Hi Guys! Well let me start off by saying this is my first story. And it was just basically created from an idea of what I wanted for a season finale this season not really meant to be a story at first. Just somethings I was throwing around and I ended up with this. Basically its not taking off totally with events this season. Chris has been born and I didnt include this because I am saying that it happened previously to this, but Chris (20-something) has gone back to his future. Ok so here goes, hope you enjoy it and again feel free to post all
your feedback because I need it-keep in mind its my first time

The Unwelcome Return of Evil Part 1

Synopsis: The girls seem to be demon-free since the birth of Chris. It’s been a month and while they are enjoying the silence, they also know it can’t last long. The future seems brighter for Phoebe as Jason has decided to propose. Paige is helping Richard work through his new life without power; while Piper tries to balance motherhood with 2 kids. Trouble is stirring in the underworld as an old ‘friend’ has risen from the depths of hell with the ultimate plan to take over evildom. A child is lost, an Elder is no more, and a sister lost to evil…can the Charmed ones work through this one…?

Opening sequence:
The scene opens with Piper in the nursery which is again in Piper’s closet. She’s with baby Chris trying to calm him down.
Piper-Sweetie. It’s alright mommy’s here. What’s the matter, baby…you miss your daddy? So does mommy.
Chris won’t stop fussing as we hear Phoebe talking to someone in the hallway towards Piper’s room.
Phoebe-You’ve been such a good boy today let’s go tell mommy what you did.
Phoebe walks into the room with Wyatt and Piper looks up.
Piper-Hey there! How’s my big boy? Did you eat all your lunch?
Phoebe-Not only did he eat all his sandwich but he drank all his apple juice all by himself! Didn’t you sweetie?
Wyatt-Hi mama.- Wyatt runs to his mom’s side and Piper tries to give him a little hug while balancing Chris in her arms. Phoebe can’t help but giggle.
Piper-What’s so funny?
Phoebe (still giggling)-Its just so cute to see you—so normal. All of us.
Piper-Yeah well don’t count your blessings just yet. Anytime we seem to be demon free it always turns out to bite us in the ass 10 times worse. Oh..shh, shhh…look Chris has finally calmed down! He’s fallen asleep.
Phoebe-Wyatt I think its about time for your nap too.
The girls tuck the children to bed; Chris in the crib and Wyatt in his new baby bed. Meanwhile, the doorbell rings.
Phoebe-I’ll get it. – Piper stays in the room for a while longer watching her two angels sleep as Phoebe runs down the stairs on her way to the door.
Phoebe- Coming…coming! (she opens the door) Oh….Jason!?
Jason- Hi. Can I come in?
As the door to Halliwell manor closes with Jason inside now, cut to the a door closing from a restaurant.
Paige- See, honey. You did fine. You’ve almost gone a full day without using magic.
Richard- It’s not that easy. But its been worth it. I haven’t been worried about anything today…I mean I haven’t had to think what might happen if I cast this spell or use that potion…or…<br>Paige- Or what?
Richard- …or losing you.
Paige- Richard, why would you ever worry about that?
Richard- Well, why do you think I was showering you with all those magical gifts? My life has changed since you came into it Paige. Thanks to you I began feeling again, being, living. And I was sure I wouldn’t be able to take it if you were gone.
Paige- You don’t have to worry about that. Even if you were still magical we could work something out but if this life without magic makes you feel more comfortable, then of course I support you and I’m with you. That’s not changing Richard. – They share a tender kiss and walk down the street towards Paige’s car. But across the street evil peeks its nasty head. An old familiar foe looks on at Paige and Richard.
Rex- Enjoy life while it lasts witch.
(End opening sequence)

Sequence 2: It opens at a hall inside the demonic market. Many demons, warlocks and evil beings are gathered at a huge table and all around the hall. Many familiar and unfamiliar evils are whispering about what is going on and why they have been summoned. A young-looking male with snake eyes approaches and pleads with everyone to calm down just as Rex Buckland blinks in.

Grimlock #1- You. What are you doing here? How is this possible the Source condemned you.
Rex- (snickering) Ah, but the Source is no more is he not? (Many other evil beings start stirring and asking questions and the snaked-eyed demon tries to silence them again. Rex continues) Over two years ago the Charmed ones vanquished the Source, several times I might add. It wasn’t until the Seer was vanquished that I was released. You all know her magic was strong and the Source had her imprison me 5 years ago when I ‘failed’ to rid him of the Charmed ones.
Female warlock- What does this have to do with anything? Why have you brought us here?
Just then, a visionary, The Specter, makes her way through the crowd as she speaks.
Specter-Perhaps I can help answer that. (many beings bow their heads as she enters and proceeds towards Rex). I know why he has brought you here. And I can assure you all he means evil.
Cut to the conservatory at the manor. Jason sits on the couch while Phoebe is arranging her bouquet of roses in a vase.
Phoebe-Jason they’re beautiful.
Jason-I’m glad you liked them. Now I’m hoping we can talk. Or rather I can talk…apologize.
Phoebe-Jason there’s no need…<br>Jason- No. Phoebe I love you. And the way I acted after you had just opened your heart to me and told me your secret…I…I was an idiot Phoebe. I didn’t understand, but I do now. You do good. You are good. And I can’t believe that I even for one moment considered that you were anything less than good.
Phoebe-Yeah well my ‘secret’ isn’t exactly your every day newsflash. And I understand your reaction, really I do.
Jason-You see. That’s what I love about you. Phoebe you are the sweetest, kindest woman that I’ve ever met and I can understand if what you felt for me before isn’t…<br>(But Phoebe answers all his doubts and shuts him up by locking in a kiss with him.) I have to tell you something.
Phoebe-What is it?
Jason-I’ve sold most of my companies. The international ones anyways. I kept the Seattle market and most others on the west coast.
Phoebe-But Jason, your future, your career…why?
Jason-My career is more than set Phoebe…and as for my future…that’s why I sold them. (Jason reaches into the bouquet he got for Phoebe and pulls out a small box. Phoebe seems confused but her empath power kicks in just as…) Phoebe, all the travels around the world don’t make up for spending 5 minutes without you. Phoebe, will you marry me?
Phoebe-(not surprised, gets up, giggling) Jason, I don’t know what to say.
Jason-Look, I know this might have taken you by surprise (but suddenly as if remembering her powers) or maybe not so much. But I…I just wanted you to know how I felt about you. That I’m here. And I don’t expect an answer right away if you need time I understand. I just didn’t want another minute to go by without you knowing how I feel.
Phoebe-(empath power in full kick knows Jason sincerity) I’m stunned. I do need to think about it Jason but not for the reasons you might think. I do love you, don’t doubt that for a minute. There’s some things I need to sort out first before I can make a decision like this…I…<br>Jason-Shh..dont say another word. I understand. I told you I will give you time. Just know that I am here. (he kisses her and leaves the box with the ring in her hand as he turns to walk out). (Piper walks down the stairs seeing Jason walk out as Phoebe runs up to her and hugs her)
Phoebe-He proposed!
Piper-What?
Phoebe-On bended knee right there in front of that couch. He proposed!
Piper-Well what did you say?
Phoebe-I said I had to think about it. (Paige walks in through the front door with a big smile on her face after spending time with Richard)
Paige-Hey guys, whats up?
Piper-Jason proposed.
Paige-Ok, I know that Jason and Phoebe aren’t together anymore Piper but do you really think it’s a good idea to marry our sister’s ex?
Phoebe-Paige, he proposed to ME!
Paige-I knew that.
Phoebe-I just told him I need time. I need to make sure things are Ok before I bring him into our crazy world. You know?
Piper-Well sweetie things are never gonna be Ok. (Just as they all walk into the kitchen) I’m telling you this quiet can’t last forever.
Paige-Well I say enjoy it while it lasts. Phoebe, if you know how you feel about Jason maybe you should take the plunge. I mean he’s agreed to accept you wicca and all right?
Phoebe-Yeah. I want him to be safe though. And if Piper is right. If evil is stirring then I want to get rid of it before Jason has to worry about it.
Cut back to the underworld where Rex has just told everyone the story. After the Seer (and Sources) were vanquished it seems there was more power available for other beings to absorb. Rex happened to be one of the demons who received somewhat of a power boost.
Rex-I know some of you have also experienced it. My powers grew in a way I couldn’t have imagined.
Specter-My visions became stronger, more accurate in recent years since the death of the Source.
Random Demon-So if the absence of the Source allows us all to experience more power why should we allow you to take the throne?
Rex puts his mind control power into action by astral projecting into the demon’s head and making him believe he is being attacked. The demon goes crazy and can’t handle all the pain in his head when suddenly he just implodes. The only thing left standing there is Rex’s astral projection which then fades away.
Rex-Any further questions? (The evil beings again whisper to each other and everyone pretty much agrees that Rex is convincing). My plan shall come into effect at once. But I will need the witches to be distracted while I do my job.
Female warlock- And what exactly is your plan for the witches.
Rex- I couldn’t care less about the witches. I want the child. The older child.
Random demon-Any attempts at capturing the Twice Blessed are forbidden.
Specter-Says who? The Crone? You may not have noticed but she didn’t exactly make it to the new year.
Rex-I will tap into the child’s mind to persuade him to come to us. Once in my control the child will not be able to use his powers and I shall take them for myself. With his powers I can locate the Grimoire and take the Throne. Once I am in power I shall rid the world of good magic with your help. The kingdom will be ours.
(End sequence 2)

