Thanks so much! I have to tell you, I update everytime just so I can read your reviews! That's how much I love them! Thanks again!
Piper stirred a couple times, one when Phoebe came in that night, and the next morning, when she started complaining about how she couldn’t stay home and Piper could. “Well, I’ve broken up with guys before! Why is she so special?” Piper heard her say. She turned over in her bed, staring at the room, and saw that she was alone. She wasn’t surprised at all; she heard Phoebe’s complaining from downstairs. The events of the previous night hadn’t soaked in yet, and she tried delaying it as long as possible. A few minutes later, she began to fall asleep again, but movement at the door woke her up a little. It was Grams. “Oh, she is awake,” she said quietly. “Well, I just checked her 15 minutes ago, and she was asleep,” Prue’s voice sounded from the hallway. Piper sat up in her bed as her sister and grandmother came into the room and sat down on her bed. “Did we wake you up?” Grams asked, and Piper shook her head. “No, it was Phoebe,” she responded with a small grin. “Ugh, we practically had to shove her out of the door so she wouldn’t miss the bus,” Prue said with an exhausted sigh. “How are you doing?”
“I don’t know yet,” Piper answered honestly. “Prue talked to me last night. Don’t worry about taking the day off, it’s probably for the best.”
“It’s not like you’ve missed many days before now. Any, even.”
“Yeah, well, I don’t get sick often,” Piper said, and turned and grabbed one of the extra pillows behind her and held it like a doll. “I can’t really think clearly now. It’s not that I just woke up exactly, but I just can’t tell what I’m feeling.”
“It’s normal, dear. I remember my first major break up. I too thought that I loved him-”
“I don’t think that I loved him,” Piper growled angrily. “A lot of teenagers think that they have felt love, and very few actually do,” Grams tried softly, but it was no use. “I know that he loved me just as much as I loved him. I can’t explain how it felt, but I know that it’s true! How do you know that I just didn’t get lucky?”
“I don’t know that. I’m sorry, dear, it never meant to come out like that.” Piper didn’t say anything, but stared at the wallpaper that she picked out years ago. “So…who broke up with who?” Piper didn’t say anything again for a while, before she looked at Prue. “I…think that I did.” Prue looked surprised and sad, and Grams had a look of sympathy on her face. “I was the one who said things weren’t working, but it was somewhat mutual, I guess. I don’t know.” She looked down at her hands, not wanting to see sympathy shone at her from their faces. She didn’t deserve it. “Things are kinda hazy from last night.”
“Understandable. Your mind wants to forget about it.”
“But my heart doesn’t,” she said, finding her emotions once again. She tried not to cry. “He was everything to me. Hardly a day passed when I didn’t see him, and I can’t imagine him not being there anymore,” she said, the tears she tried so hard to hold back were stinging her eyes. “It probably sounds cliché or something, but I don’t know how I’m going to live without him.” This time it was them that were silent; thinking. “So, go ahead and tell us what happened again.” Piper told them, but still couldn’t fight the urge to cry, and finished staring at the wall, away from them. “I wonder what he’s thinking,” Piper mumbled, and felt the pang of pain, before falling back into her pillows with a deep sigh.

Hey, thanks everyone! Sorry I haven't updated in a while! I wasn't home this weekend when I originally planned to update, then my computer started acting up and I couldn't open my stories. Anyway, it's been restarted twice since then, so here you go!
It's not that long, but the next one will be a little longer, promise.
World History was almost unbearably long for Leo as he sat in class, trying to concentrate on the paper that they had to write. Whenever he looked up, he felt empty, sad, and guilty to see the empty desk in front of him. He couldn’t believe what happened, and felt an abnormal amount of shame about it. He hurt her, she hardly saw her upset like that, as if she was on the verge of tears. The thought of her never there with him again made it difficult for him to breathe; she was his everything: his girlfriend, his someone to talk to about anything, no matter how trivial, his best friend, his other half. He felt incomplete without her, and he knew that he would never be the same without her. It was all his fault. He tried to explain it to her, but there was nothing that he could say that could fix what happened. He still wished that she trusted him. Still, what if it were him? He didn’t blame her at all. It hurt. It hurt knowing that he caused her misery; so much that she didn’t even come to school, and she hadn’t missed any before then. “Mr. Wyatt? Leo,” he heard, and looked up to see Mr. Hendricks standing above him. “Are you sick?”
“No, sir,” he replied. “Then please get back to work,” he said, before walking back to his desk. Leo sighed, and ran a hand through his messy hair. He glanced back down at his paper, and knew there was no way he could concentrate on it. He stood up and walked over to Mr. Hendricks’ desk, and he looked up at him. “Yes?”
“Um, if you don’t mind, I probably could use a drink.”
“Go ahead. Don’t waste time,” was his reply. “Yes sir.” Leo walked out of the classroom and headed into the bathroom. He rinsed off his face, and looked up, not blaming Mr. Hendricks for asking if he was unwell. He hardly had any sleep the night before; he just lay in bed thinking, wondering if he should call her and apologize. He knew it would be no use, so he just stared at the ceiling, replaying the night’s events over and over in his mind: Lilly’s coming onto him, literally; Piper’s shock; their fight; and her pain as she ran out. He wondered if she were okay.
Hey, I gotta go study now! Finals are tomorrow and Wednesday! Wish me luck! I need as much of it as I can get if I want to keep up my grades!

I end Wednesday, too. Ahh, summer will be the time to catch up with these stories. I'll update, I have my three reviewers!
Grams and Prue out with Piper the rest of the day, talking about everything, especially things that didn’t have to do with Leo. Piper smiled for them, but the smile didn’t reach her heart. The day went by slowly for her, but she dreaded the next day, when she would have to see him. She had no idea what to say, or what she would feel. She felt saddened, angered, and ashamed all at once. She found out what she would feel like the next day, when she saw him and he looked at her, she became angry. Especially since she saw Lilly talking to him. She couldn’t tell what he was thinking, or feeling, his face was very unemotional. She turned away and sat in her desk, thankful that he was behind her and she didn’t have to look at him. She could feel his eyes on her, and was confused. She didn’t know how she was going to get through the day.
Leo looked around over heads in the hallway, wondering what she was feeling. He finally saw her, and she held a look of fatigue. When she saw him too, her face suddenly became irate. Once again, he didn’t blame her, but he still hoped that she wasn’t angry with him. He looked back and saw Lilly standing in front of him. “Hey Leo.”
