This story is the sequel of The Chosen One and the Brodys on Wisteria Lane. I imagined how Daniel's new life is so, I wrote it.
[glow=red,5,600]Chapter One[/glow]
[glow=gold,2,300]Three Halliwells plus Kung Fu Halliwell [/glow]
Wyatt Halliwell was truly the best and hardworking Halliwell. It’s no wonder that his parents loved him most. A graduate studying to earn the MD and already, clinics were offering him internships and summer jobs. The only problem though for Wyatt was that he was afraid of something. This little fear, well, was kept secret from his friends, family and his instructors. Don’t get me wrong. He really wants to be a family doctor, except, he’s afraid of…dead bodies and blood.
Yes, Wyatt, the future wielder of Excalibur and the potential witch was afraid of blood.
His younger brother was completely different. He’s a good nature young adult. He likes to party…and party…and party…and party. Basically, he’s not the type of guy who studies hard. He’s very social. Too social. When Wyatt and his parents were still living in the manor, he used to come home past midnight. Piper just wanted to freeze him and blow him up, literally. So far, after Leo and Piper moved out, he’s still did not change.
Phoebe’s daughter, Melinda, also lived with the Halliwell daughter. She is the medium. Melinda also attended USF with Wyatt.
Being the medium was difficult. Wyatt and Chris usually argued from time to time, which was every day. She made them make peace by giving them an earful. Of course, Melinda, the future psychologist, hated being the medium. Every single day, she had to listen to the brothers’ rants, yells and accusations. She wished that there was someone out there that can shut them up.
Well, Melinda wish was granted.
From Wisteria Lane, Kyle and Paige moved back to San Francisco. Wisteria Lane was very nice and a perfect place to live. Actually, too perfect. That’s why the couples returned to San Francisco to live.
Daniel, their 14 year old son, was very mild manner and a very smart kid. He had an IQ of 438. Kyle and Paige were so proud of him. They want him to get an MD like Wyatt, but Daniel had other plans. He wanted to be a novelist.
A reader, Daniel always read thick, fantasy novels. From Eragon to the Lord of the Rings. He loved the culture implied in the stories. His favorite of all was Jade Mountain. It is the story of a young warrior who traveled to Earth’s tallest peak and trained under Yurina the Wizard to stop Almoro the Man Demon. He fantasized himself as a warrior and performing Kung Fu and Tai-Chi. No, wait. Those were dreams…
Anyhoo, Daniel was to live with his cousins while his parents find a permanent place for them and their son to live.
When Leo and Piper announced that Daniel was going to live in the manor for a few days, the Halliwell siblings didn’t take to well. Melinda was worried that Daniel might be like the Halliwell brothers. Chris feared that his life was over. Wyatt just didn’t like the competition.
Already, when Daniel made himself at home, his cousins made life very hard for him. They banned him from sitting on their couch. Daniel, passive and carefree, didn’t mind. He sat in the corner away from the TV and faced the corner. Of course, as days passed by, life became harder for Daniel, but he could care less.
Wyatt and Chris had not one argument for a week. Though they hated Daniel living in the manor, they knew their arguments could upset him. On their free time and weekends, they hung out together at P3.
Melinda knew her wish was answered. She still didn’t like Daniel. He was just too smart and annoying. When neither Wyatt and Chris were home and his parents, her parents, and Aunt Piper and Uncle Leo were busy, she was forced to baby-sit Daniel. Everywhere she went, she must take her know-it-all cousin with her.
Now, in the afternoon on a busy Thursday (no classes for her, lucky girl), she babysat Daniel. As Melinda and her annoying cousin strolled home in the evening, a large group of young men ganged up on them. They held back Daniel and tried to have their way with Melinda. With no active powers, she was completely helpless. Daniel, also with no active powers, elbowed the punks in their guts and freed himself.
The little Halliwell jumped and kicked the gangsters in front and behind him. In a flash of a light, all the street punks were laying on the walk and the streets, groaning painfully.
“Are you all right, Mel?” he asked her.
“Yeah- I think so,” said Melinda. She was still scared as hell. She couldn’t move.
“Here, let me assist you,” said Daniel. He grabbed her hand and they orbed home.
“Why don’t you come sit with me?” she asked him after she sat on the couch and Daniel on the stool that faced the wall.
“Nah, you guys banned me from the couch among other things,” said Daniel. There was not one ounce of a grudge in his tone. “It’s okay. I mean, I kinda like this. At least I have people notice me.”
“No, come,” Melinda urged. “I mean it. Look, if you don’t come right now, I will beat the crap out of you!”
If there is one thing Daniel was afraid of, it is threats. He never responded well to threats. So, he sat next to Melinda and the two started talking the whole evening.
“Where did you learn those Crouching Tiger stuff?” she asked.
“In Wisteria Lane, the neighbor, Mrs. Chen taught me when Mom and Dad were out,” said Daniel. “I was trained for a good 6 years. She said that I have potential. Ha, this coming from the woman who beats her drunk husband now and then.”
“Hey, Dan? Can I call you Dan? I want to say I’m sorry for the way I treated you,” Melinda apologized. “I hope we can be friends.”
“Sure,” said Daniel. He was really calm and giddy. “They way you guys treated me was much better than the way students at school treated me. I mean, at least you guys you know, noticed me. Everyone avoids me at school. They think I’m some sort of freak.”
“Daniel, you are one,” Melinda pointed it out.
“Do you have to rub it in?” Daniel asked.
Just then, Wyatt and Chris came home. Chris didn’t like what he saw on the couch.
