Grams came round, little Phoebe was still drawing at the table. Images flooded through Grams head. She could see herself reciting the spell to send little Phoebe through time. She saw the Charmed Ones releasing the power of the spirits and the chaos that ensued. It was a vision, little Phoebe’s vision. How had she had a vision as a child, her powers were bound? Thought Grams. More images came into focus. Little Phoebe had somehow intercepted one of Adult Phoebe’s visions. How was that possible? Thought Grams. She saw Phoebe in the future, she was having a vision and then….little Phoebe was having the vision. The vision had somehow jumped from the future to the past.
Grams saw Piper in the future with Elderly Paige and then with Paige and Charlotte. They were looking at the book, they had the spell. Grams got to her feet. “Come on Phoebe, its time to stop the witches.” Said Grams. She led little Phoebe upstairs to the attic. Grams recited a spell.

Powers of the Halliwell line
Take us now forward in time
Forward in years 101
Bring us back when our task is done.

There was a white flash of light and Grams and little Phoebe materialized in the attic to the amazement of Piper, Paige and Charlotte.
“Grams?” said Piper in disbelief. “What are you doing here?”
“You have to stop what you are doing.” Stated Grams. “You are about to unleash a deadly power on the world.”
Charlotte looked as shocked as Piper and Paige. “Charlotte?” said Piper. “Whats going on?”
Charlotte looked from Grams to Piper. “I don’t understand, Grams…my Grams…you, told me about this day. They weren’t part of it.” She stammered.
Piper looked at Grams. “I don’t understand.”
“Little Phoebe intercepted a vision from Adult Phoebe, what you are about to do unleashes an ancient power called ‘The Power of the Spirits’, it will destroy everything.”
Charlotte flicked through the Book of Shadows, Piper watched over her shoulder as she found the page she was searching for. “The Power of Spirits. Its ancient alright, it uses human hosts to free itself, usually……” Piper looked up at Grams and little Phoebe “children”. She finished. “Grams step away from her.” Ordered Piper.
“No, this is Phoebe, I know my own granddaughter.”
“Grams!” said Charlotte orbing Grams away from little Phoebe.
“Nicely done.” Said Piper smiling with pride.
“What are you doing, that’s Phoebe!” protested Grams.
“Who are you?” questioned Piper.
Little Phoebe stared at Piper.

Phoebe opened her eyes. “Piper, Paige!” she shouted. There was no answer. “Leo!” There was a beautiful show of white light as Leo orbed in.
“Phoebe, you’re OK. What happened?”
“An ancient evil power masquerading as me that’s what happened! Where are Piper and Paige?”
“I thought they were here.” Leo concentrated on Piper and Paige but could not locate them. “I’m not picking them up!” he said a little worried.
Phoebe looked around and spotted the wardrobe door open. She got off the bed and looked inside. On the floor she spotted broken glass, she carefully picked up a piece of the broken glass and was immediately hit with a vision of Piper, Paige, Grams and an elderly woman fighting off powerful spirits.
“Phoebe?” Leo said.
Phoebe turned to look at him. “They went to the future.” She stated. “I have to get there.”
“What can I do?” asked Leo.
“You have to come too, we may need you.” Ordered Phoebe and without waiting for a response from Leo dragged him out of the room and up to the attic.



Before there eyes little Phoebe transformed into a multitude of spirits who floated around the room circling them.
“What have I done?” said Grams weakly.
“We don’t have time for self pity right now!” yelled Piper. “Charlotte is there anything in there to help us?”
Charlotte scanned the page. “You need the power of three.” She replied.
Piper raised her hand and tried to freeze the spirits, nothing. She tried to blow them up, still nothing.
“Is there anyway we can make them whole so Piper can fight them?” asked Paige.
“That may be what they want.” Replied Charlotte. Charlotte and Paige watched as Piper continued trying to make an impact on the spirits. Grams stepped forward and used her power on them. The spirits in front of her were thrown back momentarily and then they moved forward again. “Well at least something works.” Said Piper hopefully. “Maybe we can magnify Grams power?” suggested Piper.
Charlotte and Paige flicked through the book looking for a spell to magnify Grams power. “What about this, to triplicate powers?” said Paige.
“Do it!” ordered Piper.
Charlotte and Paige quickly reworked the spell to make it applicable for Grams. They recited it:

“Take Penny’s powers blessed be
Multiply their strength by three.”

