Hey everyone! Inspired by beyond awesome success for Unspeakable Consequences, I decided to post another one of my stories.
It's a high school fic that I was dying to write after successes with other wonderful high school fan fictions! (What can I say? I'm addicted to them!)
I've spent a lot of time on this story, so I thought I would share it with everyone out there. Please, enjoy!
I don't know if I need a disclaimer or anything, but uh, I don't own anything except for this story, which I declare mine.
It was the middle of August, and school started early that year for Piper. She looked through Prue's closet to find something decent to wear for the first day of school. She was 17 now, beginning her senior year, and she wanted to get out of the dorky stage; she hated it how no one really gave her any thought. She hated being the person nobody talked to, and when she talked to people, they gave her weird looks or they just ignored her. Sometimes they’d talk to her, but she always believed that they just tolerated her. She made a promise to herself to change, and that's what she started doing. She got contacts instead of glasses; she liked them a lot better than the glasses that she had. It took her a while to get Grams to get her them; one, because Grams insisted that she didn’t need them, her glasses were beautiful on Piper in her opinion, and two, because she didn’t want to ‘waste’ the money. Thankfully, however, she convinced her grandmother to get them. When she asked Grams about getting rid of her acne, Grams gave her a homemade 'secret recipe' cleanser that would 'clear it up overnight', apparently. The creepy thing was, when she used it, the next morning her face was completely clear of pimples. It was like magic, but Grams wouldn't give away the old ‘family secret’. How on Earth could she forget about the wonderful, happy period in her life when she had her braces removed? Note the sarcasm here, people. No one but her family noticed. She was invisible, it seemed, to the outside world. Actually, it was just to the people at her school, but that's what it seemed like. She sighed, and looked at one of the outfits, a hot pink dress that was rather revealing. "Ooh, yeah! Wear that!" Prue said, sitting at the edge of her bed. "I don't think so…It's sort of slutty…" She glanced over and noticed Prue glaring at her. She hid back a smile and hung the dress back up before continuing to shuffle through what seemed like a million outfits. "Oh, just pick something already!" Prue said impatiently. "Why don't you pick out a couple things then? I can't even figure out this closet!" "What, do you expect me to organize it by colors or something?" the older sister said while walking over to the closet. She rolled her eyes at Piper's look of 'That's a good idea' and shuffled quickly through, pulling out a couple things and laying them on her arm. "You want the casual, nice, 'hey, check me out boys', or 'look at me, I'm rich and available' look?" "Do you have a casual slash nice thing that would look okay on me?" Piper asked nervously, noticing her sister's grin. "I think I can figure something out."
"Prudence! Could you drive your sisters to school on your way to work? The bridge club is going to come over today, and I don't have time to," Grams voice called through the house. "Why can't they just take the bus?" Prue called on her way down the stairs. "You two spent so much time in there that they missed it." "And that's my fault?" Prue said with a grin as she walked into the kitchen and grabbed a cup of coffee. "Alright, alright, but if I get fired, it's your fault," Prue answered noticing Gram's expression. "Yeah, I'll take all responsibility," Grams said sarcastically. "Geeks! Get down here, you're going to make me late! Let's go!" the oldest sister yelled up the stairs as she grabbed her keys from the entryway. Prue was 19, worked at a coffee shop during the day and took night classes at the local college. Because Grams had that heart condition, the doctor encouraged her not to work, so Prue was in charge of income. She didn’t mind; she was very concerned for her grandmother’s health. Piper and Phoebe hurried in, grabbing toast from a plate that was on the counter. "Don't call me a geek," Piper said, glaring at Prue. "Oh, Piper! You look great!" Grams said happily, looking at what Prue picked out for Piper. She was wearing a pair of stylish dark denim pants with a white tank top that had a fancy design on it, both tighter than she would have preferred. She glared at her older sister. "What? You look great. Just relax." "Easy for you to say, you were popular." Prue rolled her eyes and stole Phoebe's toast from her hand. "Hey!" she said, pulling off her earphones that she always seemed to have on. "You want a ride or not?" Prue said threateningly to Phoebe, taking a taunting bite out of the toast. "None of that now, girls. Get going or they'll be late for their first day, Prue," Grams said, getting herself a cup of coffee.

Thanks, everyone. I forgot to mention that, didn't I? lol. No powers. Maybe later, but I haven't gotten that far yet.
I've decided to update! Yay!
15 minutes later, they were in front of Baker High, and Piper was just staring at the building. Phoebe had already jumped out of the car and found her friends, and Prue was impatient. "Just go already. It'll be fine." "Prue, I don't want to." "I know you don't, but I really need to get to work. Tell you what, if you go now, we'll go see a movie this weekend. Just the two of us. How about that?" Prue asked, and Piper turned in her seat to look at her skeptically. "Alright, alright, I'll pay this time! For the both of us! And for the popcorn." Piper sighed, and climbed out of the car nervously. "Thanks, Prue," she said, turning to look at her again. "No problem, but you're buyin' your own drink," Prue said with a smile. Piper smirked and waved as her sister drove off. She turned back towards the high school, started walking in, and sighed, remembering how much she despised this place. She only had one friend; her name was Jordan, and she hadn't seen her most of the summer. She didn’t really consider Jordan a best friend, and honestly, sometimes, had trouble relating to her, but she was still a friend. Someone to talk to about petty things, and laugh with. Her feet carried her into the school building that was filled with chatter, and noticed that some of it was about her. "Who is she?" "No clue. She must be new." If they were trying to whisper, they weren't doing a very good job. Piper rolled her eyes at them and continued walking. In front of her on her left there was a small group of about three senior boys talking. "Hey, wait a sec. That's that nerd girl. Peeper, or whatever." "Whoa, you’re right. Hey, watch this." As Piper passed by, one of the boys pushed on her books and school supplies that were stacked in her hands, knocking them all to the floor, and Piper kneeled down to pick them up automatically. "Once a nerd, always a nerd," another one said as they walked away chuckling. “Shut up, you dirtbags,” Piper snarled up to them, and they turned around, looking at each other before they cracked up with laughter. Piper felt a tear slide down her cheek and wished that she could just disappear. The whole people-filled hallway seemed to be laughing at her. Or, so she thought. A hand came from behind her and helped her pick up her books. The laughing faded into whispering, but Piper ignored them and looked up to see whom the hand belonged to. She nearly melted when she saw a guy's incredibly handsome face and soft, compassionate eyes looking at her. The bell rang, and everyone but Piper and her helper went into their first class. "Thanks," Piper said quietly, taking the stack of papers that he handed her. "My name's Leo," he said with a kind smile. Piper, who was speechless, just stared at him for a second, before coming out of her trance and smiling. "Do you have a name?" he asked, grinning. “Oh, sorry, my name's Piper, Pi-Piper Halliwell." "Well, it's nice to meet you, Piper. I like your name, it's very unique." "Thanks," she said with a shy smile as she stood up with all her stuff back in her hands. "Uh, we better get to class...I'm, um, new here, and I was wondering if you could tell me where the World History class is. Uh, Hendricks’," Leo asked nervously. He relaxed when she smiled. "That's where I'm going." The two of them rushed to their first class of the year, and received a pretty good glare from the teacher, Mr. Hendricks; an older, graying man with glasses, a mustache, and a firm expression. "Miss Halliwell, do you have a pass for being late?" Mr. Hendricks asked. "Um, no, sir," she responded quietly, feeling color rise in her face for she knew the class was staring and giggling behind her. She could tell some of the girls were talking about Leo, even though she couldn't make out what they were saying. "Miss Halliwell, after being at Baker High for three years, I expect you to know to arrive to your classes on time." "Yes, sir," she said. "Excuse me, but it's my fault she's late. I bumped into her in the hallway and made her drop her books," Leo's voice said from behind her, and she took a small breath of relief. Mr. Hendricks looked down at his attendance sheet and glanced up at Leo again before taking off his glasses to look at him. "Mr. Wyatt, I presume?" "Yes, sir." "Brand new at the school and already late for class. Tut tut tut. Well, Miss Halliwell, since Mr. Wyatt here was nice enough to cover for you, I'll excuse your tardiness this time. Think of it as a first day favor. As for you, Mr. Wyatt, don't be late again," the teacher said, pointing to the only two empty seats that were right in the middle of the room. "Thank you," Leo said before following Piper to the seats. Leo took the seat behind her, and took out a notebook. "Thanks," Piper whispered over her shoulder. Leo smiled, and started taking notes on the stuff their teacher wasted no time in putting on the board on their first day of senior year.
Please review and tell me what you think!!!