“I already told you. I don’t want to talk to you,” he responded miffed. “Why?” she asked, putting her hands on her hips. “You ruined everything, alright?! Go bother someone else for a change,” he said, before shoving past her in the packed walkway and heading into the classroom, fuming. He couldn’t believe her. She caused all of this, probably part of some plan, and then expected them to be some item? Like nothing happened? She had the intelligence of a peanut. He went to his desk, trying and failing avoiding looking at Piper. She was staring down at her book, and her face seemed distraught. The class was worse than the day before; this time Piper was there, and her presence was terrifying. He wondered what she was thinking. That always mattered so much to him. Did she hate him? Did she still love him? How could anyone love him after what he did to her? The day passed agonizingly slow. Lunch finally came around, but neither was really looking forward to it. At least Piper wasn’t. She didn’t want to see him and risk feeling the ache of loss anymore than she already did. As she walked outside, the gloomy weather mocked her. She didn’t head toward the lunchroom, but instead retreated to the back of the school, where hardly anyone was. There were bushes that stretched along next to the wall, and Piper found them a spot where no one would disturb her. She sat with her back along the wall and gave a deep sigh. She pulled her backpack on her lap and looked for something to occupy her time. There was a book. She pulled it out, and opened the cover. Memories flooded back as she remembered when Leo gave it to her, knowing that she would like it. She did. Pain and anger flooded her mind and she threw the book, and it landed on the sidewalk. She sighed again, looking away from the book, but was surprised when she saw someone pick up the book out of the corner of her eye. She looked back, and to her horror saw Leo standing there looking at her, book in hand. “What are you doing here?” she asked angrily. “I was walking around. I didn’t think that you’d want to see me, so I didn’t go into the lunch room,” he said, and handed her the book with a sad expression on his face. She could feel her face turn red as she took the book that he’d given her and she just chucked, and stuffed it in her bag. “I’m sorry,” he said, not knowing what to say. “Doesn’t really matter though, does it?” she responded, anger flowing with her voice as she roughly closed the zipper on her backpack. “No, not really,” he said softly, looking at her with an expression that broke her heart. “Alright then.” He walked away, glancing at her a couple times before disappearing out of sight. Piper mentally kicked herself. She just hurt him, and she never wanted him to be hurt, she cared so much about him. Then again, look what he did to her. She trusted him, and he made out with that @#%$. She tried to make herself believe that he was the bad guy, but in her heart, she missed him so much.

Ah, Blue Flamers, you two are great! I find the prospect of you two sitting there fascinating and hilarious. I mean, I think what if I were sitting here with my sister discussing my posts, and I laugh. You two must be awfully close! And amypooh, I do have other stories, but they aren't posted on the Inet. They haven't gotten as far as I hoped because I try to work on one of these stories if I have the chance to write. Eh, it's a lot of work to try and work on everything that I want to work on. Maybe I'll have time over the summer?
Anyway, enjoy!
For the next couple weeks, whenever she saw him, she made it obvious she was upset with him. He remained apparently emotionless, but he was everything but. He got the hint, and stayed away from her. At home, both families could see a difference in them. Piper was a lot quieter, and stayed locked up in her room more than usual. Phoebe even avoided the room when Piper was in there, because the atmosphere was so depressing, and it was her room too. Prue and Phoebe would talk to her sometimes, and Prue said that it wouldn’t hurt so much later, and Phoebe said that she knew that they’d get back together. Piper didn’t trust her precognitive speculation, and told her so. Leo did the same things as Piper did. He didn’t smile like he used to, and his house became depressing with the absence of his contagious smile. The older couple worried about him a lot, and Marie would try to talk to him constantly, but he didn’t become better. Somehow people at school knew about them, too. Semi-friends wouldn’t talk to them much, for their countenances didn’t appear very welcoming, and they knew it was a rough time for the couple. Some other people noticed too. Piper was packing up her stuff after third hour and was getting up to leave when a guy joined her. “Hi. Do you have a minute?” he asked, and Piper nodded, and they walked together to a quieter part of the hallway. “I’m Dan. I’ve been sitting behind you all year, and you’ve fascinated me. I know that you had a boyfriend, and I heard about how you were no longer together with him. I’m really sorry to hear about that,” Dan added, and Piper cringed a little, and nodded. “Thanks.”
“Well, I was hoping if you were interested, you might go out with me. There’s this big party this weekend that my friend is having, and I was wondering if you could be my date,” he said, and Piper raised her eyebrows in surprise. This good-looking running back of the football team and star of the baseball team was asking her out?! Dan Gordon? “Me?”
“Yeah. You’re beautiful, if no one’s ever told you that.” Piper felt herself blush, and she saw behind Dan Leo walking to his next class. He noticed them talking, and stopped to watch, not knowing that she’d seen him. “Thank you Dan,” she said with a smile. “So, what do you say? Be my date?” he asked with a smile that just magnified his good looks. She glanced at Leo again, and saw that his attention had turned elsewhere. Then she saw that he was talking to Lilly. She became angry, but turned her eyes back to Dan with a smile. “Of course,” she answered. “Great,” he said, smiling. “Can I meet up with you at lunch time?” he asked, as Piper became aware that people started to move to their next class. “Okay,” she responded, and he kissed her cheek before heading off to class. She looked over once again at Leo and he was once again looking at her, jealousy etched into his features. They stared at each other for a couple moments, before Piper peeled her eyes away and walked to her next class. Leo was walking through the crowd of students who were socializing without any consideration for those who used the hallway for what it was meant for: walking through. He looked for a way to walk, not wanting to push people out of the way, when he saw Piper. She was talking to a guy; someone who he knew was a jock. He stopped walking, and watched them. He saw her glance over to where he was standing, but he doubted that she saw him in the mass of people. He couldn’t hear what they were saying. His attention was pulled from them as Lilly walked up to him. “Hey Leo,” she said. “I was hoping that I would see you today.”
“Why?”
“Well, I was invited to this party by this girl, and she told me to bring a date to it, but I don’t know too many people. I was kind of hoping that you still weren’t mad at me,” she said, and Leo tried not rolling his eyes. “It’s not something that a person can just forgive someone for,” he said, and she looked sad. “I know. It’s just, you’re like the only person I know here. I know that you don’t want to go out with me again, but do you think you could just accompany me to this? I don’t want to be alone there.” Why did he have compassion?! He sighed. “Fine.”
“Really? Thanks Leo! I really appreciate it.” Leo nodded, and turned his attention back to Piper. He saw the guy bend down and kiss her cheek, and he became extremely envious. He couldn’t explain the feeling that came over him. Piper saw him, and he knew that she was looking at him. Her face was unexpressive as she turned and walked away.

Lmao, you people are hilarious. lol, I had to bring the chip man in, he's part of the series and part of our favorite couple's relationship. hehe. Anyway, enjoy!
Piper walked into the lunchroom, looking around. She didn’t see him. He wasn’t there. She breathed a sigh of relief when she didn’t see Leo. Good, she didn’t want to think about him. She decided to go get a soda, and entered the long lunch lines. “Hey, Piper,” she heard, and turned to see Dan’s smiling face looking down at her. Most girls, she thought, would be frightened or intimidated in this instance, but strangely she was very unaffected. She smiled back. “Hi Dan,” she said, and he merged his way into the line next to her. She was surprised no one said anything about him cutting. It must be a popularity thing. “I’m really glad you accepted my invitation,” he said, and they moved forward some. “This should be a really awesome party.”
“The way you make it sound, it ought to be,” she said with a nod, as they reached the front of the line and she grabbed her soda. Before Piper could get her money out, he stuck out a rather crisp five. “Thanks.”
“Of course,” he said, and smiled again. They walked back over towards the tables, and he looked at her. “The party is tomorrow at Billy Walker’s house, 7 o’clock. Do you think that you will be available then?”