Next 3 Sequences here:

Sequence 3: This scene opens Up There. In a bright, big hall with a long rectangular table sit several Elders in a meeting. We see some familiar faces Elder Kevin (from season 5), Elder Charlotte Warren, Elder Roland (from season 5) and several others. They are discussing the possible rise of a new evil.
Charlotte- Well, it can’t just be me. I have been sensing it for weeks, something evil is lurking about.
Elder Darius- She’s right. We need the Charmed ones to find out what it is. Whatever it is, its blocking our magic from finding out.
Meanwhile the doors to the hall break open as we see Leo storming in with Gideon behind him whispering and pleading with Leo.
Gideon-Leo, don’t do this now. Not now, it isn’t wise.
Leo- I don’t care. I cant take it anymore and they need to know it.
Roland- (as Leo approaches the table) What is the meaning of this Leo, Gideon? Neither one of you were summoned to this meeting.
Charlotte- What is troubling you Leo?
Leo- How dare you ask that question?! You all know damn well why I haven’t been performing well lately. I need to be with my family.
Kevin- Your place is here now Leo.
Gideon- I tried to stop him from barging in like this but he just wont listen to reason.
Charlotte- Leo we’ve been over this and we have all discussed it. Its just not possible.
Leo- Then make it possible because I refuse to continue here until you change this. This wasn’t my choice, I never wanted to do this but you have all forced me to stay. I can’t do it anymore. (Leo falls to his knees, sobbing, tearing at his hair, desperate). You don’t understand…how could you…(sobs) I just want to go back to them…to her…<br>Roland-Perhaps there’s something we can do.
Darius-Are you suggesting we return him? We set him free.
Roland-I’m suggesting that Leo be stripped of his powers. If that is what he wants, to live like a mortal among demons and witches I’m suggesting that is what we give him. This is outrageous behavior for an Elder and I won’t have anymore of it.
Charlotte-I agree. His wings shall be clipped. He shall remember what it is like to live life as a mortal.
Kevin-Do you really think this is wise…especially with…you know…what we have been feeling. (in a quieter tone) the emergence of an evil?
Roland-That is the way he wants it. Leo you will be free.
Cut to the manor. In the kitchen the girls continue to talk about their relationships.
Paige-Actually, Richard is doing much better than I expected. He’s been getting used to it he’s remembering how to live without magic.
Piper-Well, I’m happy for you. Both of you. It’s nice to see that at least my sisters have been able to work out their problems.
Phoebe-Honey, do you really think there is no hope for you and Leo?
Piper-Even if there was, I’ve lost him to the greater good. What better loss is there, right? (as if trying to convince even herself).
Cut to the nursery where Chris and Wyatt are sound asleep. Downstairs the female warlock has blinked in and the attacked. Piper gestures to blow her up but she manages to blink out. Meanwhile at the nursery, Rex gets his cue and we see his astral projection appear next to Wyatt.
Astral Rex- (as Wyatt sleeps) Wake up Wyatt. It’s time to go see daddy. He’s waiting for you. Don’t you want to see daddy? Come on…let’s go. (downstairs the battle continues as the warlock blinks in behind Phoebe.
Paige-Behind you!
Phoebe- (turning and kicking her sending her flying towards the wall) Gotcha.
Piper gestures again and the warlock blows up. All 3 girls think there was something odd about that attack. Piper- See! It never fails.
Phoebe- Yeah well at least she got what she came for, her ass-kicking.
Paige-Does anyone else think that was just a little too easy? What was she here for?
All 3-(as if realizing at the same time) The kids!
Astral Rex- (becoming more impatient that Wyatt is not listening, he hears the girls running up the stairs) Wyatt! It’s time to see daddy wake up! Orb, orb!
Wyatt- (Just as the girls run into the room Wyatt sits up) Daddy. (and orbs out).
Piper- Wyatt? Honey, its not time for hide-and-seek. Where are you?
Cut to the Underworld. The demon party has moved to a hidden area in the Underworld and many of them are still gathered. Inside a cave we see Rex who is awaiting Wyatt’s arrival. Just then, Wyatt orbs into the trap. He is caged. He sees Leo, but its only a shape-shifter.
Shape-shifter Leo- Hey buddy. Its me daddy.
But there’s no fooling Wyatt this time. His shield goes up as the shape-shifter approaches.
Rex-Damnit! The boy is too strong. I lost the connection. And you! What good are you?
Shape-shifter- (shifting back to his demonic form) Its not my fault. I told you the glamour wouldn’t fool the boy.
Rex-No worries. The boy is here now, that was the hard part.
(End sequence 3)

