?" Questioned pagie. ' Screw Personal Gain! I have to see him..' running down stairs she started making the potion..

End of Flashback.

Taking a deep breath she said the spell.

The room began to spin until it abruptly stopped.. Looking at her new surroundings she realized that this wasnt her home and it sure as hell wasnt the future..The room was pure white and blinding.. It was empty and seemed to never end unlike the Elders Room.. a voice boomed..' A Destiny has been changed...'

Manor:

Pheobe and Paige looked throught the entire manor searching for piper who was not to be found. ' PIPER!?!' paige screamed. Pheboe and Paige who were freaking out, carried a crying wyatt and crying baby Chris in their arms.." Where could she be...Should we call leo?' Pheobe suggested. 'Its our last hope..LEO!!' Paige called. Bright orbs immediatly surrounded the room and Leo stood there before them..tears still stained on his face. Too busy to notice they explained the situation to him.. with realization on his face he charged up the steps to the attic with Paige and Pheobe on his tail. They all froze at the attic door. " She wouldn't..?' Phoebe asked/said all of them knowing that in truth she would...

' A Destiny has been changed...'


"Who's there!?" shouted piper in a mix of worry and anxiousness. 'Why am I here?' she thought.. 'the spell? but I wored it right.. unless.. maybe it was intercepted..' "Piper Halliwell. Come forward." the vioce boomed again. "Tell me who you are! What do you think I am, an idiot? I'll walk over there, fall into a trap, you'll get power, I die and world as we know it will end. Now. Who the hell are you?" piper demanded. "ah..yes I see your still as stubborn as ever.." said the voice. Then as if out of no where..the angel of destiny appeared before her. "now. We have a lot to talk about ms. halliwell.. for you see your newest son's destiny has now been changed."

Manor:

"How could Piper do this! We have to follow her!" pheobe said. "Pheobe, I agree we have to follow her and I dont know why she would do it but lets get started on our spells and potions-" "i know why she did it.." muttered leo catching paiges and pheobes attention. " Have you ever had to hold your child and look at them everyday knowing that they died..and not knowing if his future has changed for the better? I do..and Piper does. I know how you both cared about him but its not the same until its your child.." both Pheobe and Paige were speechless knowing that nothing they said would help. Holding up the bottles and the then spell paige said" we're ready leo.." "then lets go. I dont know if I can wait" together they read the spell and dissapeered in a cloud of light...