“Yeah, I don’t think I have anything going on tomorrow,” she responded with a nod, knowing that in fact that she didn’t have anything going on. “Alright, great, I’ll talk to you tomorrow about where to pick you up?” “Uh, sure,” she answered, surprised when he bent down to kiss her cheek again and walked away. “Bye,” he said, before joining his friends. She shook her head before turning around and walking out of the building. She would have thought that Dan would want to sit with his new ‘girlfriend’, she figured she was now, instead of his friends. She stared at the ground as she walked outside, occasionally looking around at the swarms of friends. She never had one of these little groups, she thought, but she doubted she would have ever enjoyed being in something like that. What she had with Leo was special, and more intimate than a crowd of kids, and she wouldn’t trade it up for anything. It didn’t really matter though, did it? She was alone once more. That time was gone, and she would probably never experience that same consanguinity again. She glanced up as she was walking, and a trio of underclassmen passed by, and behind them walking her way was Leo…and Lilly. She was talking very animatedly to him, and he was staring at the ground nodding, occasionally saying something and getting more responses from her. No matter how many times he saw them together, she could never understand why he would talk to her after what she did. She hurried past them, knowing that there was no way he wouldn’t have seen her. Leo started walking out of his fourth hour class, not really in a hurry, and Lilly joined him. “Hey Leo. I just wanted to say thanks again for coming with me for the party. I know that you don’t really like me much right now, so thanks.” He nodded down to her and gave her a polite smile. He had an idea, and looked down at her with curiosity. “Lilly? Do you know anything about Dan Gordon, I think his name is?” “The senior? Sure. Well, he’s really hot, for one thing,” she said with a grin, and Leo rolled her eyes at her vain outlook on people. “He played on the football team, varsity. I can’t remember what guy he was, not the quarterback, though. It was some other ‘back’.” That really narrowed it down, Leo thought with an invisible roll of his eyes. “Now, I know that he’s like the second person or whatever on the baseball team. He’s supposed to be really good!” “You mean the second ‘baseman’?” Leo asked with a raised eyebrow. She pointed at him. “That’s right. Anyway, he’s like really cool, you know, and has a lot of friends.”
“What about girls?”
“He has a lot of girlfriends, yeah. They usually don’t last too long, I’ve heard, like a couple weeks at most.”
“Why is that?”
“I don’t know, he probably doesn’t like to be held down, ya know? Or maybe he just likes to sleep with them. Wait, why do you care about him?”
“No reason,” he responded quickly. He knew that Lilly would have known about Dan, she was always really knowledgeable about all sorts of things like that. She knew exactly where to go for the best gossip. He began to worry about Piper, and if she knew any of the things that Lilly just told him, about his girlfriends. He cared for her still an unbelievable amount, and still loved her. Love isn’t something that just goes away, even if people wish it would. Love touches a place in people’s hearts that is way too deep to be touched by anger or hate. He saw her pass by, but tried not to look at her, for if he did his heart would ache.

You mean...it captivates? Addicts?! Cooool. hehe. Thanks. I see I'm not the only one who's noticed the new smilies! I like this bunch better, I think. lol. Sorry to make you wait, I was over at my grandma's for a couple days again. I'm back though, so here's your update!
The rest of the day passed uneventfully, but neither Piper nor Leo could seem to be happy. Piper, who now had a new boyfriend who was buying her drinks with crisp money and taking her out to parties, could not even smile when she told her family that she had a date the next day, with Dan Gordon. Phoebe’s eyebrows raised when Piper revealed the name, and Prue seemed impressed, and both knew of the popular sports superstar. Leo’s lack of enthusiasm was easier to understand, and his aunt and uncle didn’t even know what to say to him besides ‘hi’ when he first came in through the door and dropped his stuff, for his face held only distress. Ever since Leo and Piper broke up, his uncle had said don’t dwell, he needed to forget and move on. But trying to forget someone you love is trying is like trying to remember you never knew. It’s impossible. Soon enough, the next day came, Friday, the night of the party, but unfortunately the day could not pass as fast as it came. Though neither looked very forward to the party that they were obligated to attend, oblivious to the other’s attendance, they both hoped that it would come just so they would have to deal with the agony of waiting for it. After the day at school passed, Piper was able to go home and get dressed and ready for the party that night, and Dan soon was there to pick her up, at around 7 o’clock. After Piper opened the door and stepped aside to allow Dan to step in, before he bent down to kiss her cheek and Grams chose the moment to walk into the room. He handed the bouquet that Piper had failed to notice was in his hand to Grams, and she smiled. “You must be Dan,” she said, stating the obvious. He flashed his charming smile, before responding with a voice that was most unlike his usual one. “Yes ma’am, and you must be this beautiful Ms. Halliwell that I had the fortune of hearing about. You certainly fit the description of a radiant woman.” Grams laughed, and looked at Piper, who remained impassive as she watched. “Why, thank you!”
“No thanks are needed.”
“Well, aren’t you a sweet, handsome boy. You’re going to take care of her tonight, aren’t you?”
“Of course, Ms. Halliwell. Would midnight be too late to bring your granddaughter back home?”
“No, not at all. No later, though.”
“I wouldn’t dream of it,” Dan responded, flashing another great smile Gram’s way before turning to Piper and saying, “You ready to head out?”
“Yeah, just let me grab my coat.” After they left, Prue stepped out from her spot against a doorway in the other room next to Grams. “Did you buy that?”
“No,” Grams responded, darkly. “Did someone leave a vacuum on, because I just heard a loud, sucking noise,” Phoebe said, walking in from where Prue was previously standing. “Don’t you two ever give poor Piper any privacy?” Prue and Phoebe looked at each other and responded at the same time, “No.”
Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't updated in so long, but I've been busy. I also didn't think that this story would do this well! I'm having the same problem here as with Unspeakable Consequences, I'm running low. I think what I'm going to have to do is update them at the same time. I'm sorry I have to do this, but I think that it would be better to wait a few days then weeks for an update, eh? Yeah.
So....please enjoy! It's party time!
Piper opened the door to the pretentious sport car that she suspected was not cheap, and climbed in as Dan was starting the car. As soon as the engine started up, loud music blared out of the radio and nearly deafened her. “Ain’t it great? Surround sound! I had it installed last month!” Dan called over the music, and Piper nodded, before turning away and cringing at the volume. She became extremely uncomfortable in the environment, and was suddenly, and oddly, recalling her first date with Leo, where he opened doors for her and they talked the whole night about the other. Now, here she was in this expensive car that she climbed in herself, with the music blasting and Dan going about twice the speed limit. She didn’t really like it. She was grateful when she could let herself out of the car and the music stopped, and she gazed up at the nice house in front of her. Dan stepped up next to her and put his hand on the middle of her back. “This is my friend Jay’s house. He’s a cool guy, you’ll like him,” he said, before leading her inside of the house. As soon as the door opened, Piper was shown that she wasn’t away from the deafening music, and the pounding hurt her head. Piper couldn’t help but notice how low Dan’s hand slid down her back, and it made her uncomfortable. He led her over to a group of jocks standing by the punch table, which she was surprised to see that it held two different bowls of punch. “Guys, this is my girlfriend Piper, and Piper, these are my buddies. Jay there is the guy that’s having the party,” he said, gesturing to a guy with long, greasy blonde hair that fell past his jaw-line. “My parents are out of town,” Jay called to her over the music. She nodded and smiled politely, before Dan looked down at her and asked if she wanted a drink. He warned her that one of the bowls of punch was spiked, and pointed out the one that she should drink out of. She helped herself, and found it rather good. While Dan talked to his friends, he would occasionally put his hand on her back and rub it, and she noticed again how it moved down. Her nerves were starting to get the better of her, and she kept herself busy by focusing on the punch. As she sipped her third cup, she looked around the room and was panicked when she saw Leo sitting on a couch on the other side of the room, sitting by Lilly, who was very slightly rubbing her leg against his, but he hardly noticed it. Lilly was talking to some other girls, and from her spot on the other side of the room she could see very clearly that his eyes were glazed over. She turned away, and tried to focus on what Dan and his friends were talking about, but she couldn’t even pay attention long enough to figure it out. She downed the rest of the cup and refilled it, and as she turned around she saw that Leo was looking her way. Their eyes met, and Piper’s heart skipped in her chest. She didn’t know why it did, but she didn’t blame it. Leo looked great in a black button up shirt and khaki pants, and his compassionate hazel eyes still made her melt, even when it was too late. She wasn’t his anymore, he was gone, and so was her heart, it felt like. She couldn’t be happy anymore. Or, at least not as happy as she was whenever she was with Leo. It was too late though. About eight cups of the punch later, she began to unwind. If Dan said something funny, she’d laugh. If his friends would talk to her, she was surprised on how she responded. She wasn’t thinking as clearly anymore, but she wasn’t sure why. She refilled her cup again, and she had half of it down before Dan turned to her with a grin on his face. “You wanna have some fun?” he asked in her ear. “Depends on what the heck you’re talking about,” she said with a goofy grin. He bent down and started kissing her, and she was left dumbfound after. “Let’s go upstairs,” he whispered, before he started kissing her again, more and more lustfully with each passing moment, and his hands started going where Piper did not want them to go. “No, I don’t think so,” she slurred, pushing his hands off of her. His buddies chuckled behind him. “Come on, it’ll be fun,” he said, before starting up again. She started noticing how she was having trouble standing straight as he was kissing her and groping her, and she was having more trouble than usual thinking straight and moving as well. “No!” she mumbled loudly, trying to move him back, but he was getting more rough that she would have liked. “Get off!”