Piper dug through her pockets, pulling out some change to get a soda from the cafeteria line. She didn't dare eat the food; in her freshman year, a kid went ballistic after finding a dead cockroach on his pizza and another kid’s hamburger had blue stuff on it. A couple minutes later, with her soda in hand, she glanced around the room looking for Jordan. She wanted to tell her about Leo, her savior. Without any luck in searching the lunchroom, she found an empty table and dropped her stuff and herself down. Opening her soda and absentmindedly taking a drink, she began day dreaming about Leo. 'God, he's really cute, and really nice to me, too,' she thought. She couldn't think about much more before Jordan, a brunette who had red streaks in her hair and a lot of freckles covering her now smiling face, came skipping over with her long time boyfriend, Vinny. Vinny was a nice guy with black hair, which was usually spiked up, had braces, and he wasn't very tall. "Heya, Piper!" she called, sliding into a chair. "Hey, Jordan. Vinny," she responded with a smile. "Hey how was your summer? Mine was great! I love your new look! I barely even recognized you! Did you see that movie that just came out?! It was SOOO cool!" she said, without waiting for Piper to respond. "Sorry we can't talk, we're going to go make out behind the gym! Bye!" she called, bouncing away with Vinny still in hand. Piper couldn't help but sigh, and looked up at some of the kids that were in her classes. A group of more popular senior girls started calling out for a guy to join them, and Piper looked over to see that their target was Leo. He looked nervous, and continued through the tables. He saw her and smiled, and started walking over to the table where she began to get nervous. 'God, I must look like a geek all alone.' "Hey, Piper," he said with a shy smile. "Do you mind if I sit here with you?" "Not at all," she responded with a smile. 'Wow, he wants to sit with me!' She glanced over and noticed that the group of girls that Leo passively turned down was staring in awe at them, before they started whispering to each other. "So," she started, trying to find conversation. "How do you like the school so far?" He looked up at her and after a moment replied. "It looks pretty good to me so far," he said with the shy grin still on his face. She blushed, for he was still looking at her. 'God, his eyes are gorgeous!' she thought. 'Oh, say something to him,' she told herself. "Where are you from?" she asked curiously. "Oh, I lived in northern California for about 2 years, and other places before that. My, uh, my aunt and uncle like to keep things fresh," he said. "Your aunt and uncle? You don't live with your parents?" Piper asked, surprised that there was someone else in this world besides her and her sisters that was parentless. "My parents and I were in a car accident when I was about six or seven, and they died. It was a really bad accident, and I got a sort of amnesia from it, so I don't really remember them," he said. "Oh, I'm so sorry…" Piper began empathetically. He shook his head. "It's alright. I love my aunt and uncle, and they've taken really good care of me." She smiled, for his kind smile was infective, and she couldn't help but notice how beautiful, or rather, handsome it was. "What about you? What are your parents like?" he asked, apparently also trying to make conversation. "I don't know my parents either. My mom died when I was little and my dad ran out on us not long before that, so I live with my grandmother and my two sisters." "Sisters, huh? What's that like?" "Like hell," she said with a laugh.
Anyone else know that feeling? lol, I sure do! Please lemme know what you think.

When she was around Leo, she felt unusually calm and happy, and she found it was extremely easy to tell him things, things that she hadn't even told her sisters. Another thing that she liked about him was that he was really smart, and she could have an intelligent conversation with him. That was rare, with the fact that most of her schoolmates were about as sharp as a bowling ball. He was an amazing friend to her, but when she thought that maybe she wanted to have more than a friendship, she found that she wasn't the only one. As September started, the new month brought new changes for Piper and Leo. They were meeting at their table one Friday, like they had done for the past month already. Piper sat there, alone for almost twenty minutes before Leo came up, out of breath. "What's up?" Piper asked, wondering why he was exhausted. "Those girls were flirting with me again, I couldn't get away. I found a chance and ran as fast as I could. It sucks being a guy." The girls that he was referring to was the group of junior and sophomore girls that always gave Piper mean glares when she passed in the hallways and googled over Leo all of the time. Piper couldn't help but smile and hold in a laugh at his face. "What's so funny?" he asked, starting to smile. "Nothing. I'm surprised that you run away from girls that are obsessed over you," she responded with a grin. "Well, if I can be honest," he started nervously. "I have this crush on this one girl in one of my classes. I don't know if I should ask her out or not, and I’m afraid that if I do…well, that we won’t be friends anymore…” she said slowly, trailing off. “What do you think I should do?" "Well, uh, I guess you should ask her out…" Piper said after a moment, disappointed and amazed that she had said that. "You think I should?" Leo asked, surprised. "Yeah, I guess so. If you like her…" Piper said, trying to remember that she was just a friend. "Well, then. Um, Piper? You wanna go out with me this weekend?" he asked, hopefully, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. Piper's eyes darted up from her candy bar that she had in her hand and on to Leo, to see if he was serious. "What? Me?" she started, baffled. "Well, yeah. But-but if you don't want to, that's okay," he said, face falling slightly. "What? No! I'm just surprised, that's all. Yeah, I'll go out with you," Piper said, grinning. "You will? Really? Uh, I mean, how about tonight, if you don't have any plans?" "Tonight sounds great." "How about I pick you up around 8?" "That would be great," she responded, right as the warning bell went off. "I'll see you tonight, then," Leo said, smiling as he ran off. Piper sat there in disbelief for a minute or so, before she ran over to her younger sister’s table, where it's occupants were just getting up to get to class. "Phoebe, come over here for a second!" Piper whispered. "What do you want?" "You won't believe what just happened!" "Wait, let me guess. Leo asked you out finally?" Piper stared at her in disbelief. "How'd you know?" "Well, by the way that you came rushing over after you talked to Leo, the fact that you talk about how much you like him all of the time-" "I do not!" Piper said in defense. "-and the fact that I was watching you two from my table," she continued, ignoring Piper's comment. "I guess those are good reasons." Piper said with a smile. "I think it's awesome, Piper. Now, you won't bother me as much on what to say to Leo all of the time." "You kidding? I'm going to be bothering you even more now!" Piper joked, and they both smiled. "Hey, I gotta get to class, or I'll be late!" Phoebe said, looking at her watch. Piper gave her a skeptical look. "Since when have you made the effort to get to class on time?" "Since the teacher moved Mike Parks next to me," Phoebe said, grinning. "But I thought you were going out with Steve." "I am, but this guy's so hot!" Phoebe said, running off to her class with a wave.
Is it just me, or is that typical Phoebe? lol. Please review!

