Int. Manor-Great Hall-Night

[Leo is holding the bag of decorations for Chris’ birthday party. Piper walks down the stairs.]

Piper: The boys are sleeping. (She notices what Leo is holding) Leo…

[Leo places the gifts on top of the table. Piper walks down the stairs.]

Leo: I don’t see what the big deal is.

Piper: The big deal is every time we plan the party, we have to cancel it. I don’t want to get his hopes up. Besides, he won’t even remember it.

[An exhausted Phoebe walks in. She yawns.]

Phoebe: Going to school and work is murder.

[She turns to close the door when a red heat beam smashes into her shoulder, sending her flying into the side table. A demon walks in.]

Demon (confused): How did I get here? What…

[Piper gestures, trying to freeze him. His eyes become red and another heat beam expels from his eyes. Leo shoves Piper out of the way, causing the heat beam to crash into the decorations, leaving only a pile of ash. Piper and Leo run over to an unconscious Phoebe. The demon’s eyes become red once again. Another beam expels. Piper turns, just as the beam is about to crash into her.]

Paige: Beam!

[Paige runs down the stairs, waving her hand. The beam orbs out, and orbs back in, crashing into the demon, vanquishing him. Only a pile of ash and a triquetra-shaped charm is left.]

Paige: That’s mine. How in the world?

Piper (to Leo): Now about that party…

Paige: Someone got into our house without us even knowing. He could’ve took something bigger…

Leo: The Book of Shadows.

Jet’s “Take Me On” is heard over several shots of the San Francisco Skyline as night turns to day.

Act 1

Int. Manor-Kitchen-Morning

[Paige is at the Book of Shadows. Phoebe walks in and pours a cup of coffee.]

Phoebe: You’re up early.

Paige: Yeah. I was too paranoid to go to sleep last night.

Piper (yelling): Phoebe!

[Paige and Phoebe share a scared look and walk out.]

Int. Manor-Great Hall-Morning

[Phoebe and Paige walk in as the last of golden lights disappear.]

Phoebe: What was that?

Piper: I had to send Leo to the magic school. You think you could help me get the boys ready? Now that we don’t have the magic school, they’re going to have to go pre-school now.

Phoebe: Yeah. And don’t sweat it. We went six-and-a-half years without, we can do it again.

[Phoebe and Piper walk up the stairs. As they do, a transparent demon fades in behind Paige.]

Demon: You hear someone.

[Paige looks around, confused.]

Demon: Go check the Book of Shadows again before someone attacks.

[Paige nods and walks into the kitchen as the demon fades away.]

Int. Bay Mirror-Phoebe’s Office-Day

[Phoebe is in her office, typing. She looks up as Paige walks in.]

Phoebe: What’s going on?

Paige: The demon that attacked last night was Raydin, a lower-level demon. And if a lower-level demon was able to get into the manor without us knowing it…

Phoebe: He had help from an upper-level demon.

Paige: I brought my charm. To see if you could get a vision.

[Paige hands Phoebe the charm. Phoebe gasps as she receives a premonition.]

*Premonition*

Ext. Golden Park-Night



*End of Premonition*

[Phoebe slowly opens her eyes, shaken from the vision.]

Phoebe: I felt their pain. Their confusion. Something evil attacked them.

Paige: Who is them?

Phoebe: A coven.

Int. P3-Bar-Night



Woman: Hey you. Hit me again.

Piper: Ma'am, are you sure?

Woman: I didn’t ask you any questions, so why are you asking me any? You know what, I’m out of here.

[The woman hops off a stool, almost falling. She makes her way through the crowd, bumping into people. Piper’s attention from the woman is taken away as Phoebe and Paige greet her.]

Paige: Ready?

Piper: Actually, I think I have an innocent of my own.

Phoebe: We might need the Power of Three.

Piper: I’ll be there. Golden Park, right? Let just make sure this woman gets home ok

Paige: Ok. Be careful.

Ext. Golden Park-Night

[The coven, just as in the premonition, is performing a Wicca ceremony. Paige and Phoebe are hiding behind a tree. Suddenly, the fire is put out. Phoebe and Paige run over to help. Suddenly, it flames once again. All the coven members, except for the leader, stand and face Phoebe and page. A coven member bends down and places her hand on the ground. The ground around the sisters shakes. Paige and Phoebe orb out, and back in beside the coven leader.]

Phoebe: We’re the Charmed Ones.

[Another coven member extends her hand, a ball of golden light appears. She throws the ball into the air. As it enters the air, it breaks into small fragments. As the fragments hit the ground, they blow up. They land near the sisters, sending them flying.]

Leader: What’s gotten into you guys?

[The coven members join hands and glow out, leaving their leader confused and the sisters injured.]

Act 2

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Paige and Kate, mid 50’s, coven leader, are talking on the couch. Phoebe is at the Book of Shadows.]

Paige: So Ginger has control over Earth? Sam has the explosive balls. Taylor can start fires with her mind, and Chloe can glow?

Phoebe: All this power talk is making me feel weak.

Kate: The gift of clairvoyance is not to be taken lightly, Phoebe. The inner strength it takes one to see those vision is very powerful. If anyone should be feeling weak, it should be me. I allowed my coven to become evil.

[Phoebe begins to feel better.]

Phoebe: What is your gift anyway?

Kate: Telepathy. I had sensed someone trying to get into my mind. The same demon must’ve gotten to my coven…Zarias.

[Phoebe begins to flip threw the Book of Shadows.]

Paige: If you’re ability is telepathy…

Kate: Then why am I leading a coven witch such powerful active powers? You see, myself and other older witches have noticed the numerous deaths witches have been facing over the years. We train young witches about the basics. Let them know that just because they throw a couplet at a demon’s face doesn’t mean he’s going to vanquish.

[Leo walks in.]

Leo: What’s going on?

Phoebe: The coven from my vision is under the influence of Zarias. (reading) An upper level demon with ability of mental suggestion.

Kate: We need to prepare. He and the coven could be here any minute.

Paige: I’ll take the boys to ma…

[She stops, realizing.]

Leo: Try Darryl’s.

[Paige nods and walks out.]

Leo: Is there a vanquish?

Phoebe: No. In fact, every witch that has battled with him has died. So what do we do?

[There’s a moment of thinking, then…]

Kate: Perhaps there’s…

[Paige returns from dropping off the boys.]

Paige :We take the offensive. Phoebe, get some herbs and a pen and paper. We’ve got some work to do.

Ext. Street-Night

[The woman is walk, stumbling as she does. She crosses the street, unaware of a car coming in her direction. Just as she is about to get it, she and the car freeze. Piper runs into view and tackles the woman out of the way, causing the car to drive by. The woman and Piper get up.]

Woman: What are doing? You some kind of stalker or something?

Piper: No, I just wanted to make sure you got home ok. I’m Piper.

Woman: And I’m fine. Now leave me the hell alone!

Piper: Please…

[The woman is hesitant.]

Woman: Will you leave me alone?

[Piper smiles as the woman leads Piper to her home.]

Woman: And the names Jen by the way.

Int. Conservatory-Night

[On the table are red, blue, and purple potions. Kate, Leo, and Phoebe listen as ]

Paige: The red one should cause a ring of fire. The blue one should freeze or enemy within a block of ice. And the purple one with Phoebe’s spell should confuse them.

Phoebe: Awesome potions, sis.

Kate (unconvinced): Yes. But are they effective. The potion creation seemed too simplistic for such complex potions.

Paige: Well they’ll have to do until Leo gets back from magic, hopefully with more information.

Kate: I forgot my sweater in the attic.

[Kate heads up the stairs.]

Phoebe: Maybe she’s right. It seems too easy.

[Suddenly, the coven glows in. Phoebe quickly grabs the blue potion and throws it at Sam. It connects with her, not doing anything. Sam creates an explosive ball and throws it at Phoebe. Phoebe quickly ducks behind the couch. Taylor squints her eyes, causing the couch Phoebe’s hiding behind to catch on fire, and quickly become dust.]

Paige: Explosive ball!

[Sam’s explosive ball orbs into Paige’s hand. Paige begins to throw it back at her when Phoebe tackles her.]

Phoebe :What are you doing? You could’ve killed her.

[Phoebe reaches for the purple potion and throws it at Ginger.]

Phoebe: Your head spins
What you see are illusions
Unable to see the truth
As I cast this spell of confusion

[It’s ineffective. Ginger places her hand on the ground and the floor begins to shake. Phoebe looks over to see a mist entering the room.]

Phoebe: Paige! Orb us to the attic!

[Paige and Phoebe orb out.]

Int. Apartment-Night

[Piper and Jen walk in. The apartment is a wreck.]

Jen: You can leave now.

