Possibly, but maybe she'll be older than the age she was in "Morality Bites."

There's also the question of what exactly her power was that she used against Cal Greene. Some possibilities:

1.) electrokinesis

2.) "premonition blitzing" (implanting a vision in Greene that literally scares him to death)

3.) advanced empathy (making Greene feel the anger she harbors against him, which ends up killing him)

4.) a combination of the above

I am afraid I don't understand your question, that future no longer exists once the girls return to the present then figured out and changed the event that caused that future.

And actually that looks like it very well could have been it because she had the electric looking energy surrounding his head.

She might get them in her next life if she's as bad during Forever Charmed (maybe what Piper meant by the "sorrows") as she was in Morality Bites. And with how self-centered she'd become, I'm guessing that she does and that Nathaniel Pratt catches her and burns her again.

Considering some of the Charmed Ones' actions, it looks as if their next lives will not be as strong. If they become witches.

But then I don't consider Phoebe's premonitions to be a step down from her past life's pyrokinesis.

I don't believe that only strong powers are centered around brute force.

the preminiton to death the man would only happen in s5 cuase i think thats the only time pheobe was in her premonitons
either than once in s8 or was s7

Yes thats correct but I just meant that the future where she kills Cal Greene no longer exists. The girls learned that using their powers to punish Pratt for letting his dog poop in the yard led to future abuse of their powers and Pratt to start the modern witch trials trying to figure out what had happened that day. When the girls returned to their present and decided not to get back at Pratt all of that was erased.

I can't take credit for it...someone else coined the term "premonition blitzing."

Which is why I believe Phoebe may have combined two or more of her future powers when killing Greene.

I thought she did get her powers back.

Phoebe only got back her regular premonitions, astral premonitions, and a hint that some traces of her empathy were returning.

Phoebe never got her levitation back, although she probably does at some point following the events of "Forever Charmed."

Phoebe seemed to get back her ability to have "astral premonitions" after her power of clairvoyance was returned to her in Season 7's "Styx Feet Under." We see her having "astral premonitions" in Season 8, and probably offscreen too.

It's possible that "premonitioning Cal Greene to death" would involve the channeling of Phoebe's empathy (i.e. Phoebe transplants a negative emotion from herself into Greene).

I think Phoebe would still get that power she had in "Morality Bites." I also think they should have given her other powers back. She learned her lesson a long time ago.

I don't think The Tribunal was willing to trust Phoebe, with all of her powers being returned to her at the same time, so soon. So they've given her back her powers gradually, to see how she'll use them.