Thanks everyone for the responses! Here's your update!!!
Later that day when she got off of the bus, she ran to the manor, the happiest she could ever remember being. She practically knocked Prue over when she was heading up the stairs. "What are you so happy about?" she asked, turning and following Piper into her room. "Leo asked me out today! He's going to be picking me up tonight for our date!" Piper said, grinning as she went searching through her closet. "Have you told Grams yet?" "Do I have to?" Piper joked, looking at Prue. "Why don't you want to?" "Eh, she'll probably embarrass me in front of Leo or be like, 'Oh, my little baby is all grown up!' and pinch my cheek or something." Prue stood there in thought for a moment. "Yeah, she probably will. But if you don't tell her I will," she said tauntingly with a smile. Piper glared at her. "Ooh, this'll be fun. Can I tell her, can I?" she asked, like a little kid asking for candy. "Only if you can help me find something to wear," Piper said, looking at her closet hopelessly. "Deal!" she said, running down the stairs. A minute later, Piper heard Grams squeal in delight from downstairs and she sat down on her bed. Thirty seconds after, Grams came in with a smile followed by Prue. "Oh, Piper is going on her first date! My little baby is all grown up!" Grams said happily, and pinched Piper's cheek. "Hey, what is up with the pinching of the cheek?!" "Oh, relax, darling. We were just playing with you," Grams said with a smile. "I told her to do that, moron," Prue said with a laugh. "You two are mean," Piper said with a scowl. "Well, of course we're mean, we're family!" Prue said, sitting next to Piper, and Piper elbowed her in the ribs. "Ow! You want me to help you get something to wear or not? Come on, I'll see what I can do for you." A half an hour later, Prue had picked out an outfit for Piper and they were checking it out. It was a knee length black skirt and a white button down shirt. "Is this alright for a first date?" Piper asked, looking at Prue. "It's perfect. Not too fancy, not too casual." "And you want to know something, darling?" "What, Grams?" "That boyfriend of yours is probably going through the same thing right now."
"Are you sure this is okay?" Leo asked his aunt, Marie. She looked to be about in her late 50's, and she was observing him. "You look handsome, my dear." "Is it too nice?" he asked, looking down at his outfit. It was a light blue button down shirt with black slacks. "No, it's fine! Look at you, all nervous." "Well, I really like this girl." "I know, you never seem to stop talking about her," Marie said to him with a grin. "That's not true!" "Alright, if you say so." "Where are you taking this girl tonight?" his uncle asked, walking into the room. "Oh, I was thinking dinner and maybe a movie or something. I'm not sure." "Dinner's good. Movie…I don't think so. Um, let's think…no bowling…a walk through the park might be nice…" his uncle Todd mumbled. Todd had short, gray hair and glasses for reading on his kind face. He looked to be about 60 years old or so. "And what are you basing this on? Experience?" Leo said with a laugh. "And if I am? I was a ladies killer when I was your age!" Both Leo and his aunt rolled their eyes. "What, during the depression?” Leo asked with a smirk. “Before that, actually…” his uncle said cooly, and scratched his chin in thought. “More of the western era…” Leo couldn’t help but laugh at his uncle’s sense of humor. Todd winked at Marie and she chuckled. “If you say so, Uncle Todd. Anyway, I think I know what to do."
What's Leo got planned? Got to review to find out.

Thanks again very much for all of your nice comments!!! Here's your update!!!
Leo rang the doorbell and waited patiently for a response. Grams was the one who got to the door first, despite Prue's valiant effort. "You must be Leo, come in." "Thank you. You have a beautiful house, Ms. Halliwell," Leo said, taking a step inside of the house. "Thank you. Prue, will you please go get Piper?" "No need," Piper said, walking in from the sunroom. "Wh-wow, Piper. You look great," Leo said, staring at her. "So do you," Piper said, smiling. "No kidding," Prue mumbled, looking him up and down. Piper gave her a look out of the corner of her eye and stepped over by Leo. "Have fun you two. Be back before ten," Grams said, waving as they walked out the door. "Jeez, she gave me a curfew," Piper said with a sigh. "Don't worry. So did my aunt and uncle," Leo said, smiling. They walked up to an old blue sports car, and Leo opened the door for her. "Wow, the man's got manners," Piper joked. Leo smiled. "Believe it or not, I do," he said, closing the door and going over to the driver's side and pulling away. "Is this your car?" "Yeah, it is. I built it myself," he said, smiling. "It's beautiful." "Thanks. My uncle has always been good at fixing things and building things. He taught me how to build engines and fix plumbing and all of that kind of stuff." "So, where are we going?" Piper asked, glancing at him. "I was thinking Italian. Is that okay?" "Sounds great."
They ate at a nice Italian place, and talked about a lot of small things. Neither of them knew exactly what to say, but they both enjoyed the other's company. After, Leo took her out for ice cream, and had a lot of fun talking about things. "You should have seen Missy Campbell's face when her experiment blew up in her face in chem. last year! Some of her hair was singed and one of her eyebrows was missing for the next couple months, so she would have to draw it on and all of the time her eyebrows looked totally different. It was so funny!" Piper said laughing as she watched Leo picturing Missy with a black face. He couldn't help but smile at the thought. Missy had flirted numerous times with him already, and he found her extremely annoying. After a minute, Leo was the next to speak. "Piper, thanks for going out with me tonight. I'd-well, I'd been wanting to ask you out for a while now." "Really? Me, too." They smiled at each other, and Leo looked up at the clock that was set up on the wall in the ice cream place. "Oh, it's almost ten. I better get you home." "Alright," Piper said, a little disappointed that the night had to end.
Me too!!! Review please!!

Alrighty, this is short, but cute I think. The next one will be better, promise!
Leo walked Piper up to her door, and turned to talk to her. "Do you have any plans for tomorrow night?" he asked, hopefully. "No, I don't." "Would you like to go out with me again?" Piper smiled. "Yeah, that would be great," she said, staring into his hazel eyes. "Okay, I'll call you tomorrow then," he said, and bent down slightly to kiss her, but hesitated and stood back up straight. "Goodnight," he said, walking back down to his car and she watched him drive away. She walked into the door, and the door smacked her sisters right in the face. "Ow!" they said, holding their noses. "What were you doing there?" Piper asked. "Eavesdropping, what else?" Phoebe said with a smile. "Did you see the way that he was looking at you! Puppy love!" Prue said in a baby voice. "He almost kissed you! Aww!" "Oh, grow up, you two," Piper said, starting for the stairs. "When's the wedding?" Prue said, giggling. Piper headed up to her room, and plopped down on her bed with a smile. 'Tonight was the best night of my life!'
I'll update later, but dont forget my rule! Three reviews!

The next day, Piper went up to get dressed for her date. After about a half an hour of mental conflict over what to wear, she decided to wear something more nonchalant, which was a navy blue casual blouse and jeans. Leo called her later, and they talked for a couple of hours, most of which Piper couldn’t stop smiling. At 6 that night, Leo picked her up and wouldn’t say where they were going, and told her to close her eyes. He parked, and told her to wait there for a second while he got something out of the trunk. He then escorted her to a place and sat her down. When she opened her eyes, she saw that she was in a park, sitting on a blanket, facing a beautiful lake. “What’s this?” she asked. “A picnic, what else?” he said with a grin as he pulled out a bucket of KFC from behind them. She laughed and they enjoyed their meal, watching the lake and the people that were also enjoying the cool summer night. After awhile, the slightly cloudy sky turned dark and heavy clouds covered it. Leo and Piper were walking around the lake, each enjoying the other’s company, and nervously were holding hands. Piper loved the feeling of his strong hand holding hers, and couldn’t help but wondering what he was thinking. She finally realized that she was watching him, and he noticed to. They stopped walking, he looked back at her, and they stood staring at each other. He started leaning his head down slightly and Piper, who was nervous and excited at the same time, stood on her toes slightly. In that perfect moment, the clouds took their opportunity to pour rain. Almost instantly, sheets of rain fell down from the dark, cloudy sky and squeals could be heard through out the park as people ran for cover. “Oh, no. Come on,” Leo said, taking her hand and started pulling her towards the direction of the car. “Wait,” Piper said, and grabbed his shirt and pulled him into a kiss. It felt like the world around them just came to a stop as they kissed, and they didn’t even notice the rain pouring down on their faces. They slowly pulled apart and Piper said, “I’m sorry, I-” He silenced her with another kiss, softly brushing his lips against hers. She savored the feeling, for she knew that it couldn’t last forever. When they pulled apart, they stared into the other’s eyes before pulling together once again in their meaningful kiss.

