A dark and rainy night, Piper walks up to the house carrying her umberella. She enters the house and shakes off her umberella then hangs it on a nearby coat rack. "Anyone home?" Piper calls out.

Paige walks into the main hall. "Hey. What's up? Why didn't Leo just orb you?"

Piper, "He's with the other Elders. They're trying to figure out what this new power is. Besides, I like to drive. I feel more like a normal person." She hangs her jacket on the coat rack.

Paige, "Eh. What's so special about normal?"

Piper, "Where's Wyatt and Chris?"

Paige, "Upstairs sleeping. Phoebe's at The Bay and I was just doing some reading."

Piper, "What are you reading? More books from Magic School?"

Paige, "No... memos and notes from teachers and parents. This job is harder then I thought it would be."

Piper, "You'll get the hang of it sis."

Paige, "I know. I just wish there wasn't so much to do."

Piper, "I'm going upstairs to go over the books for P3 and take a nice hot bath before I go to bed."

Paige, "Ok, have fun."

Piper walks upstairs and Paige goes back to the living room to finish working.


Elsewhere, a small troll-like demon stands over a boiling cauldron. He lifts up a young fawn. "Powers old and wise, take this sacrifice, to erase memories their wiccan ways, so that my kind may have better days." He throws the fawn into the cauldron and it explodes sending the demon flying backwards. A black cloud of smoke rises out of the cauldron and up through the ceiling.

Piper is sitting in the bathtub relaxing when the black cloud hits her. Paige is sitting at the couch sleeping when she is hit by the black cloud. Phoebe is at The Bay talking to Elise about promoting her column when the cloud descends on her. Elise, shocked at what she just saw asks if Phoebe is ok.

Phobe, "Uh, yea I think so. Who are you? And where am I?"

BIS:

Piper jumps out of the tub. "What the?.. How'd I get here?" She throws on her robe and runs out of the bathroom calling out for "Prue?!"

Paige wakes up and hears a woman screaming out someone's name. Confused, "Where am I?"

Piper runs down the stairs and sees a strange woman in her living room. "Who are you? And where are my sisters?"

Paige, "Um, who are you and where am I?"

Piper, "Prue? Phoebe?"

Paige, "Listen I'm sorry if I intruded... I don't know how I got here or even where here is, but I'll be going home now." Paige goes out the front door and jogs down the street.

Phoebe listens to Elise telling her about how she works there and writes an advice column in disbelief. "I don't understand how I can be a writer here. I just got to San Fran this evening. I've been in New York for the past few years. Are you sure you're not the one with memory problems?"

Elise, "Listen Phoebe, why don't you just go home and get some rest. Go see a doctor tomorrow. I'm really worried about you."

Phoebe, "Yea, I'll go home. I think you should do the same thing... Is this my bag?" Looks to the purse sitting on a desk next to where she's standing.

Elise, "Yea. But I don't think you need to be driving. I'll call you a cab." Walks into her office.

Phoebe, "Thanks." Still very confused, walks outside and waits for the cab.

Piper, now fully dressed, goes into what was once Prue's room and looks around. She sees a few thing that belong to her, but there is baby stuff everywhere. And a young baby sleeping in a crib. She finds a picture of her with a handsome man but doesn't remember the man or taking the picture with him. So quietly leaves the room and goes to what was once her room and finds two twin beds and a picture of Phoebe, the girl from earlier that evening, and her self. "What is going on here?" Piper thinks aloud to her self. She goes to the third bedroom that should be Phoebe's and when she opens the door she sees a young boy sleeping in his bed. Piper eases back out of the room and begins to walk downstairs in a daze.

Phoebe walks in the house. "Piper, Prue..."

Piper, "Phoebe!" Feeling somewhat relieved to hear her sister's voice runs downstairs to greet her. Piper throws her arms around Phoebe and begins to cry.

Phoebe, "What's wrong with you? Piper, your hair... it's so long."

Piper, "Oh Phoebe, something is going on and I don't know what."

Paige arrives at her apartment and searches her pockets for a key. "It's odd for me to not a bag or purse of kind." she thinks to her self. She reaches for the knob but it's locked. "Figures. I would wake up in a strange place and now I'm locked out. Great." She sighs and goes to the landlords apartment. She knocks on the door and a woman answers.

"Yes?"

Paige, "Um, where's Mr.Glad? I locked myself out of my apartment."

Woman, "Mr.Glad passed about a year ago. I'm the landlord now. But I don't remember you living in the building."

Paige, "What? Mr.Glad didn't die. I saw him just yesterday."

Woman, "I don't know what kind of sick joke you're playing lady, but I think you had better leave before I call the cops."

Paige, "Go ahead you crazy old bat. I live in apartment 4B and have for a sometime now."

Woman, "4B is occupied by 2 male partners. I know you don't live here. I'm going to call the police and you had better not be here when they arrive. I will have you arrested."

Paige, "Oh I'm so not moving."

Piper searches everything downstairs in the manor while Phoebe walks the upstairs. Piper told Phoebe about the boys sleeping so Phoebe creeps around so as to not wake them up. Piper screams and Phoebe runs downstairs to check on her older sister. She finds Piper in the kitchen with all the cabinet doors open and the fridge and freezer wide open as well.

Phoebe, "What is it? What's wrong?"

Piper, "Look at all this Pheebs. Most of it has MY handwriting on it. Look, pigs feet... frozen mushrooms..."

Phoebe, "What's so odd about that?"

Piper, "Freeze dried fairy wings?! Phoebe, what's going on here?"

Phoebe, "I don't know. But I found some strange pictures upstairs. One of you and HOT guy. And one of you me and some girl."

Piper, "That's the girl I told you was here earlier, I bet you."

Phoebe, "It gets even more weird Piper. Are you ready for this? Prue is gone. All of her stuff is gone. I have no idea what's going on here, but we better find out and fast."

Darryll approaches Paige. "I heard your name mentioned and thought there was some kind of demon attack. I had to come Paige. I'm really sorry about..."

Paige interupts, "What? Demon? And how do you know me?"

Darryll looks at Paige for a moment. Then realizes that she doesn't know who he is. "My name is Darryll. Look I heard the whole story from the landlady. Paige, you don't live here anymore. I'll take you home and maybe Piper and Phoebe can help you."

Paige, "I'm not going anywhere with you, Darryll. I don't even know you."

Thinking fast Darryll answers her. "I'm a cop. You need to come with me. He puts hand cuffs on her and walks her to his car. He gently places her in the backseat and drives her to the Halliwell manor.

