This is a fic about Phoebe finding her true love and father of her daughter....

Phoebe slowly got together her things as she got ready to leave the Bay Mirror and head back to the manor for supper. She had gotten a lot of work done this afternoon and was very pleased with herself. After she had all of her belongings back in her purse she locked the door to her office and headed out to the parking garage.
Walking slowly in her heels, Phoebe searched for her car. She could've sworm she had parked it where a VW Bug was now parked. Frustrated, she kept on searching. She then saw the cutest little puppy standing in front of her. It let out a wine as Phoebe came closer to it.
"Aww, I'm not gonna hurt you." said Phoebe in her baby talk voice as she bent down to pet the pup.
It then barked very loud and leaped over her head. Phoebe quickly turned around and watched as the puppy changed into the form of a tiger in midair. The tiger then pounced onto a demon! Right about now she was pretty confused.
The demon angrily through the tiger off and it crashed into a car. After hitting, the tiger than changed into a man with dirty blonde hair. Phoebe watched as the demon shimmered away, and she was left with her rescuer. She had no time to thank him, for he had shifted into the form of a large bird and now flew out of the parking garage.
"I need to switch to decaf." said Phoebe as she finally found her car and drove the manor to tell her sisters about the encounter.
Part One
Paige sat in the solarium looking over a pile of papers she had brought home from the magic school. Who would've know that running a magical school could be so hard. She was then interrupted as her sister came bustling into the room.
"Okay, something incredibly weird just happened to me. I was attacked by a demon in the parking garage.." she was interrupted.
"Oh my god sweetie are you okay?" asked Paige as she stood up to examine her sister.
"I'm fine..Anyways, and I was rescued by a shapeshifter. First he was just this cute little puppy, and then he was pouncing on the demon as a tiger!" explained Phoebe.
"Do you think that the shapeshifter was protecting you, or just saving you for himself?" asked Paige curiously.
"See, that's the thing. I got this really weird feeling when I saw a glimpse of his true form. I don't think he was evil, but there's definetely something going on. Where's Piper? Maybe she will have some ideas." asked Phoebe as she looked around.
"She's at Magic School with the boys and Leo. Why don't we go check out the parking lot for some type of hint, or maybe you can get a premonition. Then we can call Piper after." suggested Paige.
"Sounds good. Let me go change into something easier to fight in." said Phoebe as she went up to her room to do so. Moments later she returned to the solarium and Paige orbed them back to the parking garage.
The two sisters reformed in the exact area where the demon had attacked. Phoebe quickly starting searching the area for clues. Paige, however wasn't exactly sure what she was supposed to be looking for. She had complete faith in her sister, but what if all of this was just one big coincidence. She should know better than to think like that after the last couple years, but it was always possible.
Phoebe walked over to the space where the van that the shapeshifter had been through into, was parked. It no longer was there, but something else was! She bent down and spotted a talisman. It had three lines that intersected each line having a shape on its end, a square, triangle, and circle. Where the lines intersected there was a double 's'. Phoebe extended her hand to pick it up, and when she did images flooded into her mind.
The shapeshifter was outside the Halliwell manor, as an owl in one of the many trees in their yard. He sat contently as if waiting for something..
Phoebe's eyes opened again as the premonition ended, and she found her sister next to her for support.
"What did you see?" Paige asked as she too looked at the talisman.
"The shapeshifter, he's going to be at the house. We should get back, and tell Piper what's going on." said Phoebe ready to get home.
"Phoebe, what is going on? The guy rescued you, yeah we're happy about that. But, if the threat's gone then why are we still pursuing this?" asked Paige nicely but firmly.
"I get visions so I can help people. He might need help." said Phoebe ending the conversation. With a sigh Paige orbed them back to the Halliwell Manor.
When the sisters arrived back at the manor they were relieved to see Piper sitting in the living room. They quickly explained the events that led up to Phoebe's vision.
"Do you know when he's going to be outside?" asked Piper curiously.
"It was dark, and the sun just set ten minutes ago. Let me go check the window." said Phoebe as she slowly walked to the window and opened the shade slightly. She then brought her head quickly back from behind the shade.
"He's out there!" said Phoebe.
"Well, go talk to him. He's your rescuer." said Piper with a grin.
Phoebe gave her sister a look before exiting the manor and walking over to the tree where the shapeshifter was perched.
"I know what you are...Its okay you can change back." Phoebe said kindly.
The owl's form then changed into the handsome man she had seen earlier that day. He looked over at Phoebe for a moment before speaking.
"I'm sorry about earlier. I just came back to get my necklace. Its a famly heirloom." said the man.
"Why don't you tell me a little about yourself first." said Phoebe.
"Okay, My name is Talan Halloway. I'm a shapeshifter that protects witches." Talan said with a smile.
"I'm Phoebe Halliwell, and I'm a Charmed One." she replied.
"I know that's why I've been so amazed by you. My other power is to sense magical presence, and the first time I sensed you...it was amazing." explained Talan awestruck.
"Wait, the first time?" asked Phoebe confused.
"You know the little stray cat that used to tangle itself in your legs." Phoebe nodded, "That was me."
"So, you've known me for more than a month already. Okay, another question. Why do you protect witches like this?" asked Phoebe.
"Because my father was killed by demon and I wanted to make sure that I could prevent that from happening to other witches." answered Talan.
"I'm sorry...Listen, why don't you come inside. You can talk to my sisters and.." she started.
"No, that's okay. I'll just take my necklace and be on my way." said Talan as he jumped from the tree.
"That demon wasn't after me was it?" asked Phoebe with a raised eyebrow. The look she recieved from Talan answered her question.
"You better come inside." she said.