Sequence 4: The scene opens in the attic. The girls have tried scrying and Paige tries sensing, Phoebe uses her empath power to search for Wyatt. Its no use. The signal is blocked.
Piper- (with Chris in arms, paces back and forth) It has to be demonic. They took him, somehow.
Paige-But how? We saw him orb out.
Piper- Doesn’t matter. Wyatt wouldn’t just orb out he knows better. There’s something else at play here.
Phoebe- Maybe I can get a premonition from his room. (Phoebe leaves the attic headed for the nursery.)
Paige-Honey, if it is a demon we have to keep Chris safe. You think we could get Leo to take him Up There?
Piper- I think it would be easier to take him to Darryl’s. Hopefully Sheila can watch him. (she kisses her baby boy before she hands him to Paige) Will you orb him over there?
Paige- Of course. (she takes Chris in her arms) I’ll be RIGHT back. Will you be Ok?
Piper- Yeah go ahead. And…and please tell her to take good care of him…I don’t need to lose another…<br>Paige-Don’t worry. (she orbs out)
Rex astral projects into the attic and walks next to Piper and quickly gets to work.
Astral Rex-He’s been taken by evil. The evil that you’ve been worried about. He’s been turned.
Piper- No. My sweet boy. Turned.
Astral Rex-It’s not use looking for him like this. He’s evil now. You can get him back…but you have to follow in his footsteps. Evil.
Piper- I can get him back. I can get my baby back. Evil.
Astral Rex-You know what you have to do Piper. You need evil to connect with your son, find him, get him back. Kill.
Piper-An innocent. Kill and get my baby back.
Phoebe- (walking back into the attic) Piper!
Piper- I have to get my son back. I have to go.
Phoebe- Uh…Piper. Where are you going? Wait… (chasing after her) Piper, did you find Wyatt? Wait, where are you going?
Piper has taken off in her SUV leaving Phoebe yelling at the door. Astral Rex smiles and disappears. Paige orbs back in then walks downstairs towards Phoebe.
Paige-What’sgoing on?
Phoebe-Good question. I don’t…I don’t know. I came back from the nursery with no luck and then Piper pushed by me walking out the attic. She drove off saying she was going to get Wyatt back.
Paige- It’s the evil. It has to be…the same thing that got Wyatt. Something very bad.
Phoebe- You think it’s the…<br>Paige-…the Source? I sure as hell hope not.
Meanwhile, Up There, the Elders have stripped Leo of his powers.
Roland-Its done. Leo this is what you wanted.
Charlotte-It’s time he goes back. (the Elders orb Leo out, then Charlotte sighs). Are we sure we have done the right thing? Especially with what we have all been sensing?
Darius-If a new Source has arisen the last thing we need is a troubled Elder. We must all come to peace and concentrate…if what you foresee is true Charlotte, we will be facing hard times ahead.
Around the room the Elders take their seats again, as Gideon walks out of the hall. Cut back to the manor conservatory. Mid-conversation Leo orbs in, or is orbed in rather.
Paige/Phoebe-Leo!
Phoebe-Leo, Wyatt’s been taken. By demons, we’re almost sure of it. And Piper ran off, we were just about to go after her.
Paige-Only I’m having a hard time sensing her.
Leo-They did this on purpose.
Paige-Who did what?
Leo-The Elders. They clipped my wings. They’re punishing me. They sent me down here powerless! They knew something was going on down here and didn’t tell me about it and sent me down here powerless.
Phoebe- Oh my god. Leo, why?
Leo- (sighs) It doesn’t matter right now. Look we need to find Wyatt and Piper. Where’s Chris?
Paige- I took him to Darryl’s so Sheila could watch him while we try to sort things out. But it looks like we have our work cut out for us.
Leo-Paige you need to focus. Concentrate and try to find them.
Phoebe-Leo we’ve been looking for Wyatt for over an hour with no luck. I tried getting a premonition…<br>Paige- (cutting Phoebe off) I got her!
Cut to an alley as the sun is setting Piper knocks out a young woman who’s just come out of the restaurant through the backdoor.
Piper-I need my son. I need to be with him. And you’re gonna help me. (Piper stabs girl as she screams for help. We see Rex by her side continuing to coach Piper on) I will get my son back!
Paige orbs in with Phoebe and Leo as they run towards Piper but suddenly Piper looks up and her gaze isn’t good.
Phoebe-Piper! What have you done?
Leo-Paige you need to orb the girl out of here. Take her to the hospital.
Paige-But what about...
Leo-Go! (Paige grabs the young woman and she orbs out with her) Piper! Honey, you are under a spell. You need to come home with us.
Piper- I have to find my son Leo. I care about our family unlike you. I am trying to save our family.
Leo-How can you say that?
Piper is about to attack but Phoebe intercepts her and kicks the knife out of Piper’s hand. They go at it for a bit but suddenly Piper turns and kicks Phoebe hard sending her flying.
Piper-Don’t get up. (she gestures and freezes Phoebe á la Bride and Gloom then turns to Leo and…) Now if you’ll excuse me I have a family to save. (Then Piper blinks out)
(End sequence 4)

Sequence 5: Paige orbs into the attic with Leo and frozen Phoebe. Leo explains to Paige what happened and they know she must be under an evil spell. Paige assure Leo that that innocent woman is Ok. She got the hospital in time and they saw her right away. Paige has found a spell that reverses frozen Phoebe.
Phoebe- (as she thaws, her teeth chattering) Th-th-thanks. What happened?
Leo-Piper. She froze you and she BLINKED out.
Phoebe-Oh my god. And the girl? The innocent?
Paige-(in the middle of scrying for Piper) She’ll be okay. Damnit! I can’t find her anywhere.
Phoebe-It’s no use Paige. She’s evil, whether she chose it or not. Trust me we can’t find her this way.
Paige- Well what do you suggest? We don’t know where Wyatt or Piper are and there’s not way to find her?! (she starts sobbing) I’ve never had to deal with this before Ok?
Phoebe-Paige. We’ll find a way.
Cut to the Underworld Cave. Rex and the Specter are talking.
Specter- What are you going to do about the witch? Now that she’s evil she will come after you.
Rex-You don’t have to worry about her. I’ve got her under control. It’s the boy that’s giving me trouble. But with his mommy’s help I should be able to control the boy into lowering his shield allowing me to steal his powers.
Specter-And what then?
Rex-An evil Charmed one on our side? Can’t beat that.
In another part of the caverns, Piper blinks in and runs into the Snake-eyed demon.
Piper- You. Where is The Warlock?
SnakeEyes- I…I don’t know.
Piper- Idiot! Tell me where to find The Warlock or you’ll be sorry.
SnakeEyes-I told you I don’t know. (Piper gestures and turns the demon into a monkey).
Piper-Are you ready to talk? (the monkey yells and Piper interprets that as a yes)
SnakeEyes-(as he is converted back) I’ll tell you.
Piper-If you lie, you’ll die.
Cut back to the Manor attic where the girls seem to lose hope. Phoebe’s cell phone rings.
Phoebe-Hello?
Darryl- (at the hospital lobby) Phoebe. What’s going on? There’s a woman in the hospital on the verge of death, a man says she saw what happened and he’s accusing Piper.
Phoebe-What? Dieing? Paige you said the girl was alright! What man, what are you talking about Darryl?
Darryl- He described Piper to the last bit of detail (in a lower voice) including the details about magic. The doctors said the girl seemed to be okay when she got her but her wound is deep and her condition is worse. If this girl dies, Piper’s in for some serious trouble. What’s going on?
Phoebe-Look Darryl I cant explain it all right now. Just know that it wasn’t Piper’s fault, at least I don’t think. Please give us as much time as we can…and please take good care of Chris. I gotta go.
Leo-What happened?
Paige- What’s wrong with the girl?
Phoebe-Darryl said she’s in danger of dying. And if that happens Piper’s in for it. We have to find her. (Just then Phoebe remembers the knife Piper used and pulling it out she gets a vision) Phoebe’s vision: In her vision we see Rex telekinetically fling Piper against a wall in the Underworld with Piper now unconscious and Wyatt now powerless and probably dead. Phoebe's flash ends and she emerges in tears and falling to the floor.
Leo-What did you see (as he helps Phoebe up and helps her sit)?
Phoebe-(fills them in on her vision as she recovers) I don’t know how or why Rex is involved but I don’t like it one bit.
Paige- Wait, I thought you guys vanquished years ago.
Phoebe- No, we never did anything. The Source did it. How he got out alive I have no idea but we need to get to Piper and Wyatt.
Leo- You can use the magic to magic spell.
Back in the Underworld the Snake-eyed demon turns into a snake and slither off into the caverns. He beats Piper to Rex and warns him of her arrival. But Rex is ready for her. Phoebe, Leo and Paige appear in the underworld thanks to the magic to magic spell. They stand in the spot where Piper had just been 5 minutes ago. In the main cavern Piper walks in to find the DemonFest gathered around. She blows up demons (with an added kick of fire thanks to her Warlock powers). She freezes demons, dodges fireballs, energyballs, and some evil beings start to flee. Rex stops her suddenly by reminded Piper of what she came for.
Rex-Say hello to your mommy Wyatt.
Piper-Oh, honey. Mommy’s here.
Wyatt- (putting down his shield) Momma!
Rex-(As Piper approaches Wyatt, Rex gets to work again) Your son is evil now Piper. But you can still be together, as evil. It’s the only way.
Piper-It’s the only way (says Piper as she is about to pick up her son) I love you my sweet boy. Everything will be okay.
She picks Wyatt up and Rex attacks Piper knocking her out of the way and taps into Wyatt’s head while he has lowered his shield. Rex convinces Wyatt to leave his shield down. But Wyatt lets out a cry which Leo and the girls hear and follow the trail. Rex is using more power than ever to control Wyatt and is able to pick him up.
Rex- (grabbing an athame out of his pocket) They’re all mine now. (then he stabs Wyatt with the athame just as the girls and Leo walk in to take in the scene)
Leo- (running towards them to attack Rex) No! You bastard let go of my son. (Leo jumps on Rex but Wyatt’s shield-or rather Rex’s shield blasts Leo off of him).
Paige runs to Leo to see if he’s okay while Phoebe attempts using her empathy to counteract Rex but its not use. The shield activates and throws Phoebe back.
Piper coming to, gets up and gestures to blow Rex up but it’s deflected off the shield. Once Rex seems to have taken in all of the Wyatt’s power he drops Wyatt and turns on Phoebe, Paige and Leo.
Rex- Hello, again. (he flings his arm and pushes them all back telekinetically)
Paige- (gets up quickly) Wyatt! (as Wyatt orbs into her arms, he’s cold and limp, he’s dying). Oh my god.
Leo-(crying his eyes out) Paige you need to get Wyatt to the hospital right now! GO!
Paige- (she almost protests not wanting to leave them there but knows its best) Be careful! (she orbs out with Wyatt).
Rex- Who would have thought there would be so much power in a child. (Leo gets up charges towards Rex but he flings his arm and tosses Leo and Phoebe again.)
Piper- (getting more and more enraged by the minute, gets up, and becomes completely consumed by anger, rage, and evil) You took my son! (she gestures to blow Rex up but only knocks him back).
Rex- You wanna play dirty. (Rex flings his arm at Piper but she barely budges.)
Piper gestures again but misses and blows up part of the cave causing it to start collapsing.
Leo-Piper, we have to get out of here! (but its no use, neither Rex nor Piper retreat and continue an battle with intense power) Phoebe! Get up. (she’s knocked out and Leo picks Phoebe up and runs out of the cave with her)
The cave continues to collapse and a big chunk of rock falls in between Rex and Piper.
Rex- This is only the beginning of the end Witch. Remember I made you evil and I can get rid of you just as easily.
Piper- You could try.
Then Rex just blinks out and Piper does the same. We don’t know where Rex has gone but Piper blinks out into an open part of the caverns to find Phoebe and Leo.
Leo-Phoebe, come on I need you. Piper needs you.
Piper- (as she has just blinked in) I do?
Leo-Piper, this isn’t you. You need to fight the evil.
Piper-Shut up.
Leo-Piper listen to me…<br>Piper- NO! Exactly what do I need to fight this for? Huh, Leo? That bastard killed my son. (although it's not for sure that Wyatt is dead) I don’t need anyone but my son. And now I don’t have him. But Rex wont get away . I’ll make sure of that.
Leo-That’s evil talking Piper. This family needs you. Your sisters, your son Chris! Piper I need you.
Piper-You could've fooled me. Chris will have his mother. But not before I make sure that Bastard dies.
Leo-Piper…<br>Piper- I said shut up! (She flings Leo telekinetically as Phoebe wakes up and sees Piper angry and evil—Piper can’t handle it anymore and screams just before she blinks out).
Phoebe-(The caverns continue to rumble as Phoebe runs to Leo’s side, sobbing) Leo! Oh, Leo please. Oh my god.

