Piper Halliwell rushed into the kitchen of her home with Leo Wyatt following her close behind. She suddenly stops, turns around and looks at her ex-husband straight in the eyes, "I can't believe the avatars want us to go in line with that load of trash they pushed on us. And what's worse, you actually believe it!"
Leo stopped in his tracks and tried to defend his position, but it was getting more difficult with every second. "Look I know it's hard to grasp at first, but you have to trust them. They know what's good for the future"
Piper wasn't buying any of that from anybody. "Oh, is that right?" she blares," How do they know what's good for the future? Have they been there?"
In the seven years they have been together, he had never seen Piper so adament about a belief and he knew it was practically impossible to change her mind. It was yet another thing she had to come to on her own.
Alpha Avatar pops in and begins to speak but is quickly told to shut up by Piper. He appears to get a hint of anger on his face, but holds it in long enough to magically disappear just after saying, "Trust us Piper. We're you're only hope"
Piper laughed loudly at that one, "Only hope? Ha! I bet that's a lie as well"
At that moment, Paige walks in and asks what is going on at this time. Piper gives her the load of tripe the avatars dealt out and in an instant, Paige yells out "It's time to end this for good. I'm getting the potion" and she quickly orbs out...with black orbs.
"Black orbs!" yelled out Piper, "Those were black orbs. What's that about?"
Leo didn't seem too worried. In fact, he looked as if he expcted that to happen. As he orbs out, he goes with black orbs as well.
Leo with black orbs. Paige with black orbs. Piper stares into the empty air as Phoebe walks in the room. Piper pinches herself and Pheobe wonders what that was for.
"Paige and Leo both have black orbs" says Piper, "I'm just checking to see if I'm awake". Pheobe looked in horror at the thought of her family going evil and tried to calm her sister a bit.
A few minutes of calm talking brought about nothing good and so Phoebe decides to talk it over with both black orb participants. Piper was in favor of that, but reminded Pheebs that there is no certainty as to when Paige or Leo would return. Phoebe giggled at that and said, "No silly! I'll just find them myself" and she flames out.
Piper looks even more confused and terrified. She glances over to baby Chris sitting at his chair and he has a little smile. It looked as if he knew what was going on all along. Piper looked at him and said, "Dont you go anywhere, little man!"
Several minutes later, Piper can be seen pacing around the kitchen. Her facial expression tells us she is either tired or frustrated. Just as she sits down, she can hear and see orbs start to arrive, but they are coming in from the other room.
She gets up and begins to walk to the family room, "Paige? Leo? One of you two has some serious explaining to do"
However, a quick peek into the room does not show Paige or Leo. Instead it shows us a tall blonde man and a petite redhead girl. A confused look came over Piper's face as she gave the obvious "Who are you?" question.
The man hops over to her and yells out Mom! It's good to see you. I have a problem"
This was future Wyatt!
The girl walks over to Piper and starts bickering, "No way, Wyatt. I wanna talk to her too. Aunt Piper, you have to deal with that crazy man, or I'll join him in the crazy parade"
Piper's eyes widened like saucers, "Mom? Aunt? Wait a minute, people..."
After seven years of crazy stuff happening, Piper has learned to expect the unexpected. She walks past the man and stops in front of the girl, "I think I know--Wyatt. But who are you?"
The girl seemed rather ashamed that she did not give her name first, "Oh, sorry. I'm Paula Broady"
Suddenly, Piper knew the identity of the girl. This was Paige's future daughter--with Kyle. Or is it Kile? Anyway, it's irrelevant.
Future Wyatt ran over to his mom and says, "Okay, fine. Now that you know her, can we get to saving this family...again?"
Piper gave her famous "Oh, crap" line as she sits on the sofa. She looks up to her son and asks, "What's wrong now?"
Wyatt says, "Now? I wouldn't know if anything was wrong now. I'm not from now. I'm from then"
Piper screamed in her head, but calmly asked, "Okay, what's wrong then?"
Wyatt sits next to his mom and says, "Mom, you have to stop Chris from going nuts. Dad and I are at the end of our rope in the future"
Piper looked a tad confused as she asks what she was doing in the future. Wyatt's look was not all that thrilling. This tells us that Piper does indeed die at some point, but we still do not know when or how.
Just then, the sound of orbs can be seen coming into the kitchen. Piper gets up from the sofa and heads there, but tells Wyatt and Paula to stay where they are for now.
Upon entering the kitchen, Paige tells Piper she has the potion to kill avatars and she shows it to Piper.
Piper lookd at what Paige had in her hand, "The potion to kill avatars is in a coffee cup?"
Paige put down the cup and reached in her back pants pocket, "No! it's here"
A look of concern came over Piper's face as she asks, " What's in the potion? Do you even know it's a potion? How does Kyle know it works if he hasn't met an avatar yet?"
Paige stopped her elder sister from asking yet more questions. As she walked over to the family room, Piper forgot about Paula in there and was too late to stop it from happening.
A quick fling of her freezing hand stops the room. Piper then figures out how to handle this situation while pushing Paige back into the other room.
As she stands between both rooms, Piper once again utters her most memorable quick phrase, Oh, crap"