[Piper looks over at a picture on the refrigerator of Jen, her husband, her daughter, and her son.]

Piper: Is that your family?

Jen: Is that your business?

Piper: Listen. I know this is strange, but I was meant to save you. To help you?

Jen: And I thought I was drunk.

[Jen reaches into her cabinet and pulls out some whisky. She unscrews the top and drinks some.]

Piper (to herself): This is going to be harder than I thought.

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Phoebe and Paige orb in. The room is dark, only the moonlight beaming threw the window. Kate is at the ritual table, encircled in large and small candles. She takes another herb and adds it to the smoking cauldron. Phoebe looks over to see the smoke/mist flowing out if the room from under the door crack.]

Phoebe: What is that you’re doing?

Kate: A stunning spell. It should buy us some time. I need to go to my home. I believe there’s a spell that may help us in my Book of Shadows.

[Phoebe and Kate join hands. Phoebe reaches for Paige’s. Paige yanks her hand away. She gives them an evil smile.]

Paige: Athame!

[The athame from the ritual table orbs into Paige’s hand. Phoebe quickly gives her sister a roundhouse kick and runs out with Kate. Paige gets back up.]

Paige: Ready, or not. Here I come.

Act 3

Int. Kate’s House-Living Room-Night

[Phoebe and Kate walk in. Phoebe takes a seat on the couch as Kate quickly walks to her altar.]

Kate (while searching): There may be a spell to “Undo a Spell” in my Book of Shadows.

[Kate pulls out her Book of Shadows and joins Phoebe on the couch. She begins to flip through it.]

Phoebe: My sister can sense me. She’ll be here any minute.

(Later)

[Phoebe and Kate are at Kate’s ritual table. In front of them is a cauldron. Inside the cauldron is a large black candle, about an inch above the cauldron. Phoebe takes an athame and is about to cut an herb when Kate stops her.]

Kate: Use the boline. We never use athames for cutting on the physical plane. And is that the athame that was on my side table?

Phoebe: Yes, why?

Kate: Good. I just wanted to make sure you weren’t using my old athame. Never use an athame more that once or twice. It collects too much negative energy.

[Phoebe adds the herb to the cauldron. Kate adds a quart of water to the cauldron. Phoebe picks up the athame.]

Kate: Allow the magic from you to enter the athame. Let the athame share your power.

[Phoebe takes the athame and pricks her finger. She allows her blood to drop into the cauldron. Zarias appears. Paige orbs in. Kate squints her eyes. Paige grabs her head in pain.]

Zarias (to Paige): Knock it off! Orb something!

Kate: Don’t let her distract you, Phoebe. Allow the black candle to stand for the magic that has corrupted your sister. Let the good in your blood extinguish the evil.

[Phoebe concentrates. The water begins to rise and eventually reaches the wick and extinguishes. Zarias, outraged, disappears.]

Paige: What’s going on?

Int. Jens’s Apartment-Night

[Piper and Jen walk in. The apartment is trashed. Piper takes a seat on the couch. She stops, feeling uncomfortable. She reaches into the couch and pulls out a bottle of “Jack Daniels“. Jen reaches into her cabinet and grabs some whiskey. Jen drinks some. Piper looks on the refrigerator to see a picture of Jen, her husband, her daughter, and her son.]

Piper: I have two boys. Two and One. Chris just actually turned one.

Jen: Yeah. Kayla just turned ten. I wasn’t invited to the party though. I bet Chris’ birthday party was nice, wasn’t it?

Piper (thinking): Actually…

Jen :Why are you still here?

Piper: To help you.

Jen: I don’t need help!

[Her bottle of whiskey drops to the floor, shattering. She sinks to her knees, crying. Piper walks over to her, hugging her.]

Piper: You have a family. I know they love you. I know they do. Your kids need their mother. Don’t take your family for granted.

[Piper stops, realizing she should take her own advice.]

Int. Kate’s House-Living Room-Night

[Kate walks in, giving Paige a glass of water and an aspirin.]

Phoebe: What power did you use on her?

Kate: Telepathy. Mine has grown to the extent where I can fill one’s mind with my thoughts. Giving someone a hell of a headache.

Paige: Was it that bad?

Phoebe (sarcastically teasing): No. Just the usual. You trying to kill me.

[Paige laughs)

Paige: I’m glad it was nothing serious.

Kate: We need to prepare for my coven’s next attack.

Phoebe: Well, you’ve helped me and my sister a lot. I think we can come up with something.

Paige: Can’t we use the same stunning ritual, and then the ritual to undo a spell?

[Zarias appears behind Phoebe.]

Zarias: No. That’s not a good idea. Why don’t you write a spell?

Phoebe: No. I’ll write a spell.

Paige: We’ll need a Power of Three spell to use against the coven.

[Kate concentrates, reading Phoebe’s mind.]

*Telepathic*

Phoebe: *Yes. I agree. Bad idea.*

[Kate sends Paige a telepathic message.]

Kate: *Phoebe is being controlled by Zarias. Try to orb him out of here.*

[Paige nods.]

Paige: Zar…

[Suddenly, an explosive ball sends Paige across the room. Phoebe is knocked out of her trance, so she is seeing Paige on the floor. Kate looks up to see the coven. Taylor creates a ring of fire around Kate, Phoebe, and an unconscious Paige.]

End of Act 3

Act 4

[Zarias appears behind Phoebe.]

Zarias: There’s nothing you can do. You’re meant to die.

Kate: Phoebe, we need to think of something.

[Phoebe is silent. Sam creates an explosive ball. She goes to throw it at Kate. Kate braces for the hit when it freeze. Kate opens her eyes to see the coven is frozen. Zarias is frozen as well. Piper walks over to Kate.]

Piper: I’m Paige and Phoebe’s sister.

[Paige begins to wake up. Paige grabs Phoebe and Kate and orbs them out of the ring of fire, next to Piper.]

Piper: Why did the witches freeze?

Phoebe: They’re not good witches.

(Later)

[Piper, Phoebe, and Paige are at the ritual table. They concentrate and the water begins to rise. The fire from the candle extinguishes. The coven unfreezes, confused.]

Chloe: Kate? Who are they?

Piper: Awesome ritual.

Kate: Now is not the time. We need to vanquish Zarias.

Paige: With Zarias in the room, there’s too much negative energy.

Phoebe: The pentacle. It absorbs negative energy.

[Phoebe places the pentacle on the floor and it glows. Piper takes the broom in the corner and begins to sweep around the ritual table. ]

Piper: Sweep away evil sprits.

[Kate looks on, smiling.]

Kate: I have taught you witches well.

[The coven and the sisters join at the table, each adding correct ingredients.]

Taylor: Wait. What if Zarias were to get into our heads again?

[Piper and Kate both grab the lavendar at the same time.]

Piper (smiling): I’ll get the apples, right?

[Kate and Piper join the other at the table as the force-field appears around them. The cauldron begins to smoke]

Ginger: We nailed the vanquishing spell.

[She hands the sisters a piece of paper.]

Sisters: As your voice opens one’s mind
Coven: These words shall open your death
Coven and Sisters: And the two shall intertwine
Sisters: With the Power of Three
Coven: And this coven combine
Sisters: Your ability to suggest one’s actions we bind
Coven :As we now control you
Coven and Sisters: And we suggest you die!

[The cauldron blows as Zarias screams in pain and vanquishes.]

Int. Rehabilitation Center-Day

[Piper and Jen are heading for the doors.]

Jen: Thank you so much for coming with me. You don’t know how much this means to me.

Piper: You didn’t even have to ask. I’ve got a surprise, too.

[Piper and Jen walks outside. Jen stops as she sees her husband and two kids. She runs over to her family. The family shares a hug. Piper looks on, smiling.]

Ext. Manor-Porch-Night

[Phoebe, Paige, Leo and the boys walk up the steps.]

Leo: Thank you so much for getting the boys. And for getting me.

[Leo opens the door and walks inside. He turns on the light to see the house decorate with birthday decorations. A group of people walk in.]

People: Surprise!

[Piper walks to Leo.]

Leo: What made you change your mind?

Piper: I learned a little lesson.

[Piper and Leo kiss. Piper takes Chris. She leads him to the table with his presents and birthday cake.]

(Three Months Later)

Int. Underworld-Nadia’s Lair-Eternal Night



Nadia: Get up! We have guest!

[Without hesitation, the girl quickly scrambles to her feet. She allows her hands to pass through the metal bars. A demon shimmers in. In his hand, a metal pendant with an ornate inscription. He hands the pendant to Nadia.]

Demon: My ability to shimmer for a vision.

[Nadia smiles, and gestures towards the cage in which the girl is imprisoned. The girl braces herself as the demon places his hands on her.]