“Hey, what did I tell you about sitting on our couch?” Chris threatened him.
Daniel, though usually afraid of threats, refused to move.
“Hey, lay off him, will you!” Melinda yelled at her cousin. “Just because he’s a little kid doesn’t mean you can pick on him. You know, he’s a bigger man than you’ll ever be!”
“Gee, Mel,” Wyatt muttered lowly after he orbed his jacket on to the rack. “You didn’t like him when he first arrived.”
“I have a change of heart,” said Melinda. “Give Dan a chance and you guys will like him too.”
The brothers laughed mockingly as they raced each others upstairs.
“Well,” Daniel sighed. “I’m going to sleep. Good night, Melinda. Oh look, they left the door opened.”
He had no active powers. All he did was waved the air towards him and they closed. He then ran upstairs. Melinda knew that Daniel was a special kid. Only, she did not know how special…
[glow=red,5,600] Chapter Two [/glow]
The Rise of Genocide
"Death is immenint," said the Demon Lord, "for the Halliwell children."
"Is that so?" cackled the king trapped in the mirror. "Last I heard from the youngest sibling was that he aquired a deadly weapon."
"That is only a rumor," said the Demon Lord. "The Magic Lyre is but a myth. It exists only in stories."
"What of the Chosen One?" asked the king. "He is the Halliwell line Whitelighter. He is quite strong. No demons will ever pass through him."
"On the contrary, we can," laughed the Demon Lord.
"Fool, the manor is protected by the gods," replied the king. "Demons can't enter. Although, I know a man who can. You will bring him to me."
"Who is this 'man'?" the demon growled with disgust.
"A powerful Dark-Chi Wizard," replied the king. "He lives in the asylm for nearly twenty years because his continous honing of the Dark Magic nearly destroyed him and the world of Evil. Take this."
A red envelope with Greek Insignia appeared and the demon grabbed it.
"Inside is a letter addressed to him. He will not refuse my offer," said the king. "Now, leave."
The demon lord bowed and flamed out.
"Come, Lan," called out the king.
A beautiful demon appeared from the shadows and bowed to the king.
"What do you wish of my, my lord?" asked she.
“Bring in Balthazar,” said the king. “He has information that is quite valuable.”
“But, Balthazar died years ago,” said Lan. “He is nothing more than a mere man. He will not betray his family. He loves the children like they were his own.”
“True as that may be,” laughed the king manically, “but his compassion for them will be his own undoing. He’s weaker than you think. Now, find him. Oh…use your sensuality to lure him.”
“I shall do my very best, my lord!” Lan giggled wildly as she flamed out.
“Seiryu I am,” the king said to himself. “The Source and Earth will be mine. All mine!”
Daniel was minding his own business (homework, projects) when Wyatt and Chris came in lugging a huge package with Daniel’s name on it.
“What the heck is that?” Daniel asked.
“It’s yours, cuz,” Wyatt and Chris dropped it on the floor.
“Careful!” Daniel warned. “I’ve been expecting this package! Oh, it’s from my mentors from Wisteria Lane!”
“That nutty street?” Chris remarked.
“Hey, the Scavo twins are my best friends!” Daniel shot back. “They’re cool kids, except the fact that they are troublemakers. We still keep in touch via e-mail.”
“Oh? I thought you guys keep contact by Tarzan yells,” Wyatt teased.
“Funny,” Daniel growled at his cousins.
Kyle orbed in to check on his son. Daniel was very happy to see his dad. It was nearly three weeks since they’ve seen each other. They missed each other. But… where was Paige?
“Your mom is taking care of groceries,” Kyle replied. “And housekeeping and among other things housewives do. What do you here?”
“Oh, Mrs. Chen sent me that Lyre that was collecting dust in the attic,” Daniel replied.
“You play the Lyre? A woman’s instrument?” Chris snickered.
“Hey, men play Lyres too,” Wyatt came to Daniel’s defense. “But, they’re not as good as the women though.”
Daniel took it out and showed it off to them. It was a large rectangular instrument with sixteen cords stretched tightly on both ends. He held it at first like a harp and strummed the cords. Heavenly notes sang beautifully and unleashed a powerful blast. The wave shattered a nearby lamp. It was…
“Not my favorite lamp!” Piper came running downstairs to find her lamp shattered. “All right, who did it?”
“It was me, Aunt Piper,” Daniel told her the truth. “I broke the lamp with the Lyre.”
“What did you do? Strum the cords and unleashed a powerful sonic shock?!” Piper exclaimed.
Daniel nodded sheepishly.
“All right, that goes in the attic!” Piper decided.
“But…” Daniel was cut short.
“No buts, mister,” Piper scolded.
“Dad, please…” Daniel turned to his dad for help.
“I’m on your aunt’s side for once,” said Kyle. “It is dangerous and I think, Piper, it should be watched under the Elders’ care. What do you think?”
“Yeah, fine. Just take the damn thing out of here,” said Piper. “I don’t want weapons in this house!”
Chris touched one of the cords, but it shocked him.
“Hey! You could get killed if a person of uneven Chi flow touches the cord with his bare hands!” Daniel warned.
“Thanks for the warning,” Chris smiled annoyingly.
“Here, Dad,” Daniel lifted and gave the Lyre to his dad. “May I use it for emergency?”
“We’ll see,” Kyle replied. He orbed out.