Piper and Phoebe are sitting on the sofa looking through a photo album filled with pictures of the older boy upstairs and the man and woman they found in the pictures. Both sisters try to figure out what seems to be missing.

Phoebe, "It's obvious these boys belong to one of us. And I'm thinking it's you since I only found one picture of me with a guy and it was tucked up under a lot of what I think is my clothes in a drawer upstairs. There are a lot of pictures of you and the guy and they're all over the house. So is that strange girl. Did you happen to get her name?"

Piper, "No I was half naked and wet Phoebe. I didn't think to ask her what her name was as she ran out the door."

Phoebe, "Ok.Well maybe she has some answers as to why neither of us can remember any of this stuff and why..." The doorbell rings and Phoebe stops. "I'll get that. Maybe it's the girl come back to give us our memories back." She jokingly says. Phoebe answers the door to see the girl arguing with a man.

Paige, "I'm telling you I don't live here!"

Darryll, "Yes you do. Phoebe, help me out here. I think Paige lost her memory somehow."

Phoebe, "Do I know you?"

Darryll, "Oh great not you too? Look Phoebe, I'm Inspector Darryll Morris, may I come in?"

Phoebe, "Sure. Um... Piper, company."

All 4 people are gathered in the living room and Darryll tries to explain to them that Paige is their sister and they are good witches that save the world every week. All three girls think he has lost his mind. "Don't believe me?.. Leo" No answer. Darryll feeling like he might be the one that lost his mind calls out again. "Leo!" Still no answer. He looks to Piper. "You call him. I'm sure he'll come. He just might not hear me. But I know he'll hear you."

Piper, "You want me to call him on the phone?"

Darryll, "No just call out his name. His name is Leo and he can help more then I can."

Piper, "Have you lost your mind? There is no one in this house other then us. If there was a man in the house we would have found him by now."

Darryll, "He doesn't have to be in the house. Please just humor me. Just yell out the name Leo and if nothing happens I'll leave and take Paige to the station and commit myself to an asylum."

Piper shrugs and says, "Ok. What do I have to loose?.. LEO!.. Nothing. I think you had better go now."

Leo orbs in. "What is it Piper? Something wrong with Wyatt or Chris?"

Piper, Phoebe and Paige jump. "Oh my..." says Piper.

Phoebe, "Cool."

Darryll, "Leo. Look, I think the girl have lost their memories. They don't know who you are, me or even the boys."

Leo, "What?"

Darryll, "Yea. I found Paige harrassing the landlady at her old apartment building. And they don't know about Prue."

Leo, "Piper, I'm your husband and Paige is your sister. Wyatt and Chris are our sons and you three are The Charmed Ones. Good witches."

Phoebe, "So does that mean you are a witch too?"

Leo, "No. I'm an Elder."

Paige, "What's that?"

Leo, "Look It's a long story. You three need to go up to the attic..."

Piper, "No. See the attic is locked. We can't get in there. We are going to call a locksmith in the morning to.."

Leo, "It's not locked anymore. Just go up there and look in the Book of Shadows.."

Phoebe, "The what? Doesn't sound like we're good witches."

Leo, "Stop. Just go get the big book on the pedastool and look through it. Try to find a spell that will help you get your memories back. I'll check with the other Elders to see if they might know a way to help. Darryll can you stay with them? They should still have their powers but without their knowledge they are in great danger."

Darryll, "Sure. Just hurry back. I can't protect them from demons."

Leo, "I know. I'll be back as soon as I can." He orbs out.

Phoebe, "That is just too cool. I wonder if I can do that." She squints her eyes trying to orb.

Piper, "What are you doing?"

Phoebe, "Trying to do what he did. But I don't think I can."

Piper, "Well stop it. You look rediculous."

Darryll, "Paige is the one that can orb."

Paige, "What?"

Darryll, "Orb. What Leo just did. You can do that."

Phoebe, "Now that's not fair."

Paige, "Well I don't want it. You can have it. I just want to go home and forget about this whole thing."

Darryll, "Paige, I told you."

Paige, "Yea yea. I know. I live HERE."

Piper stops and looks at Darryll. "Where's Prue?"

Darryll, "Umm... I think we had better get to the attic and look through the book Leo mentioned."

Phoebe, "What aren't you telling us about Prue?"

Darryll, "You'll find out as soon as you find a spell like the one Leo was talking about. I don't want to say anything."

Piper, frustrated, waves her hand at him brushing him off. She turns to go up the stairs with Phoebe and Paige in persuit. Piper turns around sees that Darryll hasn't moved. He's looking at the spot that Piper was standing in when she waved him off. Paige and Phoebe turn to see what she's looking at and notice that Darryll seems to frozen. Phoebe walks up to him and waves her in front of his face but he doesn't even blink.

Phoebe, "Um, I think we have a problem."

Piper, "Oh no.."

Paige, "What did you do to him?"

Phoebe touches Darryl and gets a premonition of small gray skin colored man speeding up to Darryll with his gun drawn and firing off several rounds at the man. The gray man hits Darryll knocking him to the ground. Phoebe comes out of the premonition. "Whoa..."

Piper, "What? What just happened to you?"

Phoebe, "I saw Darryl shooting at something and it didn't hurt it at all. I think it killed him. I think we had better that book Leo and Darryll were talking about and fast."

Paige puts her hands out in front of her. "What good will a Book of Shadows do..." She stops as the very large BoS appears in her hands in a shower of orbs. She drops the book and steps backwards. "What did you people do to me?"

Phoeb picks up the book and looks to Paige. "We didn't do anything to you. But I'm betting this old book has some answers and that's why Leo and Darryll both insisted on us having it."

Piper, "I'm no witch Phoebe. I don't know what's going on here but I want no part of it."

Baby Chris wakes up crying. "Piper you go check on the baby. Paige and I will look through the book for some kind of answer."

Piper, "Why me? I'm not good with kids Phoebe."

Phoebe, "Piper I'm betting those kids are yours and your hot husband Leo's. You are probably the only one that can do anything to calm it down."

Piper, "Fine. But I'm telling you, that baby is not mine." She turns and goes up the stairs.

Paige, "I'm not going to look through any book. I'm going home and leaving you weirdos far behind. Have a nice life." She begins to walk to the front door.

Phoebe, "I thought you were brought here because you didn't live where you thought you did. You have no home right now. No where to go. I think you had better stay here until we find out what exactly is going on."

Paige, "Ok. But I'm not looking through any old book. I mean it's older then you are. What could it possibly say about what's going on now?"