*Vision*

Int. Witches’ House-Night

[The demon throws an energy ball at a witch. The witch quickly deflects it back at him. The energy ball connects with the demon, and he is instantly vanquished.]

*End of Vision*

[The girl opens her eyes, still shaken from her vision. She quickly runs to the back of the cage as the demon begins to electrocute and vanquishes. Just as in her vision. Nadia runs to the cage in excitement.]

Nadia: You did it! You brought death to the present!

[Nadia begins to open the cage. Realizing this is her only chance, the girl quickly snatches the pendant from Nadia and uses it to shimmer out. Fear and confusion quickly take over Nadia’s face as a demon, only seen by Nadia, flames in.]

Nadia: Please! No!

[Nadia screams as a swarm of molten beams engulf her and she is vanquished. The demon turns to reveal himself as none other than…Zankou. Zankous steps on Nadia’s ashes.]

Zankou: I guess I’ll have to do it myself.

[And with that statement, Zankou flames out.]

Act 1

Ext. Park-Day

[Phoebe and Piper are sitting on the benches. Wyatt is playing in the sandbox, and Chris is in his stroller in front of Piper. Other kids are playing around the park as well.]

Piper: How did your breakfast date go?

Phoebe: So good we’re having a dinner date tonight. God, I’m loving this summer hiatus. I hope it stays this way now that it’s fall. Demon attacks haven’t been this low in a while.

Piper: I know what you mean. I can take the boys to the park. Leo and I…

Phoebe: Ewww. So don’t need that mental image.

[Piper and Phoebe laugh, enjoying what seems to be a normal day. Paige joins them.]

Paige: Hey, strangers.

Piper: How’d it go with Mary?

Paige: Good. I must say I’m getting good at the pep talks. I think I might be able to give Leo a run for his money.

[The sisters laugh.]

Paige: Look at the hottie over there.

[The camera turns to show a man, muscular, mid-30’s, wearing a business suit sitting at table. Looking around as if he’s lost someone. Angered, he snatches the paper of the table. He he grabs it, it tears. The wind carries it through the air, and it lands in front of Phoebe's feet. She picks up the paper. Phoebe gasps as she receives a premonition.]

*Premonition*

[The business man suddenly transforms into his demonic form and throws a fireball at the teenage girl.]

*End of Premonition*

Phoebe: Yeah, well that hottie has a hot hand. Piper, freeze the park. Everyone but him.

[Piper gestures, freezing the park.]

[The man looks around, and notices the sisters aren’t frozen. He transforms into his demonic form and throws a fireball at the sisters. Piper gestures, blowing it up.]

Phoebe: Piper. Watch the innocents. Paige and I will handle him.

[Paige takes Phoebe’s hand and orbs out. They orb back in, behind the demon. The demon goes to hit them. Phoebe ducks, and punches him in the stomach. She turns, giving him a spiral kick to the face. He drops to the ground. He looks up and sees the girl shimmer in, a few feet away from Piper. The demon shimmers out. Piper is about to blow up the girl when the demon shimmers in the way, causing her to blast the demon.The demon races back to his feet and throws a fireball at the girl. The girls shimmers out, and then back in. Paige and Phoebe finally meet back with Piper. The demon takes the girl by the throat. The girl places her hands on the demon's face.]

Phoebe: Piper! Blow him up!

[But before she can gesture, the demon blows up.]

Piper: Who are you? And how did you do that?

Girl: That’s how you were going to vanquish him, right?

Int. Police Station-Darryl’s Office-Day

[Darryl is in his office on the phone. He looks up to see none other than…Inspector Sheridan.]

Darryl (on the phone): Let me call you back.

[Darryl hangs up the phone.]

Sheridan: Good to see you, too, Darryl.

Darryl: You’re back.

Sheridan: I told you I was only getting away for the summer.

Darryl :Well, welcome back.

Sheridan: Well, I would believe you if it weren’t for the look of fear in your eyes.

[Sheridan walks out, satisfied and confident.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Day

[Paige is on the couch. Piper puts Wyatt and Chris in the play-pens as Phoebe is at the Book of Shadows. The girl, now showered, walks in.]

Piper: Sorry. About the clothes. They’re from when I was in the tenth grade.

Girl: Thank you. They’re more than fine.

Paige: So what's your name, honey?

Girl: Cassandra. Just call me Cassie. Although, none of the demons ever have.

Phoebe: Cassandra? You wouldn’t happen to be a Cassandra, would you?

Cassandra: Yes. You’ve heard of my family?

Phoebe (reading): According to Greek mythology, Cassandra was once one of the most beautiful women that graced the Earth. The God Apollo made her a prophet due to his infatuation with her. But the feeling was not mutual. Apollo cursed Cassandra to tell the truth, but for no one to ever believe her. But the myth left out that Cassandra had a twin sister, also known as Cassandra. Only meaning to give the well-known Cassandra the curse, her sister was cursed by Apollo as well. Forced only to see death and misery. The sister vowed that each generation of her family descending from her would become more and more powerful until the chosen one was born. She would be able to bring death and misery to the present and… (she looks up) It’s torn.

Paige: So she’s the solo Charmed One of the Cassandras?

Piper: I know you’re one of our innocents, but how did you shimmer? Are Cassandras demonic?

[Cassandra hands Piper the pendant.]

Cassandra: My master, Nadia, uses it to absorbs the powers of her customers. The ones that make me see their deaths.

[Phoebe flips through the Book of Shadows.]

Phoebe: Nadia, an upper-level sorceress who is also the keeper of the Cassandras. About half-century ago, she kidnapped the current Cassandra and ever since has had them in her possession. She allows demons to see their deaths, in exchange for power. She has become very powerful over the past centuries. That which are not all known. (she looks up at her sisters) Ladies, I think our summer hiatus is officially over.

Act 2

Int. Manor-Attic-Day

[Paige flashes Piper a piece of paper as she walks into the room. Cassandra is on the couch.]

Paige: I nailed the vanquishing spell. I called upon all past Cassandras to help bring her death to the present.

[Piper walks next to her sister and turns to Cassandra.]

Piper: Phoebe just put the boys down for their naps. When she comes back, tell her we went to vanquish Nadia.

Cassandra: Won’t you need the Power of Three?

Paige: We just want to try with us two first. We don’t want to have to bring you to the underworld unless absolutely necessary.

[Cassandra nods understandingly and watches as Piper and Paige orb out. Just as they orb out, two bounty hunters shimmer in. One quickly throws a fireball at Cassandra, who jumps behind the couch.]

Bounty Hunter: You can’t hide for long…

[He is interrupted by Phoebe who turns him to face her. She gives him a roundhouse kick to the body, knocking him down. The other bounty hunter goes to send a fireball at Phoebe. Phoebe quickly ducks and gives the demon a leg sweep. The other demon grabs Phoebe by the throat and lifts her into the air. The demon suddenly becomes covered in a swarm of molten beams and is vanquished, dropping Phoebe to the floor. Phoebe looks up to see Cassandra. Cassandra places her hand on the other bounty hunter. Just like the other, he is vanquished. Cassandra sinks to her knees. Phoebe looks at Cassandra, who is obviously sad.]

Phoebe: It hurts to do that, doesn’t it? Regardless of good or evil, death is death.

[Cassandra slowly nods yes. Phoebe thinks, trying to cheer her up.]

Phoebe: Hey. Once we get this all settled, how about me and my sisters strip your powers? You’ll never have to worry about seeing death again.

[Cassandra gives Phoebe a soft smile.]

Cassandra: You remind me of my mother. She died when I was young.

Phoebe: I know how you feel. My mother was murdered when I was two and half. I mean, I had my Grams to raise me, but no one can ever replace your mother.

Cassandra (tearing up): Yeah, but it wasn’t your fault that your mother was killed. It was mine when my mother was killed. Nadia killed her once I was seven. Felt there was no need for two Cassandras. If I weren’t born-

[Phoebe stops her.]

Phoebe: If you weren’t born, you wouldn’t be helping me and my sisters right now. You wouldn’t be helping the next generation of your family. Come here.

[Phoebe gives Cassandra a hug as she cries.]

Int. Underworld-Nadia’s Lair-Eternal Night

[Paige and Piper orb in. They look around to see none other than a number of bounty hunters against the wall. As they prepare to throws energy balls at them, Piper quickly freezes them.]

Piper: My powers aren’t that strong down here. They’ll unfreeze soon. We have to find Nadia.

Paige: I think I found her.

Piper: Where?

Paige: You’re standing on her.

[Piper looks down to see she's standing on a pile ash. She bends over and picks up a pair of earrings, that are the same as those seen in Nadia’s portrait.]

Paige: She had style.