Daniel then found a letter in the box. He read it out loud
“Dear Daniel, I hope you are have a fabulous time back in San Francisco. I found out my husband was cheating on me again. Don’t worry. He’s a drunk. I mean, he don’t know a Maisy Gibbons from me. Go figure. I beat the crap out of him with my fists! Oh, the Magic Lyre is under your care. I know you are a witch and I think you might need this to fight off demons and warlocks and other evil beings. You are the only one who can touch the cords. Don’t let anyone else touch it. They could die at the pain of ten thousand deaths. Make sure you don’t let that Seiryu steal it. If he does, the world will end as we know it.
With love and Lion’s Roar,
Mrs. Chen.
PS: Say hi to your mother for me!”
“Aw, a bitch and a housewife,” Chris commented.
“Shh! She could her you!” Daniel warned. He sounded serious.
“Who’s Seiryu?” asked Wyatt.
“Seriyu was someone I trapped in the mirror 50 years ago,” said Cole.
He and Melinda entered the house. Phoebe soon followed.
“Hey guys!” Phoebe greeted her nephews.
“Hey, Aunt Phoebe. Uncle Cole.” The boys chanted in unison.
“What about Seiryu?” Daniel asked quickly.

[glow=red,5,600]Loki, the Deadly Harpist[/glow]
The demon lord appeared in the empty asylm. There were no guards. NO staff members. Only strong, steel doors that were locked to keep the nutcases imprisoned. The demon lord felt the man's great strengh. It was from below. He used the stairs to travel down three flights. Once he arrived at the lone cell, he gestured and incinerated the lock. He opened the door and found a middle age man in a wifebeater and boxer strumming his Lyre softly. He looked up at the demon.
"Are you the Harpist?" asked the demon.
"Who wants to know?" he flicked his cigar away. He stopped the cords vibration.
"My master, Genocide, requests you to read this letter." The demon gave the harmless man the envelope.
The man bidded the demon to sit. The demon did. He opened the envelope and read it to himself.
"I am Loki," he introduced himself. "People call me Nutsy because well...I am nuts! I mean, I stabbed people in the guts and they called me nuts. But, I can't help it. Dr. Joyce Brothers on the Nanny. Watch that?"
"No, sir," the demon growled.
"Well, looks like your king wants to see me," said Loki. "Take me to him...What's your name?"
"Des," replied the demon.
"Des. I'll remember that." Loki picked up his Lyre. "Let's go."
He held on Des' hand and they both flamed out.
"Genocide! How are you old friend!" Loki greeted the king in the mirror. "I mean, Seiryu. My mistake!"
"It's a pleasure to see you, old friend," the king sighed gleefully. "How have you been?"
"Bah! I just want to kill someone," said Loki. "It's my nature."
"Good, kill the Charmed siblings," ordered Seiryu the king. "They will be no match for you, Dark Chi Wizard."
"Oh? That will be simple, but..." Loki paused.
"But what?" Seiryu paused.
"I gave up on magic a long time ago," Loki explained. "But...I wield a skill that makes modern demons flinch!"
He turned to Des and struck the cords. A melody wave was executed and impacted Des. Des was quickly chopped to pieces and turned to ashes.
"Good! Good!" applauded Seiryu. "I was expecting that my body..."
"Say no more! Only a Whitelighter with great powers can restore your body," said Loki. "You want me to capture him?"
"Yes, old friend, please do!" the king was in deep gratitude. "Oh, help out a friend of mine who is having an affair with Balthazar. I want him alive also."
"Yes, Seiryu, Dragon Sorceror," Loki bowed. "Oh, could you give me a lift?"
"Oh, yes. Allow me," the king blinked once and Loki disappeared.

[glow=red,5,600]Chapter Four[/glow]
Bride with White Hair
"You hate men! See a man kill him!" Echoes of her master's teachings continued to haunt her mind and poison her heart. She works for no one until she met King Genocide (Seiryu). Her assignment was to woo a man and force him to spill secrets of the Chosen One. Only, she hated men ever since her boyfriend dumped her.
Her last relative, Lin, was killed in battle fourteen years ago. She is determine to avenge her brother's death.
Dressed and disguised as an attractive young woman in her early forties, she traveled the city to in search of a man name Cole Turner. Yes... Cole Turner, former Belthazar and the one who imprisioned King Genocide. That was what she knows. He has a family who he loves dearly. She knew that Cole was not an easy subject to seduce.
As Cole passed by while talking to his wife on the cellphone, she purposely bumped into him and fell on her rear end. She dropped her purse and her cellphone broke. Cole quickly apologized to her and helped her up. He abruptly hung up his call.
"Are you all right, miss?" Cole asked her.
The woman, secretly the White Hair Bride, took off her sunglasses and looked at him straight in the eye. "Why, yes, kind sir."
"Here, let me help you with these," Cole bent down to pick up her things and then gave them back to her. "I'm sorry about your cell phone, miss. I'll pay for the damages."
"Do not worry," she said soothingly. "That is my ex-husband's cell. It is no value to me. I just want to hurt him."
"I don't mean to prye, but isn't that a little..."
The woman laughed heartfully. "No! I was going to return it to him. I decided not to stoop down to his level! By the way, my name is Raye. Raye Jacobs. My real last name is Lian."
"Cole Turner," The two shook hands.
"Please to meet you... Mr. Turner..." Her eyes gazed into his. They glowed and he fell into a transe. In the clearest of voice but unheard by the innocents, she spoke to Cole, "Listen to me, Turner. You will do as I wish. Tell me about the Chosen One and the Power of Four."
Cole, though human, was stronger than her spell. Only after the spell broke, he didn't hear what she said.
"Oh...it's nothing..." Raye laughed. "I just said thank you. I hope I bump into you again. Farewell, Mr. Turner."