Leo walked Piper up to her front door again, and looked at her. “Will your Grams mind that you’re wet?” Leo asked, moving some sopping wet hair out of her face. “No, I don’t think so,” she responded. “I had a great time tonight,” Leo said with a smile. “Me, too,” Piper said, a shy smile on her face. He bent down and kissed her, before mouthing goodbye as he walked back through the rain to his car. Piper leaned on the doorframe of the large front doors and gave a happy sigh. She couldn’t think of a way that could make her smile disappear right now, and she opened up the door, knowing what would be on the other side. “Ouch, that hurt!” she heard Phoebe say, and saw her holding her forehead. Prue was also standing there, smirking at Phoebe. “I told you to get away from the door this time,” Prue said in a ‘I told you so’ voice. “Hey, I figured there would be a 50/50 chance that she would go through THAT door!” Phoebe replied angrily to Prue. “Whatever. Hey, Piper! It’s raining hard out there, huh?”
“Keen eye for the obvious,” Phoebe muttered loud enough for Prue to hear. Prue ignored her and turned her attention back to Piper. “You two look so cute together!” she said with a smile. “What was it like?”
“What was what like?” Piper asked, confused. “Your kiss!”
“It-it was amazing. Better than I ever thought it could be,” Piper said, smiling, remembering it incredibly clearly. “Yeah, it was the same with me and Andy,” Prue said, putting her arm around her sister’s shoulder, but removing it when she remembered that she was soaked. “God, I miss Andy. You wanna know what I miss the most, though?” Prue asked. “Uh, no…” Piper said slowly, predicting what she was going to say. “I miss the sex,” Prue said with a smile, ignoring Piper. “God, Prue. Didn’t need to know!” Piper said with a laugh, heading up the stairs. “WAAAAAY too much info, Prue,” Phoebe said, giving Prue a mock disgusted look. When Piper got to the room that she and Phoebe shared, Phoebe followed her in. Phoebe jumped on her bed and Piper got a towel from the bathroom to dry off herself. “You REALLY, really like him, don’t you?” her younger sister said with a smile. “Yeah.”
“Look at you, you haven’t stopped smiling since you walked in the door! Talk, details.”
“Well, we went to the park for this picnic that he had set up-”
“Aww, how cute!” Phoebe interjected. “Oh, sorry, continue.”
“We were walking for a while and we stopped, and were about to kiss when it started pouring rain! He started pulling me to the car, when I just grabbed him and pulled him into a kiss! I don’t know what made me do it,” Piper said with a laugh. “That’s a sweet story! Kissin’ in the rain…” Phoebe said, and started humming the song, ‘Singing in the Rain’. There then was a knock at the door and it creaked open slightly revealing their Grams’ smiling face. “Come on in,” Phoebe said, still humming. “Piper, I just want to say that I know that you like this young man, and he seemed like a gentleman, but don’t do anything foolish.”
“What do you mean?” Piper asked, smile fading a little. “Well, I know that you two kissed, and I don’t want anything bad to happen to you,” Grams said with a shrug. Phoebe laughed, turning back to Piper. “Relax, she’s done this talk to all of us,” she said with a smirk. “I just want to make sure that you’ll be okay and that nothing gets out of hand,” Grams said, mainly at Phoebe. “Is it even possible for Piper to do anything that gets out of hand?” Phoebe asked. “What do you mean by that?” Piper asked, incredulously. “Nothing. That didn’t come out right,” Phoebe said with a groan, putting her hand to her head. Piper and Grams laughed a little at her, before Grams turned to Piper. “Tell me something about this boy. How old is he?”
“18…” Piper said slowly. “18?! You’re dating a boy that’s 18?” Grams said incredulously. “Grams, I’m 17. I’ll be 18 this next summer.” Next to her, Phoebe started cracking up in silent laughter. Grams finally realized that Piper was older than she sometimes thought, and shook her head before changing the subject. “Look at you, it looks like Niagara Falls fell on you. Dry off and then get in the shower.”
“Wait, if she gets in the shower, wouldn’t that just get her wet again?” Phoebe asked. Grams stood there for a second trying to think of a response. “Don’t get smart with me,” she said finally, walking out of the room. Phoebe smirked to Piper, who laughed and went into their bathroom to shower. When she closed the door, she slid herself down on it, sitting on the floor. She couldn’t stop thinking about Leo, and she couldn’t stop thinking about that night.

Hehe, I'm glad you all like that part! It's one of my favorite parts in the whole story because you see family interactions, which I believe we all know is a part of everyday life for teens with families around. Anyway, I really hope you keep liking this story, I just love to come to this board everyday and read everything that everyone has to say!!!
Monday morning, Piper couldn’t wait to get to school. She couldn’t wait to see Leo again. Just the thought sounded strange to her, wanting to go to school. When she walked into the hallway, she looked over at his locker and saw him standing there surrounded by a bunch of girls, and he was rubbing the back of his neck uncomfortably. She walked over to him and pushed through the girls to get to him. “I’m sorry,” she said to the girls that she moved, though she didn’t really mean it. “Leo? Could you help me with this one homework problem please?” she asked, and gave Leo a look that said, ‘Let’s get out of here’. He got the hint, and walked out of the group, which was murmuring about Piper as they walked away. She didn’t care; they did that every time she pulled Leo away from them. “Thanks,” he mumbled to her, and walked towards their next class. “No problem,” she said with a smile to him. He stopped her and kissed her softly, and looked into her eyes. She smiled, but was shoved against the wall when the bell went off by one of Missy Campbell’s groupies as she passed to get into the classroom. Both Leo and Piper sighed, and stood back to let everyone pass. They glanced at each other and followed everyone into the classroom. Later that day, when Piper was moving through the crowds of people standing in the middle of the hallway talking, Missy Campbell came out of nowhere and shoved her against the wall. “What is going on between you and Leo Wyatt?” she growled quietly to her. Piper tried to loosen Missy’s grip that she had on the collar of her shirt, but she wouldn’t let go. “What are you talking about?” she asked, looking at the angry Missy. “My friend saw you two at the park on Saturday,” she said. “You better keep your hands off him, you hear?”
“What? Why?” Piper asked, trying to see where Missy was coming from. “He’s going to be my man,” she snarled, banging Piper’s head against the wall as she let her go. Piper rubbed the back of her head, trying to relieve some of the pain while watching Missy regroup with her gang who started laughing at Piper as they walked away. Jordan walked up to Piper was trying to see what Piper was looking at. “Oh, looks like Missy gave you some trouble,” she observed, turning back to her friend. “Eh, I was expecting it.”
“What do you mean?”
“She’s been spreading rumors about you all day. Said something about someone seeing you and Leo together at the park just an hour after you screwed some other guy,” Jordan said. “What?! That’s crazy!”
“Hey, that’s only one of the things that I’ve heard,” Jordan said, holding up her hands in defense. “So, what happened? Did you and Leo go out or something?”
“Yeah,” Piper said, still wide-eyed from what happened and what she just heard. “That’s great. I’m happy. But, uh, why do you think that Missy is going through all of this trouble?”
“Apparently, she thinks that Leo is her little pet or something,” Piper said with a shrug as they headed towards their next classes. Piper only had about an hour until lunchtime, when she could talk to Leo. At lunch, Piper caught Leo’s attention when he was sitting at their table, where Missy was talking to him. She nodded pointedly outside and walked out. Leo excused himself and ran to meet up with her. “What’s up?”
“Missy,” Piper responded, looking at him. “What? She came over and talked to me in there, I didn’t want her to come over,” he said defensively referring to her talking to him in the lunchroom. “No, I know that. She slammed me into a locker today and told me to stay away from you,” she said. “She did?” Leo said, looking back at the lunchroom. “Yeah. Apparently, she already started rumors about me, too. I’ve been getting weird looks in the hallways.”
“Just ignore them, Piper. If to make themselves feel better, they have to bring others down, you really shouldn’t take that to heart. It’s just them, you haven’t done anything wrong, so just ignore them,” Leo said, and Piper relaxed a little when she looked at his expression. He had that effect on her; he could always make her feel better when she was down. “Thanks, Leo.” Leo put his arm around her and gave her a small hug, and she leaned her head on his shoulder. Piper felt really comfortable with him, and Leo with her. Piper had this feeling in the back of her mind that this was the way that it was supposed to be, and she liked that. After a few minutes of walking around the school, Leo spoke up. “My aunt and uncle really want to meet you, Piper. They wanted me to ask if you’d like to come over to our house for dinner,” he said, looking down at her. She smiled. “That’d be great.”
Tell me what you think!