“Hey, she wants you to leave her alone,” a voice said from behind her. She shoved Dan off to see Leo standing there. “I’m not too happy to see you either,” she slurred, pointing a finger at him. “Back off. She’s my girlfriend, Wyatt, not yours anymore. Get over it,” Dan said, pushing Leo back. “I can do what I want with her.”
“No, you can’t. She’s a person, not your toy!” “She’s nothing but a little bitc-” Some wonder if Dan even knew what hit him. A second later, his buddies were trying to pull him off of the ground, and he was wiping blood from out of his nose with his hand and looking at it. His face turned into one of pure fury, and he cried, “Let me at him! Let go of me!” His friends held strong to under his arms, and Leo put his arm under Piper’s shoulders and started leading her out, while the whole room’s eyes were on them, including Lilly’s. Behind them Dan was still struggling, and his originally white shirt was starting to turn crimson.

I'm SOO sorry everyone!!! I'm back, don't worry. Not that you were worried or anything probably....(Why isn't there a crying emoticon, dangit?!) Eh, so much for drama. Anyway, like I've already said, I'm sorry. I've been switching people's houses, seen most of my family in doing so. Also, something that i'm glad I pushed myself to do, I've been reading. I gave myself a goal with the reading, and I read all five Harry Potter books in five and a half days. So, anytime not spent reading was spent feeling bad that I wasn't reading. I wanted to read them all in five days, but Order of the Phoenix took me two because I'd only read the book once before this. Anyway, I appreciate the patience! After this, it's getting back into Lord of the Rings, which I still have 5/6ths to do, or something.
Well, I have a pretty long update; it was about three pages in Word. Please enjoy it! I don't know when I'll update next, but I'll try not to make you wait as long again.
“Where are we going?” Piper asked, looking up at the person who was helping her out, whom she had already known was Leo. “Your house.”
“Your house?”
“No, the manor,” Leo corrected, before walking down from the house and down the street some, to where he parked his car. He helped her in, and drove off, and didn’t turn on the radio or say anything until they arrived in front of the manor. There, he helped her out, and strung his arm under hers once again. She shoved him away. “Hey! I can walk on my own!” She took a couple steps and wobbled and tried to regain her balance. “Maybe you had the right idea…” she mumbled. Leo couldn’t help a small smile at her, and he helped her up before knocking. Grams answered the door, and stepped aside, confused, at the sight in front of her eyes. “Leo? What are you doing here? Why isn’t she at the party with Dan? What’s wrong with her?”
“Dan got her drunk, and I brought her home,” Leo said, before carefully sitting Piper on the couch. “I am…not drunk!” she announced, waving her hand in the air. “I am simply…” While she searched for a word to describe the way she was, Leo turned back to Grams who had a look of worry on her face. “I knew I didn’t trust that boy. So, you saw that she was drunk and you brought her home?”
“No,” he said, looking down at his shoes. “Dan…tried taking advantage of her first, but she was trying to push him back, and that’s when I stepped in.” He looked down at his hand, and noticed it was bleeding. “Oh, my…I can’t believe this. Piper wouldn’t even think of drinking!”
“Drinking? I like to drink. I love Cokes! And Pepsi’s!” “I don’t even think that she knew that there was alcohol in it. I admit, I was watching her when she came in, and Dan told her one of the punch bowls was spiked, and pointed out the one he wanted her to drink out of. I’m pretty sure he wanted her drunk. I hate to see her like this.” Leo looked at Piper, who was mumbling something about mayonnaise, and he shook his head. “My goodness…this is all crazy. Leo, what happened to your hand?”
“Uh, well, it sort of connected with Dan’s face,” he said with a sheepish smile. Grams shook her head. "Come on, let’s go clean this out before you bleed on the carpet,” Grams said, walking into the kitchen with Leo behind her. “So you’re more concerned for the carpet?” Leo asked jokingly. “Cuts go away, my dear. I wish I could say the same about bloodstains. My, this is nasty.”
“Dan has a hard nose.”
“Why did you hit him?” Leo watched as his cut was cleaned out for a moment before responding. “He was insulting her,” he said quietly. Grams looked up at him with sympathy. “You still care about her,” she said, stating the obvious. “Yes, I do. This whole thing…was just a stupid misunderstanding.”
“That’s what I’ve thought,” Grams said with a shrug. “I must be honest, when Dan came tonight with his fake charm and politeness, it made me wish that it were you instead.”
“Me too.” Silence followed. Grams decided to speak next. “You want me to call your aunt and uncle and tell them that you’ll be home later?”
“Could I stay?” Grams couldn’t say that she was expecting it, but she should have known. “Would it be too much trouble? I…I just want to be able to be there for her.” Grams smirked knowingly. “Is there some deep, dark plan in you Mr. Wyatt? Do you find this an opportunity to win my beloved Piper back?”
“It crossed my mind as a plus,” Leo said, trying and failing not to smile. “But, uh, I just want to make sure that she’s okay.”
“I know you do, darling.” As Grams finished wrapping up his hand, she said that she’d call his guardians to tell them that he was going to stay, and he went into the living room and sat next to Piper on the couch. “Hey, I was thinking. I can’t remember if you like Mayo, or Miracle Whip. It’s been bothering me that I can’t remember, but I am sort of screwed up right now, I mean, I am talking about mayonnaise,” she rambled, shaking her head. “Mayo, to answer your question,” he responded, smiling. “Good man!”
“What made you think of that?”
“At the party, on the tables, they had those little sandwiches, you know? I saw you eat one, don’t deny it. There was both Mayo and Miracle Whip on the side, and I couldn’t remember what you liked.”
“Why does it matter so much what I put on my sandwich?” Piper stayed quiet, thinking. She always thought about him, all of the time. She realized that words that had nothing to do with his question were making their way out of her mouth. “I don’t want to be mad at you. I just…almost make myself, ‘cause I’m supposed to be. And I shouldn’t have told you that,” she said finally, defeated, and almost regretting that she told him. “No, I’m glad you did,” he said, turning his body so he could see her better. “Why?” she asked, not really thinking out her questions. “Because…I miss you.”
“You do?” Piper asked, a dreamy smile appearing on her face. “Yeah,” he responded, starting to lean forward, his pain lessening each passing second as happiness was filling his heart. Piper started to lean forward too, and just as their lips touched for the first time in weeks, Piper lost her balance on the couch and tumbled off. “Ow.” Leo sighed; she was smashed. Prue took the opportunity to walk in from the front door and hang her jacket up on the rack. “What happened to her?” she asked, knowing something was up if Leo was there and Piper was on the floor. “She’s drunk,” he replied, sighing once more. “I am not drunk!” she exclaimed a second time. “I am simply…” she tried finding a word to fit, but was having trouble once again. Prue smiled to Leo. “At least it’s not me this time.”
