Please note this is a Billie spin-off, so please no bashing because it’s about Billie. If you are going to flame just make sure it’s about the writing not the characters.

Episode 1: The Reluctant Heroine
Intro: (Scene: Night, a campus sidewalk leading to a dorm house)
We see Billie walking down a darkened sidewalk, her clothes are dirty and her face is tear stained as we see her wipe her eyes. She had the look of a girl who had been through a lot in the past few weeks and had much on her mind, not even looking up as she heads inside the dorm.
(Billie’s dorm room)
As she walks into her dorm room, and flips on the light she lets out a sigh, everything seems to remind her of the life she used to have. Scanning the room, her eyes fall on a recent picture of Christy and her. A look of anger and guilt cross her face as she sends it flying across the room smashing it on the wall; shards of glass fly everywhere.
She sits on her bed and runs her hand through her hair. “I need to get out of here” she says to herself and hurriedly opens her dresser drawers, pulls a suitcase out from under her bed and begins to pack.
Her friend Taylor (From the episode 8x02, Malice in Wonderland) opens the door and walks in. “Billie, what happened?” She asked seeing the mess and Billie in obvious pain. “Taylor I…I’ve just been through a lot and I kinda got a little out of control.” She said trying to explain without so much detail.
Taylor walks over trying to comfort her “ It’s ok, just calm down Billie” Taylor says then notices the suitcase “Why are you packing, finals aren’t till next week?...Are you ok?” She asks concerned, she knew what happened to her parents
“No, not right now, I just need to get out of San Francisco, and all my finals were already sent by mail; with my parents gone they wanted to give me some time.” Billie says continuing her packing, trying to make her friend understand.
“Billie, come on, whatever it is you don’t need to run from it, where are you gonna go? Taylor asks trying to reason with her. “I’m going back home first, my parents lawyer needs me to sign some final papers, after that I don’t know” Billie answers obviously distracted as she closes her suitcase. “Listen, I’ll keep in touch I promise, but right now I really need to do this ok”
Taylor sighs “Ok, I understand I guess…Just don’t do anything stupid and call me whenever you want.” Taylor says and gives her friend a hug. “You know I will” Taylor waves goodbye; as Billie closes the door behind her she suddenly sees swirls of orbs (Camera angle at her face) What are you doing here?” she asks looking concerned but we are unable to see who it is as the camera fades)

Act 1 (Billie’s dorm room)
Camera angle on the entire room, we see Billie with three elders who we know as Sandra, Orion and Noah. “Listen, if this is about me being the ultimate power and the whole final battle thing then you can forget it, because I am not after the sisters. You see I”…but she is interrupted by Orion. “That is nice and all but that is not why we came. “We are here because we have a job for you to do, a mission as it were.” Sandra adds. “Think of it as a way to make up for your mistake.” Noah finishes
“My mistake? Now I admit…” Billie begins, but Sandra raises her hand to silence her and continues “Billie, though demons are severely wiped out and are in hiding trying to restore themselves, it doesn’t mean we still don’t have very real problems.” “The main one being within the department of home security, I believe you are familiar with this group.” Noah adds as Billie crosses her arms “Yeah, I’ve had to deal with them once or twice, but what does that have to do with me?” Billie asks slightly confused, annoyed and yet intrigued.
“They are in too deep, the accident a few months ago involving the virus was just one of many incidents that this organization has done. They are trying to figure out everything about our world and that as you perfectly understand cannot be exposed.” Orion stated harshly as Billie sighed
“How did I know this had something to do with the “e” word.” She replied with a turn of her head reliving a time not long ago where she had heard Piper say that often. A wave of guilt washed over her, how could she ever face the sisters again, she thought in her mind as the elders snapped her back to reality.
“The cleaners only clean magical messes and since mortals are the ones causing it, we have no idea of what they are up too.” Noah says and Sandra continues “We need you to go to Washington and infiltrate their department. Someone they know…we need you to be our ears and eyes to help make sure what happened with the virus doesn’t happen again only on a bigger scale.”
Billie has a look of concern and defiance “What, you have to be kidding right? You want me to go to Washington and become a fed to help you prevent magical accidents from happening because you don’t have a way to do it yourself!” she says not believing what she was hearing, the elders are taken back by this, but Orion steps forward. “Need I remind you of what you and your sister almost did to the future of the greater good. This needs to be done and you are the only person who can do this task. You can either accept or we will take your powers away and give them to a more deserving witch as punishment for you actions.” Orion says with a smile that said he had the upper hand.
An ockward silence passes between them as Billie takes a few angry steps. “You know what, this is total blackmail, no wonder the sisters and Leo never really liked you…I’ll take your stupid deal, not for your sake, but only because I have nothing else now and it seems that somehow through this I might be able to help the innocent.” She says and turns to pick up the broken glass
“Billie, we are not doing this to hurt you, it is the only way we know how…” Sandra says patronizing, and Billie turns around interrupting “Listen, I said I do it, I don’t need your pity. Just give me a few days to straighten out some things and then you can tell me more about this so called assignment.” Billie said avoiding eye contact and continues to clean. Orion shakes his head and orbs out, Sandra looks as if she gonna say something but Noah stops her “Just leave her be, she needs some time, and they both orb out leaving Billie alone to clean up.
