This is a Fanfic that I thought about after writing a Digimon Fanfic called Digimon Guardians. It’s a series I’m making, sort of. If you’ve read it before then some of the character in this story you may recognize.
Rated PG for exploding demons.
Summery: The Halliwells have fought long and hard and now have achieved what they’ve longed for. A life without demons. A life where they can raise the children without the constant attacks from demonic forces. For 15 long years demons have left the Charmed Ones alone. However, life is never that easy and with the arrival of a new Source of All Evil, the Charmed Ones must be prepared. No, it’s not to prepare to battle once again. This time they must be prepared to let go of their kids and allow them to take on the battle as humanity‘s last hope. The Charmed Guardians
Chapter 1: Surprise!
“Long ago, before technology and invention, in an age where magic ruled the earth and when the battle between good and evil raged on for years. There were six maidens of purity and hope. They were known as the Celestial Guardians. They were the keepers of the six attributes of mankind: Creation, Death, Time, Space, Life, and Destruction. These were the forces in which mankind was originally founded about. The will to create, the passing of death, the vision of time, the idea of space, the joys of life, and the power to destroy. These six maidens used these attributes to fend of evil and in time, manage to keep the balance between good and evil in check.
However, nothing is always pleasant. The Guardians passed on and the balance began to shift. In order to keep the balance within order, the Guardians, one at a time, was reborn. The Guardian who was born would keep the balance between good and evil until her life had expired. But there was a prophecy that could change that.
At a time of great darkness, when the time of good begins to fade, the Guardians would be reborn. Not as one witch alone, but as six power witches. Six girls with powers to change all of humanity. And these witches would be known as the Charmed Guardians.”
“Read it to me again mommy,” the young girl asked her mother. The mother, a young and beautiful woman with chestnut brown hair and cream colored skin smiled at her youngest daughter.
“Oh I’m sorry Lexi, but it’s time to get to bed.” she told her.
“But Aunty Piper reads to Chris, Wyatt, and Mel at least twice a night.” the little blonde haired girl said.
“Oh, and who told you that sweetie?”
“Rachel,” the blonde looked across the room to another girl who was sleeping peacefully.
“Is that right? Well then I’ll just have to tell you two, two stories tomorrow. Ok?”
“Ok mommy.” the little girl said sadly.
“Alright, get some sleep.” Phoebe told her youngest daughter before kissing her good night and leaving the room. The young Halliwell pulled up the covers and turned over to sleep.
“You weren’t supposed to tell her remember.” a voice said from across the room.
“I wasn’t?” a pillow flew across the room and landed on the blonde. “Hey!”
8 years later
The manor was buzzing with life and ten frantic children ran about the large house hold. Alexis Cornelia Halliwell, youngest daughter to Phoebe Halliwell, ran streamers through out the main hall. The young blonde teen, now 16 years old, was never a neat person, so to her, throwing streamers everywhere was decorating. As she was doing this, a small brown haired boy ran up to her and tugged at her skirt. In his hands was a small basket of streamers and a small red fire truck. Alexis looked down at him and smiled. “Hey thanks Timmy. Now why don’t you go and help Chris and Rache in the living room.” she said while taking the streamers. The three year old smiled and waddled off into the living room.
In said living room were two teens. One was a girl with long curly brown hair in blue jeans and a blouse. The other was a boy with brown hair in a green button shirt and baggy jeans. “I don’t see why I have to be the one putting up this stupid banner.” He said as he climbed up the latter, trying to put up the banner by himself.
“Well it’s because I’m scared of heights.” Rachel replied.
“Rachel, you have the power to levitate yourself.” Chris reminded her dryly.
“Which is re stupid considering I’m scared of heights!”
“Whatever,” Chris said dryly. He returned to trying to hang up the latter. It wasn’t really working seeing as how he stood on a tall shaky stool with his acrophobic cousin keeping it steady. Today was a special day. It with the 20th anniversary of the Charmed One’s victory in the Ultimate Battle. Just as Chris was about to finish putting up the banner, little Timmy strolled in. Once seeing her younger brother, Rachel let go of the stool and picked the boy up.
“Hey Timmy.”