She walked away.
Cole walked and boarded the trolley home.
In the alley, Raye transformed into her wicked self.
"Cole is stronger than I thought," she said to herself.
Her servant appeared behind her.
"Your army of the Amazon Sect is at your disposal, my queen," said the female servant. "Shall we execute the men and those who oppose us?"
"Not yet," said the Bride with White Hair. "I have another man in my sight. He may be of great use. Bring me Darryl Morris."
"Where is he?" asked the servant.
"He works for the law. The men protects the law," she said to herself. Then she turned to her servant and said, "San Francisco Police Department."
"Yes, my Queen," the servant bowed and disappeared underground.
"Genocide will return and the world of men will fall!"

[glow=red,5,600]Chapter Five[/glow]
The Power of Four
Young Daniel was reading his favorite novel in the living room as the brothers played their X-Box. Melinda minded her own business, trying to figure out her future career. Of course, Devil May Cry was a loud and disturbing game. Melinda and Daniel could not concentrate. One day in the summer, Melinda finally expressed her feelings.
"All right, misters!" she yelled. She slammed her schedule planner on the floor. "I tried the living room, the dining room, the bedroom, the study room, the attic! I could still hear that mindless rabble you call videogame no matter where I go! Turn down the noise! Daniel! Help here!"
Daniel put down his book and took out two ear plugs. "Did you want something?"
"So that's how you could stand the noise!" Melinda exclaimed.
"What?!" Daniel yelled over the volume. "Wait a minute. Guys? Do you mind?"
"What?!" Chris and Wyatt yelled.
Daniel orbed the volume down. The brothers groaned just as their characters were slaughtered by a nasty demon.
"What is it, Mel?" Daniel asked her.
"You just did it," said Melinda. "Thanks. Do you have some more of those...you know?"
"Ear plugs? Well...yeah!" Daniel orbed her a pair of ear plugs.
"Well, see you two losers on the other side!" she mocked at Chris and Wyatt after she stuffed her ears with the plugs.
"Whatever!" Chris yelled back.
Wyatt orbed the volume up. Daniel quickly stuffed his ears with ear plugs and returned his eyes to his novel.
Suddenly...a great wave of silence and darkness swept the room. Daniel's book just slipped out of his hands and into the darkness. Melinda, who was sitting in the conservatory, was there with them. Only the million galaxies and stars accompanied them.
"What the hell is going on here!" Melinda and Wyatt remarked.
"It is time..." a booming voice shook the ground they stood upon. "...to accept your destiny..."
"Destiny?" Daniel gulped. "Whoa! Talk about conicidence. I was just reading Jade Mountain and Adam was dealing with the same thing. Unfreakin' real."
"Who are you?" Chris demanded.
An angel appeared before them, cloaked in robes and wings stretching eternity.
"It is I, the Angel of Destiny," said she. "The Power of 4 must be established."
"You don't mean...demons?" Melinda groaned anguishly. "Why? Why us? Why now?"
"Demons...are the least of your worries," said the angel. "A Dark Lord has risen from reflection that holds him. The four of you are the only ones who can stop him."
"No offense, but couldn't you get our Moms to do it?" asked Chris. Wyatt eblowed him in the stomach.
"The Power of 3 has dwindled," she answered. "Only the new generation of the Halliwell Line can stop this great threat."
"Who is this threat?" Daniel asked. "Sauron?"
"A powerful sorceror who was imprisoned by Belthazar fifty years ago," said the angel. "He has found a way to communicate with his minions. Now it is only a matter of time before he returns to your plane."
"Wow...a sorceror. Sounds like Jackie Chan Adventures," Daniel joked.
"Bow down, Halliwell children," commanded the angel.
After they kneeled on their knees, the angel held out her hand and a blast of aurorea entered the children's body.
"Rise now, Charmed Ones." the angel said.
Melinda rose but a spirit seperated from her body. Melinda noticed the spirit solidified and became her.
"Whoa! Astral projection!" Melinda chuckled.
Wyatt grumbled. "What?! I'm the oldest!" He turned around and hit the empty space. Suddenly, rotating stars and galaxies stopped. "Freezing! This is cool, man!"
Chris patted his brother's back. "Good for you." Suddenly, a flash of darkness entered his mind. Then he saw Wyatt accepting an award. Suddenly it disappeared. His visions returned to the space plane. "Premonition. Not bad. Wait! What powers do you have?"
"Puh-lease!" Daniel huffed proudly. "Telekinesis! Watch! Ear plugs!"
Nothing. Melinda's ear plugs did not orbed or came to him.
"Uh...maybe it is um...Combustion! Yeah!" He turned around to blow something up, but there was nothing.
Suddenly, a meteor headed towards them. Daniel gestured to blow it up, but nothing happened. Wyatt froze it in its place. Melinda used her telekinesis and sent it far away. Wyatt gestured at it and blew it up. Daniel was dumbfounded.
"Excuse me, Angel... but where's my powers?" he asked her.
"You have one," she replied.
"Is it Levitation?" Daniel sounded hopeful.
"No," the angel shook her head.
"Empathy?" He sounded half-hopeful.
"Nope. Those two belong to Chris," said the angel.
Chris nodded to himself and whispered, "Cool! Three powers!"
"What do I have? A cuisinart?! Daniel shouted angrily.
"It's a new one, but it will take years for a normal witch to master it," said the angel. "But for you... I say ten years."
"What? What is it?" Daniel mumbled annoyingly.
"Energy Burst," the angel replied.