The Unwelcome Return of Evil Part 2

Opening Sequence:
This scene begins in the hospital where Paige is by Wyatt’s side who is in critical condition. Darryl approaches with a cup of coffee.
Paige-Thanks. (as she takes the cup of coffee which warms her cold body)
Darryl-Sure. Any improvement?
Paige-Nope. (with tears still in her eyes) He’s been in a coma for the last 20 minutes. I keep checking to see if (dreading the worst)…but he’s hanging in there. I can only hope I can say the same for my sisters.
Darryl-Listen Paige, I know its hard to leave him but you’ve got to check on them too. What if they need your help? You should go. I won’t leave his side. I promise.
Paige-I don’t want to. But you’re right. I’ll try to hurry back and please, please don’t let them give up on him if I don’t make it…<br>(She orbs out quickly and leaves Darryl worried about baby Wyatt.)
Down in the Underworld Phoebe remains desperate and Leo now coming back into it as Paige orbs in.
Phoebe- Oh Paige. Thank God.
Paige- Are you guys okay? Where’s Piper?
Phoebe- We’re fine. She’s gone. Who knows where. We couldn’t get her to listen to us. Wyatt. How’s Wyatt? Is he…<br>Paige- He’s alive. His conditions not good, but he’s alive. I didn’t want to leave him but Darryl insisted.
Phoebe-Yeah well it’s a good thing he did. Let’s get outta here.
Leo now fully awake gets up as Paige grabs he and Phoebe and orbs them to the hospital.
Darryl- (as Paige orbs in with Leo and Phoebe) Guys. Glad to see you back. Look I just got a page and it sounds important. I gotta go.
Phoebe- Yeah, thanks Darryl. And tell Sheila thanks again for watching Chris.
Darryl- You call me if you need anything…and keep me posted on Wyatt.
Leo- (sobbing) Oh my god. He’s an innocent baby. He doesn’t deserve to be here, like this.
Paige- Leo I was thinking. Maybe if we could get Wyatt to wake up or something we could get him to heal himself, you know. I mean I remember there’s a spell in the book of shadows…what was it…umm…<br>Phoebe/Leo- (in synch) The awakening spell!
Paige- Yeah how did you know?
Phoebe-We used it on Piper about 4 years ago when she got really sick. It’s got huge consequences but I think its worth it. Leo?
Leo- Who am I to stop you? I’m not even a whitelighter anymore. Anything to get my son back.
Cut to the Underworld where we see Piper who has just blinked in to an area down there.
Piper- Hi. (to a small crowd of demons) Rex Buckland. I’m after his head. Who can point me in the right direction?
Random Demon- Witch!
Piper- Technically, its Warlock. Spill it bud.
Random Demon #2- Why should we help you (and with that he throws lightning at Piper who freezes it with ice mid-air and the lightning bolt shatters to pieces).
Piper- Now, I’m trying real hard to be the nice girl here but since you guys wont cooperate… (she extends her hands and blows up half of the demons and some shimmer out the rest just claim that they know nothing and plead for their lives). Frustrated, Piper spares them and blinks out continuing her search.
Cut to a dark monastery somewhere on earth we find Rex pacing back and forth as if waiting for someone. Suddenly, we see orbs and in comes none other than Gideon.
Gideon- Very nice job Warlock.
Rex- The rewards were far more than I expected. The boys’ powers are incredible. And with him out of the way, the Charmed ones won’t be a challenge once I come into power. Yet, I still don’t quite understand what you gain from all this. One would think that as an Elder, life without a Source would be your ultimate goal.
Gideon- Don’t misunderstand my motives Buckland. When I found you in the Source’s dungeon last year you were a sniveling excuse for a Warlock. Crying like a baby over your beloved...whatever her name was….
Rex- Hannah! (interjects Rex).
Gideon- …yes. Hannah. Anyway, I didn’t do this for the future of evil. I did this for the future of magic and the world as we know it. Those powers with that boy were a concentration of magic far to great for any of us to contend with or even understand. A year ago several Prophets, good and evil, saw the future that this boy would produce. And it was nothing good for either side. I couldn’t go on allowing the boy to grow stronger day after day to lead to the world’s destruction.
Rex- But I have his powers now. And thanks to them I will soon become unstoppable!
Gideon- You may have his powers Buckland. But you are no Twice Blessed. Those powers are nothing in you compared to what they would have been with the boy. Now, the balance between good and evil has been restored. Each shall return to their respective side. Here ends our truce Warlock. (Gideon then orbs out).
Rex- Fool! You don’t realize that the balance between good and evil will soon be tipped again…in our favor. One witch down, 2 more to go.
(End sequence 1)