The rest of that day and the next day passed with the expected taunts from Missy and her cronies and weird looks from other kids. Piper did as Leo advised and ignored them. Leo drove them to his house after school that day and walked inside, and Piper felt nervous. She wanted to make a good first impression. “How do I look?” she asked Leo while running her fingers through her hair to make sure that it was presentable. “You look great,” he said sincerely, beaming at her, before they walked into the living room, hand in hand. Todd and Marie were sitting in there, waiting patiently. “You guys, this is Piper. Piper, this is my Uncle Todd and Aunt Marie,” Leo said. “Oh, Leo, she’s as beautiful as you said she was!” Marie exclaimed looking at Piper and standing up. Piper turned to Leo, surprised, and saw that he was glowing red, wearing a nervous smile while glancing down at the smiling Piper. Todd also stood up and shook Piper’s hand. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, Piper. When I first heard the name Halliwell I wasn’t sure if you were related to the amazing Penny Halliwell, but now that I’ve seen you, you have to be related. Am I right?”
“You know my grandmother?” Piper asked Todd, surprised. “Yes. We used to work together years and years ago,” Todd said, smiling. “Well, dinner’s going to get cold. Let’s not have it go to waste!” Marie said happily. Once dinner and small talk was over, Leo gave Piper a tour of their new house. “And this, finally, is my room. I’m still trying to break it in,” Leo said with a smile. The room wasn’t very big, but it seemed cozy. It had a bed in the corner, with the blanket half hanging off the bed. On his dresser there were trophies from all sorts of sports. Piper noticed a lot of soccer ones, along with a nice collection of baseball trophies. The dresser drawers weren’t quite closed all of the way, and it looked as if he had stuffed in his t-shirts rather hastily. “I know it’s not very clean, but my uncle makes me do all of my homework first. ‘Education is the most important thing to a man your age!’” Leo said, doing a pretty bad impersonation of his uncle. “No, no, I like it better this way. It’s more natural,” Piper said, giving him a smile. Leo relaxed a little, and sat down on the edge of the bed. “You wanna sit down?” he asked, looking up to her. Her expression became apprehensive, and he couldn’t help but chuckle. “Don’t worry, I’m not going to ‘try anything’.”
“Sure, then,” Piper said, and sat next to him on the bed, and put her head on his shoulder. “Do you ever have that feeling, like you’re meant to be doing something else, but you don’t know what the heck it is?” Leo asked, looking at the ceiling. “Yeah,” Piper responded. “My grams always talks about our destinies…I can’t help but wonder what I’m meant to do.”
“You believe in destiny?” Leo asked, surprised. “Sometimes,” Piper said with a small smile. “Why? Do you?”
“Yeah,” he said. “Why do you ask anyway?” “No reason, I was just thinking,” he said, before he reached over, lifted up her chin and kissed her lips gently. She kissed him back, loving the feeling she had when they kissed, there was something behind it, and an amazing emotion that neither of them realized was there. He was the perfect gentleman, he didn’t try anything as promised, they both had a nice night together, and they were with the most important people in his life. Piper thought that his aunt and uncle were wonderful people. He took her home, but not before giving her a goodbye kiss.
Ah...sweet sweet amore... Please let me know what you think!!!

Really fast, huh? Well, I'll try my best! And thanks, mkp3mom, I always love getting new readers! I really appreciate the compliment!!!
Over the next couple weeks, Leo and Piper grew closer as a couple. They had gone to about three movies, of which they paid absolutely no attention to, as they were completely thinking about the other. One time they went to the mall and were walking around the outside of it, finishing up their ice creams, talking. “I’m telling you, Stacy Goodman has an obsession with me, I don’t know why!” Leo said as he shoved the rest of the ice cream cone into his mouth. “There are a lot of girls that are obsessed with you.”
“Are ya jealous?” Leo asked with a goofy grin. “Maybe,” she responded, unable to hold back a smile. “So you are?”
“I never said that.”
“But you also never denied it.”
“So what?”
“So, you’re jealous that I’m a highly desirable guy,” Leo said, the goofy grin still plastered on his face. “Why should I be jealous when I’m the one that has this highly desirable guy?”
“You think that I’m a highly desirable guy?”
“You thought you were a highly desirable guy.”
“But then you said I was.”
“I was repeating what you said.”
“So then you don’t think I’m a highly desirable guy?”
“I never said that.”
“Make up your mind!”
“Why, when I can mess with yours?”
“Okay. Let’s put this simply. Do you, or do you not, think that I’m a highly desirable, irresistible, ruggedly handsome guy?”
“You added stuff there.”
“Yes I did, answer the question.”
“Fine. Yes, I think that you are a highly desirable, irresistible, handsome guy.”
“Really?”
“No, I’m just saying that to make you happy,” Piper said with a smirk. She laughed when he tried to look hurt. “Aww, I don’t mean that! Of course I think that!” she said, laughing and hugging him. He grinned again, as it started to sprinkle. “Ooh, looks like rain,” he said with a smile. He turned back to her and pulled her out of the area with an overhang that half concealed them from the rain that was slowing falling harder and into the road that circled around the parking lot. “No. No! I don’t want to get wet!” Piper laughed, as she gave in to his puppy-dog eyes and he pulled her out into the road and spun her around. He pulled her in and looked at her, with his amazing smile still in place. “You know what this reminds me of? Our first kiss,” he reminded her. She grinned. “You know what? You’re right,” she said before grabbing the front of his shirt and gently pulling him into a meaningful kiss. This became a tradition; every time it would rain and they were out in it, they would kiss. If they had the opportunity to, they would go out in the rain just so they would kiss. There was a passion for each other that they sensed when they were engulfed into their kisses, not a lustful passion really, but one that really couldn’t be explained by them. Neither of them realized what it was until, a little more than a month after they first went out, Leo’s aunt and uncle decided they wanted to go on a vacation to see Todd and Marie’s good friend for a week. Leo didn’t really want to go, he loved being around Piper, but Todd and Marie insisted; their friend had wanted to meet this ‘little angel’ of theirs.

Alrighty, enjoy!
Piper went with them to the airport with them the day they left on their trip, to say goodbye and to drive Leo’s car back home. He said that she could borrow it for the week if she wanted, just as long as she didn’t wreck it. This got Piper to laugh, which made him so happy. “I don’t want you to go,” Piper whined for the fifth time that morning as they waited for the plane. “I don’t want to go either,” he said, laughing at her sad face. “I’ll be back before you know it.”
“Promise?” she asked with a raised eyebrow and a small smile. “You know it,” he said, before he bent down so they could kiss goodbye, as the plane was boarding. For a good minute, they were immersed in this amazing kiss, before his uncle clearing his throat interrupted them. “You realize that you are in public, and in front of us, don’t you?” he asked with a grin. “Yes,” Leo responded in a tone that showed it didn’t really matter to him that they were in front of people. He kissed her lips softly before walking away with his bag in hand, not saying anything, but looking at her as he walked backwards onto the ramp. Once he was on, he turned around and walked the rest of the way thinking about her. Piper stood there for a few beats savoring the taste of his lips, before turning around and walking away, noticing a couple of people’s eyes on her. That week seemed the longest of Piper’s life, and that was saying something. She realized when she was zoning off in her World History class, she was on the verge of crying, for she missed him that much. The last month, they had spent just about everyday together, and his absence felt as if there was something missing in her heart. When she realized that, a new realization came forward, something that hit her full in the face. She was in love.
Piper ran full speed, dodging people in the airport terminal, knowing that his plane was arriving right then. It seemed that her destination was so much farther than it actually was, and when she got there, she saw him standing there a few feet away from his distracted aunt and uncle (the straps on their bags somehow were tangled together), looking around for her. He smiled so big when he saw her running up, and they collided in a huge hug. “Leo, there’s something that I have to tell you,” Piper said quietly, letting go to look at him. “Before you say anything, I need to say something really important.” She nodded, and he continued. “This week I can’t explain how empty I felt, or how much I missed you.” Piper nodded, knowing that that wasn’t all, he took a deep breath before a huge smile crossed his face and he said, “I realized that I fell for you.” Piper’s expression was priceless in that instance, as they came together in a kiss that showed exactly how much they missed each other in those seven days. He pulled back to get a breath and asked, “So…what was it that you were going to tell me?”
“That I love you,” she responded softly and sincerely, before pulling down the front of his shirt and kissing him once more.