“Inebriated, for lack of a bigger word,” Piper finally mumbled, conquered, and accepting her drunkenness. Leo helped her to her feet and waited while she got back on balance. “Anyway, I didn’t mean to get drunk.” She turned to Leo. “I admit defeat. I am talking about Mayo and having trouble standing. You’re right! I am intoxicated! Drunken! Bombed! Call it whatever you want!” She said, waving an arm animatedly. Leo smiled, and started walking with her up the stairs, with Prue behind them. Prue went into her room, and Leo helped Piper with the faulty door handle. “Why does this freaking door handle need to be so stupid?” she slurred rhetorically, before falling on her bed with Leo sitting on the edge. She stared at the ceiling while Leo’s eyes were on her. “I’m sorry to put you through this.”
“It’s alright.”
“No, it’s not.”
“Don’t worry about it.”
“I do.”
“I know you do. But I don’t mind helping you.” “You don’t?”
“No, I like to help you in fact.”
“Really?”
“Haven’t I established that I do?” Leo said with a laugh. “Yeah, but humor me, alright? I’m just…surprised.”
“Why? Would it surprise you if we were still going out?” His heart skipped a beat saying it out loud, but he ignored it. “No, but we aren’t going out. And you should hate me for being so mean to you.”
“You already said that you didn’t want to be,” Leo said. “And I hope that you meant it.”
“I did…” They couldn’t find anything to say for a while, and soon, Piper fell asleep and Leo walked out and went downstairs as quietly as possible as so not to wake her. When he arrived down by the couch, Grams was leaving him some blankets on the couch. “I called your aunt and uncle, they said that it’s fine, just as long as you call them in the morning.”
“Okay, thanks Grams.”
“Of course, my darling. You’re like a grandson to me.”
“And you’re the Grams I’ve never had.”
I'm sorry everyone...Summer just has been going differently from what I've imagined. You know, more books than writing, more hanging out at other people's houses painting the bedrooms...stuff like that. Ah, if only life were predictable. Anyway, maybe I can get back into writing for everyone. My time on the computer has been rather limited, but that's my fault and no one elses. I'm sorry everyone.
Anyway, enjoy.
The next morning, Piper woke up with sunlight streaming in her face. That would be all right if she didn’t have a hangover. She sat up and put her hands up to cover her eyes. Her head was absolutely pounding. She tried reaching over to shut the curtains on the window, but she almost fell off, and took a moment to regain her balance. Without her doing, the curtain closed, and she squinted up to see who was in the room with her. “Leo? What are you doing here?” she asked, and her hands moved to rub her temples. Leo was in a white undershirt with the khaki pants that he wore to the party, and his hair was tousled. She always thought she was so lucky to have such a good-looking guy, but then every time she looked at him after they broke up, it made her heart wrench; especially when girls would flirt with him. “You were drunk last night, if you don’t remember, and I took you home. Grams let me sleep on the couch. I moved up here this morning,” he said, gesturing to the chair in the corner of her side of the room that had a blanket sitting on it. She looked over to see that Phoebe was already up. She must have slept in late. “There’s some aspirin on the table next to you, and some water.”
“Drunk, huh? Oh yeah. Dan. Party. Mayo? Did I really ask you if you liked Mayo?” Leo chuckled, and sat down on the corner of the bed while she took her pills to help with her splitting headache. “Sorta, you asked me if I liked Mayo or Miracle Whip.”
“And you said Mayo.” “Yeah.”
“I can’t believe it. How drunk was I?”
“You asked about Mayo. Doesn’t that just about wrap it up?”
“Did I really tell you what I think I told you on the couch last night?”
“About being mad at me?”
“Ugh. I did.”
“I’m glad you did. I said it last night too.”
“Did we make up?” “Kinda. Not really. We talked some.” Piper tried to find the words. “Could we still make up?” Leo was taken back, but he couldn’t help but smile. “Yeah, I think we could. You want me to start? I feel so unbelievably horrible about what happened at Lilly’s party.”
“It’s a good start,” she commented. “Thanks. I never meant for it to happen, and I regret it with every ounce of me. I’ve never forgiven Lilly either. I’ve been furious with her.”
“You have? Could’ve fooled me.”
“She bothered me in the beginning, and I yelled at her to leave me alone. She knows that I’m not happy with her, at all.”
“Didn’t…wasn’t she your date for the party last night? Or did I make that up?” Leo sighed. “She begged me, and I felt pity for her. I did it as a favor. She said that she didn’t know anyone else, and she didn’t want to be alone.”
“And you had to be the nice guy,” Piper said with a smirk. “Yeah,” he said, rubbing the back of his neck like he always did when he was anxious, uncomfortable, or shy. She’d noticed this about him when they were first going out and pointed out to him; she thought it was cute. “I feel so terrible about what I put you through.”
“I know you do.”
“I love you,” he blurted out. Her smile got bigger. “I know you do,” she said again. “I’m sorry.”
“I know,” she said, and she sat forward and caught him by surprise by kissing him. She pulled back to see the shock fading away into a smile. “Morning breath,” he said, and Piper giggled softly. “Does this mean that we’ve made up?”
“I hope so,” she said, and Leo was the one that pulled her in for a kiss, more deeply this time. “Get another room,” Phoebe said loudly, and they pulled apart as she was walking in and grabbing her purse from her dresser. Piper cringed at her sister’s blaring voice. “Keep down the volume, I have a headache,” she said, and Phoebe rolled her eyes before walking out. “Remember a long time ago when you asked what it was like to have sisters?”
“It’s like hell,” he remembered with a snicker. They stared into each other’s eyes for a few minutes before Piper smiled and leaned towards him. “I love you too,” she whispered, and they kissed once more, before the rest of the morning unfolded with Piper being sick and Leo standing at her side. “You okay?” he asked, as she stepped over and rinsed off her face. “No, I feel terrible.”
“I’m sorry.”
“So caring,” she said with a smile. “I try.”
“Does your hand hurt anymore?”
“Yeah, it does.”
“I can’t believe you punched him.”
“I don’t regret it,” he said, and handed her a towel so she could dry her face. “Well, I don’t really either, I’m glad you did. I’m just surprised.”
“Impressed, even?” he asked, while turning on his charm. “Yeah.”
“Nobody will insult you like that. Not in front of me, anyway.”
“It’s nice to know.” Leo smiled, and pulled her into his arms. “I missed this.”
“Me too.” Neither of them could say how long they stood there, taking comfort in the other’s presence. They both missed the other so much, and missed having the consolation of the other. They didn’t always have to say anything; just the other being there was enough for them. “We still need to talk.” Leo was confused for a second, before his brow creased in seriousness. “Yeah.” Talk they did, and they told each other everything that they needed to get out, and everything that they couldn’t tell anyone else. That was one thing that the other was best at: they would always listen, and they were everything that the other needed. Things couldn’t just get all better from just talking, but things were better than they were before. Not to mention that they were back together which really made things better than they had been. They were both thankful for the second chance that they had.

Guess what?! I got my I-net back up, and I'm taking the chance that it'll cut out again half way through typing this post. I'm really sorry again. I allow anyone who wants to yell at me to do so. Here's my email address, you have complete permission to say mean things: lyndzlag12@msn.com. hehe.