"That's got to be the dumbest thing I ever heard!" Daniel exclaimed. "Here I am with Kung Fu and the Lyre. Now, I have Energy Burst...You know it does have a nice ring to it! How does it work?"
"You have to use your energy to stimulate your enemies energies and blow them up inside out," said the angel. "Similar to combustion but deadly to the enemies and you. Use it once only. Once you do, don't use it for twenty days."
"Just as I thought things could get worse," said Daniel to himself.
"Now return thyselves to whatever you are doing." The angel disappeared and the Halliwell children returned to the manor.
"This is so cool," Melinda told her cousins. "We're the Charmed Ones!"
"Whatever! I practically got the cuisnart of Spaceballs One," said Daniel. "Practically useless. I'm the useless one. What kind of adventure was I hoping for..."
Daniel grumbled as he walked upstairs to his room. He shut the door behind him.
"Poor guy," said Melinda. "The Angel should've gave him a better power. Still I think Energy Burst is pretty cool."
"Yeah! Daniel will find out how cool his powers are soon!" Chris exclaimed.
"How do you know that?" Wyatt asked him.
"Premonitions, dear brother," said Chris. "Premonitions."
The front door opened. Piper and Paige entered the room with bags of groceries in their arms and hands. Chris, Wyatt and Melinda helped them out.
"So, what have you kids been up to today?" asked Piper.

[glow=red,5,600]Chapter Six[/glow]
[shadow=gray,left,650]Dark Chi Wizard and the Masters[/shadow]
Loki waited paitiently upon San Francisco pryamid, unseen. He played his lyre and listened to his melody. But, as he struck the cords in a specific pattern... a bird that flew in front of him is slain and split in two. A hundred pigeons in a flock flew past him. Annoyed, he struck his cords simutaneously and unleashed the most powerful song of death. The flock was skwered and the pieces of the pigeons fell on to the busy streets of San Francisco. People screamed in terror and cars honked and crashed in fear and confusion of the dead pigeons falling down.
"The world has no idea what my old friend has in store for them..." Loki laughed as he tied the lyre on to his back and jumped off the top. Fast as the speed of lightning, he dashed by the screaming innocents unseen.
Chris closed the door behind him and tossed the keys on to the coffee table and his jacket on the couch.
"Hey! Watch it! You could poke my eyes out with these zippers!" Daniel shouted after he threw onto the table.
"Sorry! I didn't see you there," Chris apologized.
Daniel grumbled and muttered to himself.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Chris asked his cousin.
"Nothing. I just remembered that I am the useless witch with the so call powers energy burst," said Daniel. "I'm definitly worst witch on Earth!"
"You have telekinetic orbing, remember?" Chris reminded him.
"So do you and Wyatt!" Daniel replied.
"And orbing and Kick-Ass Crouching Tiger Dragon thing?" Chris added.
"Yeah, but I'm not at full potential. Uncle Cole could wipe the floor with me!" Daniel debated.
"Hey, don't be down." Chris patted his cousin on the back. "It'll be fine."
"Whatever!" Daniel huffed and stormed out of the room.
Just as he headed for the stairs, Chris recieved a deadly premonition. He saw a man in dark robes strumming a strange instrument and a powerful shock wave hacked countless innocents. Daniel noticed Chris' reaction.
"A first premonition?" Daniel asked.
"Golden Gate Park! Someone's going to murder innocents at some party!" Chris explaned.
"The demon...?" Daniel waited.
"I don't know..."
Just then, Wyatt orbed in and Melinda arrived home.
"Hey there, cousins!" Melinda greeted them with a country drawl. She wore a cowgirl costume.
"Why are you wearing that?" Wyatt asked.
"Drama club, man!" Melinda replied.
"Yo, people! Attack at Golden Gate Park tonight!" Daniel shouted.
"What! Already?! I haven't master my powers yet!" Melinda groaned tiredly.
"Look, there are innocents at stake here," Wyatt replied. "We gotta work this out together. It is the only way. Chris, was it a demon or a warlock?"
"He wore black robes and his face was hidden," said Chris.
"That won't help much," said Wyatt.
Suddenly, Kyle orbed in and materialized. "Hey guys! You ready for a little vanquishing training?"
"You mean at Golden Gate Park?" Daniel asked his dad.
"What? No! Too many in-- What a minute!" Kyle paused. "Chris... Did you foresee an attack?"
"Yeah!" Chris nodded. "We have to check it out. It's getting dark very soon!"
"I'll go with you guys, just in case. Daniel, you stay at home." Kyle ordered.
"What!!" Daniel exclaimed hotly. "Ohh! I see! I'm the useless schmuck in the manor! Ooh! I'm coming with you guys! Like it or not!"
"Do I have to put crystal and a chi spell on you?" Kyle scolded his son.
Daniel growled and orbed.
"No orbing!" Kyle yelled.
Daniel materialized.
"Walk to your room," Kyle said finally.
His son bit his lips and held back his rebuttal. He stomped his way up the stairs and locked himself in Chris's room.
"Uncle Kyle, don't you think he needs..." Chris began.
"He's my son, Chris," said Kyle. "His power is very dormant and he could put you guys in danger. Come one, let's go..."
Kyle held their hands and orbed out.
When they arrived, they heard silence. No peep. Nothing. Just a soundless night.
"What the hell is going on?!" Melinda exclaimed.
"I saw at least a hundred innocents here!" Chris exclaimed. "In this park!"
"Something's not right," said Kyle as he looked around in the darkness.