Phoebe goes to the couch, sits down, and begins thumbing through it. Paige stands in the doorway to the livingroom watching Phoebe. Darryll takes a step forward as if going to the stairs. He stops and sees Paige and Phoebe but no Piper.

Darryll, "Hey. Did Piper just freeze me?"

Paige starled orbs out and back in. Phoebe seeing this "That is just too cool."

"Paige, "What just happened?"

Darryll, "You orbed."

Paige, "I did?"

Phoebe, "Yea. And Yes Darryll I think Piper froze you."

Darryll, "At least she didn't blow me up."

Phoebe, "She can do that?"

Darryll, "Yea and Paige can move things with her mind and you have premonitions."

Phoebe," Premonitions?"

Darryll, "Yea you can see things that have happened or will happen."

Phoebe, "Oh no.."

Darryll, "What oh no? I don't like "oh no"s from you three."

Phoebe, "Um.. I think I saw you die."

Darryll, angry, "What?"

Phoebe, "Yea. I think you were protecting us from a demon."

Darryll draws his gun. "I'm not going down without a fight."

Phoebe, "That didn't do you any good."

Darryll, "Great. Leo had better hurry. Where's Piper?"

Paige, "Upstairs taking care of a baby."

Darryll, "Well she needs to get back down here. I don't want to die." He puts his gun back in it's holster.

Phoebe, "You go up and get her. I'll keep looking through the book."

Darryll runs up the stairs and Phoebe goes back to looking through the book and a demon shimmers in behind Paige. The demon knocks her down and goes for Phoebe. Startled she jumps off the couch and levitates up to the ceiling hitting her head and falling to the ground in an unconscience heap. The demon laughs and zooms up the stairs towards Wyatt's room.

The demon passes Darryll who doesn't see it. But he feels it brush his arm. Darryll stops and looks around. He hears a cry come from Wyatt's room and rushes in too see what's going on. He sees the demon reaching for Wyatt who throws up his shield and sees Piper laying on top of a broken changing table. Darryll yells out, "Hey!" and draws his gun. Being a cop and not a witch, this is the only way he knows how to handle the bad guys.

The demon turns around and snarls at Darryll. He raises his hand and forms an energy ball. He launches it at Darryll who dodges it but just barely. The energy ball scratches his arm. Darryll is bleeding and fires his gun at the ceiling trying to scare the demon. But it only laughs at him. "I'm not an animal. Loud noises won't frighten me away. And now with the Charmed Ones out of the way, their children will be mine for the taking, with their Book of Shadows to follow. You poor human, you are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. And now you will die for it." He forms another energy ball but darryll is cornered against the wall with nowhere to go. He braces himself for what is coming. The demon throws the energy ball but it freezes inches away from a frozen Darryll's face.

Phoebe and Paige run into the room to see the demon, energy ball, and Darryll frozen. Piper on the ground and bleeding from a gash on the side of her head. Phoebe runs to her sisters side. "Phoebe, I'm ok. Check the baby." From the other room the youngest baby is heard crying.

Paige, "I'll go get that one." And she leaves the room.

Phoebe picks up a crying Wyatt and holds him shushing his crying and talking softly and sweetly. Wyatt stops crying.

Piper, "Are you sure he's mine? He seems to like you better." Piper falls back in pain.

Phoebe, "Piper?"

Piper, "Yea."

Phoebe, "Just checking... LEO!"

Leo orbs in. "They don't..." He sees Piper on the ground and rushes to her side. He quickly heals her as he asks, "What happened here?"

Phoebe, "He did." pointing out the still frozen demon.

Leo noticing the demon for the first time throws a bolt of lightening at the demon vanquishing him.

Phoebe, "Umm, what about him?" as she points to Darryll with the energy ball much too close to him.

Leo looks to Darryll and waves his arm orbing Darryll downstairs to the livingroom. Leo then tells Piper to unfreeze the energy ball.

Piper, "I don't know how."

Leo, "Yes you do. It's inside of you. You just have to find it."

Piper looks at it and thinking that she wants to unfreeze it, she waves her hand making it explode immediately.

Phoebe, "Ok that was awesome. How'd you do that?"

Piper, "I don't know."

Leo, "Phoebe let me have Wyatt. You go back to the book." He looks around. "Where's Paige?"

Phoebe, "Oh she went to get the other baby." She hands Wyatt to Leo.

Leo, "Is Chris ok?"

Phoebe, "I think so. The demon seemed to want Wyatt."

Leo looks at Wyatt and hugs him tightly. "You ok big guy?" He kisses his sons forehead and taking Piper's hand helps her to her feet and leads to baby Chris. Phoebe follows them out of the room and continues downstairs to the Book of Shadows.

Back in Wyatt's room a new demon shimmers in. "Idiot! He had them but he let his guard down to play with a stupid human. That same mistake won't be made again." With that he reaches down to touch the scorch mark left by the vanquished demon and shimmers out.

Paige, Piper, and Leo walk downstairs to join a frantic Darryll and Phoebe.

Leo, "Here Darryll, let me heal that for you." He touches Darryll's arm then Darryll's arm looks good as new. "Thanks for watching out for my family. I can't think you enough for what you've done. Who knows what would have happened if you hadn't been here."

Darryll, "It's the least I could do. After all..."

Phoebe, "I think I found something."

Leo walks over to Phoebe looks at the page she is pointing to and replies with, "That's a Power of Three spell." Looks to Piper and Paige. "You'll all have to say it, and say it together."

Paige, "I'm not saying any spell. Something is wrong with all of you, I'm leaving."

Piper, "I'm with her. About the spell thing. Who knows what kind of evil comes from that book."

Leo, "Ok Piper, you are not evil. You're the kindest most loving caring witch I've ever known and that's why I fell in love with you."

Piper thrown back by this, looks at him for a moment then gives in. "Ok, I'll say this one spell but I swear if something bad happens. I'm going to kill all of you."

Leo looks to the third sister. "Paige? Come on if you want your memory back you need to say this spell."

Paige, "I told you, I'm not saying any spell."

Phoebe, "What will it hurt? Read it if you think that nothing good can come from it, we won't force you. Just look at it."

Leo protesting Phoebe statement, "Phoebe, you need her to get your memories back. You're in too much danger without her and your memories."

Phoebe, "Leo, If you really are my brother-in-law then you know that Piper, Prue, and I... Wait a minute. You said it's a power of three spell and that Paige is our sister. The three of us are witches, but what... Prue isn't? What's going on."

Leo, "I really don't..."

Piper, "Leo. Whatever it is your not telling us has to stop. You want us to trust you and trust that we're good witches and Paige is our sister. But you won't trust us and tell us where Prue is. We aren't going to do anything until you let us see Prue."