[Piper gives her youngest sister a look for desperate help.]

Paige (shrugging): Well, she did.

Piper: Wait. If Nadia was already vanquished, who is sending the bounty hunters?

Paige: Let’s not stick around to find out. We’ll have to check the Book.

[Paige orbs herself and her oldest sister out. As they do, the bounty hunters unfreeze and Zankou flames in.]

Zankou: Fools! You have allowed the sisters to figure out our plan. (He thinks) On the other hand, maybe you didn’t.

Int. Manor-Attic-Day

[Piper and Paige orb back in to see Phoebe and Cassandra talking and laughing.]

Phoebe (laughing): And then there was this one time when I was caught for sticking gum in my teacher’s chair in high school.

Piper: Nadia is vanquished.

[Piper begins to flip through the Book of Shadows.]

Phoebe: That’s great.

Paige: Only problem is “we” didn’t vanquish her. Which means someone else has been sending the bounty hunters.

[Phoebe gets up to help her sisters. As she does, she slightly touches Cassandra. She gasps as she receives a premonition.]

*Premonition*

Int. Manor-Unknown Room-Night

[Cassandra is sent flying into a wall by an energy ball.]

*End of Premonition*

Cassandra: What? What did you see?

Phoebe: Your death.

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Early Evening

[Paige is sitting on the couch. Phoebe is pacing across the room. Piper walks in, holding Chris, while Wyatt is holding her hand. She places Chris down to play with his toys.]

Piper: Phoebe, you sure you don’t want to eat?

Phoebe: No, I’m fine. Thanks. Where’s Cassie?

Piper: Attic. She just got done eating.

[Leo teleports in, similar as he did in “Something Wicca This Way Goes”. Piper gives him a kiss.]

Leo: I didn’t find anything. Sorry.

Paige: Well, at least you tried.

Leo: You guys can’t just give up because magic school didn’t have the answers. You’re the Charmed Ones. The most powerful witches this world has ever known. You cannot allow yourselves to give up. Paige, go check with the Elders. See if they know anyone Nadia worked with. Piper, check the Book for any demons that have been seen by a Cassandra. And Phoebe, you need to go talk to Cassandra. Make sure she knows everything is going to work out. See if both of your guys' powers can come together to see who is sending the bounty hunters.

Paige: Nope. He still blows me out of the water.

[Piper smirks as Paige orbs out. Piper pulls the Book of Shadows that lays open on the coffee table in front of her and begins to search through it. Phoebe heads up the stairs.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Phoebe walks in to see Cassandra looking out of the window, observing the quiet night.]

Cassandra (still looking): I’ve never seen anything so peaceful. Something so happy. (She turns to face Phoebe).

Phoebe: Everything’s going to work out. You know that, right?

Cassandra: That’s exactly what my mother told me before she was killed.

Phoebe: Your mother sounds like a great person. Well then again, anyone that I remind you about has to be great.

[Phoebe and Cassandra laugh.]

Cassandra: Thank you. So much. You don’t know what you’ve done for me.

Phoebe: Ditto.

[The handset rings. Phoebe goes to it when Cassandra seaks.]

Cassandra: It’s Keith. He’s going to cancel for tonight. In fact, he’s not going to call back after that either. I had a vision of it when I touched the phone earlier.

Phoebe: See, your powers are powerful. To see one’s death may be hard, and it may feel evil. But when you stop that vision from happening… To save someone’s life…it’s indescribable. It feels so good.

Piper (off screen): Phoebe!

Phoebe: I’ll be right back.

[Phoebe begins to walk out when she turns back around. Phoebe doesn’t say anything, but hands Cassandra a piece of paper. Phoebe walks out. Cassandra unfolds the paper and reads, “To Summon a Sprit”. Cassandra smiles, knowing exactly what Phoebe meant.]

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Night

[Phoebe walks in. She notices Paige has returned.]

Phoebe: What did you find out?

Piper: When Paige and I went to the underworld, were you attacked by any bounty hunters?

Phoebe: Yeah. Cassie vanquished them. Why?

Leo: How were they vanquished? The person who hired them usually vanquishes bounty hunters. If we were able to see what powers were used to vanquish the bounty hunters, we might be able to I.D. the demon.

Phoebe: I think…

[Phoebe is interrupted as she hears Cassandra yell.]

Cassandra (off-screen): Phoebe!

Piper: Leo, the boys!

[Leo nods as the sisters run up the stairs.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Cassandra backs up a few feet as a now-resurrected Nadia approaches her.]

Nadia: You thought you could get away from me?!

[Nadia creates an energy ball and throws it at Cassandra.]

Paige (off-screen): Energy Ball!

[The energy ball orbs into Paige’s hand. Paige throws it back at Nadia. It connects, sending Nadia flying into the wall.]

Piper: Phoebe, get Cassie out of here!

[Phoebe nods as she leads Cassandra out of the attic.]

Int. Manor-Great Hall-Night

[Phoebe and Cassandra stop at the landing.]

Phoebe: Don’t leave the living room unless my sisters or me come to get you.

[Cassandra nods understandingly. Phoebe begins to run back up the stairs. Cassandra stops her.]

Cassandra: Phoebe, about the spell you gave me…

[Phoebe just gives Cassandra a smile as she runs back up the stairs.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Phoebe runs back in to see Nadia on the ground. Paige pulls out a crumbled piece of paper. The sisters join hands and recite the spell.]

Sisters: Imprisoned for centuries
Spirits of Cassandras past; We call upon thee
No longer shall we suffer Nadia to live
Bring to the present her death and misery

[Golden lights began to circle Nadia. She smiles.]

Nadia: Good vanquishing spell. Too bad I’m not Nadia.

[Nadia revels herself as a shape-shifted Zankou.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Zankou allows a swarm of molten beams to expel from his hands. Piper gestures continuously, trying to blow them all up. Having her preoccupied, Zankou sends an energy ball at her, sending her flying into a table. Phoebe and Paige run over to Piper to make sure she’s ok. She stands back up.]

Piper: How about we call upon some of our own ancestors?

Paige: Crystals! Circle!

[Paige gestures towards Zankou as the crystals orb out. Before they can materialize, Zankou flames out.]

Paige: Is he gone?

Phoebe: For now.

Int. Manor-Sitting Room-Night

[Phoebe walks in. Cassandra looks up at her, relieved.]

Cassandra: Thank God. Did you vanquish Nadia?

Phoebe: Turned out to be Zankou.

Cassandra: Who?

Phoebe: This demon that has been attacking us for almost a year. He got away. My sisters and I will get him, though.

Cassandra: That’s good. I’m just glad you and your sisters are safe.

Phoebe: Yeah. Too bad you’re not.

[Cassandra gives Phoebe a look of confusion. Phoebe is then revealed is a shape-shifted Zankou. Cassandra’s confusion is quickly turned into fear as Zankou sends an energy ball at her. The energy ball sends Cassandra flying into a wall.]

Phoebe: No!

[Phoebe runs in just as a pleased Zankou flames out. Piper and Paige run in, and then stop as see Phoebe holding a dead Cassandra.]

Phoebe (crying): I’m so sorry. This wasn’t your fault.

Paige (soft): Zankou.

[Phoebe looks up, noticing a flurry of golden lights appear, The lights disappear and form into Cassandra.]

Cassandra: Please don’t mourn my death. Celebrate it as the end of my family’s suffering.

Phoebe: But the prophecy…

Cassandra: Nadia knew the prophecy. She told me time and time again. The prophecy said I would bring an end to my family’s suffering. And now I have. Thank you so much, Phoebe. Before my death, you showed me that good did exist in the world.

[Phoebe tries to fake a smile, still crying. Suddenly, another form of golden lights appear. Cassandra turns, facing the beautiful woman who appears.]

Phoebe: Who is she?

Cassandra (smiling): My mother.

[Piper and Paige are now also tearing up. Cassandra and her mother embrace one another, finally together at last. Cassandra turns to face Phoebe. Phoebe gives her a smile.]

Cassandra: You will be a great mother. Don’t ever doubt that.

[Cassandra gives Phoebe a final smile as she takes her mother’s hand. The two begin to be covered in golden lights.]

Cassandra: Thank you.

[And with those final words, Cassandra and her mother travel to the afterlife. Paige and Piper kneel next to their sister.]

Phoebe: I don’t think Cassandra was my innocent.

Piper: Phoebe...

Phoebe: I think I was hers.

[Piper and Paige hug Phoebe as she continues to cry with tears of both sorrow and happiness.]

[Two police cars pull into the parking lot, their sirens blazing. Out of one car, two officers exit. They stay outside, waiting for back-up. Out of the second car, exits Darryl and Sheridan. Darryl and Sheridan run up the stairs and knock of a hotel-room door.]

