I know Assassin already mentioned it but I love when she says,"the wrong thing done for the right reason is still the wrong thing" or pretty much anything from that episode. That is definitely in my top 5 episodes with Phoebe, it showed her character and what she really stood for in the beginning. She also got to set her older siblings straight and teach them an important lesson which is sometimes difficult to do.