A quiet strumming was then heard in the shadows. Kyle and the Halliwells backed up against one another.
"What was that?" Wyatt asked. He was afraid.
Then a sharp strumming was executed and a powerful wind flew towards them. Kyle and Chris sensed it and forced Wyatt and Melinda to dodge to the left.
"Where did that come from?" asked Wyatt.
A dim light illuminated behind the dark figure. He sat on one leg as though he sat on a chair. His left leg was crossed over his lap and retangular with strings was laid on his lap.
"From me, Charmed Ones," said the man in the black robes.
Wyatt reacted and tired to freeze the enemy.
"Oh no!" exclaimed the man in the robes sarcastically. Then he put down his hood and revealed his face. "I am a Dark-Chi Wizard. You can't freeze me. I may not have magic, but I can manipulate my energy into a weapon more dangerous than magic!"
He strummed his lyre slowly. Kyle orbed and materialized behind him. In a flash, the wizard flipped his lyre upright and strummed the cords thrice. Kyle was stopped and sent flying across and he impacted on the tree. He flipped it back onto his lap. He quietly strummed it calmly.
"Boulders!" Chris and Wyatt orbed and hurled them at the wizard.
He strummed the cords forward twice. The boulders exploded to bits. He strummed again and three shots were fired. Melinda and her cousins darted out of the way as the shots struck a tree. The tree splintered into two.
"Who is this guy?" Wyatt asked aloud.
"My name is Loki," replied the wizard. "First, I will kill you three and then your whitelighter will be mine."
A golden lightning was hurled at him. Loki turned around and strummed the instrument. The golden lightning was frozen in midair. Loki waved his hands and the lightning fell like dust.
"You may be the Chosen One," said Loki. "But, your powers are no match against me."
In a fast speed, Loki strummed his cords and fired a force of a thousand swords at Kyle. Kyle attempted orbed but Loki's instrument blocked and canceled his powers somehow. He winced and brached for impact. Suddenly, a nother melody echoed and shattered the Loki's wave.
Loki stopped the chords from vibrating.
"Who is there?" Loki demanded.
"It is me, the fourth Halliwell," Daniel declared as he appeared from the shadows with the Magic Lyre. "The Elders saw this outside of Magic School and they knew I must use my Lyre to save you guys!"
"Daniel, run away!" Kyle shouted.
Daniel sat on the ground and settled his instrument in front of him. Loki smiled and strummed his Lyre while Daniel quickly strummed his eight chords. Lightning bolts were shot from the strings. Loki strummed once and deflected the lightning bolts into the sky. Loki countered and fired a powerful wave of ten thousand spears. Daniel strummed the strings even more quicker. Loki's wave deceased. Melinda used her telekinesis and pulled Loki's lyre away. Loki smiled. He jumped and disapeared. He appeared behind Melinda but Daniel pulled his lyre like a sling shot and released it. A powerful energy shot fired. Melinda ducked. Loki held the blast in one hand and extinguished it. Wyatt and Chris orbed the lyre away and hurled it into the air. Kyle fired a lightning bolt and Daniel strummed a melody. The instrument was destroyed, but Loki laughed confidently.
"Is he just crazy?" Melinda asked Wyatt.
"I have a deadlier instrument." He leaped on the top of the tree and stood there stably. A black flute appeared in his hands and played it.
Deadly notes echoed through the park. Such melody affected Kyle, Melinda, Wyatt, Chirs and Daniel. Daniel struggled and successfully strummed a counter melody. It was a failure. The melody was canceled out and reflected back at Daniel. Daniel was thrown against a tree trunk and blood dripped from his ears. Kyle ran to his son but was unable to heal him.
"SHUT THE HELL UP!!!!" a woman's shrieking yell tore through the melody and stoped his playing. "YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO PLAY SO BADLY!!! DON'T YOU KNOW SOME INNOCENTS ARE SLEEPING!!!"
The yelling stopped. Loki recognized the yell and said in astonishment "Lion's Roar!!"
A fat lady in fifties' clothes came out of the darkness with a cirgarette in her mouth. Her husband followed close behind her.
"You must be..."
"Mrs. Chen!" said the woman. "Are you picking on my apprentice and his family?"
"It matters not," said Loki. "It is none of your business. I am under the orders of Seiryu. Now leave before I have to kill you."
"No way Jose!" She took her bud and threw it away carelessly.
"Eat s*** and die, Fat Woman!!" With one huff, he played eight simutaneous notes and directed the shattereing sonic blast at her.
When she inhaled, her chest puffed up. She then unleashed a banshee shriek. The eight notes were no match for her Lion's roar. The eight notes were reflected back at Loki and his body exploded. The wind carried his ashes away.
She ceased her yell and looked at Kyle and his son. Kyle was healing Daniel. She walked to them and her husband to the rest of the Charmed Ones.
"Kyle, healing him will not help him," she said. "He's infected with the Scorpion's Eight deadly notes. Allow me to heal him."
"Will my son be okay?" Kyle asked worriedly.
"He'll be fine," said Mrs. Chen.
Mrs. Chen placed her palm on Daniel's head and processed her Chi to heal him. He was fine and well after she healed him.
The Halliwells, their Whitelighter and the Chens orbed home.
The ashes of the wizard disappeared.

[glow=red,5,300]Chapter Seven[/glow]
Farewell to a Halliwell
Mrs. Chen and her husband stayed for only a few days and they returned to Wisteria Lane to their normal lives.
Daniel was dandy, but his powers were short circuited both witch and whitelighter powers. He didn't care at all. Mrs. Chen and her husband transfered their Kung Fu Specialties to him. He wields both of their powers.