Here's a short part, but i'll update again soon.
During the rest of that October and the beginning of that November, life for the two let them experience a new depth of emotions that Piper and Leo had never realized before, and that they loved. Even the people around them had noticed the changes in them. The two of them always seemed to have a smile on, unless for a good reason didn’t, and were in bliss around each other. They were filled with laughter, and filled with a new love for life. They spent as much time together as they could, and both loved every minute. Leo gave her rides to school every morning, they’d walk to their history class, they’d try to meet in the hallways if they knew the other was coming that way, lunches, and after school. Since senior year had its challenges, which was usually work and tests, they studied together. Some time would be at the library, where they were usually distracted by each other, or at either of their houses when guardians were around and constantly reminded them to get back to work. One day, Piper was over at Leo’s house, studying for a history quiz that was the next day. Leo was surprised when his aunt and uncle came out of their room dressed up, and asked about it. “Well, Fred and Grace invited us to go to dinner at the club and get drinks tonight, and we haven’t seen them for a while, so we accepted. We won’t be back until late, so if you decide that you are hungry, go ahead and get a pizza. I left some money on the counter for you,” Marie said to Leo, who nodded. When walking out to their car, Todd stopped and looked at her. “You don’t think that they will do anything, do you?” he asked, concerned. “I don’t think so. I hope not.”
Review!

Here's your update. Please enjoy!!!
“I have to know everything that matters about Napoleon by now. He was short, and he’s dead,” Leo said as he closed his notebook. “He also consolidated and institutionalized many reforms of the French Revolution, but that doesn’t really matter,” Piper joked. “No?”
“No, not really,” she said with a smile. “You wanna know what I think matters?”
“What?” she asked. “You,” Leo said softly to her as he leaned over the coffee table that they had everything spread out over. “Really?” Piper asked as his lips made contact with hers. She knew the answer, but loved to hear it. “Mmhmm…” he mumbled as he pulled her a little closer and a little more into their kiss. They stood up, wanting to be closer to the other and Leo’s hands went through her hair and onto her sleeveless arms. His touch always made her excited, even though she had felt it many times before, this time it was different; she hungered for him in a different way, and the feeling was mutual. They slowly and clumsily made their way closer to his bedroom door; their hearts pounding fast out of nervousness and untamed excitement and desire. As their target approached, his hands moved from her arms to her waist and slowly started sliding up her shirt, exploring a place they had never gone. She believed that she was ready for this; she was ready to give herself to the man she loved in a new way. As her back hit the door, reality came back into focus and she knew that she wasn’t ready. She tore her face away from him and looked away. “What’s the matter?” he asked, concerned. “I can’t do this. I want to, but I can’t. Not now. I’m not ready for this now,” she said, feeling ashamed. “I’m sorry, Leo.” He put his hand on her cheek and moved her face so she would look at him. When she did, she saw worry and love in his eyes; eyes that said that he cared for her more than anything in the world did. “Don’t be,” he said, and pulled her into a comforting hug. “You’re worth waiting for.”
Not to long after that, Leo took her home. Grams was surprised to see them. “I wasn’t expecting you for another half an hour at least,” she said while hugging them both. She really liked Leo; she was glad Piper had as good a boyfriend as he. “Well, my aunt and uncle went out, so we decided it would be best if I took her home early,” Leo said. Grams smiled. “I appreciate that Leo. It’s a very mature choice on your parts. I’m surprised that your aunt and uncle left two teenagers alone in the same place though… No offense you guys,” Grams rambled. Leo cringed slightly, before nodding politely. “I believe that they trusted us,” Piper said. “Of course. Still…I know from experience that those teenage hormones are hard to control.”
“Well, Piper and I have decided that we want to wait before we take the next step,” Leo told her, and Grams’ eyebrows went up as if she was impressed. Piper looked up at him with a smile and he smiled down to her warmly. “Good for you,” Grams said to them, while Leo wrapped his arms around Piper lovingly. He escorted her upstairs and they stopped in front of her door. “Leo?”
“Hmm?” Piper hesitated, before asking her question. “Have you ever slept with anyone before?” She had been curious for a while, and after tonight, she had to know. “No.” Piper was at the same time surprised and not surprised; he was such a pure person. He opened his mouth to continue, but hesitated. “I-I have been saving myself…for the right person. You know…the one.” He smiled very slightly, before kissing her forehead and walking away to leave her with her thoughts. Piper stood there in shock. He thought she was ‘the one’. Phoebe stepped out of her room, and smirked when she saw Piper’s trance. Movement on her right made Piper turn to look at her sister. “I heard through the door,” Phoebe said before Piper could even think of anything to say. “Did you two do it?”
“‘It’?” Piper asked, not really thinking about what Phoebe asked. “Yeah!” she said as though it was obvious. Prue stuck her head out of her door, apparently curious of the answer also. Her door wasn’t soundproof either, so she knew what the conversation was about. “You know…the ‘dirty deed’.”
“You call it the ‘dirty deed’?” Prue asked with a snort. “Shut up, Prue. I’m just getting the gist across.”
“No, we didn’t. We…almost did.”
“Oh…” Prue and Phoebe said at the same time. “That makes sense,” Phoebe added. “Why didn’t you? Did his aunt and uncle barge in or something?”
“No! What is up with the invasion of privacy?!”
“It’s like a hobby,” Phoebe said with a grin. “You know, I’m almost 18. I should have my own room now, but I don’t. It’s like Grams wants to torture me,” Piper said, shaking her head and walking into her room, with Phoebe and Prue following her. Piper laughed at them following her, and they talked the rest of the night.

Please enjoy mucho!
In the middle of that chilly November, someone from Leo’s past barged into their lives. Someone who Leo didn’t mention anything about. They were sitting on a bench outside of school one morning, and Leo had his arms around her, making sure she was warm. Their peacefulness was interrupted when a shout cut through the air. “Leo! Leo Wyatt!” Leo looked around to see where the source of the yell came from, and stood up. Piper stood up also, and saw a pretty girl with about shoulder-length blonde hair come jogging over. “Lilly?” he asked as she hugged him. “What are you doing here?”
“My parents sent me down to live with my cousin for the rest of the semester! You said you moved down here to go to this school and I knew it was so perfect!” she squealed. “Uh, yeah…” he said, unsure. He glanced down at Piper, who looked bewildered. “Piper, this is Lillian Stalin. Lilly, this is Piper Halliwell. My girlfriend.” Piper didn’t like the look that flashed over her face when he said girlfriend, but it disappeared when she smiled. “We-”
“We went to school together, in Melbing. We went out.” This hit Piper hard. Melbing was the place that Leo told her that he lived before they moved out to San Francisco, but he never, ever mentioned anything about this ‘Lilly’. She looked at him, and she could tell he was rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, at that moment, the warning bell rang. “Whoa, can’t be late for my first class! Do you know where Hendricks, World History, is?” she asked, looking at Piper. “Room 1123,” she said, and Lilly smiled before bouncing off. Piper turned on Leo. “Care to explain?!” “Well…at my old school, Lilly asked me to the Sadie Hawkins dance, and I had nothing better to do, so I went. After that, we went out a couple times. I told you that I had a couple girlfriends before, a long time ago.”
“That was when we were first friends, and you said nothing more than that!”
“You never asked!”
“I didn’t want to intrude on your privacy! I kinda hoped that you would say something about it!” The bell went off in the distance, but they both ignored it. “It never seemed important enough to talk about! Anyway, I figured that you wouldn’t want to hear anything about it.” “Well, it’s about you, and I want to know about you!”
“I’m sorry.” This caught Piper by surprise. She sighed. “It’s alright. I’m sorry too.” This wasn’t the first time they had a small fight like this, but it was still upsetting for them both. They hugged each other. “I love you,” Leo said down to her. “Ditto,” Piper said with a smile. “Was it just me, or did the bell ring?” he said and Piper laughed. They headed off to their classroom, and Piper didn’t really look forward the encounter with their grumpy teacher and this ex of Leo’s.
Did anyone else notice my little joke? hehe, tell me if you think that you did.

