it would of been cool if piper married dan for 1 and half years but he dies of a demon then piper goes to leo

that wud of been an intesrting concept but i still think she wud of cheated on Dan with Leo in the long run they just suit each other that much a match made in heaven. Dan would neva have understood about all the demon hunting and i think he may of done an Andy to protecxt Piper from getting hurt.

I would've preferred that--Dan dying to protect Piper and his non-whitelighter children--as compared to what we got--an angel turned into a whimpy errand boy.
And if Henry could accept what Paige did and still have three kids, then had Dan been shown the magic of magic the way Henry was (and Dan wasn't because they were setting up the show to get rid of him), then, just like I believe that had he lived, Andy would've eventually accepted Prue as a witch, then, yes, Dan could've accepted Piper as one, making Piper much, much happier because he could've given her her "normal homelife" that she wanted so badly, something Leo never could, even as a mortal because he had no identity in this time, the reason I'm sure he would've eventuallyleft her and gone back to his own time--yet another reason to think that Forever Charmed is just Piper's delusion as she dies after the "Kill Billie Vol 2" explosion--the only one who thinks that Leo would stay with her while she treated him that way is her.
But Piper screwing her whitelighter while still married? Sure, why not--after all, that's what her mother did. Just because you're soulmates doesn't give you the right to cheat.

I don't understand why Constance Burge and later, Brad Kern thought it was necessary to make witchcraft all about hunting demons. |

I have noticed enough chatter about too many demons, way too much hunting, to wonder why someone doesn't just open a separate section about it....keeping it all in one location....and have members post their feelings on the topic. This way, threads that really are not centering on the subject will, hopefully, not become entangled with the monster aspect of the show.
Could work....
