and what was that issue meaning by reunion

I've always wondered why Shannen Doherty is suddenly featured in the magazine. Mind you, I hadn't actually purchased the magazine until she graced the cover.

I can't say I know for sure, but to answer your question, I doubt it. Just like newspapers and other mags don't have to pay celebrities to use their name (freedom of the press and all), I don't think they needed permission to use publicly available pictures and information in the mag. Mags will pay for permission to use pics stars supply to them, like baby or wedding pics, but I don't see how this qualifies. Now, were any of the actors (SD, RM, HMC, or AM) actually contacted for interviews? Some mags will pay for interviews, most newspapers will not.