Leo, "I don't have that kind of power Piper."

Piper, "Then who does? I want to talk to them right now!"

Leo, "Prue was one of the greatest witches. The eldest sister of the Charmed Ones. But now you're the eldest. Honey, Prue's dead. She died 4 years ago."

Piper, "How? How did she die?" Trying to be strong.

Leo, "A demon named Shax killed her."

Piper, with tears in her eyes, "Is he dead?"

Leo, "Yes, you Phoebe and Paige vanquished him."

Piper, "Good because if he was still alive, I'd hunt him down."

Paige walks over to the Book of Shadows and looks at the page Phoebe showed to Leo. Then she looks to her two crying sisters. "Ok, I'll do this one spell with you but if nothing happens, I'm out of here." Her last memory before waking up in this house, is sitting at work and seeing Prue Halliwell's obituary. And for some reason hearing that their sister Prue died, makes her want to do this. She feels that she needs to try this for Prue. But why she felt so much love for a person she had never met was beyond her.

Phoebe looks at Paige, "Deal. But I can't believe that after what you've seen and done you still don't believe that Leo's telling us the truth."

Paige, "It's not that. Well yes it is. I think this is some kind of mass hysteria or something. Sorry dude, no offense."

Leo, "None taken. But I think you'd better get started before another demon attacks."

Darryll, "Hey, I'll be leaving now. I don't think you need me anymore and I have a job to get back to."

Leo walks over to Darryll, shakes his hand, and smiling largely says, "Thanks again. If there is ever anything I can do for you."

Darryll, "I know." He releases Leo's hand, shoots a smile to Wyatt, who he's grown very fond of, and leaves the manor.

Leo looks to the sisters, "The spell is more likely to work if you join hands and say it together."

Piper walks to stand next to Phoebe and takes her sister's hand iin her own and looks to a hesitant Paige.

Paige hands baby Chris to Leo and joins her sisters, standing on the other side of Phoebe. They look down at the book and begin to recite the spell in unison.

"Powers and emotions tied
A witch's heart is where it lies
Help us through our agony
Bless us with our memory"

A dim white light glows around the sisters.

Leo, "Well?"

Piper, "Oh no!"

Leo, "It didn't work?"

Phoebe, "Of course it worked."

Paige, "Thank goodness."

Leo, "Then what's wrong?"

Piper, "I can't believe I forgot Wyatt again. What kind of horrible mother am I?"

Leo, "You are a great mother Piper."

Piper, "And Chris... Prue." She begins to cry again then Wyatt orbs into her arms. She smiles at her boy and hugs him tightly. "I love you." She looks to Leo and baby Chris. "All of you."

Paige is sitting at her desk at magic school when she gets a feeling that something is wrong. She asks Ben to keep on things for a few minutes while she goes home to check on things. He agrees and she orbs to the manor.

Piper is feeding baby Chris while Leo is feeding Wyatt in the kitchen. Paige orbs into the kitchen and asks if everything is ok. Both Piper and Leo look up at her, smiling and answer "Yes" in unison. They begin to laugh. Then Piper stops and asks Paige, "Why? What's up?"

Paige, "I don't know. I just have this feeling. Where's Phoebe?"

Piper, "At work."

Paige, "Well I'm going to call her just to be sure." Suddenly Paige gets this strong pain in her chest and doubles over.

Leo rushes to her and tries to help, but Paige orbs out. Leo looks to Piper.

Piper, "Well what are you waiting for? Follow her."

Paige orbs into a small apartment to see a young woman bleeding from a small partially healed wound on her side leaning over a man. Paige walks closer and the woman looks up to her.

"Help him please."

Paige looks down to see her father with a Darklighter arrow in his chest. "Sam! Are you ok?" He doesn't answer her but he lets out a sigh. "Dad! Dad, please be ok... Leo!!"

Leo orbs in right behind Paige and sees Sam is dying. He rushes to help. He looks to the woman,"I need you to pull the arrow out, We can't touch it." Leo turns to Paige, "So this is where you went. How'd you know?"

Paige, "I think I felt his fear when I was at Magic School. Then at the manor, when I had that horrible pain in my chest, I think it was when he got shot."

Leo, "So where's the Darklighter now?"

Paige, "I don't know. He wasn't here when I got here."

Woman, "He left just after he shot Sam. Thank God you got here in time. Sam was healing me when the man shot him. He stabbed me and waited for Sam to get here."

Paige, "Someone is going to a lot of trouble to get to us. First the memory thing and the demon, now my father and one of his charges. But what could they accomplish by killing my Dad and his charge?"

Sam, now healed fully and reaching over to finish healing his charge, "Whoever did this Paige, was trying to cause you so much grief that you wouldn't be able to do your job. What I can't figure out is why didn't they stick around to finish the job?"

Paige, "Because they knew they couldn't defeat an Elder and a Charmed One."

Leo, "Then why attack in the first place?"

Paige, "The boys!"

Leo and Paige orb back to the manor. They see everything is fine. Piper is playing with Wyatt and Phoebe is with playing Chris. Paige and Leo look to each other very confused.

Sam orbs in behind Leo. "Is everything ok here?" Sam asks.

"I don't know." Leo replies.

Piper, "What could be wrong? Paige you seem fine now."

Phoebe, "Was something wrong with Paige?"

Paige, "Not me. Some Darklighter attacked Sam. But he's ok now. Thanks to Leo."

Piper, "Hmm. Well glad to see everything worked out ok. Time for Wyatt and Chris to both get naps. Leo will you help me put them to bed?"

Leo, "Sure." Looks to Paige. "I'll be right back. We need to figure out who is behind all of this."

Leo takes Chris while Piper guides Wyatt up the stairs. Phoebe gets up and walks over to Paige and Sam. "Hi Sam. Nice to see you again."

Sam, "Hi Phoebe."

Paige, "Sam I think you should stay with us in case someone tries to hurt you again."

Sam, "If one of my charges need me Paige, I'll have to go to them."

Paige, "You won't go alone. Since I'm half whitelighter, I think Phoebe should go with you. Darklighter arrows won't hurt her."

Phoebe, "Looks like your my charge now Sam."

Paige, "I'm going to look through the book. Maybe I can get an idea of who is powerful enough to get a demon and a Darklighter to work for them."

Sam, "Be careful."

Paige, "If I need help, you and Leo are just a call away. So are Phoebe and Piper for that matter." She heads up the stairs to the attic.

Phoebe, "So Sam, how have you been?"

Sam, "Good considering I don't get to see my daughter much."

Phoebe, "Why don't you come around more?"