There was a glow of white light as Grams was joined by two more Grams.

“Was that supposed to happen?” asked Paige.
“Yeah, Prue did that spell once.” Replied Piper with a smile.
The 3 Grams used their powers together and managed to keep the spirits at bay.
Piper joined Paige and Charlotte at the book. “OK, that won’t hold them for long, we have to find something else.” She stated. The three of them began flicking through the book.

MEANWHILE

Phoebe and Leo were in the attic looking through the Book of Shadows. “There has to be a way of getting to them.” Stated Phoebe.
Leo pondered for a moment. “Maybe you could adapt the ‘To find a lost witch’ spell.” He suggested.
Phoebe flung her arms around Leo and kissed him on the cheek. “You’re a genius!” she yelled. Leo flushed a little. “OK………. I need to change a few things but I think…….that will do it.” Phoebe said smiling. She took hold of Leo’s hand and recited the spell:

“In this night and in this hour
I call upon the ancient power
Take us to my sisters
Take me to the ‘Power of Three’

Powers of the witches rise
Course unseen across the sky
Take us to those we hold dear
Take us and let us settle there

Blood to blood take us to
Blood to blood to the other two”

There was a rush of wind, Leo and Phoebe covered there eyes to protect them, when they looked up again they could see Piper, Paige, the elderly woman and Grams, 3 Grams to be exact. “Leo, can you orb me to them?” asked Phoebe. Leo orbs Phoebe and himself to the group of women at the Book of Shadows.
“Nice of you to join us.” Quips Piper whilst flicking through the book to find the spell to vanquish the spirits. “There is a spell here to destroy them but it needs the power of three, you arrived just in time.”
“OK, lets do it.” Said Phoebe eager to get the job done.
Piper located the spell and took hold of Phoebe and Paige’s hands. “Ready?” she asked. Phoebe and Paige both nod.
The three of them recited the spell:

“We call upon the Power of Three
To vanquish the evil entity
Destroy the spirits all around
And return them to the ground”

There was a huge swirl of white light which swept through the spirits. They shrieked as they were swept away.
“Are they gone for good?” asked Paige.
“It says here that they can never be fully destroyed, only returned to the earth. One day they will return, but not for centuries but if we stabilize the lost room it can never return.” Replied Charlotte.
“Girls!!!” came familiar voices. “Are you going to return me to normal?” asked the 3 Grams.
Piper smirked. “It has to wear off by itself.”
Charlotte was staring at Leo. Piper noticed and smiled. “Leo, this is our granddaughter Charlotte.”
Leo looked stunned for a moment and then broke out in a smile. Charlotte returned his smile shyly.
Paige moved round Piper to where Phoebe was standing and hugged her. “Its good to have you back.” She said.
Phoebe was a little bemused. “OK.” She said trying to disentangle herself from Paige. “How do we get home?”
“I can take care of that.” Said Charlotte. “But first you have to stabilize the lost room.”
They worked together on a spell. “With all the power in this room.” Said Phoebe eyeing the 3 Grams and Charlotte. “We should be able to do this.”
“You can’t do it in this time, the room has been stable since I was a child. We have to go back to another time, and then we have to erase some memories.” Said Charlotte.
“I have an idea about the time.” Said Piper. “We need some time travel spells.”



EPILOGUE

After much discussion and a few re-writes the spells were all ready. They travelled back to when Piper had met Elderly Paige. Paige was unimpressed with meeting her older self and the two of them argued, which was a cause of great hilarity. They stabilized the room in Elderly Paige’s time and returned to Charlotte’s time where she erased their memories and returned each of them to their own time and place.

After they were gone Charlotte wrote the entire story in the Book of Shadows, while she was writing children ran into the attic. “Grams, we’ve been to the fair and I went on the Big Rides!!!” shouted one of the children excitedly. “What did you do today Grams?” asked another of the children.
“Oh nothing much.” Replied Charlotte. “Just some tidying up.”