Sequence 2: As this scene opens we find Phoebe and Leo in the hospital by Wyatt’s side still. Just then Paige orbs in with a piece of paper in hand.
Paige- Okay. Got the awakening spell right here. Let’s do this.
Leo- Wait. I was thinking. Phoebe, remember what happened when we used the spell last time and then after I healed Piper. The doctor that wouldn’t give up investigating Piper’s ‘miraculous’ recovery?
Phoebe- Yeah…?
Leo- Well I was thinking maybe before we have to have a repeat of what happened then. Why don’t you guys try calling for Ethan.
Paige- Who’s Ethan?
Leo- He’s a friend. One of the whitelighters that helped me last year in getting the Elders to safety from the Titans. He also sought my advice often while I was an Elder.
Phoebe- I can’t believe we never thought of it before. Another whitelighter. To heal Wyatt! So you say his name is Ethan right?
But before they can try calling for him, the doctor walks in.
Doctor- Uh, hello. There’s quite a few more people here than I remember.
Paige- Oh. Doctor this is the baby’s father and his other aunt. They just got here.
Doctor- I see. (says the doctor, as he checks Wyatt’s vitals) I’m very sorry Mr. uh…<br>Leo-Wyatt.
Doctor- Oh Mr. Wyatt…your son is named after your last name.
Phoebe- Yeah, that parts complicated…can we get back to his condition?
Doctor- Of course, sorry. As I told Ms. Matthews earlier the child has suffered severe trauma in addition to scarring from the wound…he’s in somewhat of a coma. I wish I had better news but nothing short of a miracle can help him out right now. I’ll be back later.
Paige- (once the doctor exits) Okay so let’s get working on that miracle. Ethan!
Paige/Phoebe- Ethan!
Cut to Up There. The Elders are conferring about the situation with Piper.
Roland- No. There’s no way Charlotte. She has chosen her destiny.
Charlotte- How can you say that? Without the Charmed ones our side suffers a major loss. There has to be a way to get her back.
Kevin- I’m afraid Roland may be right. She’s sealed her fate.
Roland- Charlotte you know as well as I that you can’t bring anyone back from killing an innocent. A girl is dead, an innocent girl. At the hands of a witch, a Charmed one no less. With the death of an innocent comes the death of the Charmed ones.
Cut back to the hospital where the girls continue to call for Ethan. Just then, orbs appear.
Ethan- What is it? Who’s calling me?
Leo- Hi Ethan. We need your help.
Ethan- Leo, its good to see you. But I didn’t sense an Elder in the room. The Charmed ones…it’s a pleasure.
Phoebe/Paige- Hi.
Phoebe- Listen, we need major help here.
Ethan- (seeing Wyatt) What happened?
Paige- Warlock. Look could you heal him, like, now?
Ethan- What’s going on Leo? Why haven’t you healed your son?
Leo- Look Ethan it’s a long story and right now there’s no time just please…you have to get to him quick…he’s only getting worse by the minute.
Ethan approaches Wyatt and begins to work his magic. The healing process is a long one but it works. Wyatt awakens and the wound is almost entirely gone.
Leo- (taking Wyatt in his arms) Hey buddy! Yeah it’s me, its daddy. How you feelin’ huh bud? Daddy’s here.
Phoebe and Paige crowd around Wyatt relieved to see their older nephew okay.
Phoebe-Alright. We’ve gotta get out of here. We’ve still got a sister to save.
Cut back to the Underworld where Piper continues her quest for Rex.
Piper- (fresh after vanquishing a room of Creepers) Who would have thought demons were so good at keeping secrets. Ahh…don’t worry thought Rex…I’m not giving up yet.
Cut to the Manor where the girls are busy scrying and looking through the book of shadows. Phoebe’s cell phone rings and its Darryl.
Phoebe- Hey Morris. What’s up?
Darryl- It’s about the girl that Piper attacked. Captain just told me she was reported dead.
Phoebe- Oh no! And…?
Darryl- There’s nothing I could do. He’s ordered a warrant for Piper’s arrest. And he’s sent someone out to your house looking for her.
Phoebe- Please Darryl you have to do something I mean can’t you stall the guy or whatever…I mean…Oh god.
Darryl- Look I’ll try whatever I can. But you need to get Piper back from whatever she’s got going on. I can’t hold them off much on this one. How’s Wyatt?
Phoebe- (sighs) Don’t worry about him anymore, he’s okay now. Alright, keep us posted if you hear anything more. We’re working as fast as we can to get our sister back. Thanks, bye.
Phoebe fills in Paige and Leo on the situation with Piper and when they think that things can’t get any worse Ethan orbs in from Up There.
Ethan- It’s not looking good up there guys.
Paige- Why? What is it?
Ethan- The Elders lost faith in Piper. They don’t think there’s any bring her back from this one…now that the innocent is dead.
Cut to Magic School were we now find Gideon with a big smile on his face. Reminiscing on his success as he walks around the library. In burst Phoebe and Paige demanding to speak with him, and they mean all business.
Phoebe- Gideon! You need to help us.
Paige- It’s Piper.
Gideon- I know. The Elders told me of the situation. What can I possibly do?
Paige- Well this is magic school I mean you have to know of some way we can get her back on our side. They have to understand that it wasn’t even her fault.
Phoebe- She was being controlled by evil.
Gideon- She made a choice despite the control. She remains evil now doesn’t she?
Phoebe- Please Gideon. Isn’t there something?
Gideon- I’m sorry but I wouldn’t know where to start. Feel free to look around the library though. If you find anything of use, take it. I’ve got to go…class starts soon (he says as he is trying to avoid Phoebe and he empathy as much as possible)
As he is exiting the room however, Phoebe manages to pick up a slight emotion from him.
Phoebe- Wow! (with a grim look on her face)
Paige- What is it?
Phoebe- I don’t know. Just the vibe I got from Gideon…wasn’t good. Made me shudder.
Paige- Well forget about him, let’s start looking through this books.
The girls shuffle through bookcases and shelves looking for something to help them out. Then Phoebe picks up a book on mind control and she comes through with a premonition.
It’s a vision of the past in which she sees Gideon who is in a monastery and he’s conversing with none other than Rex).
Phoebe- Oh no…I don’t believe this!
Paige- What did you see, honey?
Phoebe- Gideon.
End sequence 2.