Soon enough, Monday rolled around, and both were nervous of what backlash would come back on them because of the party. They were lucky, however, and were met with nothing more than whisperings behind them. Leo couldn’t pick her up for school that morning; he had to take Todd to a doctor’s appointment. Piper didn’t mind taking the bus, but she would have preferred to be in the security of Leo’s car, away from curious stares or plainly, her peers. She was happy, however, once she walked back into the World History classroom and saw Leo sitting in his usual seat. Piper took her seat in front of him, and a few minutes into class, she realized that he was playing with her hair. She smiled. Lunch came around, and Piper was also glad to have that hour. The past couple weeks or more, she’d dread those class periods because she’s see Leo. Once again, she loved them because she saw Leo. She stopped in surprise and watched curiously when she started walking to their table after she got her drink and saw Missy Campbell talking to Leo. “Okay, I know that you’re not seeing anyone right now. I thought you were dating that Lilly person, because my friend said that you went to that party with her Friday night, but I asked her this morning and she said that you weren’t. So, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the Winter Formal with me?” Piper felt a smile tug at the corners of her mouth as she watched Leo’s expression, which was both amused and surprised. He saw her, and also held back a smile. “So you’ll go with me?” Missy asked, standing up straight from her position of leaning against the table. “No, Missy, I don’t think so.” She flipped her hair. The hag, Piper thought. “Come on, it’ll be fun. It’s not like I don’t know that you like me.” Leo scoffed with a smirk and stood up. “Missy, I’m sorry, but I’ve never been interested in you. If I was leading you on to believe that, I’m sorry. But I don’t like girls like you, and I never have and I never will. Now, could you please quit flirting with me all of the time?” Piper was impressed, and laughed when Missy slapped him across the face. By then, everyone around them was turned curiously to see whom Missy was picking up, and saw the turn down. Leo had amusement in his eyes as she slapped him, and they turned over Piper’s direction. Missy saw that, turned around, and scoffed herself. “So, what, you’re dating her again, is that why you won’t go to the dance with me?” Missy said, spinning back and glaring at Leo. “Yes. I’m dating Piper again, but even if I weren’t dating her, I wouldn’t go to the dance with you because I don’t like you.” That could be taken one of two ways, and Missy obviously took it the worse way and slapped him again, harder that time, across the face. She turned and walked away, glaring at Piper as she stormed over to her table and sat down in a huff. Piper took her seat and opened her soda as Leo sat back down also. “I meant that I wasn’t interested in her. Jeez, she didn’t have to slap me, that hurt!” Piper laughed, and as revenge, Leo stole her soda away from her and drank some. Piper snatched it back, and Leo smiled. “You broke her heart,” Piper said to him, with a sarcastic grin. “No, I think just her pride.”
“It’s going to be all over the school by the end of the day.”
“What will?” “That we’re back together and that, oh, that you’re a woman disguised as a man for money or something,” she said, grinning, and Leo almost spluttered out the soda that he was stealing. “Where do you come up with these things?”
“Oh, my wit is a powerful ally in the war against all that is not fun.” Leo smiled, and was glad to be able to have her back in his life once again.
After the first week, things began to get back to where they were before the breakup between Piper and Leo. In fact, they became closer than before, for they both knew what would happen without the other, and how miserable they would be. They spent as much time together as possible, but it wasn’t anything unusual, the people around them thought, they seemed to always be together. He had always picked Piper up in the morning for school, even though it was a few blocks out of his way, and always took her home. They spent lunches together, and afternoons on most days. Once they were back together, though, they stayed longer after school together than they usually ever did, and spent more time on weekends together. Neither of the families minded all that much, for they were both happy to see them happy again. Phoebe and Prue did get jealous sometimes; Prue wished she could have a boyfriend like that, and Phoebe wished that she could have her boyfriends over all of the time too. Piper was sure it was for different reasons than why Leo came over, but she kept her mouth shut.

Gar, no one passed the message on to UC! lol, its alright. Anyway, I've got my internet working, but I don't know for how long, so I need to update now while it is working. Thank you all so much for your reviews and your patience!!! Hopefully now that school has started I will be able to write more, and I know I said that when summer started, but now i mean it. So...wish me luck with that.
Dan didn't disappear. Piper still had him in her one class, and sometimes felt his eyes on the back of her head. When this happened, Piper just ignored the thoughts and blamed it on paranoia. Dan hadn't said anything to her, but that is because she avoided him as much as possible. Sometimes, however, she'd see him across the lunchroom, and his eyes were glaring in her direction. Thankfully, Leo never saw this; his back was always facing Dan whenever she saw him on the other side of the room. Things couldn't stay the way they were forever, though. "How was your test?" Leo asked as he met up with Piper at their lunch table. Piper shrugged. "Pretty good, I suppose. I'll find out tomorrow." "We had a pop quiz in Physics," Leo said, sitting down and looking through his backpack. "Bet that didn't go so well." "Thankfully, I pay attention in class. Crap, I forgot my book. I'll be right back," Leo said, and ran through the slowly filling lunchroom. As he hurried through the filling hallway to his science classroom, he saw the students barely getting out of class. His teacher would sometimes hold back class until he finished giving the homework, and he was thankful that he didn't have class fourth hour. If he did have it then instead of second, he would quite often be late for lunch. He squeezed through the students as he went into the classroom and some of the kids were still packing up his bags. He saw his book on the floor by his desk, but before he made his way over to it, a shout ran through the room. "Wyatt!" Leo turned around, and to his horror saw Dan Gordon drop his backpack and cross the room toward him. "What do you want Dan?" Leo said, aware of Dan's apparent rage towards him at the moment. "I want to get you back for stealing my girlfriend," Dan said quietly, getting into Leo's face. "Back off Dan, I don't want to fight," Leo responded, just as quietly. Dan smirked. "I wouldn't want to fight me either. That was a cheap shot you took last time, Wyatt." "You took a cheap shot of your own against Piper. I only gave to you what was coming to you." "It was just a wimpy punch anyway. Lucky shot." "Excuse me," Leo said, and tried to get by Dan to get his book. "I don't think so. You took away my girlfriend." Dan wouldn't let him by, and shoved Leo back. "I wasn't going to let you hurt her." "I wasn't going to hurt her, I was. Well, it's something that a boy like you probably wouldn't understand," Dan sneered, shoving Leo back again as he made another attempt to get by. A few students in Dan's class and the one coming in were watching the two to see what would happen. "Move!" Leo yelled into Dan's face. Dan held up his fists. "Come on, Wyatt. Try and take another shot at me." Leo tried to get past Dan again but Dan retaliated by swinging his fist at Leo. Leo was struck in the mouth, and tasted the bitterness of blood. Leo fell back and stumbled over a chair, and Dan was standing up with a triumphant look on his face. "Come on!" Leo stood up and brought his hand up to his mouth. His lip stung and he pulled back and saw blood on his hand. "Are you going to defend that little @#%$ of yours or not?" Leo felt anger rise inside of him at what Dan called Piper, but tried to not to give in to his bait. Dan was bouncing on his feet for Leo to hit him, but when he didn't, Dan took another swing at him. Leo staggered back again, and felt his jaw and soon regretted it. Pain erupted from the place that Dan hit him, and Leo suddenly didn't care about the rules anymore. Furiously, Leo retaliated with a punch that completely caught Dan off guard, and Dan, who wasn't expecting it, fell back onto the lab counters. The sound of glass shattering could be heard by everyone in the room. "Leo! Stop it!" Jordan came up to Leo and tried holding him back from punching him again. "Let go Jordan!" Leo said angrily, and pulled his arm away from her just in time to block a punch from a raging Dan, who had just gotten back to his feet. Leo wasn't able to block another punch from Dan, which landed in his abdomen, and he lost his breath and stumbled back. "How do you like that Wyatt?" Dan said, breathing hard. "Tell that little @#%$ of yours how you lost to me." Fury like Leo never remembered feeling before swelled up in him, and before he knew it, he was grabbing Dan by his shirt and throwing him back onto the lab table. Glass shattered once again, and Leo's eyes widened as suddenly flames appeared at Dan's head. He had hit the torch sitting on the table, and as Leo now saw, lit his jacket on fire. Dan's yells filled the room, and Leo also heard many of the students who were watching. In a moment, the fire spread to Dan's hair, and Leo pulled him off of the table and in one movement threw him under the chemical shower and pulled the lever. "Stay.stay there until the water runs out," Leo ordered him, out of breath from the punch to his stomach. "What on earth happened here?" Leo heard, and he spun around to see the teacher standing at the doorway, looking upon the scene with horror etched on his aged face. "Mr. Edwards, I-I can explain," Leo gasped, as the teacher's eyes moved from Dan crumpled under the chemical shower to Leo's beaten face. "You can explain it to the principal, boy. I'll be back in a minute for you, Gordon. Don't move from under that," Mr. Edwards said, before grabbing Leo by the arm and leading him down to the principal's office.