Daniel, though, was not a Deity. He was a mortal. Like many mortals, they could easily catch a cold. For poor Daniel, he caught the flu. For nearly two weeks of his summer, he stayed in the manor, doing nothing except lying on the couch with a blanket warming him and an empty trash bin next to him. His mother was quite attentive.
"How are you feeling today?" she asked him. She looked into the bin and groaned disgustedly. "Not better, I guess."
"Nope, mom," Daniel sniffed his nose and moaned. "I think I'm gettin' worse. I'm a witch and whitelighter. We are supposed to vanquish evil, not get sick."
"Well, at least you're not on the demon hunt," said Paige. "After that first night, I was so worried that you were..."
"Killed?" Daniel asked. "Ha! It would take more than a blast of melodies to kill me."
"I'm serious!" Paige exclaimed. "If this wizard is that strong, think of the possiblities. There may be creatures stronger than him!"
"Mom, I'll be fine," Daniel assured her. Suddenly, a sour taste entered his mouth. He pulled up the bin and vomited in there. "The Masters transferred me their powers. At least I have a thing or two that will fight off a demon."
"Take a rest first," said Paige. "You're not going anywhere until you are well. Did you take your medicine yet?"
"Yes, Mom," Daniel affirmed.
"All right then," said Paige. She kissed her son's forehead. "Go to sleep. No TV."
Paige exited the room and entered the kitchen.
Piper was in the kitchen preparing her nephew her chicken soup. Paige entered the kitchen and the two exchanged sister kisses.
"How's my favorite nephew?" asked Piper.
"Throwing up more than usual," said Paige. "But I think his fever's gone down."
"Oh that's good," said Piper. "The soup will be ready five minutes."
"Piper, there's something I gotta tell you," said Paige. She sounded foreboding.
"What's wrong?" Piper asked with concern.
"This is very difficult," said Paige with tears in her eyes.
"Come on, tell me! I'm your sister, for God's sakes," Piper replied.
“I have cancer,” said Paige.
“What?” Piper was caught by surprise.
“It’s leukemia,” Paige specified. “Piper, I’m dying.”
Piper was at tears. “Why didn’t you tell me? Wait, when did you find out?”
“Last week,” Paige replied, feeling depressed.
“Does Kyle know this?” Piper asked. She grabbed a Kleenex and blew her nose. “Does anyone know this?”
“You’re the first one,” said Paige. “Kyle doesn’t know. Daniel… I couldn’t tell him. I don't know how to tell them. God! This is so frustrating! How am I going to tell my son that I won’t be there for him?”
“Paige—Oh my God!” Piper explained. “Anyway… What about your leukemia? When are you planning to tell the others?”
“Soon, but not now,” said Paige. “I don’t want them to gloss over me. Daniel needs to be taken cared of first. I thought I lost him. Now, he's losing me. If anything happens to Kyle, God forbid, I want you and Leo to take care of him."
"Paige--"
"Promise me, Piper, please. For a dying sister's wish," Paige begged.
“I promise, Paige," Piper sobbed and embraced her sister. "I love you, little sister.”
“I love you too, Piper,” Paige replied.
Paige lay in the hospital, dying as minutes passed by. Daniel and Kyle were at her side to comfort her.
The whole family was in the room. Daniel, Piper and Phoebe held Paige’s hands. Minutes later, she closed her eyes and passed away. Kyle hugged Daniel, promising him that it will be all right. Daniel sobbed quietly as well as Phoebe and Melinda, her daughter.
They buried her next to Prue after the funeral. Daniel stayed behind for the final moments with his deceased mother. Daniel asked Kyle to let him and his mother have a private talk. Kyle accepted his wishes and followed behind Leo and Piper.
“Mom, I love you and I will never stop,” said Daniel. “This song is for you. Something I learned in secret. But I think you knew.”
He carried with him the Magic Lyre. He strummed the strings slowly, creating a soothing but sorrow flow of notes. He plucked each strings to hum the song he memorized. Tears dripped from his eyes as he played the sorrowful piece.
“Kid, hand over the Lyre!” a voice from behind demanded.
Daniel stopped. He turned to see two men in black ninja robes.
“What do you want?”
“That lyre, give it to us and we won’t harm you!” said the girl on her partner’s left.
He studied their eyes. They were humans but with enhanced strength.
“No, this belongs to me,” Daniel replied as he stood upon one leg. He crossed his left leg over his lap and placed the lyre on his stand. He bent his knee in a sitting notion and began to play a different song. “Leave me alone. Can’t you see I am grieving for my mother?”
“Then… You leave us with no choice!” The male ninja flung three ninja stars at Daniel.
Daniel strummed the instrument faster. With his right, he strummed the stings forward and unleashed an energy force that shattered the stars like glass. He placed his hand on the strings and stopped the vibration.
“Give it to us!” the female ninja pulled out her katana and charged.
Daniel angrily strummed again. With his left, he strummed forward, unleashing a powerful wave that acted like a thousand swords. It ripped her to shreds.
“Do you want to end up like your friend?” Daniel asked the last ninja standing.
He was stubborn. He pulled out a long sleeve and snatched it. Daniel held on and quickly played fast notes and tore the sash at the middle. Daniel once more played three notes. He strummed forward and unleashed a deadly wave of spearheads. The wave impacted and punctured a hundred spear holes in the ninja’s body. He fell down dead. Daniel turned to his mother’s tombstone and played the last notes of the somber song.