Well, I'm sure that I told you all that I would update, and I'm really sorry I didn't when I said that I would. So this is a day late! Anyway, please enjoy!
“Alright, I want you to work on your homework until the bell rings,” Mr. Hendricks told them, before sitting down at his desk to grade papers. Piper started putting away her notebook when she head Lilly’s voice behind her. “Hey Leo. Um…Piper, was it?” Lilly asked her as she turned around. Lilly took a vacant seat in the back of the room and walked up to them after Mr. Hendricks’ orders. “Yeah.”
“Okay, so anyway Leo, how ya been?” Lilly asked in her perky voice. “Been doing great, actually,” he said, and smiled to Piper. “So, why did you move down here, exactly?”
“Oh, it’s a long story…” she said with a laugh. “Let’s just say that my parents weren’t happy with the things I had been doing.” Leo nodded politely, and she unsurprisingly continued. “Can’t say that I haven’t missed you Leo! So many of my girlfriends have been going like, ‘Oh, I miss Leo! Where’s he been? He should visit sometime!’ They have totally been asking about you constantly! I think that you should have called sometimes, but it’s alright. I have been betting that you lost the number somewhere…it was only on a tiny slip of paper after all…” she rambled, and Leo nodded politely with her. This girl was sort of getting on Piper’s nerves; not only did she know about Leo’s past, stuff that she had no clue about, she also had this preppy air. She kept on talking, occasionally asking Leo questions about how he’s been or about San Francisco; she seemed to have completely forgot that Piper was his girlfriend or that she was even there. “So, do you have 5th hour lunch? That’s so great, so do I! Hey, do you want to meet up after school, maybe get a coffee?” she asked excitedly. “Um…Piper, you wanna go get coffee after school?” Leo asked her hopefully. Piper couldn’t tell if he was asking her to be polite or if he didn’t want to be alone with Lilly, but Piper rather hoped it was the latter. “Uh, sure, I suppose.”
“Great! Then you can come?” Lilly asked Leo as she flipped her blonde hair out of her face. This really bothered Piper. This girl, who well knew that he was taken and that his girlfriend was sitting right there, was now FLIRTING with her boyfriend. Prue had taught her the hair flip years ago; not that she ever wanted to use it. “Yeah,” Leo said, glancing at Piper again. The bell rang, and there was a rustle of movement as everyone made for the door. “Great! I’ll see you at lunch!” she called, grabbing her bag and moving with the crowd. Piper spun around as Leo began putting his stuff away, and he put his hands up in defense. “Relax, don’t start yelling or anything. She’s a nice person, she just needs friends right now.” How he had this way to relax her was beyond her; just his voice soothed her, and she nodded. “She’s starting out in a new place, and she knows me. She’s excited about that.”
“Clearly,” Piper joked, and he shook his head with a smile. “The best we can do is just be nice to her, and welcome her. Alright?” he asked with a look that just melted her. “Yeah, alright.”
hehe, alright. Here's a fun one. Sort of. Enjoy.
“…so then I told her, ‘Get a life, Sarah, he doesn’t like you!’ She looked all hurt and stuff, it was so funny!” Lilly said, flipping her hair again. Piper rolled her eyes, and took another bite out of her candy bar. “You know, I heard that in the regular chocolate bar, there are like eight bug legs! Isn’t that so gross?!” she said, looking at Piper. “Protein,” Piper said simply, taking another bite of her candy. Leo laughed, and Lilly looked a little grossed out. “Oh-kay, whatever. I personally don’t know how you can eat that after I told you that.”
“Well, I heard that there are cockroaches in practically everything we eat,” Piper said with a small smile. “I don’t know if it’s true or not, but it’s interesting to think about. I mean, I wonder how the roaches get there?” Piper pondered, taking another bite, while the look on Lilly’s face was priceless. “Okay, ew. I’m never eating, ever again.”
“You might change your mind in a few hours,” Leo said with a smile. “Yeah, right,” she said with a small scoff. “Obviously you forgot how stubborn I am Leo Wyatt!”
“How could I? You were asking for two days straight for me to go to the Sadie Hawkins dance with you,” Leo said with a laugh. “And you kept passively refusing, saying that you didn’t really want to go to dances, that it’s not your thing,” Lilly said with a fake scowl. “It isn’t,” he responded. Piper felt uneasy around this; Leo had just told her that he had went because he had nothing better to do. She realized there was still so much about him that he hadn’t told her, maybe he just never thought of telling her, maybe he avoided. Lunch continued with Lilly and Leo talking, and Piper listening, occasionally turning away for a second to roll her eyes. After school, Leo found her, they started walking out of the school and Lilly met up with them. They walked to the coffee shop just down the street from the school; Leo and Piper would walk back and get the car later. When they got there, Piper and Lillian sat down at a booth, while Leo went to get Lilly’s double mocha latte and Piper’s coffee. “So…how long have you been going out?” Lilly asked her while Leo stood in line. “Since the beginning of the year,” Piper responded. “Don’t you think that he’s the greatest kisser?” Lillian asked with a smile. “He’s such a sweet guy, he can really make you feel special, huh?” Piper’s stomach knotted. Does Leo treat every girl the way he treats her? “Yeah…” “But when he kisses…Mmm! You’re a lucky girl, Piper.”
“Yeah, I am.”
“So…have you two slept together yet?” Why did everyone keep asking her that? “No, we haven’t.”
“You haven’t?” Lilly asked incredulously. Piper began to wonder if Leo had told her the truth when he said that he had never slept with anyone before, because by Lilly’s tone, it sounded as if she couldn’t believe it. And from her position as Leo’s ex, that scared Piper. “Jeez, three coffees cost $18. That’s pretty ridiculous.”
“Well, this is really good coffee,” Lilly said, taking a sip of her double mocha fudge brownie latte. Leo and Piper drank their plain coffees in silence while Lilly talked, and didn’t really talk much until Leo spoke up as he was driving her home. “Are you alright?” he asked. “Fine, why?”
“You’ve…just been quieter than usual.” “I just have a lot on my mind.”
“Oh, okay. Do you wanna talk?” He sounded so sincere, but for some reason, this didn’t soothe her. “No, thanks.”
“Okay.”