Sequence 3: This scene finds Rex in the Underworld ordering his followers to do what they can to locate the Grimoire. He’s beginning to get desperate and calls on the Specter again.
Dark Priest- Sir, there’s still no luck on finding the Grimoire.
Rex- I’ve got all the power in the world and I can’t find one miserable book. Now you listen to me. You go and tell all those sorry excuses for demons that if they don’t find the book soon they’ll wish they’d have shimmered out when they met me. Do you understand?! (the dark Priest goes off and Rex is restless and he starts throwing things around.
Specter- I wouldn’t give up just yet.
Rex- Specter. What is it? Have you seen something?
Specter- Sadly, no. I can’t seem to find the book either but I know someone who can.
Rex- Who?
Specter- The Charmed ones. After all, it was their whitelighter who disposed of the Grimoire before. All you have to do is use your power to get the witches to tell you where it is.
Rex- That’s brilliant. You’re services will be greatly rewarded Specter. (as the Specter bows in appreciation). This had better work quickly. I’m still not recovered from using my power on the boy. Thanks to me, however, we don’t need to worry about him anymore.
Suddenly, there’s several explosions going on around the corner and demons yelling. Piper makes her entrance killing and freezing the enemies as she approaches Rex.
Piper- You know, you’re awfully cocky for a Warlock who’s about to be blown into a million pieces. (The Specter forms a fireball but Piper doesn’t miss a beat) Ah, ah… I wouldn’t do that if I were you. (Just before Piper can blow her up Rex interjects)
Rex- It’s me you want witch. (He turns to the Specter) Go. I can take care of her. (The Specter dematerializes) Have you come with another bag of tricks, witch?
Piper- Yeah. Try this one. (Piper gestures and manages to send Rex flying backwards. Before he can get up Piper gestures again then-)
Cut back to Magic School where Phoebe and Paige are looking for Gideon in frenzy.
Phoebe- (As she and Paige approach Sigmund in the hallway) Sigmund. Hey, have you seen Gideon around?
Sigmund- Gideon? Oh no. No one has seen him since yesterday. He said he had some business to tend to Up There with the Others and that he would be back as soon as he could.
Paige- Yeah I bet he had business.
Sigmund- What’s going on?
Phoebe- Nevermind. Thanks Sigmund. We gotta get going. Come on Paige.
The girls run up and down the halls of the school looking in every room and corridor but there’s no sign of Gideon.
Paige- It’s no use. He’s obviously not here. You got a vision of him before why don’t you try that again.
Phoebe- Don’t you think I have. I can’t get anything I can’t even get a read on him emotionally. Something’s blocking him out. You’re half whitelighter, maybe you can sense for him.
Paige- (After unsuccessfully sensing for Gideon) I keep getting the same thing. Nothing. I say we go back to the manor and talk to Leo. He knows more about him than we do.
Phoebe- Let’s go. (And they orb out)
Cut to the manor where the doorbell has just rang and Leo answers it.
Leo- (As he opens the door) Can I help…you?
Detective- Detective Barringer. I have warrant for the arrest of Piper Halliwell. May I come in?
Leo- Uh, well Piper isn’t here now. I’m her…husband. I’m her ex-husband. You’ll just have to come back Detective, I’m sorry.
Darryl- (As he is running towards the manor door) Barringer. I told you I would take care of this.
Barringer- Sorry Morris but this is too personal for you. The Captain agreed that someone else should take over. And here for Ms. Halliwell so Mr…ehh?.
Leo- Wyatt.
Barringer- …Mr. Wyatt. Mind if I come in and wait while Ms. Halliwell returns?
Leo- (before he can answer Leo notices bright lights from the conservatory) Uh, yeah. Yes I do mind. Sorry but Ms. Halliwell would kill me if I had visitors with the house being the mess that it is. You understand. Women.
Barringer- No. What I understand are murderers. This is serious Mr. Wyatt. Now if you won’t let me in and wait for Ms. Halliwell could you tell me when I might find her?
Darryl- Look Barringer. She’s not here right now. You’re just going to have to come back.
Barringer- What is it with you Morris, heh? It’s always been this way with you and this family. You’re lucky I can’t do anything because she’s not here.
Just then Phoebe and Paige walk into the hall yelling for Leo and stop when they see what’s going on at the door.
Phoebe- Uh, Darryl what’s going on?
Barringer- Detective Barringer. SFPD. Are you a relative of Piper Halliwell.
Phoebe- Uh yeah I’m her sister. We both are. (She points to Paige) What can we do for you?
Leo- Phoebe the Dectective is here to arrest Piper.
Paige- (Not before giving Darryl the evil eye) Oh! Well she’s not here right now. In fact we don’t know where she is or when she’s coming back.
Barringer- (As Phoebe nudges Paige) so, you’re saying Ms. Halliwell is evading arrest?
Darryl- Barringer! They’re saying the girl’s not here alright?
Barringer- Fine. But don’t get you’re hopes up Morris. I’ll be back. (He turns to Leo and the girls) if you know where she is, if you’re harboring her, we’ll find out. I suggest if you speak with her you advice her to do this the easy way.
Darryl- (waiting in the doorway as Barringer walks off) I’m so sorry guys.
Paige- Darryl you said you would give us some more time.
Darryl- Look right now as long as Piper isn’t here he can’t do anything else. Just take care of what you have to do fast.
Barringer- (From the background) you coming Morris?
Darryl- I’ll see you guys later…good luck.
(After closing the door the girls immediately start telling Leo what happened at Magic school.)
Phoebe- We looked for him everywhere, Leo. He seems to have vanished into thin air.
Leo- This can’t be right.
Paige- Leo, have you ever know Phoebe’s visions to be off?
Phoebe- (As she sees Ethan orb in) I didn’t…no…I couldn’t believe it at first either but it wasn’t just my vision. I felt something in him Leo. I don’t know how to explain it but he was up to something…or he was trying to hide something I don’t know…something was off.
Ethan- What’s going on?
As the girls fill in Ethan on the situation, Leo begins to think things through. After a while of thinking, he seems to piece things together.
Leo- Wait a minute! It all makes sense.
Paige- What does?
Leo- The way he came straight to you guys when the headless horseman was attacking the school. He worked to earn your trust, a little harder than normal. And how hard he was pushing me to return Up There. I mean, it was a strange turn around considering he knows how I feel about Piper, but I didn’t think much of it. He knew that the Elders would agree to take my powers. He did everything he could to leave Wyatt unprotected. That bastard! I can’t believe I trusted him.
Phoebe- What can we do Leo? What do you do when the good guys work against you?
Paige- Well, if the other Elders can take away your powers Leo…can they do the same for Gideon? I mean if we tell them what we found out…is it possible.
Leo- It’s worth a shot but I can’t get Up There anymore…Ethan?
Ethan- Yeah, of course. Let’s go.
They all hold on to Ethan and orb out on their way Up There.

Sequence 4: This begins Up There as the girls are outside the great hall pacing and waiting for Leo to return. Meanwhile, Leo is in the hall talking to the other Elders.
Phoebe- What’s taking them so long?
Paige- I told you we should have just gone in there ourselves.
Ethan- I know it’s hard but you girls have to be patient. I mean, really you’re not even supposed to be up here.
Paige- I’m sorry but under the circumstances I would think they could overlook such a minor detail.
Phoebe- Besides, we’ve been Up Here before and they didn’t mind…so much.
Just then, the doors to the Great room open and out comes Leo followed by Charlotte, Kevin, Darius, Roland, and several others. Charlotte approaches first.
Charlotte- Girls…welcome. Leo has explained the situation to us.
Kevin- This is entirely unbelievable.
Darius- It’s outrageous and if it hadn’t been for the vision we had once Leo told us I wouldn’t believe it. Gideon has gone too far.
Roland- Gideon meant well, we understand that. ( a bit of tension is noticeable amongst all) (off everyone’s looks) What?
Phoebe- How can you say that? How can you be defending him?
Roland- Please. I am not defending him. But his goal was for the greater good. His goal was to prevent the child from becoming evil.
Paige- By getting him killed!? By giving our sister over to evil? Some plan!
(Leo is taking this all in meanwhile and he is getting frustrated by the discussion)
Phoebe- It’s not use Paige, they still don’t understand.
Charlotte- We understand, Phoebe. In fact, we have taken a vote.
Darius- We’ve decided Gideon shall be the removed of his Elder status. Leo’s powers will be returned.
Leo- (holding Wyatt close to him and giving in to his frustration) Damnit! But how will this help us save Piper!? Is there anything we can do?
Roland- That part is up to the Charmed ones (he says as he turns to face the girls) We have also decided to allow your sister to return to our side as a Charmed one. Under the consequences she will be allowed her destiny again, that is, if you can get her back. Now, I would suggest you girls start working on that now. Focus your energys on that. We will try to locate Gideon and correct his mistakes.
Charlotte- You must go now. Every moment that passes brings Piper deeper into the power of evil. Leo you will remain here with us. We shall return your powers. But we need your energy to help us locate Gideon.
Kevin- It won’t be easy. He is nowhere on our radar. But blessed be girls. Ethan will also take you back down to earth. Ethan will remain attentive to your call.
Leo- What about Wyatt?
Phoebe- Maybe Shiela could watch him?
Charlotte- It’s alright Leo. He may remain here as long as you are here. Now you must hurry girls. Blessed be.
(With that, Ethan takes Phoebe and Paige back down to the manor to figure things out. Leo and the other Elders being discussing things)
Roland- Well the first thing is to locate Gideon.
Kevin- Shouldn’t we return Leo’s powers first?
Roland- We can’t allow Gideon to go on this way any longer. We must put an end to that first. Let’s get to work. (Everyone proceeds back into the Great hall and the doors close behind them)
Meanwhile we find Gideon who is at a hidden lair at an unknown location. He is with the Specter.
Specter- It’s too late. I told you they would figure it out! Not only do the suspect you now but they will be coming after you.
Gideon- I’ve accomplished my goal. That is what matters.
Specter- They will punish you Gideon. For what you have done…and what if…<br>Gideon- What? Finish what you were saying!
Specter- What if they manage to get the boys powers back? All this will be for nothing?
Gideon- Not for nothing. If the Charmed ones manage to get Wyatt’s powers back at least by then the balance between good and evil will have been restored.
Specter- I would still suggest you go in hiding. The other Elders won’t agree with your methods.
Gideon- They will come around in time. I will remain out of sight for a while. Allow things to settle and afterwards when I make my return they will see things my way. Eventually, they will see things my way. But whatever happens now, it’s good versus evil.
Cut to the Underworld where we see Piper hiding behind a rocky area of the cave. She’s been hurt but she’s not defeated and before she can pop her head up from behind the rock and explosion hits and blows up the rock.
Rex- What’s the matter Piper? Things not going the way you planned? (He flings away the part of rock that was left and exposes Piper.)
Piper- (as she gestures) Damn you! (She blinks out and blinks back in another part of the cave. She now reveals her wound is worse than we thought. A sharp cut on her stomach and leg)
Rex- (also appearing where Piper blinked into. He gestures and flings Piper backwards) I told you. You’re no match for me. I’m too strong thanks to your son. You can thank your son’s powers for your death.
Just before he gestures to deliver a final blow Piper manages to get up and blinks out. Leaving Rex smiling in admiration of his work.
Rex- Now back to work. (Rex walks blinks into another part of the cave where demons are busy at work). What’s going on here? Any news on the Grimoire?
Random Demon- Still nothing sir. We’re looking everywhere though.
Rex- We’re getting closer. I can feel it. (as he’s left alone by the demon) The witch will help us get closer.
Somewhere in the Underworld Piper wanders about very hurt and still very angry. She seems to almost give up but she gets up and gathers her strengths and blinks out.
Cut to the police station where Barringer is at his desk looking through several files. Darryl walks by and Barringer catches his attention.
Barringer- You’ve done a great job Morris.
Darryl- Of what?
Barringer- Covering for your friends. We’ve all heard the rumors, the stories and all the supposed unsolved cases that these girls are involved with. But, no matter where I look I can’t find too much more on them than I already have.
Darryl- And you wont.
Barringer- What’s that supposed to mean? Huh? What are you hiding Morris?
Darryl- Look, you wont find anything on them because there’s nothing to find. They’re good women trying to balance out their lives and they don’t need a…they don’t need you on their backs right now alright?
Barringer- Don’t worry Morris. After I get the Halliwell girl for murder I’ll figure you out.
Darryl- (walks off as his cell phone rings) Morris.
Paige- Hey Darryl. Just calling to check on Chris. Are you at home?
Darryl- Actually no I’m still at the station but I just talked to Shiela a little while ago and she said Chris was sound asleep. What about you guys? Things looking any better?
Paige- Can’t say that they are. But as long as we don’t have to worry about that detective right now I think we can handle it.
Darryl- Like I said earlier, as long as Piper isn’t at home you don’t have to worry about him. I sure as hell hope you guys can work this one out soon though. This guys’ not playing around. He’s out for our asses…ya’lls and mine.
Paige- I’m sorry about all this Darryl. I really am. You don’t deserve to be dragged into these things, you or Shiela. But its good to know we can count on you.
Darryl- Just get things back to normal, eh?
Paige- Whatever ‘normal’ means. Thanks again and kiss our nephew for us?
Darryl- You got it.
Now at the manor with Phoebe and Paige.
Phoebe- Chris okay?
Paige- Darryl said he was sleeping…(Paige seems to trail off, then says in a much quieter voice as she sits down) This is so much.
Phoebe- (upon Paige’s reaction to everything) Honey, you can’t think that way. Not if we’re gonna be successful. Piper’s coming back to us and we’re sending Rex back to hell. I mean, damn it, we’re the Charmed ones for a reason right? (as she hugs her sister to comfort her) Come on let’s see what the power of two can do.
The girls get up and head to the book and look through several other books that they brought from Magic school.
Phoebe- (muttering under her breath) Mom, grams help us out on this one.
(End Sequence 4)