Sheridan: S.F.P.D. Open up!

Mary (off-screen, screaming): Help me!

[Darryl bust open the door.]

Int. Hotel-Room-Day

[The room is trashed, an obvious struggle has occurred. Jim, possessed by is holding a gun to Mary's head. Mary is hysterical.]

Jim/Zankou: Move, and she’s gone.

Mary (pleading): Please…

Jim: Shut up! Shut Up!

Darryl: Just put the gun down.

[Darryl takes a step closer. Jim/Zankou shoves Mary to the floor and fires at Sheridan. Darryl tackles Sheridan out of the way of the gun’s fire. The two officers hide behind a dresser, Jim/Zankou firing at them. *Mary starts to get up, so Jim/Zankou kneels behind her, aiming his gun at her. Darryl stands up, clearly aims at Jim's hand holding the gun and fires his gun. The bullet seems to be traveling to the Jim's hand, but Zankou TK’s it and it suddenly becomes redirected and connects with Mary. She falls to the ground. The two other officers burst in. Zankou exits Jim's body, and flames out, obviously unseen by the officers. An officer checks Mary's pulse.]

Officer: He’s dead.

Jim: Mary! Mary! You've shot my wife! I wouldn't have killed her! I wouldn't have killed her!

[Darryl’s face drops, realizing what has just occurred.]

Ext. Berkeley-College Campus-Day

[Phoebe walks towards her car. Paige orbs in front of her.]

Phoebe: Paige!

Paige: What? I sensed. No one was here. Have you seen Darryl? I’ve been calling him all day.

Phoebe: He’s probably on duty. And he needs to sort things out. He’s going through a lot right now.

Voice (off screen): Well I think your sensing was off.

[The sisters turn to see a warlock behind them. He quickly punches Paige to the ground. Phoebe turns giving him a punch to the face, and roundhouse kick to the body. She goes for a high kick, but the warlock blocks it, and twist her ankle. He throws into her car. He creates an athame in his hand, and presses Phoebe against the side of car, one hand holding her in place by her neck, the other with the athame in hand. Paige begins to wake up, and looks up, seeing Phoebe’s spare tire under her car.]

Paige: Tire!

[The tire orbs out. Paige redirects the tire towards the warlock, sending him flying. Paige runs over to Phoebe.]

Paige: You ok?

[Phoebe quickly nods as the two sisters run into the car and race off.]

[Piper is sitting at the bar on a stool, doing the clubs budget. Sheila Morris walks in and joins Piper at the bar.]

Piper: Hey Sheila.

[Piper greets Sheila with a smile. Sheila tries to fake a smile.]

Piper (worried): Sheila, what it is?

Sheila: Darryl was in a big shootout today. A woman was killed…

[Sheila blinks, fighting away tears.]

Piper: He's a cop, Sheila. This can't be the first time he's killed in the line of duty.

Sheila: This is different. He shot the victim.

Piper: Oh, no!

Sheila: He’s not the same. I’ve tried to do everything. If you guys can talk to him…

Piper: Of course.

[Piper gives her a hug as Sheila rises and exit’s the nightclub. Piper sighs, hoping everything works out, and returns to her work. A man walks in.]

Piper: I’m sorry sir, we’re not open until nine.

[The man continues to walk in, closer to Piper.]

Piper: Sir…

[The man reveals himself as the same warlock that attacked Phoebe and Paige and blinks out. He blinks back in, behind Piper, grabbing her arms. He uses one hand to keep Piper behind her back, and in the other, creates an athame. Just as the warlock is about to stab her, he blinks out. Piper looks around, and notices Rex walk into the room. He looks at Piper, terrified.]

Rex: Piper, are you ok?

Piper (terrified): I’m not sure.

Int. Police Station-Darryl’s Office-Day
[Darryl is filling out some paperwork. An officer walks in.]

Officer: You have a call on line one.

Darryl (looking down): Tell them I’m busy.

[The officer closes the door, not leaving. Darryl looks up, outraged.]

Darryl :Tell them I’m busy.

Man: No.

Darryl: Who is your supervisor. I’ve never seen you before.>

[The man smiles and reveals himself as the warlock. He closes and locks the door. Darryl pulls out his gun and aims it at the warlock.]

Warlock: You’re not going to kill me, are you?

[Darryl is shaking, his gun towards the warlock. The warlock smiles, knowing he’s hit a button. He blinks out, and blink back in behind Darryl. He grabs Darryl and blinks out.]

Int. Manor-Sitting Room-Day

[Paige is putting a bandage around Phoebe swollen ankle. Piper runs in.]

Piper: Family- (her voice dies down as she looks at Phoebe) meeting. What happen?

Paige: Warlock attack.

Piper: Me too. I barely got away.

Phoebe: Us too.

[The handset rings. Piper answers it.]

Piper: Hey Sheila. Yeah. (beat) Actually, he’s helping us with an innocent. I’m hoping it’ll rise his spirit. (beat) Yeah, I promise. He’s fine. Bye.

[Piper hangs up the phone, and places it on the coffee table.]

Phoebe: What was that about?

Piper: Darryl was a big shoot out today. A *woman, the victim* was killed and I think Darryl’s blaming himself about it.

Paige: That’s awful.

Phoebe: Ok, only one innocent at a time.

Piper: I’m going to go talk to Darryl. You guys try to find the warlocks.

[The handset beeps, acknowledging it’s battering dieing. Phoebe picks it up and gasps as she receives a premonition.]

*Premonition*

Int. Police Station-Darryl’s Office-Day-

[The warlock blinks out with Darryl.]

*End of Premonition*

[Phoebe stops Piper.]

Phoebe: Piper, I don’t think Darryl’s going to be in his office.

Piper: Well where is he going to be at?

Phoebe (concerned): The underworld.

(Later)

[Phoebe and Paige are sitting on the couch. Piper and Leo walk in. Piper places the baby monitor of the table. Leo walks in with the Book of Shadows.]

Leo (reading): Krytin, a warlock descending from the Vernit Coven. The Verit Coven is a group of warlocks who enslave lower level warlocks to do their work. They also gain power ruining a witch’s life. Krytin was the last living of the Vernit Coven. When he first came into his powers, Patricia Halliwell-

Phoebe: Mom.

Leo: Patricia tried to stop him, but he was too powerful and ruined a witch’s life. He was too powerful for her, so she banished him into limbo. He’s not to be released as there is no known vanquish for him.

Paige: So who let Pandora out of the box?

Piper: Zankou.

Act 2

Int. Underworld-Krytin’s Lair-Eternal Night

[Darryl is chained to the wall, begging for mercy. Pacing in front of him I Krytin. Zankou flames in.]

Zankou: Did you find your slaves?

Krytin: Most have been vanquished since my time, but there is enough to help us in battle.

Darryl: Please. I have a family…

Krytin: I don’t gain any power by ruining mortal lives. What purpose does he serve?

Zankou: He knows the sisters more that any one else. When going against the Charmed Ones, you don’t treat them as witches. You treat them as women. If they lose their precious friend, they’ll never forgive themselves.

Krytin: Then kill him!

Zankou: I don’t want to kill him. I want to turn him against the sisters. I’ve studied him. He has doubts about helping the sisters. If we work from that, then you might be able to get the power of The Charmed Ones.

Int. Manor-Attic-Day

[Phoebe is flipping through the Book of Shadows. Paige orbs in.]

Paige: The Elders didn’t know anymore than what the Book said.

[Phoebe closes the Book of Shadows in frustration.]

Phoebe: I know it’s got to be in the Book. Grams would’ve added it after Mom died.

Paige: Then why sit around and wait? We know where Krytin is hiding.

Phoebe: I guess it’s worth a shot.

Paige: Should I get Piper?

Phoebe: No. She seems terrified of him. I don’t know what it is. Come on. Let’s just try to get Darryl.

[Paige grabs Phoebe’s hand and orbs out.]

Int. Underworld-Krytin’s Lair-Eternal Night

[Paige and Phoebe orb into the empty lair. Phoebe grabs her leg in pain.]

Paige: You ok?

Phoebe: Yeah. I’m fine. There’s Darryl.

[Paige runs over to free Darryl from the chains. Darryl tries to jerk away from her.]

Darryl: Stay away from me! You’re evil.

Paige: Darryl. It’s me. Paige.

Darryl: Stay away from me!

[As he yells, twenty or more warlocks blink in.]

Phoebe: We have to get out of here.

Paige: But Darryl…

Phoebe: There’s not going to be anyone to save Darryl if we’re not alive.

[Paige orbs herself and Phoebe out as the warlocks create athames. Krytin blinks in. Followed by Zankou who flames in.]