Sam, "Well, for starters she doesn't want anything to do with me. Plus now I've charges again and it's just hard to..."

A yell comes from the attic. Leo orbs Piper to the attic to help. Sam grabs Phoebe's arm and orbs her to the attic.

Piper, "What? What is it Paige?"

Paige, "I know who's behind all these attacks!"

The Darklighter black orbs into a small dark room. He looks around sees a large shadowy figure standing in the corner. "I did as you commanded. The Whitelighter is dead." The Darklighter says bowing his head.

Shadowy figure, "You fool, he's still alive. And now his offspring will come for you... and me"

Darklighter, "Do Whitelighters conceive offspring? I mean I thought it was forbidden until that one married a Charmed One."

Shadowy figure, "It was forbidden. But they do not always do as they are told. Something the two of you have in common."

Darklighter, "He should be dead. I shot him in the chest."

Shadowy figure yells, "Idiot! That Whitelighter is the father of the youngest Charmed One. Her Elder brother-in-law healed him."

Darklighter, "What? You set me up! Now they will come for me and I won't stand a chance against them. No one ever has."

The shadowy figure steps forward morphing into... PRUE. Evil Prue raises her hand and the Darklighter rises off the floor. The Darklighter tries to escape by black orbing out but evil Prue clenches her fist holding the Darklighter in place. Evil Prue, "Sorry, but now I must vanquish you before the Charmed Ones find you. I can't allow that to happen." Evil Prue raises her other hand and an athame appears in her hand. The athame floats up and flies into the heart of the Darklighter. He explodes in a swarm of black orbs. Evil Prue smiles and disappears in flames.

The phone rings. "I'll get that. But when I get back I want some sort of plan brewing." Piper says exiting the attic.

Phoebe, "Ok Paige, what demon do you think is doing all this?"

Paige, "Not a demon Phoebe... a shadow."

Phoebe, "Come again?"

Paige, "Look." pointing to a page in the open Book of Shadows. "It says: This shadow mass is capable of taking any form it wants. In it's shadow form it is invincible. It cannot be vanquished, only banished to the Demonic Nether Realm using a potion and Power of Three spell." Paige looked to her sister. "It lists the potion ingredients, the Shadow Mass' many powers, and the spell written to banish it."

Phoebe, "What's to keep it from coming back once banished? They always come back."

Paige, "We'll deal with that when and if it happens."

Phoebe, "All the same Paige, I'd like to start on a vanquishing spell just in case. I mean we've vanquished invincible demons before... Why should this one be any different?"

Paige, "Well you start on the vanquishing spell and I'll start on the banishing potion and copying the spells down for each of us to carry."

Piper yells from downstairs, "Phoebe! You'll never guess who's on the phone for you."

Phoebe, "I'll start on the vanquishing potion after I get the phone." She leaves the attic.

Sam, "Do you think you'll be able to vanquish this Shadow Mass?"

Paige, "I really don't know. I hope Phoebe has something great in mind."

Leo, "I believe in you Paige. All of you. I always have. I mean you defeated the Source not once but three times. You defeated Cole when he was invincible, the Titans... Need I say more?"

Paige, "I hope your right Leo. But just in case Phoebe's vanquishing spell won't work, I want to make sure we have this banish to fall back on.

Downstairs Phoebe picks up the phone receiver, "Hello?"

"Phoebe?" the voice on the other end asks.

Phoebe, "Jason is that you?"

Jason, "Yea Phoebe. It's me. Can we meet somewhere? I want to talk to you."

Phoebe, "This is kind of a bad time Jason."

Jason, "More 'family emergencies'?"

Phoebe, "Sort of. Where are you?"

Jason, "I'm in town. Can we meet later and talk?"

Phoebe, "Sure. Where and when?"

Jasaon, "Just call me at the paper. I'll be here most of the night and all day tomorrow. If you don't call I'll understand."

Phoebe, "Oh I'll call. Well emergency permitting."

Jason, "Ok. Bye Phoebe." He hangs up.

Phoebe hangs up the phone and turns to see Piper hanging on her everyword.

Piper, "So? Spill. What's up?"

Phoebe, "I don't know. I'll let you know as soon as I find out myself. Now back to the attic we have work to do." Phoebe rushes up the stairs trying to avoid talking with her sister.

In the attic Piper pushes Phoebe to tell her what was said.

Phoebe, "Nothing Piper. He just said he wants me to call him at the Bay when I can. He wants to talk."

Paige and Leo together, "Who wants to talk?"

Piper, "Jason" teasingly.

Paige, "Is that a good thing?"

Phoebe, "I don't know. Can we please get back to this Shadow Mass?"

Piper, "This what?" Paige begins to fill Piper in on what they found and their plans.

Leo, "I'm going to find out if the Elders have any further information on this Mass."

Sam, "I'll go with you."

Phoebe, "Oh no you don't mister. I'm in charge of you right now, and I think you should stick close to me."

Sam, "Nothing can get up there to hurt me. I'll be perfectly safe."

Phoebe, "That's what the Elders thought. But look what happened to them when the Titans showed up. No, we can't have you getting hurt. The last time hurt Paige so much she couldn't control her powers."

Sam, "What? Paige is this true?"

Paige, "Well you were my charge when we first met, not to mention my being your daughter. With both of us being Whitelighters or at least half of one, it shouldn't be a surprise that I could sense your pain."

Sam, "Paige, why didn't you tell me? I'm going to be a danger for you. How are you going to perform your Charmed duties if you..."

Paige cuts him off with, "The same way you do your Whitelighter duties every time one of you charges gets hurt. The same way Leo does, or did all of his duties every time one of charges got hurt. I'll learn to control it."

Piper, "Do you think your Whitelighter powers are advancing?"

Paige, "I don't know, but I can't worry about that right now. We have a... a thing to deal with."

Sam sits on a couch in the attic feeling useless. Phoebe is attempting a spell to vanquish the Shadow. Paige is writing copies of the banishing spell to pass out amongst her sisters. Leo has orbed away, after telling the Charmed Ones that he was going to talk with the Elders again. And Piper is caring for her sons. Suddenly the Book of Shadows begins to turn pages on it's own. Startled Paige and Phoebe stop what they're doing and watch the book. The pages stop on the spell to call a lost witch. Wondering why it would stop there, Phoebe asks Paige what she thinks it means.

Paige, "I'm not sure, but maybe we should get Piper in here too."

Phoebe, "I'll go get her. You keep an eye on Sam." She exits the attic.

Sam, "Do you think it stopped on that page because one of your sisters may actually be the Shadow in disguise and the real sister turned the pages?"

