The only thing I know Billy Drago's been in is Charmed and an episode of Supernatural season 2 end wise.

He *was* good at him; I just felt he was overused.

I do agree there Barbas did just keep coming back with no real explanation as to why which some people might've excepted something like because his power was fear based as long humans feared something he would exist and keep coming back whatever obviously.

I did love him dears, but he did get overused. Maybe he was better off only being used three times, with Sympathy for the Demon being his final episode. I just felt he got overused to the point his fear and scare impact lost appeal.

In season six is when you stopped liking his character. It made no sense nor did it seem like his character to be a lawyer for the tribunal. After that his scare tactics in a bad world wasn't effect.
Cut to season seven and he's still here? With a vanquishing potion that wasn't in the book or an explanation of how or who created it.
As Barbas says fear always comes back and I thought it was fine when it was every thousand years on friday the 13th