Krytin: Find them!

[The warlocks nod and blink out.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Day

[Paige and Phoebe orb in. They see Piper standing in front of them, outraged.]

Piper: You went to the underworld, didn’t you?

Leo: Piper…

Piper: No. You guys could’ve gotten killed. Do you want to end up like Mom?

Leo: Piper! Look!

[The sisters turn and look at the table to see the spirit board pointer moving. Leo begins to write down the letters. When finished, he holds up the paper. It reads “SUMMON”.]

(Later)

[The sisters are in front of a circle of white candles. The joins hands and recite the spell.]

Sisters: Hear these words, hear my cry
Spirit from the other side
Come to me, I summon the
Cross now the great divide



Piper: Andy?

Phoebe: What are you doing here?

Andy: It’s good to see you too, Phoebe. (he laughs) Actually, Prue sent me.

Paige: This is Andy?

Andy: You must be Paige. Prue talks about you all the time. She told me to tell you your power was cool too.

Paige: “The” Prue thinks my power is cool?

Piper: Prue? How is…

Andy: I can’t really tell you Piper. All I know is I was sent to help you guys.

Paige: Help us how?

Andy: I don’t know. I was hoping you guys had a plan. What’s the problem?

[As he finishes his question, the warlocks blink in. Piper gestures, quickly blowing up five of them.]

Paige: Athames!

[Paige waves her hand, orbing the number of athames aiming for her and her sisters, back to their owners, vanquishing them. Phoebe stands to help, but quickly falls to floor due to her injury. An athame is heading directly toward her when Piper blows it up. Piper and Paige continue to blow up demons and orbs objects until there they are all vanquished.]

Andy: I don’t think you need to answer that question anymore.

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Phoebe and Paige are talking to Andy.]

Phoebe: Why aren’t you a white-lighter?

Andy: When they asked me to become one, they reminded me I could have no interaction with people from my past lives. Including Prue. So I decided to wait for her, until we could be together again.

Paige: That’s so romantic. You wouldn’t happen to have a brother, would you?

Phoebe: Paige!

[Andy laughs.]

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Night

[Piper is flipping through the Book of Shadows. Leo walks in.]

Leo: The boys are sleeping.

Piper (looking down): Great.

Leo: Piper, are you going to tell me what’s going on?

Piper: I’m fine, ok?!

[Leo holds his wife in his arms as she cries.]

Piper: I know Krytin. I remember him. I had forgotten about it, but all of this is reminding me. I remember it was late at night. I could’ve been older than four or five. I heard noise in the attic. I went inside and saw Mom fighting Krytin. He got away. When I told her I saw the monster, she told me what she always did. That they weren’t real. That they didn’t exists. I believed her. She died the next day.

[The pages of the Book of Shadows begins to flip, and stop on the page about Krytin.]
Leo: Look. That wasn’t there before.

[Piper reads. Below the description of Krytin, it reads: “He was banished on February 28, 1978.]

Piper: That’s the day Mom died.

[It flips once again. On the back, in small letters, reads “The Power of the Heart Will Banish Krytin”.]

Leo: Was that before?

Piper: The Power of the Heart? Paige! Whitelighter’s powers are tied to their hearts. Paige must have the power to banish Krytin.

Int. Underworld-Krytin’s Lair-Eternal Night

[Krytin and Zankou are arguing.]

Krytin: I lost all my slaves!

Zankou: Don’t forget who set you free.

Krytin: Are you threatening me?

>Zankou: My plan will still work. We still have the witch’s friend.

Krytin: You don’t think the sisters will be able to set him free. They’ve already tried.

Zankou: And they failed! Don’t think twice about what I’m saying. We go now!

Int. Manor-Kitchen-Night

[Piper is making a potion. Leo walks in.]

Leo: What’s that for?

Piper: It should get Darryl back to our side.



Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[Piper runs in. She stops, viewing at the situation. Darryl has a gun at both Paige’s and Phoebe’s head. Piper begins to gesture when Krytin blinks in behind her, an athame to her throat.]

Krytin: I’m liking theses odds.

End of Act 3

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

Krytin: One of you move and you’re dead.

[Andy, realizes why he was sent, walks over to Darryl.]

Andy: Darryl, this isn’t you. This is a demon. (He thinks) This is your inner demons. You’re afraid of being evil.

Darryl: Shut up!

Andy: Listen to me, Darryl! You didn't shoot that woman! A demon changed your bullet's path so he could turn you against the sisters! And he's succeeding! Now you’re afraid that everything you’ve done in the past years haven’t been the right choice. You’re afraid…that you’ll end up like me. Listen to me Darryl, you’re a great cop. I know you could never hurt an innocent. And neither could the sisters. You guys are the protector of the innocents. Don’t let Krytin take your innocence away. Fight it!

[Darryl glows, finally realizing his destiny and breaking the spell. He throws the guns to the floor. Zankou flames in, clapping his hand.]

Zankou: Impressive. Although, I don’t why you lied to him. He’s going to end up exactly like you.

[Zankou hurls an energy ball at Darryl. Phoebe pushes him out of the way and braces for the hit. Suddenly…she levitates! The energy ball crashes into the wall as Phoebe drops to the floor. Zankou, outraged, sends Darryl flying into the wall. He turns to Krytin.]

Zankou: Kill her!

Piper: Kill me. If I’m going to die for an innocent, then so be it.

[Krytin screams as he is banished into limbo. As Piper prepares to blast him, Zankou flames out. Andy helps Darryl up.]

Darryl: Andy?

[The two friends hug. The sister hug and smile.]

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Night

[Piper, Leo, Phoebe, Paige, Darryl, and Andy are in the room. In front of them is a circle of white candles. Andy gives Darryl a hug.]

Andy: Be safe man. I better not see you anytime soon.

[They laugh. Andy gives Paige a hug.]

Andy: Don’t put your self under pressure. Prue admires you.

[Andy gives Phoebe a hug.]

Andy: Stay out of trouble.

[They laugh.]

Andy: Stay strong. Things will get better. You’ll find love.

[Last, he gives Piper a hug.]

Andy: Prue’s always’s watching over you guys. She always watching over the boys, too.

[Piper begins to tear up. Andy steps into the circle of candles.]

Andy: You guys take care of your selves. Don’t hesitate on summoning me.

[With that, he begins to become enveloped in a flurry of golden lights and disappears.]

Int. P3-Night

[The sisters and Leo are in the back.]

Phoebe: I was sad to see Andy go.

Paige: Yeah, but at least he helped Darryl.

Phoebe: Not to mention the I’ve gotten my second power back. Hopefully I’ll get my empathy next year.

Leo: Actually, you weren’t even supposed to receive levitation until next year. The Elders had decided to give them back in the same time frame they were received. Which means you must be on the right track if you received levitation so early.

Paige: I’ve always wondered how levitation and premonitions were related.

Leo: Well phoebe gets a vision from psychic energy on an object. It’s that same psychic energy that lifts Phoebe into the air.

[Piper joins them.]

Phoebe: Here comes the witch of the night.

Paige: Yeah, how did you banish Krytin back to limbo.

Piper: Mom died the same day Krytin was banished. So I did the same thing Mom did.

Phoebe: Which is…?

Piper: I was willing to give up my life for the people I love.

[Phoebe places her head on Piper’s shoulder. Paige places her head on Phoebe’s shoulder. A tear rolls down Piper’s cheek.]

Piper: Mom died for us. Not just for those kids. But us.

Paige: No greater love is this, that a man...or woman...lays down her life for a friend.


[The camera fades out on the three sisters, as all three begin to cry.]

[Penny and Patty Halliwell run into the manor. Patty is in her late teens. The two run up the stairs.]

(Note: For now on, Penny will be referred to as Grams, and Patty as Mom)

Int. Manor-Attic-Night

[The mother and daughter run into the attic. Grams waves her hand, using her TK to close the door. She quickly begins to flip through the Book of Shadows.]

Mom: What’s going on, Mom?

Grams: I don’t have time to explain. Just get ready.

Mom: Ready for who? Who are they?

[As she spoke, two women bust in. Both have jet-black hair. One has piercing green eyes. The other has light-brown eyes. The one with green eyes is a couple inches taller than the other as well. The taller one creates a fireball and sends it at Grams and Mom. Mom quickly gestures, freezing it. Grams, still looking through the Book, waves her hand, using her TK to send it back. The two female “demons” create fireballs and sent them at Grams and Mom. Grams uses her TK to send the fireballs back to the woman. The fireballs connect, sending the two demons crashing into the wall. Penny finally finds the page.]

Grams: Patty, now.

[Mom joins her mother at the Book of Shadows, reciting the spell. Patty is confused as she reads the spell.]