Paige, "I'm not sure. I may even be the Shadow. Or maybe it's something different entirely. I do know that once Piper and Phoebe get back in here, we need to do the spell together."

Sam, "Paige, I know you aren't the Shadow. I can just tell."

Paige, "Well that's good to know. I'd hate to be evil and turn on my family."

Sam smiles and noticing Paige smiles back as Phoebe and Piper enter. Not wanting to interupt the father/daughter moment, the older sisters try to slip out unnoticed. Sam stops with them by telling them the problem they are facing is more important then what he and Paige were doing. Seeing the pain in Paige's face, he realized that he didn't say what he meant. Sam, "Paige, I didn't mean it that way."

Paige, "It's ok. I understand. And you're right. We have to find out what the book is up to then get back to this Shadow."

Phoebe recognizing the foot-in-mouth syndrome in Sam, she gives him a comforting smile and approaches the book to stand beside Piper and Paige who are ready to do the spell.

The sisters put the following ingredients in a silver mortar: a pinch of rosemary, a sprig of cypress, a yarrow root. Grind with a pestle while chanting:

"Power of the witches rise,
Course unseen across the skies.
Come to us who call you near,
Come to us and settle here."

They add blood to the mortar while chanting:

"Blood to blood, I summon thee.
Blood to blood, return to me."

A swirl of lights appear then begin to form. Not knowing what to expect Piper raises both hands ready to freeze the room. When the lights finish forming they see it's none other then their eldest sister Prue. In awe, both Piper and Phoebe rush to where Prue stands. Pru raises a hand telling them to stop. Prue, "I haven't got much time. You must be Paige."

Paige, "Yea, and you're Prue."

Prue, "Yea." smiles warmly and lovingly at Paige. "I've wanted to meet you for a long time. It took you long enough to summon me." She looks to Piper and Phoebe.

Piper, "We were told you couldn't come to us."

Prue, "A discussion for another time Piper."

Piper, "Can you come meet your nephews?"

Prue, "I really can't. I need to go. But listen to me. The three of you must trust each other and your instincts more then ever. This Shadow that you are after, it is more then it appears to be. Paige, you are on the right track. Piper, I shouldn't be telling you this, but you need to be wary of things that seem too good to be true. I'm sorry but that's all I can say. And Phoebe, you need to slow down. This rushing you keep doing, trying to find a father for your daughter, trying to kill the Shadow, and any other evil you come up against as fast as you can, well you'll just end up right here with me. Piper and Paige need you. I can't say anymore. I have to go. Blessed be my sisters. And next time, don't wait so long to call me." She smiles and disappears. Phoebe starts crying and Piper puts her arm around her younger sister.

Paige, "What do you think she meant? We need to trust each other and our instincts; I'm on right track?"

Phoebe, "I know what she meant. This Shadow can't be vanquished. Just like you said Paige, we need to focus on banishing it. I need to trust your instincts more, and stop trying to find a fast and easy solution to everything."

Piper, "But I need to be wary of things that seem too good to be true?"

Phoebe, "I don't know about that one. Do you think she was talking about Leo?"

Piper, "No. She couldn't have meant Leo. He's an angel for crying out loud. He's always been too good to be true."

Phoebe, "That's exactly what I mean Piper. He has been acting funny lately."

Piper, "What now that he's an Elder, and found out that his first born son may or may not be evil, and his second born son may come back to the past to attempt to save his brother and die too young trying?"

Phoebe, "I'm sorry Piper. I only meant..."

Piper, "I know what you meant Phoebe. Look, we don't need to be fighting right now. We need to get back to this Shadow. We'll talk about this later."

Phoebe feeling bad about her suspicion towards Leo nods in agreement and tears up the vanquishing spell and tosses it in the trash. Paige goes back to the spell and asks Piper if she'll go make the potion.

Piper, "Yea." she picks up the Book of Shadows and walks downstairs to the kitchen.

Sam, "Phoebe, I know I'm not your father. I won't try to be. But I know Leo. I trust him with my life. He saved my life, today in fact. You've known him for years, and I think you should know by now that he's a good guy. He'll always be on your side."

Paige, "Sam, stay with Phoebe, I'll go talk with Piper." she leaves the attic to join Piper in the kitchen.

Phoebe, "Sam, I trust Leo. I just think something is going on with him that he won't or can't tell us. I feel... I don't know what I feel when I'm around him. And that's the problem. I can feel his love for Piper Wyatt and Chris, but beyond that, there's nothing."

Sam, "Phoebe maybe your just trying too hard or reading too much into it. Maybe you should try talking with Leo before you accuse him of something."

Phoebe, "I'm not accussing him anything. I just feel like he's hiding something from us. And more importantly, from Piper."

Leo orbs in. "Where's Piper?"

Phoebe, "In the kitchen working on a potion."

Sam, "Do you want me to go?"

Phoebe, "No. Again, I'm in charge of you."

Sam looks up, "One of my charges need me. I have to go to her." He begins to orb out alone but Phoebe grabs him tagging along. Leo orbs down to the kitchen.

Paige, "Look all I'm saying is listen to your instincts Piper. What are they telling you?"

Piper, "They're telling me that my sisters don't trust my husband."

Leo, "Why not?"

Paige turns around sees him stand in the doorway. "I didn't hear you come in."

Leo, "The benefits of orbing. I get to eaves drop. Why don't you and Phoebe trust me?"

Piper, "Leo, we'll talk about it later." she then calls out, "Phoebe, the potions ready. Time to go hunting."

Leo, "She's not here. Sam got a call from one of his charges, so she tagged along to keep an eye on him."

Paige, "Great. Couldn't it have waited? We need her."

Leo, "It seemed pretty important."

Piper, "We'll just have to wait till she gets back."

Leo, "They're calling. I have to go." He orbs out before Piper can protest.

Leo orbs into the same small dark room where the Darklighter met with the Shadow. He morphs back into the shadow and laughs. "Driving a wedge between the witches is proving easier then I thought. Once the Power of Three is broken, I'll pick them off one by one. Starting with the most vunerable... Paige." He morphs into Sam and orbs out.

Sam and Phoebe are in Mexico. Phoebe, not understanding a word that is being said between Sam and his charge, kicks the dirt in boredom. Sam looks to Phoebe and assures her that his charge only called him for advice and they should be able to get to the manor soon.

Paige is in the attic waiting on her sisters. Piper is attending to a hungry baby Chris while Wyatt sleeps soundly in his bed.

Orbs appear in the attic so Paige stands up to greet the person coming in. She sees her father but no Phoebe. "Where's Pheebs? Didn't she go with you?"