Sequence 5: The scene opens Up There again as the Elders also seem to be hard at work.
Roland- He’s cut himself off.
Charlotte- No. He’s just shielded himself. I can’t believe I didn’t see this coming. He’d been spending so much time away for council and from the school.
Kevin- Don’t be foolish Charlotte. You will not blame yourself. None of saw this coming.
Charlotte- Or maybe just none of us wanted to see it. Roland, you and Gideon speak often. Did he ever mention any of this to you?
Roland- Of course not. He did a great job of fooling us all. Although he was never a big fan of little Wyatt. I could tell that much. All this over a small child.
(We move over to see Wyatt who is playing with toys and Leo is nearby attempting to focus on Gideon) (Suddenly Patty and Grams appear Up There and approach Wyatt)
Leo- Penny, Patty. You shouldn’t be here.
Grams- And why not? We’re allowed. Besides don’t tell me you couldn’t use some company right now.
Patty- (walking up to her nephew and seeing him for the first time) Oh my precious boy! You’re just as gorgeous as your mother. How could anyone want to hurt you? (she snuggles Wyatt close to her) Leo, the girls need our help.
Leo- What do you mean?
Grams- Phoebe and Paige have just about given up. We need to go to them.
Leo- And do what exactly? Inspire them?
Patty- Well Leo we can’t just allow them to give up. My daughters need help!
Grams- Muses…what about muses. Leo could you talk to the Elders and have them send the girls a Muse? They did it before. And we could help them device a spell, a potion, I don’t know something! Or are you really willing to have them give up and lose Piper?
Leo- It might work. I’ll talk to the Elders but I really don’t think its necessary for the girls to see you right now.
(Leo walks off and leaves Wyatt with Patty and Grams)
Patty- Alright here’s my chance. Mother, you stay here with Wyatt and I’ll go down with the girls. I can’t bear this any longer I need to be with them.
Grams- Well, finally someone musters up some courage (She says as she takes Wyatt from Patty). Go, hurry before he comes back.
Patty disappears and we cut to the attic where Phoebe and Paige are still working. The doorbell rings.
Paige- (sigh) What more bad news? I’ll get it. (Paige walks out of the attic to get the door).
Phoebe- Damn! That’s the third potion that messes up. What is wrong with me?
(As Phoebe looks down Patty appears in the attic and speaks to Phoebe)
Patty- Nothing.
Phoebe- Oh god. Mom! (She gets up and runs to Patty and embraces her with an immense joy, Phoebe begins to sob) I don’t know what to do mom. I don’t know…<br>Patty- Shh, shh…it’s okay sweetie. We’ll figure this one out.
Cut to downstairs where Paige is about to answer the door as the bell rings again.
Paige- I got it, I got it…Richard!
Richard- Hey… (He doesn’t get a chance to finish before Paige is in his arms)
Paige- I am so happy to see you.
Richard- Uh, honey, is everything okay?
Paige- Not even close. There’s so much going on. And just when I thought I couldn’t go on you’re here. I don’t have time to explain but I am really glad that you came.
Richard- Well, is there anything I could help with.
Paige- Just you being here helps. (She says as they head upstairs, then before she enters the attic…) Hey Phoebe, looks who’s….here…Mom?
Patty- Hi sweetie.
Cut back to the Underworld. Piper has just about given up and she’s almost unconscious lying against a wall. Rex and the Specter appear.
Specter- I told you she’d be here.
Rex- Poor little witch. It’s a shame you’re so stupid you could have made an evil ally. (He picks Piper up by the hair and blinks out with her)
He and the Specter reappear in his hidden lair and he gets to work on cracking Piper’s mind.
Specter- Are you certain she knows the Grimoire’s whereabouts?
Rex- She must. Her whitelighter hid it. He must have told the witches where. (He continues working to tap into Piper’s mind.) She’s still strong and doesn’t help any that she’s out of it. But it’ll work. Bring the strongest demons we have and tell them to get ready. I’ll be sending them for the Book soon.
(The Specter does as she is told as Rex tries to awaken Piper. Cut back to the manor where hopes have been raised slightly.)
Patty- No I don’t think that would work. Don’t forget she’s also under the sway of evil right now and it won’t be easy with just any spell.
Paige- (Scanning through the book) To disempower witch…<br>Phoebe- Same problem. Piper’s not technically a witch anymore. What about the spell to remake the Charmed ones?
Richard- Guys. What about trying a potion? Like the power-stripping potion that you used on me?
Paige- Wait…that could work…<br>Phoebe- Like the one we used on Cole the first time. It’s worth a shot.
Paige- But wait won’t that take away all of her powers? I mean good and evil?
Patty- Well, sweetie that’s just a risk you’re going to have to take.
Phoebe- I’d rather have a powerless sister than no sister at all.
Paige- Let’s get to work then. (She turns to Richard) Thanks.
(They all run downstairs to the kitchen to prepare the potion except for Patty.)
Patty- Please, please let this work. (Then Patty, too, walks downstairs)
Cut to the kitchen where the girls are working on several potions, Richard is also helping.
Richard- Okay I think this one’s done. Pass me a vial please?
Paige- (She hands Richard a vial and continues her work) So, uh, what exactly is the plan anyways?
Patty- What do you mean?
Paige- I mean, are we just gonna show up in the Underworld in front of hordes of demons and say ‘hi we’re here for our sister’? What are we going to do about Rex?
Phoebe- One step at a time, Paige.
Patty- Unfortunately, your sister’s right Phoebe. You girls have to be prepared for Rex if he has Piper.
Richard- Could you try the power-stripping potion on him?
Paige- No, I don’t think that would work, he has too much power. Unless…what if we we’re to gear the potion towards Wyatt. I mean, technically he has Wyatt’s powers so we could make it like the one we made when Piper wanted to bind Wyatt’s powers.
Phoebe- Let’s do it. (Phoebe suddenly has a terrible thought). Oh no! The Grimoire.
Patty- What about it sweetie?
Phoebe- If Rex has Piper he’ll want to know where the Grimoire is. If he knows that we hid it, which he probably does, all he has to do is use his power on Piper to drag it out of her. For all we know, we could be going down there to face the new Source.
Paige- Well we’re not turning back now. My potion’s done…Phoebe?
Phoebe- (sighing) One Piper power-stripping potion, done.
Cut to the Underworld where Rex seems to be using all his power on Piper.
Rex- Come on…I’ve almost got it. Tell me where it is…<br>Piper- (Mostly unconscious) West…Andies…<br>Rex- Got it! Specter! Where are those demons I asked you for? (Just as two demons appear in front of Rex) You two! Off to find the Book. (He waves his hand at them and just like that they know where to go) This is it…my moment of glory is nearing.
Specter- And don’t forget who helped you.
Rex- Don’t fret Specter. Your rewards will come to you.
(At this moment, the girls orb in and they’re ready for anything. As expected they’re attacked. Paige and Phoebe are throwing potions left and right. A demon approaches Phoebe and she uses her martial skills to fend him off. Two other demons attack Paige with fireballs and she orbs them backwards on them to vanquish them. Phoebe has her share of demons of demons to deal with. A she-demons attacks her with a lightning type power and Phoebe empathy kicks in as she takes the lightning into her own hands and returns it on the demon. They’ve managed to vanquish a number of demons but not before Rex hears what’s going on outside his lair. Phoebe and Paige run in to see Rex.)
Phoebe- Bastard! You’re going back to the hell you came from. (Just then Paige manages to orb in behind Rex and smash the binding potion on Rex)
Paige- Gotcha. (Paige orbs back out and over by Phoebe)
Rex- (He gestures attempting to throw them telekinetically but it fails) It’s no matter stupid witches. I may not have the child’s powers anymore but soon thanks to your sister soon I’ll rule the Underworld. And my first order of business as the Source will be to rid myself of you.
Phoebe- I’d like to see you try. (Phoebe kicks Rex and sends him flying) Paige the potion…for Piper.
Paige- Got it. (She throws the potion on Piper and a black and white swirls move around Piper and float off) Think it worked.
Phoebe- Piper’s not okay though. She’s bleeding bad…we need Ethan.
(Then the demons that Rex sent for the Grimoire appear with the Book)