Powers of Divinity
Of their presence; Let us be

Int. Manor-Attic-Day-Present

[The three sisters orb in.]

Piper: Ok. Our innocent is saved. Now we need to hurry. DJ’s birthday party started an hour ago.

[Paige and Phoebe nod, agreeing, as Piper, stressed, walks out. Phoebe begins to flip through the Book of Shadows.]

Phoebe: Just want to make sure we really vanquished Ryth.

[Phoebe continues to flip through the Book of Shadows, then gasps as she receives a premonition.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Night-Past

[The two female demons are banished.]

[As Phoebe opens her eyes from the vision, a flurry of white lights appears and forms into the two female demons. The taller one creates a fireball. Phoebe runs over to Paige. The two sisters join hands and back up.]

Tall Women: What’s wrong? You don’t recognize your own family?

[Phoebe and Paige take a pace backwards. Both women send fireballs towards Phoebe and Paige.]

Paige (calling/gesturing): Fireballs!

[The two fireballs orb out, and orb back in, crashing into the wall. Phoebe gives the taller women a kick to the stomach, knocking her down. The shorter one throws a fireball at Phoebe.
Phoebe ducks, and gives the woman a leg sweep.]

Paige (calling/gesturing): Dresser!

[The dresser in the corner orbs out. It orbs back in, flying towards the two women. The taller woman throws up her hands, freezing the dresser. The two woman join hands and blink out.]

(Later)

[Phoebe and Paige are sitting on the couch. In front of them is Leo.]

Leo: You’re sure they said family?

Phoebe: I’m positive!

Leo: I’m just trying to make sure.

Phoebe (apologizing): I know. It’s just I’m just a little jumpy. It not every day we’re attacked by family.

Paige: Well, actually there was the time you…

Phoebe: Don’t finish that.

[Piper walks in, holding candles. She places them down, creating a circle. She begins to light them.]

Leo: What are you doing?

Piper: Getting to the bottom of this.
Hear these words, hear my cry
Spirit from the other side
Come to me, I summon the
Cross now the great divide



Grams: Well don’t just stand there. You haven’t summoned me in a year. The least you could do is give your Grams a hug.

[The sisters give Grams a hug.]

Grams: So what’s going on?

Paige: Our family attacked us.

Grams: Family? You girls aren’t fighting, are you?

Phoebe: Of course not. It was two women. They threw fireballs. And one could freeze.

[Grams’ expression quickly becomes scared.]

Piper: Grams? I know that face. What’s wrong?

[Grams walks over to the trunk and begins to search through it. Finally, she pulls out the family tree and lays it across the top of the trunk. She uses her TK to keep it open.]

Grams: What was hid in the darkness
Shall now be revealed in the light
Let the invisible now become visible
To our sight

[Two names appear, extending below the name “P.Russell”.]

Phoebe: My past life had children? I thought she was killed before she could have any?

Grams: Yes, Penelope Russell had twin daughters. A week before she died. Pearl and Priscilla Russell. A warlock, Anton, was the father.

Paige: Good to know I wasn’t the first hybrid.

Grams: And then of course, there was Priscilla Bowen…

Leo: Prue’s past life.

Grams: Yes. She had a daughter. Phoebe Bowen. She and I were very close. She helped me raise Patty after Jack died. She is Phoebe's namesake. She died when Patty was pregnant with Prue. And then there was Patricia Baxter. My mother. Who, of course, had me.

Leo: I’m going to go check on the boys.

[He walks out.]

Piper: Why weren’t Pearl and Priscilla included on the family tree?

Grams: Originally they were, but later their names were hidden to ensure no one would know of them. But I don’t understand how they were released. The spell to banish them clearly stated that they could only be released if their mother saw them. You didn’t resurrect their mother, did you?

Phoebe: Well, we have the same soul. And I don’t exactly have 20/20 vision. They must’ve been released when I had my premonition.

Piper: Why were they banished in the first place?

Grams: Well when my mother and my aunts…

Paige: Aunts? I thought there was only three cousins.

Grams: Actually, Penelope was also a twin. Once again, not identical. She had a sister, Patience. The two were kidnapped by a demon when they were infants. Their mother was able to locate the demon, but only found Penelope. After her cousins killed Penelope, they discovered Patience was alive. She was found by mortals and raised as their own.

Phoebe: I wouldn’t be surprised if that was you, Paige. I mean, I doubt The Evil Enchantress was your only past life.

[Phoebe touches the family tree, reading over it. She gasps as she receives a premonition.]

*Premonition*

Int. Manor-Great Hall-Past

[Pearl and Priscilla throw a fireball at Phoebe Bowen and Patricia Baxter, killing them.]

*End of Premonition*

Piper: Phoebe, please tell me that wasn’t a premonition.

Phoebe: I saw you and Prue’s past lives being killed by Pearl and Priscilla.

Grams: Of course. They’re going to travel to the past. Let their mother live…

Paige: And change our family history.

Int. Cemetery-Day

[The sisters are walking around.]

Phoebe: Grams said they would return to their mother’s grave. It’s where they’re most powerful.

Paige: Look!

[Piper and Phoebe look up to see a portal. Pearl and Priscilla run through it.]

Phoebe: Come on. We gotta stop them.

Piper: God, I hate time travel.

[The sisters join hands and run through the portal. The portal closes behind them.]

Int. Manor-Great Hall-Past (1924)

[Piper looks around. People are dancing, listening to music.]

Piper: Paige? Phoebe?

[Past Paige walks over to Piper.]

Past Paige: What are you wearing?

[Piper laughs.]

Piper: You look ridiculous.

Past Paige: Excuse me!

Piper: Paige?

Past Paige: Patience.

[Piper flashes Past Paige a fake smile, runs off.]

Int. Conservatory-Day-Past

[People are lining up to get their picture taken. OUR Piper bumps into OUR Paige.]

Piper: Paige, thank God. I ran into your…

Paige: Past life. Me too. Did you know you were married to that Dan guy Phoebe told me about?

Piper: Yeah. He’s Grams’ father. Where’s Phoebe?

Paige: There she is!

Piper: There she is!

[Piper points to the left, Paige to right. Paige is pointing to Past Phoebe. Piper is pointing to
OUR Phoebe. Pearl blinks in behind Our Phoebe. Priscilla blinks in behind Past Phoebe. Each of them grabs a Phoebe and blink out.]

Paige: Halliwell, we have a problem.

Int. Manor-Kitchen-Day-Present

[Chris is in his high chair eating. Leo is at the table with Wyatt. Grams runs her hand through Chris’ hair.]

Grams: He’s gotten so big. Well, not compared to when I first met him. Oh, you know what I mean.

[Leo laughs.]

Leo: I’ve been thinking about it. Why were Pearl and Priscilla banished in the first place? They were raised good, right?

Grams: My mother and aunts kept the secret from Pearl and Priscilla. But Pearl finally had a premonition of what happened. When they discovered their mother was murdered, they went after them. They succeeded in killing my aunt Priscilla, and ran away. They returned a few years later attacking Patty and me. We were able to banish them. But if they succeeded in changing the past, not only will history be changed…

Leo: But the Halliwell line will become evil.

[Leo and Grams look at the boys, nervously.]

Int. Apartment-Day-Past

[Pearl and Priscilla blink in, each with a Phoebe.]

Priscilla: You fool! You brought the witch from the future!

[OUR Phoebe gives Pearl an elbow to the stomach, and flips her. She gives Priscilla a roundhouse kick to the face. Past Phoebe creates a fireball, prepares to throw it at the three women.]

Past Phoebe: Why are we at Anton’s? Why…

[Past Phoebe clutches her stomach and drops to her knees. Suddenly, her stomach expands, revealing her true pregnant appearance. Anton blinks in.]

Anton: Who are you? Penny?

[He grabs the athame of the table.]

Past Phoebe: The baby’s coming.

Priscilla: We’re your daughters from the future. We came to protect you. If we hadn’t gotten out of there, you would’ve revealed yourself pregnant to your cousins. And later, they would’ve killed you in exactly a week today.

Anton: Where’d the other witch go?

[They look around, Phoebe is missing. The door to the apartment is open.]

Pearl: Don’t worry about her. We’ll take care of her.

[Pearl and Priscilla blink out.]

Int. Motel-Day-Past (1924)

[The sisters, now in attire that matches the time, are sharing ideas.]

Phoebe: Ok, a party at the manor starts in an hour. We go there, and ask our past lives for help.

Piper: I don’t think it’s going to be that easy. They’re not going to let us waltz in their without asking questions. I mean, we look the same, but how many demons do they know that can probably shapeshift? I mean Anton himself can glamour.