Sam, "Well yes she did. But I dropped her off downstairs. Where's Piper and Leo?"

Paige, "Leo orbed to no one knows where, and Piper is feeding Chris. We need to Piper and Phoebe in here so we can get rid of this Shadow before he sends more demons after us."

Sam, "Or we could just... oh I don't know... do some father daughter bonding while we wait." Sam smiles showing his cannine teeth.

Paige, feeling uncomfortable with this, smiles back sheepishly and walks towards the Book of Shadows. "What did you have in mind?"

Sam, "Well I was thinking maybe we could go somewhere alone and talk."

Paige, "We are alone Sam."

Sam, "Well I guess one place is as good as any." He smiles again and extends his hand as if he wants Paige to hold hands with him. She reluctantly reaches out for him, but before her their hands touch he sends Paige flying up into the air telekinetically and throws her against the wall. She hits it hard and falls to the floor in a bloody heap. Sam laughs wickedly and morphs into the Shadowy figure and oozes out the window.

Piper, hearing the crash from the attic, gently puts Chris to bed and rushes upstairs. She sees her youngest sister laying on the floor unconscience. Piper rushes to Paige and checks her pulse. Paige is barely hanging on to life so Piper calls out for, "Leo!"

Sam hugs his charge and tells Phoebe, "We're all done here. Let's get back to the manor." He takes Phoebe's hand and orbs away with her tow.

Sam and Phoebe orb into the attic and see Piper kneeling over Paige. "What happened?" Sam asks as he rushes to heal his daughter.

Piper, "I have no idea. I was downstairs feeding Chris. Where were you?"

Phoebe, "Protecting Sam like we all agreed on."

Piper, "Well we almost lost Paige."

Sam, healing Paige, "She'll be ok. Where's Leo, didn't you call for him?"

Piper, "I did but he didn't show."

Paige comes to and sees Sam pushes him away. "Stay away from me!"

Sam, "Paige what is it?"

Paige, "You did this to me. How dare you act innocent. I hate you!" she backs into a corner pulls her knees up to her chest and begins to cry.

Sam, "Paige, I didn't do anything."

Phoebe, "I was with him the whole time Paige. He couldn't have done this."

Piper, "It must have been the Shadow. Remember it can take any form it wants."

Paige, relaxing a little, "I'm sorry Sam. I just thought..."

Sam, "It's ok. I would have felt the same way."

Piper moves towards Paige and comforts her with a hug. "Sam saved you Paige, he would never hurt you."

Sam, "I couldn't hurt you. I... love you."

Phoebe calls out for Leo but he doesn't come.

Piper, "Where is that husband of mine?"

Phoebe, "I don't know, but I sure would like to know why he hasn't shown. Thank goodness for Sam or we would have lost Paige."

Paige, "I think we need to summon Prue again. I have a funny feeling about all of this." Phoebe and Piper agree with a nod and they go to the Book of Shadows to find the summoning spell. Sam walks over to Paige and puts his hand out to help her up. Hesitantly Paige reaches for his hand and he gently pulls her to her feet. She smiles at him "Thanks."

Leo, arguing with an Elder, hears the sisters calling for him. "I have to go my family needs me."

Elder, "Leo, you aren't going anywhere. We forbid you to go back to Earth. You have become too much of a risk."

Leo, "I'll do what I want. You can't keep me here." Leo orbs out and appears in the attic. "Is everything ok?"

Piper, angry, "No everything is not ok. Where were you? Paige almost died."

Leo, "What?"

Paige, "It's ok. Sam healed me."

Piper, "He shouldn't of had to. That is Leo's job. Or I thought it was."

Leo, "I'm sorry. The Elders were forbidding me to come back."

Piper, "What? Why?"

Phoebe, "Later you two. We have a job to do here."

Piper, "We may not have a later Phoebe."

Leo, "It's ok Piper, she's right. They can't keep me away from you."

Paige, "Good then can we get back to summoning Prue?"

All three Charmed Ones chant:
"Power of the sisters rise
Course unseen across the skies
Come to us who call you near
Come to us and settle here
Blood to blood, I summon thee.
Blood to blood, return to me."

Nothing happens. "I don't understand. Where is she?" Paige wonders.

Piper, "Maybe we need to try another summoning spell. They try the spell they cast when Prue did show up, but still nothing. "I don't get it. Did something happen to our powers?" Piper raises her hands and freezes Leo and Sam.

Phoebe, "Nope."

Piper, "Then where is Prue?"

Paige, "Let's try something else." She begins to flip through the book. "Here... this one."

The sisters chant:
"Hear these words, hear my cry,
Spirit from the other side.
Come to me, I summon thee,
Cross now the great divide."

A swirl of white lights appear to form Grams. "Oh my darlings." She steps forward becoming corporeal. "How are you?" smiles and reaches out to hug her granddaughters.

Piper, "Where's Prue?"

Grams, "Now Piper, you know you aren't allowed to see her yet."

Phoebe, "But Grams, we already have."

Piper, "But what she... it said to Phoebe and Paige doesn't make any sense if it wasn't Prue."

Paige says, "Yes it does Piper." getting an idea. "The shadow turned the pages in the book to make us think we were summoning Prue, then it showed in her place. It told us to trust each other and our instincts."

Phoebe, "I don't get it. Prue used to always talk about trusting her instincts."

Paige, "And I'm thinking this Shadow knows that. Don't you see. Phoebe, it made you doubt yourself so you would rely on my plan and stop with your vanquishing spell. It would rather be banished and find a way back then to be vanquished just in case it's plan didn't work."

Phoebe, "Oh my God, Paige your right. I did doubt myself after she... it said that. And no matter what happened, Prue always did her best to make me feel confident in myself. Piper how could we have not known?"

Piper, "Ok you two, so tell me why it said not to trust things that seem to good to be true, huh?"

Paige, "So you would doubt Leo. It was trying to cause rifts between all of us. It wanted to isolate us all so we would be more vulnerable. You and Leo fight, he leaves leaving us unprotected. You and Phoebe, Phoebe and I fight, Sam and I fight..."

Piper, "Oh this Shadow is so vanquished. Trying to break up my family. Phoebe, go back to that vanquishing spell. Paige, would you see Grams back. I'm sorry Grams, but we have to do this."

Grams, "I understand Piper. I'm sorry that it wasn't Prue you saw."

Piper, "We understand Grams. And it's ok. We love you." They all say their 'goodbyes' and Grams leaves.

Leo, "I'll go keep an eye on the boys. Sam you should stay with me. You girls go do what you need to do, and we'll heal this family when you're done."

