Currently testing MetaCafé for video uploads, but i seriously think they will not be accepted. After uploading i found out they have a sort of "Review board" that looks threw every video that gets uploaded to them and then they decide if they will be allowed.
What a weird way to run a streaming service, then it is good i have a couple of more i can test: Vimeo and ClipShack

I believe they would be OT on imeem, the service looks like to be only music based. I did discover though that Vimeo supports HD, guess that also means HQ on the video artwork that we create.

Vimeo is not tolerant to fanvids. It's more for the independent filmmaker. If you're found with fanvids on vimeo, they will delete you.

Shame, i do wish that Youtube was more tolerant to wards fan created videos, i thought that was the whole idea when they announced that they would begin showing commercials into the videos as a sort of compensation for the copyrights. But i guess they chose to run away from their promises instead.

They do to some extent. It's just not everything. Music from UMG lately has been allowed with those little advertisements and links to download the songs on amazon and itunes. It's really just WMG's music that is blocked completely (and even then it can be disputed with the correct copyright law). As for video footage, FOX is the most stringent it seems. CW shows don't really care. There's some cracking down on NBC but not to the extent of FOX. Over half my channel has videos from Law & Order: SVU. *knocks on wood*