Hey, thanks everyone. I have to warn you, you might need to grab tissues. I'd give you all some, but I think mine have a layer of dust on them, lol. It's BYOT, Bring Your Own Tissues!
The next day passed as the previous, except without the cuddling in the beginning of the day. Lilly invited them to a party that her cousin was having in her honor that night. They politely turned her down, but she insisted, saying that it would mean a lot to her. So they went. The three of them were sitting on Lilly’s couch, talking. Piper and Lilly were on either side of Leo. “Lilly? Where’s your bathroom?” Piper asked her, and Lilly pointed down some hallway. She headed down there, squeezing through the other people that were there for the party. “So…Leo…what do you think of the party?” Lilly asked him in a silky voice. “It’s nice,” he responded. “Leo?” she asked in a rather seducing tone. “What do you think of me…?” She took his moment of confusion as he looked at her to throw her weight on him and kissing him libidinously, and the surprise knocking him onto his back on the couch. Without thinking, he went with it. Piper squeezed through the people to get back to the couch to join Leo and Lilly, but when she got through the people, she couldn’t believe the sight before her eyes. Leo was lying on the couch, Lilly was on top of him, with her legs wrapping around his, and they were kissing. Not just kissing, but engulfed in this heated buss. Lilly’s hands were all over him; but what scared Piper the most was he was kissing her back. “Oh my god. Leo.” Her insides were contorted with hurt and disgust, and her heart broke in that instance. When Leo heard her, he pushed Lilly off of him and stood up abruptly. “Piper, I-I…” “You what? Being a little TOO friendly with the new girl?”
“Piper, it’s not what it looks like.”
“Really? Because it looks an awful lot like you two were going to do it right there on the couch!”
By now the rest of the room had started to stop talking to listen to the people yelling. Neither Piper nor Leo noticed. "Piper, just listen to me…" "I don't need to listen! I've seen enough!" "Why won't you just listen to me?!" "Why should I? I just walked into you making out with your ex, whom you had told me nothing about until she got here…" "What do you want, Piper?!" Leo shouted, interrupting her, and she looked up at his exasperated face. She didn't know. "I think I should ask you the same thing." "What does that mean?" "It means, do you want some bimbo or me?" "You know the answer to that!" "I thought I did, but now I don't know any more!" "So what do you want?" he asked again. “I don’t know what I want. I don’t know what’s going on. I mean, just yesterday you were holding me and now..." She took a breath, trying to keep from crying. “Listen to me.”
“And now you are all over this other girl…” “Piper, please,” Leo tried, but she was too upset to really notice what he was saying. “I thought you loved me…” “Piper, I do, so much…” “I thought I was special to you.”
“You are.”
“Then why did I just walk into you making out with someone else?”
“I don’t know.” There was a silence, a silence that filled the whole room. Piper was having trouble breathing, she couldn’t believe that any of this was happening. She never thought it would come to this…she didn’t want it to, but she didn’t want to be with someone who would rather sleep with someone else…In her heart she knew that wasn’t true, but she could never know for sure…Perhaps the time had come. "Maybe…this isn't working." "Maybe you're right," Leo responded angrily. Why couldn’t she let him say anything? He was sorry for what he did, he didn’t mean to, he wasn’t thinking… he needed to tell her this, she needed to understand, but she didn’t care enough to listen! Why?! Why did she have to be so selfish as to not listen to him?! "Have your @#%$ then," Piper said, before turning on her heel and running out.

lol, you guys are great!!! Thanks for the laughs!
"Have your @#%$ then," Piper said, before turning on her heel and running out. She didn't have a car, so she just ran. Her anger carried her to the point of exhaustion, and she fell onto a bus stop bench. Her breath shuddered from the pain that was burning in her heart; how could he do that to her? Tears clouded her vision and threatened to fall; anger and agony making them fall over the brink. She cried, and if someone asked her, she couldn’t explain what she was feeling. It was just pain. The vision of Lilly all over Leo like that, kissing him…The worst part was that he was kissing her back, and that broke Piper’s heart. The bus pulled up to the stop, and she climbed on, knowing that she wasn’t going to walk all the way back to the manor. She didn’t even wipe away the tears that silently rolled down her face as she found her seat; there seemed to be no point. Her Leo was gone. Her reason to love life was gone. She headed toward the back, where there was no one sitting except for an old short man that sat across the aisle from her seat. “Are you alright dear?” he asked while adjusting his small round glasses. Piper glanced at him before slightly shaking her head. “Do you need a friendly ear?” he offered. She tried to smile to the man and shook her head no again. “Well, if you change your mind, I’ll be here a while. Headin’ off to Vegas, I am.” “Thanks,” she said quietly to him. She got off a few minutes later, and walked the rest of the way home still not bothering to wipe away the dampness on her face. She walked into the manor and up the stairs, but didn’t quite make it up to her room as Prue followed up behind her with her laundry in hand. “Hey, how’d the party go?” she asked cheerily. Piper ignored her and fumbled with the door handle; Phoebe had broken it a long time ago, and she knew how to open it, but she couldn’t get the door to open… “Piper?” Piper gave up on the door handle and slammed her fists on the door and sobbed before sliding down to the ground. She couldn’t even try to function anymore. “Oh, god, Piper…” Prue said, dropping her laundry and herself down and holding her sister, giving her the comfort she knew that she needed. Prue reached up and opened the door for her, and helped to her to her feet. “It’s alright…come on…” Prue brought her over to her bed and sat down next to her, not letting go, and Piper was clinging to her arm as if not wanting her to go, and Prue got the gist. “You wanna talk yet?” Prue asked calmly, not pressuring her. “No,” Piper choked out. She didn’t want to cry anymore…but the pain hurt so badly. “Alright…you want me to go?”
“Stay, please…” A few minutes later, Piper had stopped crying, but she was still silent. “Thanks Prue.”
“No problem, anytime. So what exactly happened?”
“Leo-Leo…Leo and I…” Piper stuttered, trying to get out the words. “We broke up.” She tried not crying again, and she was clutching Prue’s sleeve a little tighter when she spoke. “Why?” Prue asked softly. “That…that Lilly girl.”
“The one you mentioned last night?”
“Yeah. I wen-went to the bathroom, and when I came back…oh god,” Piper said as she failed to not cry, and Prue rubbed her back, trying to comfort her. “You can talk later if you want,” Prue told her gently. “No, it’s alright. When I came back…when I came back, she was all over him, literally. She was kissing him. The worst-worst part is…” she trailed off, sniffing, trying to stop crying. “God! Stop crying!” she said out loud angrily to herself as she wiped at her eyes. “Don’t worry about it, you can cry.” Piper smiled softly to her as her way of thanks, before continuing. “The worst part was…” she started again. “…he was kissing her back, Prue. I don’t know why.” Prue pulled away from Piper so she could look at her, and she was worried when she saw Piper’s heart-broken expression. “You want my opinion?” she asked, and Piper nodded slowly, wondering what Prue was going to say. “Men are different from women. Don’t give me that look, I’m going somewhere with this. Men don’t think the same way. Women look at men and see a sad face. They think of all the reasons why he could be upset; what did she do, does she look bad, does he think that she is cheating on him, when he realized that he needs to change the oil in his car. If a woman is kissed, she’ll think, ‘Why is he kissing me? Is he interested in me? What does so-and-so think? I can’t believe that this dirt bag would kiss me!’ Men would be like, ‘Oh, feels good.’ They just don’t think the same way,” Prue said with a shrug. “I keep thinking of all these reasons why he wouldn’t do that, but then I keep getting this mental image of her all over him and him kissing her back…” she whimpered, running her hand through her hair. “I don’t know what to think.”
“You need some sleep. How about we talk in the morning? You wanna stay home tomorrow? I’ll talk to Grams,” Prue said, moving some of the hair that fell into Piper’s face from when she ran her hand through it. Piper thought about it; did she really want Grams to know? She was going to find out anyway. Prue stole a thought from her that didn’t even have the chance to be considered; now that she thought about it, she didn’t want to go and face him tomorrow. Piper slowly nodded. “Thanks,” she said, giving Prue another soft smile in way of thanks. “No problem. Get some sleep. Try to think about happy thoughts,” Prue said with a smile, waving her hands in the air to make Piper smile. Her goofiness succeeded, and Piper half smiled before climbing under the covers. She didn’t even bother to change her clothes, and soon fell asleep, trying to not think about Leo. Of course, it is impossible to try to not think about something when that’s the only thing that really matters. So, when she drifted off into dreamless slumber, tears soaked into her pillowcase.