Woo. I never imagined that I'd ever run low on this story. But alas, I am, but I shall try to write. Like I said, wish me luck.

I'm tired, and out of anything clever to say, but here is something I CAN say: wee, i'm updating. woopteedoo. Good for you.
Five minutes later, Leo was sitting in one of the chairs out side of the principal's office holding a paper towel to his bleeding lip, and Piper ran into the room. "Oh god Leo!" she cried, before kneeling in front of him and pulling away the paper towel to see his swelling bottom lip. "Oh, god." A bruise was also starting to form on his left jaw. "How could you do this?" she whispered, before letting him put back the paper towel. "Dan-" "I know what happened, Jordan ran to tell me." "He started saying things about you again," he said, muffled, and her look softened when she looked up into his gentle eyes. "You shouldn't have hit him," Piper said quietly. "I'm sorry." The door opened behind Piper, and she turned to see the principal stepping out. "Mr. Wyatt," he said, and both Leo and Piper stood up and entered the office. "Miss Halliwell-" "Sir, I feel responsible for this." "Piper." "Quiet, Leo. Sir, the reason for the fight was about me. A couple of weeks ago, I went to a party with Dan, and he…well, he didn't respect my wishes about something. Leo intervened, and Dan, apparently has been mad about it all along." "Sit down, Miss Halliwell. Whatever the background of these two pupils, there was a fight on campus. A party a couple weeks ago will not change that." Piper nodded. "Because you have admitted to being involved in this somehow, you will stay until I change my mind." "Yes, sir." "Now, Mr. Wyatt, please explain to me what happened." Leo removed the paper towel from his mouth and winced slightly. "I, uh, forgot my book after second hour, and went back to get it at lunch. Some people were still in the room and Dan…he got in my face and was telling me that he wanted to get back at me for stealing his girlfriend." "This was at this party that Miss Halliwell mentioned?" Leo nodded. "We have been going out most of this year, Piper and I, I mean. We...had a misunderstanding and we broke up. During that time, Piper went out with Dan, and I was at the party too." Leo and Piper glanced at each other: they didn't talk about what happened at the party very much. "Continue," the principal said, sitting down in his chair and watching Leo intently. "Uh, alright. He…uh...I don't know if I should say it," he said, glancing again at Piper. "Go ahead. Anything said here will stay between us." "Yes, sir. He…tricked her, I suppose, into getting drunk." "You suppose?" "The punch was spiked, and he didn't tell her that. He just insisted that she drink it." The principal nodded, so Leo took a breath and continued. "He...uh...tried...taking advantage of her." Leo drifted off, and took Piper's hand. He looked at her and saw that she was upset, but she was trying not to show it. "You stepped in?" "Yes, sir. I punched him, and took Piper home. I hadn't seen Dan until in Mr. Edwards' room today. He got in my way and wouldn't let me get my book. I didn't want any problems, but he punched me twice. He said something about Piper, something mean. I punched him, sir," he said, barely audible. "You hit him? In the classroom?" Leo nodded. "Was that all?" Leo shook his head. "He hit me again, and I threw him back, but that's when the lab torch caught his jacket and hair." "Mr. Edwards told me how you put Mr. Gordon under the shower in his room. Did you?" Leo nodded, and dared to look up at the principal. He didn't seem very angry, but he was studying Leo carefully. "Mr. Wyatt, I am a fair administrator. I will hear both sides to this story before I will distribute punishments. Go see the nurse and I will call you back later." Leo and Piper stood up and left the room, and walked over to the nurse's office. Before they walked into the room, Leo pulled Piper to him and hugged her. "I'm sorry." Piper shook her head and looked at him. "It's alright, as long as you don't get expelled or anything." "You think I'll get expelled?" "No, but I'm still hoping that you won't. I need to go to class," Piper said, looking down at her watch. “I'll see you after school, and you need to tell me what happened."
After school, Piper went by Leo’s last hour class and was not surprised to see that Leo did not attend it. She went straight to the administration hall and saw Leo sitting by the secretary’s desk once more, this time holding an ice pack up to his face. He slightly smiled but winced when he did when she walked in. “I’m surprised they didn’t tell you to go back to class,” Piper said, sitting herself in the seat next to him. He shrugged. “Dan didn’t come in right away, but then I had to wait until they were done. Did you know that Jordan came in between classes, and so did another girl that was walking in the classroom, and told the principal what happened?”
“Really?” “Yeah. And good thing they did, because Dan apparently told him that I was the one that started the fight, and if that were so, I’d be in trouble right now.”
“You’re not in trouble?” Piper asked, and a smile came on her face. “Nope. The principal ‘respected my honesty.’ Also, since I didn’t start the fight, and it was more in self-defense, he’s not going to punish me. And finals are coming, so he told me to start studying.”
“That’s great!”
“It gets better. Since Dan both lied to him and provoked the fight, he gets a week of detentions. I think it was mainly because he lied. Don’t let me forget the restraining order. He can’t come near us.”
“Good,” sighed Piper. “Are you allowed to leave?”
“Yeah, I was just waiting here because I knew you’d come down here to check,” Leo said, and they walked out. “We still need to talk,” Piper said, as they made their way towards the student parking lot. “I figured so. I was going to just talk about it in the car,” he responded, running his tongue over his busted lip to see if it had stopped bleeding. “Ugh, it hurts,” he mumbled. “What does?” Leo pointed at his face for a moment. “Does this mean that I can’t kiss you?” Piper asked, stopping their progress so she could smile at him. “No, it just means that you have to be really gentle,” he said, and leaned down and pecked her softly on the lips before pulling her into a hug. “I love you,” he whispered softly to her. Piper nestled into his embrace slightly, and smiled. “I love you too.”
It's...like a romance novel! God, I love saying that. It drives my friend nuts. One of his good friends is a guy that is bi (I have nothing against it, nice kid he is) and really likes him, and I love messing with him about it saying how romantic it is. My friend beeps at me with the phone. Ha.