“Rachel? Rachel. Rachel!” there was a loud crash and Chris came dumpling down and landed on his back. “Ow.” Meanwhile, in the kitchen, several people were working. Mel, pipers eldest daughter, was cooking up a feast with her cousins, Sabrina and Heather, or as everyone calls them, the Twins. Both redheads were decorating the towering chocolate vanilla cake with sweet strawberries and mouth watering kiwis. Mel had cooked up some spaghetti, Swedish meatballs-which amazingly surpassed her mother’s- chicken parmesan, and green bean salad. The trio were the best-excluding piper-cooks in the family due to their ability to work and cook in perfect sync.
“Cheese,” Mel called over her shoulder. Heather orbed some parmesan to the older girl. “Personal gain.”
“Says the girl who uses her brother as a taxi cab,” Sabrina commented without taking her eyes of her cake.
“Do not,” Mel said back without looking up. “Now where’s Wyatt with those veggies?” At that moment, Wyatt Matthew Halliwell orbed into the kitchen with a bag of groceries in one hand and an eight year girl holding his other hand.
“Speak of the whitelighter.” Heather commented without looking up. Wyatt smiled and handed the newly purchased food to his sister.
“Here you go, and I owe you 3.31,” he told her while giving the girl her change.
“Wyatt, the receipt said you got 8.31 back. Where’s the rest of my money?”
“Wyatt stopped at McDonalds and got a cheeseburger.” the little girl said.
“Hey, you’re not supposed to rat out your big brother. Besides you got the happy meal.” Before Mel could scowled her older brother for ruining their sister’s appetite, a red haired boy about the age of 13 ran into the room.
“They’re here!” he cried. This got the attention of the older kids and they quickly scrambled about trying to get everything in place. The Twins brought the cake and food into the dining room, Alexis and Jr.-the 13 year brother of the twins-quickly hung up the streamers, Chris and Rachel decided to just hold the banner, and Wyatt orbed everyone upstairs while Mel put an incantation on the house and made everything vanish into thin air. Then she realized something. “Wyatt!” a second later the girl was orbed upstairs just before Phoebe, Paige, Piper, and Billie walked in with shopping bags in the hands.
“Hey guys we’re home.” Piper called, getting no reply. “Kids? Huh where’d they go?”
“Alexis? Rachel?” Phoebe called out for her daughter.
“Heather, Sabrina, Jr.” Paige called out. “Huh, that’s odd.”
“Well I wonder where they could be,” Billie said in a fake worried tone, but it was ignored. “Well I’m sure we’ll find-” before Billie could finish her sentence, her eyes locked onto a little boy waddling into the entrance hall. “Timmy!” Phoebe whipped around and gasped when she saw her baby boy alone.
“Oh Timmy. Oh you little scamp.” she said, picking him up.
“Why would they leave Timmy by himself like that?” Piper asked concerned.
“I don’t know but when I find my daughters I’m going to…” on cue, Rachel appeared in front with her back turned to them.
“Timmy? Where are you kiddo?”
“Over here sweetie.” Rachel turned around.
“Oh hey mom….MOM!”
“Rachel Morgan Halliwell, why on earth did you leave your little brother by himself like that?” Phoebe asked.
“Uh……surprise?” in an instant the illusion disappeared and the Halliwell children orbed in front of their mothers. “SURPRISE!!” the sisters were caught by surprise and joy. Confetti rained from the ceiling via magic, kids greeted their mothers and everyone was cheering.
“Surprise you guys!” Billie said as she hugged the sisters.
“Oh, you knew?” Piper asked.
“Duh. Why else would I make us make the long way home?”
“Hey!” Chris started. “Let’s get this party started!” with a cheer they did just that. However, not everyone was fine and dandy. Across down, a boy about the same age as Alexis was running through an ally. He kept looking over his shoulder as if something was coming after him. But as fate would have it, the boy tripped over his own two feet. He tried to get up, but froze the minute he found his pursuer standing in front of him. He was a tall man in a black business suit. He had pitch black skin, a bald head, point ears, razor sharp teeth, and red marking all over.
“Hello Mikey.” the man said. “You’re coming with me.”
