Let's see...
This thread is yelling about the fact that the WB didn't run the opener of Charmed on its final night.
You guys are some serious hardcore fans.
Me? I like the show, but I'm not bashing my head off a wall if the Wb didn't run the show. It's is odd that they didn't, but it's not an issue that needs to be causing ulcers.
Besides, if you want to see the opener, plop in your DVD if you have it.

Yes, they (the WB) were such "big" fans that they felt compelled to announce to a yawning world that Charmed had been CANCELLED on March 7, 2006. If I had had Charmedverse up and running at this time, I would have announced that the WB was CANCELLED, CANCELLED, CANCELLED when the merger went through!

Yea the WB was cancelled!
Just one out of many reasons as to why I hate the WB, for announcing that Charmed had been cancelled, or "Charmed has been axed." B.S.! Charmed was not cancelled, it ENDED. There is a big difference between that, not to mention a much (I guess the best way to put it is) nicer way to let the world know that Charmed will be on no more. The contract was for 8 years, and 8 years was up. The contract has ended, the show has ended, that's that. NOT CANCELLED! Kern and even Holly have both said that the WB probably didn't even know that their contracts were up, that is why they announced Charmed as a cancellation. The WB has not payed any attention to Charmed over the past years. But now the WB is no more, and I am very happy that CW isn't doing it's best. Serves them well.

You wouldn't believe Charmed was over if you judged by the number of airings on TNT. I hope the show is airing in repeats overseas as well. Charmed Forever!

I am not saying it's doing so well. However, considering that Alias was yanked rather quickly and dumped into the wee hours and replaced by Charmed, I'd have to say that TNT sees something in it. To continually run a show four hours per day and then add a marathon block on a weekend must say something. I wouldn't say it's up there with Without a Trace or Law and Order, but it does kind of get that treatment in a way. Yeah, TNT!

Don't get me started on how much I love TNT! It's on FOUR times a day, commercials for the show and promoting the DVD's are always on, and their are marathons. The amount of work, advertisement that TNT has done for Charmed, is much more than anything the WB has ever done. It's so sad.