Yes, the blinking was fun. lol, I think other people think we're crazy, but that's because they missed that Psychotics Anon. meeting this week. You all missed out! We had peanuts! lol...I know....I'm nuts...well, you are what you eat I suppose....lol (that little nut pun was an accident, I just had fun with it, lol)
Guess who found enough story to give you a good and happy and fluffy update? Yep...that would be me. I'll get to writing next. I decided to change my entire plot around, so the writing is going to be a bit hard...I decided my old storyline would not be fun to write, not to mention that it wouldn't be as fun to read. This way I have more time to write the pointless fluff that you all love so much. *sigh* Idungetyoupeople...lol, jk
As they entered the stained glass doors of the manor, Piper and Leo dropped their bags in the living room and made their way into the kitchen to get Leo some new ice. As they walked in, Grams turned from her chopping of herbs smiling at them, but her face turned sour when she got a good look at Leo’s face. “I don’t think that you are supposed to look like that,” she stated, and Leo shrugged. “I am, I just forgot to put on my make-up this morning,” he joked, and gave Grams a hearty laugh. “I needed that, thank you!” she said, chuckling some more as she turned back to finish her chopping. “Why’d you need it?” Piper asked, closing the freezer and zipping the bag shut that she put the ice in. “Make sure that doesn’t leak,” Grams said, pointing to the bag in Piper’s hand, and she nodded a response before double bagging it. “My cousin-in-law called this morning. My cousin, Harold, passed away this morning.”
“I’m sorry to hear that. Have I ever met him?”
“No, he has never visited us. But it is still a shame.”
“Of course it is.”
“I’m going to be going to Salem in a week or so for the funeral. You three would be good while I’m gone, right?”
“As good as we will be when you are here,” Piper said, handing Leo his ice. “That doesn’t give me much confidence. Now, Leo, tell me what you did to yourself, or what whomever it was did to you.”
“Remember Dan Gordon?” Leo told her, adjusting the ice slightly on his jaw so he could speak better. “Yes, the one whose nose I believe you probably broke a couple of weeks ago?”
“One in the same.”
“Don’t tell me you got into a fight with him.”
“What do you want me to tell you then?” Leo said, grinning lopsidedly while Grams laughed merrily again. “My, Leo, you sure can make an old woman smile. Did he start it?”
“Yeah. I’m sorry to say that I finished it.”
“Please tell me that you didn’t rough him up anymore than he roughed you up,” Grams said as she moved his ice away from his face to get a better look at it. It was started to turn into a darker pink, and would probably be bruised the next day. “He lit him on fire,” Piper interjected, trying not to laugh as she attempted to drink the glass of orange juice that she had just poured for herself. “Excuse me?”
“He did.”
“Leo?” she asked, shocked. “Not on purpose,” he said quietly, and Piper almost choked as she saw his expression. “I’d be telling everyone if it were me,” Phoebe said, walking in and taking the juice out of Piper’s hand before she spilled it on the floor as a result of her silent laughter. Grams rolled her eyes and didn’t want to bother herself with telling Phoebe off for not respecting their privacy. “Apparently, though, Mr. Angelic over here couldn’t help but save the day as well.”
“How do you-”
“I talked to Jordan before seventh hour. She was all worked up about it. Thought you’d get in trouble,” she said, before downing the juice in one swig. “He didn’t.”
“I guessed not. Principal’s easy; a sucker for morals. Right and wrong and that whole bit.”
“You should know, having to visit him every week!” Grams said, and Phoebe rolled her eyes. “Anyway Leo, I was just about to brew up something, I’ll make some special tea that will heal you up in half of the time. Old family recipe. Won’t taste the best, but nothing that is good for you tastes good anyway.”
As usual, Gram’s ‘brew’ worked wonders and Leo’s lip and jaw healed in about four or five days. The nurse had told him to give it a couple of weeks before it would be back to about normal. Prue insisted that Grams bottled the stuff and sell it out, which made Grams snicker. With a week and a half or so before finals, Piper and Leo went into study mode, with hours a day spent rewriting, sharing, copying, reading, and all around everything that they could with their notes to help them. They both took the finals very seriously, and neither family was surprised to see one or the other staying over late into the night until they went home. Both Piper and Leo felt that because it was their senior year in high school, they needed to do the best that they could for themselves. As Leo said, it was for the reasons that Todd wouldn’t let him play sports. Piper’s argument to that was, of course, he found a different distraction besides sports, and Leo laughed, knowing that she was absolutely right; Piper was a distraction for him, and often he had to mentally slap himself to get himself to concentrate, or she would have to physically slap him.
Piper and Leo were lying on their stomachs on Piper’s bed, notebooks open, with a couple books half falling off the bed. “What are you on now?” Piper asked him, shifting positions so she could look at him better. “History,” Leo responded, his brow furrowed as his eyes went over the words. “I’m not doing so well.”
“What’s the problem?”
“All these names and places to remember. I’m getting them all mixed up, like mixing Horatius with Hamilcar Barca or stuff like that. Just stupid stuff.”
“It’s not stupid,” Piper said, getting up and sitting cross-legged. “Horatius was the guy who defended the bridge in early Roman times. Hamilcar was the Carthenian general who was the father of Hannibal.”
“I know who they are, it’s just remembering them later on is the problem.”
“Good thing Hendricks isn’t big on dates, or you’d be screwed,” Piper said with a laugh. Leo rolled his eyes. “No kidding. Now, Octavian is…who again?”
“Wait, I’ll let you use my notes…” Piper said, leaning over him to get her notebook. Leo grinned, flipped over and pulled her down on top of him. “Hey! You’re supposed to be studying!” Piper said with a squeal. “I wasn’t doing a good job of that anyway,” he said as she tried to wiggle free of his grasp. “This is more fun anyway.”
“Come on Leo! Lemme go! Please?” she said, and he shook his head. She gave up and let her weight fall on top of him. “Oof!” Leo groaned as Piper laid her chin on her hands, on his chest and looking at this jovial expression. “That’s what you get,” Piper said, smiling like a little girl. He wrapped his hands around her waist more, to make sure she couldn’t get away. “Octavian was Caesar’s nephew.”
“I know.”
“Did you? Then you planned this.”
“You caught me,” Leo answered with a grin. “You evil plotter.”
“I’m not evil! Plotter, on the other hand…” “Fine, you’re a incredibly angelic plotter,” Piper corrected. “No, I’m not that good, you’re giving me too much credit,” Leo laughed in response, just as Phoebe came in the room and threw her backpack on her bed. “I’m sorry, am I interrupting something?” she asked, raising her eyebrow at the two. “No! He won’t let me go!” Piper cried as she tried to push herself up. Leo tightened his grip around her waist, and after a few seconds of Phoebe watching the two wrestle, with amusement written on her face, the couple went toppling off the bed and into a fit of giggles. Phoebe started laughing hysterically as she made her way back out of the room and Prue stuck her head in to see what was so funny. “Oh, god, I got a book in my back…!” Leo laughed as he pulled a large textbook out from under him. “Physics, ouch,” Prue said with a chuckle as he threw the big book across the room and on Phoebe’s bed. “What were you two doing anyway?”
“Trying to study!” Piper said, hitting Leo in the chest in mock anger. He groaned again, and Piper started sniggering again. “I won’t ask,” Prue said, walking out of the room with a smile on her face. “Boy, trapped between a physics book and a beautiful woman. What was I to do?”
“You could have just let me go,” Piper suggested with a smirk. “Where’s the fun in that?” He kissed her before pushing her off playfully. “Now, where were we?” “Rome. Now, get to work, Caesar.”
“If you say so, Cleopatra.” Piper rolled her eyes with a hidden smile and grabbed her history notebook. “What? That was a compliment!”
I haven't been here in months, I'm sorry. It brought a smile to my face to see that people are still here and cheering for an update. I thought that my stories had been forgotten about in all the excitement of having this new board. I can't promise an update soon, but now that I know that you all are here "nagging me" I'm going to see what I can do to make you guys smile as well.