Demon #1- We have it sir!
Rex- Hurry! Give it to me! Kill the witches!
(The demons turn on the girls and one throws an energy ball but Paige quickly returns it. The other demon attacks Paige with an athame but, again, Paige is quicker and vanquishes the demon)
Rex- Don’t forget. We have business to settle once I am coronated. I’ll be back for you. (Rex blinks out with the Grimoire in hands leaving the girls worried)
Paige- What are we gonna do now?
Phoebe- We’re gonna get Piper to Ethan so he can heal her. She’s getting worse.
Paige- What about Rex? He’s about to be coronated as the Source and we have one powerless sister
Phoebe- I don’t care. We’ll have to deal with that later. Come on orb.
(The girls orb out, all 3 this time leaving the Underworld and the Specter remains)
Specter- Did you see?
Gideon- All of it.
Specter- What’s to become of the boys’ powers?
Gideon- Into the void, I assume.
Cut to the manor where Patty and Richard await and the girls suddenly orb in.
Patty- Girls! You did it…you’re here…all of you.
Paige- Piper needs serious help…Ethan!
Phoebe- Ethan!
Richard- (As the girls continue to call for Ethan) Who’s Ethan?
Patty- A whitelighter. Friend of Leo’s.
Ethan- Hi…I’m sorry…my charge…<br>Phoebe- No time. Piper. She’s hurt…real bad…please.
Ethan- (He approaches Piper and starts working on her, it takes a while) I almost lost her.
Paige- Almost.
Piper- (breathing hard and fast) Wyatt…Chris…save you…<br>(Paige and Phoebe both approach Piper and embrace her and help her sit up on the sofa.)
Piper- (becoming more aware now) What’s going on? Guys you’re okay! Mom, Richard…and who are you?
Phoebe- Oh, Piper it’s so good to have you back!
Piper- Where’s Wyatt and Chris?
Paige- Chris is with Darryl and Sheila.
Phoebe- And Wyatt’s fine. He’s alive.
Piper- Oh…but I…what…<br>Patty- Shh…you need to get your rest. You all do.
Piper- Oh my god! Rex! He got the Grimoire. We have to stop him before he can…<br>Phoebe-I think it’s already too late.
Patty- It’s time I left. You girls are back together.
Paige- Wait, mom, what about Piper?
Phoebe- Oh…<br>Piper- What about me?
Phoebe- Well, we didn’t know how else to get you back on our side so we sorta…stripped your powers. All of them.
Paige- Good and evil.
Piper- Well that’s just great. Powerless and with a new Source!
Paige- Well at least you’re not Demon huntress anymore, right?
Patty- I really should go now girls…but you might want to try the spell to call a witch’s powers. Blessed be. (Patty hugs her three daughters and disappears)
(The girls to split up. While Richard and Paige to get Chris, Phoebe, Piper, and Ethan go get Wyatt and tell the Elders the news. They orb up there to find Leo and the other Elders have just about given up on finding Gideon because it’s clear he’s probably in the Underworld. It’s a very emotional reunion between Piper and Wyatt.)
Piper- My big boy! (She says as she hugs Wyatt tight) I’m sorry. (She says to Leo)
Leo- No worries. It’s not the first time you try to kill me (As they both giggle).
Kevin- It’s great to have you back Piper. However, we’re still very worried. With the coronation of the new Source and Gideon out there…he’s not thinking straight…<br>Charlotte- We’ll need your help to find Gideon and stop him. An Elder on the side of evil could mean the end of us.
Piper- Is there any way to prevent him from being able to orb Up here?
Roland- We’ve taken care of that. But you girls will need to get Gideon.
Phoebe- But how can we? We don’t have the power of three anymore.
Charlotte- The spell to call a witch’s powers should work. It may even return the little one’s powers.
Piper- It better. We’ll try to find Gideon. I just hope we don’t wind up being in over our heads.
(Leo and the girls thank Ethan for all his help and the girls say goodbye to Leo and the other Elders.)
Leo- Take good care of them both. But always take good care of yourself.
Piper- Don’t worry nothing will happen to us. Not as long as WE have your love.
Leo- You do. Always have… (They share a tender moment, but it’s interrupted by Roland hurrying them up. Piper, Phoebe and Wyatt then orb out with Ethan.
Cut to the manor where everyone is gathered now, Paige, Phoebe, Piper, baby Chris/Wyatt, and Richard. Piper is feeding Chris his bottle while Wyatt sits close beside her drinking juice.)
Paige- So, are you sure it worked Piper? Are all your powers are back?
Piper- (Grabbing another bottle and throwing it in the air then freezing it, unfreezing it and blowing it up) Looks like it.
Paige- And Wyatt’s powers?
Piper- He’s okay. He orbed his juice glass. (She smiles at her two boys)
Phoebe- You know I really thought you weren’t coming back this time, Piper. For a minute anyways.
Richard- You’re the Charmed ones. You guys always bounce back.
Paige- (hugging Richard) That’s why I love him.
Phoebe- Speaking of love, I need to see Jason. With all that’s been going on I’d forgotten about his proposal.
Paige- I think there’s another matter we need to settle before any of that Pheebs.
Piper- What is it?
Phoebe- (Off of Paige’s glance, it clicks in her head) Barringer. Piper, the innocent you attacked in the alley when you went evil…she didn’t make it.
Paige- Darryl tried to get him off the case, this Barringer guy. But he’s persistent and he wants to get you behind bars.
Piper- (Staring off in wonder) It never ends.
Cut to the Underworld, where the coronation ceremony has begun. Many demons, warlocks and other evil beings are in attendance. A demonic priest speaks to Rex.
Demonic Priest- Everything is ready, sire. The ceremony may begin.
Rex- Then let’s.
Specter- And may your reign never end.
(Rex makes his way towards the ceremonial stand and the ceremony is underway, yet again, we see Gideon in the background also in attendance.)
Gideon- All has been set right.