Phoebe, "But no one is hurt... oh" laughs. "Nevermind." She runs upstairs to the attic to finish her vanquishing spell.

Piper, "I'll work on making the strongest potion I can. Paige, could you help me?" More then happy to do Paige agrees and they go to work on the potion.

Upstairs in Wyatt's room, Leo walks in carrying baby Chris. Sam, "How will they find this Shadow? I mean they can't exactly scry for a Shadow."

Leo, "Sam stay close to Wyatt, his shield can protect you if there is another attack on us."

Sam, "A shield? Wow he really is one powerful kid."

Leo, "I don't know how they're going to find this Shadow, but something tells me that they'll find a way."

Piper and Paige walk into the attic. Piper, "Pheebs, is the spell ready?"

Phoebe, "Almost. How about the potion?"

Paige, "It just has to cool. If your Power of Three spell and our kick @$$ potion doesn't vanquish this thing, nothing will."

Phoebe, "Ok done. I also wrote a location spell so we can find this Shadow. Paige, this will work. It has to."

Piper, "Ok, lets do this."

"We call the spirits to help us know
the location of the Shadow
which haunts us so" chants the Charmed Ones. White lights swirl around them and they disappear from the attic only to reappear a few seconds later.

Paige, "Phoebe, your spell didn't work. We didn't go anywhere."

Phoebe, "Piper quick freeze the room. The spell worked. It just brought us to the Shadow. Which means it's in here somewhere. It must have been watching us."

Piper raises her hands and freezes the room. "But where is it Pheebs. Nothing looks different."

Paige, "Could it be one of us?"

Phoebe, "I don't think so. Lets try saying the spell to see if it brings the shadow out into the open. Then we can throw the potion at it, that should hopefully vanquish it."

Piper and her younger sisters begin to chant again:
"Darkness to light
our plee it cannot fight
evil Shadow no longer dwell
go away leave alone this Halliwell"

Nothing.

Phoebe, "I don't understand. I should have worked."

Piper, "Your losing your touch sis."

Phoebe, "I don't think so. What did the book say about this shadow again?" She walks over to the Book of Shadows and begins to look for the page about the Shadow. It reads:
This shadow mass is capable of taking any form it wants. In it's shadow form it is invincible. It cannot be vanquished, only banished to the Demonic Nether Realm using a potion and Power of Three spell. Put equal parts of sage and fairy wings into a vat with blessed water and toad stool. After the potion contacts the Shadows solid form chant the following:
Evil Shadow within my sight
go away take flight
back to whence you came
this witch you cannot claim

Piper, "Nothing different then what we already knew."

Paige, "I have an idea." She takes a step back and looks around the room. And chants,
"Shadow dwelling out of sight
make yourself known before I take flight"

Nothing.

Phoebe, "This Shadow isn't evil."

Piper, "What?"

Phoebe, "Well it is. What I mean is, it's not demonic."

Paige, "You've lost me."

Piper, "Me too."

Phoebe, "Ok. This thing can take any form it wants right? And it has many powers, but since when do demonic things orb?"

Paige, "Yea I saw it orb when it took Sam's identity. I didn't even think about that."

Piper, "What are you thinking Pheebs?"

Phoebe, "I'm thinking it's a collective of our evil deeds. We've been haunted by past demonic evils that we vanquished right?"

Piper, "Yea."

Phoebe, "Ok, so this is a major consequence of all the things we've done wrong using our powers. That's how it can orb. It got that from Leo and Sam. It can look like any of us because at one time or another we've all used our powers for personal gain. I'm betting it has all our powers too."

Paige, "So how do we defeat... us."

Phoebe, "By taking away it's powers."

Piper, "I'm not stripping or binding our powers Phoebe. That would leave us powerless against any attacks."

Phoebe, "Not us. The Shadow."

Paige, "And how do you suggest we do that?"

Phoebe begins to speak but is thrown against the wall suddenly. Piper turns around to see Prue standing there. She raises her hands to freeze Prue, but she morphs into the Shadowy figure. "You can't freeze me in this form. Nothing can hurt me in this form." It says laughing.

Piper, "I'm betting that you can't do anything to us in that form either. So you'll have to change sometime."

Shadow morphs into Leo. "Is this better?" it mocks.

Piper, "If you think looking like Leo will keep me from blowing your @$$ up, your wrong."

Shadow Leo, "No? Then how about this one?" It then changes into Phoebe.

Piper, "Nope." She quickly freezes the Shadow Phoebe. "Paige check on Phoebe. I think I know what Phoebe had in mind." She goes to the Book of Shadows and quickly flips through the pages.

Paige, "I think she's ok."

Piper, "Orb her to Leo."

Paige, "I'm not leaving you alone with this thing."

Piper, "We're going to need the power of three. If she is hurt we need Leo to heal her. Hurry."

Paige nods and touches Phoebe orbing them to Wyatt's room. Piper grabs some crystals and begins places them on the floor around the frozen evil Phoebe. Evil Phoebe suddenly back hands Piper. Piper falls to the floor. She quickly climbs to her feet. Shadow Phoebe levitates and kicks Piper. Piper goes flying across the room, lands on a couch making it tumble over. Shadow Phoebe laughs and morphs into Piper. Evil Piper freezes the real Piper and calls out for Paige. Paige orbs into the room. Evil Piper, "Paige, it escaped. It said something about Darryll. We need to get to him!" Paige takes her sister's hand and orbs them out.

Paige and evil Piper orb into Darryll's livingroom. Everyone is asleep so the room is empty. Evil Piper looks to Paige. "Go check on Darryll. I'll check the rest of the house." Paige starts walking towards Darryll's room. Evil Piper looking at Paige's back as she walks away, smiles and blasts Paige. Paige falls to the floor bleeding heavily.

Evil Piper then morphs into Paige and orbs back to the manor.

Phoebe awakens in Wyatts room. "What happened?" She asks.

Leo, "The Shadow. It attacked you."

Paige orbs in, "Phoebe, the Shadow, it took Piper."

Phoebe, "What? We need to scry for her."

Paige, "I followed them but stayed out of sight. I know where they are. Let's hurry." She grabs Phoebe and orbs out.

Leo to Sam, "I'm not sure that was Paige."

Sam, "What do you mean?"

Leo, "Stay here. I'll be back." He orbs up to the attic. He sees the couch turned over so he walks over to it and finds Piper. He leans over her and heals her small wound. "Piper?"

Piper wakes up, "What? Where's the Shadow?"

Leo, "I think it has Phoebe."
