How much of a Charmed fan are you? Have you ever scratched your head and said to yourself: I recognize that character from somewhere. Well, don't be alarmed. Charmed has used several actors and actresses in different roles. As crack reporters for the Bay Mirror, let's identify them all. And, let's not just focus on Charmed. Rev up those DVDs and scour Angel and Buffy to see where these doppelgaengers have been lurking!

Some double roles have already been noted elsewhere:
1) Rebecca Balding played Elise Rothman and the aunt (Aunt Jackie) to Aviva in The Fourth Sister.
2) Brian Thompson, played one of the apocalyptos (War) was a Titan (Cronus) in Oh My Goddess.
3) One of the reporters in the Bay Mirror also worked for South Bay Social Services in A Witch's Tail. (Sybil Azur).
4) Peter Woodward (Source #3) and his role as Aku in Someone to Witch Over Me. He played Sarpedon's mentor.
Here is a new one:
5). Charles Walker played the judge who almost granted Phoebe the quickie divorce in A Witch's Tail. He was also the judge who presided over the criminal courtroom in Trial by Magic. (I guess he liked Phoebe!)

Don't know if there are any others, but you could turn it around and ask how many different actors played the same role, like the Victor Bennet role. played by both James Read and Tony Denison.
Didn't two actors play the "fireman" which Piper dated when she and Leo were separated and than later in season 8?

We could also expand this to include guest actors who appeared in Angel or Buffy. Obviously, Charisma Carpenter hit the trifecta. However, Simon Templeton (the Angel of Death) was also a guest on Angel.

Did he play the same type of role or something completely different? I was not a big Buffy fan and even less of an Angel fan.

No, he was more demonic, a sort of master of illusion. Anyway, he was squared off with Spike. So, this was during the final season of Angel.

hehe Brian Thompson who was in "Oh My Goddess" and "Apocalypse, Not" Charmed episodes played the vampire, Luke, in the first 2 Buffy episodes.  |

Haha!! Buffy and Angel actors, huh? This is going to be fun!
1. Christopher Wiehl plays Buffy's date in "Never Kill A Boy On the First Date" and plays the snake in "Animal Pragmatism" (probably the funniest episode of Charmed.
2. Suzanne Krull plays the sorceress Imara in "Freaky Phoebe" and she also plays a magic store owner in the Buffy episode "Lovers Walk".
3. Jennifer Sky was Mable Stillman in "Power Of Three Blondes" and she was also in the episode "The Pack" in season one of Buffy. She was on Xena too!

Great! Coming back to Charmed, though, who can forget Jennifer Tung, the sorceress in Generation Hex (Season 8) and one of the brotherhood in Season 3's Demon Who Came in From the Cold!

It may not be an actor but I certainly found a double of something. In a season one episode of Charmed, Prue wears a gray hoodie that is see-through (well you can see the tanktop under it). I'm not entirely sure what episode this is, however on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy wears the exact same sweater in season three's "Graduation Day, Part I".

Haha. I know it's weird but it makes sense considering the fact that at the time, Buffy was still on the WB. Anyway, if you guys want to try and find that hoodie, just remember that it's tight, gray and somewhat see-through! Lol.
