I just discovered this movie. Don't know if it ever made it to the theaters or what. Billy Drago is in it and that's why I rented it. I could not believe my eyes. It's called Mysterious Skin. It's a good movie.
The summer I was eight years old, five hours disappeared from my life. Five hours, lost, gone without a trace..." These are the words of Brian Lackey (Brady Corbet), a troubled 18 year-old, growing up in the stiflingly small town of Hutchinson, Kansas. Local Neil McCormick (Joseph Gordon Levitt) however, is the ultimate beautiful outsider.

The last paragraph.. is that from the back of the movie case? It does sound interesting. I've never heard of it either. I wonder if I'll be able to find it.
Another one that Billy was in was 'Tremors 4- The Beginning'. It's just one of those cornballl movies that tries to be serious but is just way too funny.

Oh, yeah..... did you know that he was in an episode of the X-files? No, I didn't check out the IMDB- I actually watched the episode.
He was playing a character that was using voodoo to get back at people for ... gosh, I can't remember now. It was an older episode. Mulder was still around back then.

He's my absolutely favourite demon... I love all the episodes that he's in, except for when he plays the 'Good' Barbas. Now to me, that was creepy - lol
charmedcutie, I forgot to ask you. The movie that you found. How old is it and do you know what character he played?

Hollypop.......Barbas has always been my favorite demon. He is so cool and collected. Yes, I agree when he was the "good" Barbas, it was kind of freaky!!

If you want to see Drago at his slimiest, catch "Delta Force 2", where he is a Colombian drug overload (with his Southern accent still peeking out!) He rapes, he murders, he even gives Chuck Norris a half-decent fight (by using dirty tricks, of course!) By film's end, you want to cut his lifeline to the helicopter, yourself!
Great training for a future demon!

umm... I'm not very big on rape scenes so I'll just take your word for it. Aside from that, it sounds like he just gives the movie the 'kick' it needs. Thanks though for mentioning the movie because I knew that there was another one he was in that I couldn't remember off-hand.

I know that it's a futile hope but I'm kind of hoping to see him this season *crosses fingers just in case* rylied... you have great taste in demons- lol I saw Billy in a few other movies too but I can't remember their titles... I can just see his face and what he's wearing. Weird.

Did you know he was also in "The Untouchables" with Sean Connery. He was in the White suit and hat man. He had dark hair in that film. Another good film

In the Untouchables he played Frank Nitti Al Capone's hit man. That was a good movie by everyone in it. He was the one was killed when he thrown by Ness( Costner) off the building and fell through this car.

The few movies I remember seeing him in he played either the evil character or the one that was just slightly off his rocker lol....he just looks mean devilish! He is a good actor though.

I do remember seeing him in The Untouchables, The X-Files and Pale Rider not to mention Tremors- the Beginning (I think I said this before- lol) and he's going to be in a Wes Craven movie this year called 'The Hills Have Eyes' and Greg Araki's 'Mysterious Skin'.
'the Hills Have Eyes' I think is a remake because I remember a similiarly named film in the eighties and as far as the last one I mentioned, I have no idea what it's about.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has seen the promos for the movie 'The Hills Have Eyes'.
I found out from IMDB that Billy's character is 'Jupiter' and get this, I was surprised to find out that Michael Bailey Smith is also in it as the character 'Pluto'.
