Hi guys:
I just did a check on the wikipedia site for charmed episodes and noticed there were episode titles such as "ding dong the witch is wed" and other various unknown to me titles.

Are these titles part of the charmed universe that are (for some reason) placed in the order they would be in the series or is it just a case of misuse of the site by folks...

As I recall, there were quite a few of these fake titles. Are they book titles or just nothing?

I'd say they're just nothing. There is no episode called 'Ding Dong The Witch Is Wed' although, foreign countries have different episode names such as the first ever episode was called 'Welcome To The Manor' in Belgium and over here in the UK The superhero episode was called something different to the US version. And also there is no book by that name. I have them all. Lol. Hope this info helped