Paige: What if we tap into our powers? I did when I traveled to my past life
.
Phoebe: I can’t tap into anything of my past life. I could become evil. Obviously my soul hasn’t grown that much. Each lifetime I’ve become evil. Fell in love with evil…

Piper: Phoebe…

Phoebe (interrupting): Patience doesn’t even know she’s a witch, so it’s going to be up to you, Piper.

Int. Manor-Attic-Day-Present

[Grams is flipping through the Book of Shadows. Leo enters.]

Leo: Find anything to bring the sisters back?

Grams: Unfortunately, no. I’m beginning to get nervous, Leo. The sisters are up against them without any powers.

Leo: I never understood where Phoebe and Prue got their powers. Obviously, throwing fire and blowing ice did not come from Melinda Warren.

Grams: Each of their fathers were male witches.

Leo: I think I have an idea to save the sisters.

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Day-Past

[The sisters are in line to get their picture taken. As Phoebe and Paige talk, Piper tries to glance over the line to look at Past Prue.]

Phoebe (to Piper): You ready?

Piper: What? Oh, yeah.

Phoebe: Just concentrate. You can do this. Remember the plan.

[Piper takes a deep breath and concentrates. She gestures, and freezes the entire manor.
Past Prue looks up to see the woman she is taking a picture of is now frozen. She looks around and sees only Phoebe.]

Past Prue: Penny!

[Past Prue blows the ice mist at the sisters. Piper gestures, freezing it. Past Piper runs to Past Prue. The two stop, looking at the sisters.]

Past Piper: Shape-shifters!

[She gestures, only freezing Paige and Phoebe.]

Past Prue: Who are you?

[Piper is speechless. She gestures, unfreezing Phoebe and Paige. Patience walks in.]

Patience: What in the hell…

[She faints.]

Piper: We’re your future lives. We’ve come to warn you that two warlocks are after you.

Past Prue: Prove it.

Piper: How else do you think I could tap into Patty’s power?

Past Piper: Why didn’t they freeze? If you’re good witches…

Paige: My past life, Patience, doesn’t even know she’s a witch.

Phoebe: And my past life is evil.

Past Prue: But if you’re good, then you could still tap into her powers and they wouldn't overwhelm you. You could still remain good. Do it.

Piper: Phoebe, you can do this. You’re good. You know that.

[Phoebe concentrates. She begins to shake, nervously. A fireball forms in her hand. Suddenly, a fireball crashes through the window. The manor unfreezes. Pearl and Priscilla blink in. They begin to hurl fireballs around the manor, causing it to catch on fire. The guests run around frantically. Some try to leave, but Pearl blocks the door. Past Piper gestures, freezing Pearl and Priscilla, allowing the guest to leave.]

Phoebe: We need to get to the book and stop this.

[Past Prue and Piper run up the stairs. The sisters follow.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Past

[Past Piper flips through the Book of Shadows.]

Past Piper: There’s nothing in here!

Phoebe (smirking): Some souls never change.

Piper: And some do.

[Piper and Phoebe share a smile. Suddenly, Patience runs in.]

Patience: There’s a fire!

[Suddenly, Pearl and Priscilla blink in. Pearl quickly hurls a fireball towards Past Piper. Past Prue shoves her out of the way. The fireball grazes Past Prue’s shoulder, sending her flying into the wall.]

Past Piper: Priscilla!

Int. Manor-Attic-Day-Present

[Leo is on the couch. Grams walks in with a potion.]

Grams: You ready?

Leo: I guess so.

[Grams hands Leo the potion. She picks up the Book of Shadows.]

Grams: The potion should direct the magic intended for me to you. Now I had to reword the spell a little.

[Leo drinks the potion as Grams recites a spell.]

Grams: In this time and in this place
Take this soul that I displace
Bring it forth, while I go back
To stop the souls so black

Int. Manor-Attic-Past

[The sisters back up as Pearl and Priscilla walk closer. Just as Pearl is about to throw a fireball at her, Past Leo runs in.]

Past Leo: No!

[Pearl and Priscilla turn to Past Leo, outraged. Realizing this is her only chance; Past Prue blows ice, literally freezing Pearl and Priscilla.]

Patience: Can someone please tell me what’s going on? Is this some kind of hoax?

[Past Leo hands Piper a piece of paper.]

Past Leo: It’s me.

Paige: Leo?

Leo: I traded bodies with my past life. Tap into your past-life powers to cast the spell. Trust me, I’ve got a plan.

Sisters: Powers of the witches rise
Come to us across the skies
Return our magic; Give it back
All that was taken from this attack

[Leo hands Past Prue a piece of paper.]

Leo: Patience, cast the spell with them.

Patience: Spell?

Leo: It’s either that or death.

[Patience walks over to Past Piper and Past Prue.]

Leo: Tap into the power of three. Send them back to the future.

Past Prue, Piper, and Paige: A time for everything
And for everything it’s place
Return what has been moved
Through time and space

[White lights engulf Pearl, Priscilla, and The Sisters and they disappear.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Present-Day



Piper: Grams?

[Paige reaches for The Book of Shadows. The Book glows and jumps off the podium onto the ground.]

Paige: Ladies, I think history has been changed.

End of Act 3

Act 4

Int. Manor- Attic-Present

[Piper is pacing around the room.]

Piper: History’s been changed. How can history change?

Phoebe: Well obviously not that much has changed, as we still exist. I think we’re just evil in the future. Or present. Or whatever the hell we’re in.

Paige: The question is, how do we get out of this one? Wyatt’s not here to save us this time.

Piper: No. But we could take a page out of Chris’s book. Come on, I’ve got an idea.

(Later)

[Piper walks away from the wall to join her sisters. Now on the wall is a triquetra.]

Piper: Ready?

[Piper lights a candle.]

Sisters: Let our lesson be learned

[The sisters blow out the candle. Phoebe unfolds a piece of paper. The sisters recite the spell.]

Sisters: Hear these words; Hear the rhyme
Heed the hope within our minds
Send us back to which we’ll find
What has changed space and time

[The triquetra becomes a portal. The sisters join hands as step through.]

Paige: There they are!

[Paige points to Pearl and Priscilla as they prepare to travel to the past. They run to their
mother’s grave.]

Sisters: In a reality where only one set can stay
Let both souls remain
And remember the actions of this day

[The sisters fade away. Suddenly, just as in Act 1, the sisters orb in.]

Piper: It worked.

[Paige orbs herself and her sisters out. They orb back in behind Pearl and Priscilla. Piper grabs Pearl and Phoebe grabs Priscilla as Paige orbs them all out.]

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Day-Present

[The five women orb in. Pearl hurls a fireball at Phoebe. Phoebe jumps out of the way and levitates above the fireball. The fireball crashes into the wall as Phoebe drops to the floor. Piper gestures, blasting the two women across the room.]

Int. Manor-Attic-Day-Present

[The sisters run in. Grams greets them, the spell in hand.]

Phoebe: Your memory stayed, too?

[Pearl and Priscilla blink in. Piper gestures, freezing them. The sisters recite the spell.]

Sisters: Powers of Divinity
Of their presence; Let us be

When seen by their mother
From our sight; Let them vanish
From this manor; Forever banished!

[Lights begin to cover Pearl and Priscilla as they’re banished.]

Int. Manor-Conservatory-Night

[Phoebe and Paige are on the couch. Grams, Leo, and Piper walk in. Piper and Grams are talking.]

Piper: So Phoebe knew that both of the bodies couldn’t exist in the alternate past, so we cast a spell to make sure the one body that did survive remembered the plan. And I guess the spell allowed you and Leo to keep your memories as well.

Grams: Oh, I’m so happy for my girls. You really are turning your lives around. Remember to keep summoning me when you need me. I miss you guys. And your mother and Prue love to hear about you as well.

[The three sisters give Grams a hug as she disappears in a flurry of white lights.]

Int. Manor-Piper’s Room-Next Morning

[Piper is look out the window. Leo walks in and sits next to her.]

Leo: What’s wrong?

Piper: Nothing. I’m just thinking. Thank you for believing in me so much.

[Leo kisses her.]

Leo: I always will.

Piper: Yeah, well I wish I did too.

Leo: What are you talking about?

Piper: When we, or the other me, whatever, when I traveled to the past, I saw something.

Leo: What?

Piper: My past life was almost killed, but Prue’s past life saved her. The same thing happen in this lifetime. I was just thinking, is that what I was born for? To have Prue die because of me. That’s not fair.

[Leo comforts Piper.]

Leo: Piper. Prue didn’t “because” of you. She died “for” you.

Piper: How are you so sure?

[The boys begin to wake up. The TK sound effect is heard and the bedroom door magically opens.]

Leo: How are you not?

[Piper smiles as she heads to take care of her children.]