“Good bye, Mom,” Daniel bid her farewell. “I’ll come back soon.”
[glow=red,5,600]Chapter Eight[/glow]
A Little Road Trip...
Daniel practiced his Lyre skills every summer night in the attic. Kyle lingered close to his son, watching over him constantly. Niether one was really letting go of Paige's death. Daniel didn't want to talk about it. He continued to play his Magic Lyre, ignoring the world around them, except saving innocents. So far, the power of Four saved 14 innocents for the past week after Paige's death. Daniel was the one vanquished the demons, mostly. But... the way he did it, he tortured them and made the demons suffered using his masters' powers before he vanquished them, with hatred. Kyle was aware of his son's behavior.
"Daniel, I noticed your behavior change for the past week," said Kyle worriedly.
"Oh?" Daniel responded sarcastically as he stopped strumming. "Have I?"
"I'm really worried," said Kyle. "And concern. Wanna talk about it?"
"Why?" Daniel asked stiffly. "There's nothing to talk about, Dad. Mom's passed away. I'm okay with that. Everyone has to move on."
"You are not okay!" Kyle remarked. He noticed his son was concealing. "You're hurting, inside! And you're using that to vanquish the demons."
"So? What's wrong with that?" his son asked him impertnantly. "Can't I use my anger to kill?"
"This is a dangerous time for you," Kyle warned. "You could temporary lose your powers. Your emotions are tied with your powers. If you lose them in a dire time, you could get hurt!"
Daniel said nothing. He turned away from his father.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" Kyle ordered.
Daniel refused.
"If you don't do this for yourself, do this for your cousins," Kyle added.
"You know, Dad, I am so..." Daniel bit back his anger and calmed down. "I'm sorry, Dad. I didn't mean to raise my voice."
"It's okay son," Kyle assured him.
They hugged eachi other warmly.
"I miss her, Dad," said Daniel, sobbing at the same time. "I never expected that to happen. Why did she have to go? Dad?"
"What is it?"
"Will you ever leave me?" he asked.
"I won't." was what he said straightout. "I promise."
Two weeks later, Daniel prepared to go back to school. The date was set for Aug 28, a Wednesday. It was the last day of summer. Unfortunately, their days of the Charmed Ones are just begining.
Chris managed to control his premonition. What he saw was strange for the Magical World. He saw a pixie with devil wings stealing Daniel's valuable lyre. He told Daniel of his vision, but the fourteen year old boy was not worried.
"Please, anyone else who touches the Lyre will die instantly or worse, suffer under the pain of ten-thousand and then die," Daniel replied uneasily. "Well, thanks for the heads-up. Besides, my masters told me that Seiryu can touch it aside from me. Aunt Piper? I'm ready! Chris, don't worry! The Lyre is in safe hands."
Piper grabbed her purse and car keys. She kissed her son good-bye and Daniel followed her out to her jeep. Chris was all alone in the manor. He had nothing to do. He orbed to the attic. There was no one.
A rattle behind the shelves startled him. A grumble... a slurring speech of a high tone...
"Who is it?" Chris demanded. He scanned the attic's nooks and crannies. Nothing. He turned around and something small and bright red caught his attention.
The little flying creature cackled mischieviously. "Well, what do we have here? A little witch-whitelighter!"
"Book!" Chris telekinitically orbed a hard cover book and hurled at the creature.
"Missed me! Bleah!" He stickout his tongue and waved at him with it after the book crashed into the wall. "I'm here for the Lyre and there's nothing you can do that will stop me!"
Just as he reached for the Lyre, Chris orbed behind the flying creature and grabbed him. The creature shrieked and struggled to free his wings.
"Let me go, you little sh**!" cursed the creature. "Let me go! I'll use my Super Fireball Combustion and blow you up!"
Chris knew he was bluffing. "Yeah right! You're nothing but a little dark pixie with no powers at all."
"Are you sure about that?" he asked Chris.
He gestured his wings and flung Chris across the attic.
"See? I'm stronger than you think!" said the creatue. "By the way, I am a Fairy Demon."
He dashed to the Lyre, but Chris levitated baseball bat and hurled at the demon. The bat struck the demon head on. But he recovered and made his grab for the Lyre. The demon made contact with the strings but the lyre strummed itself and vanquished the demon. Chris sighed with relief.
Wyatt arrived home first. He found Chris treating his bruises. He asked what happened. Chris expalined that a fairy demon tried to steal the lyre but the lyre vanquished him. Wyatt was releaved.
"Where's Uncle Kyle?" he asked.
"I called him but no answer," said Chris. Wyatt healed his wounds. "Thanks, man."
Just then, Piper and Daniel came home. Their mother greeted them with hugs and kisses.
"So, how are you guys?" she asked.
"Nothing," said Chris.
"Just the occasional fairy demon attack," Wyatt added.
"What the hell? Looks like the underworld is desperate," Piper remarked. "Daniel, go do your homework."
"I'm already done," Daniel said honestly.
"What? Wow," Piper exclaimed. "Talk about fast. When?"
"During lunch and SRR," Daniel replied. "I'm actually free tonight."
"Oh, good," said Piper. "No TV. All right, I'm going to make dinner. Sit tight."
She entered the kitchen and prepared.
"Fairy demon?" Daniel scoffed. "What did the book of Shadows say?"
"They are little evil fairies with superstrength and they can run and/or fly at high speed," said Chris. "They are low level demons."
"Oh, so Wyatt can freeze them and blow them up," said Daniel. "I'm going to check my Lyre. Chris, thanks for risking your life for the instrument. You have no idea how many innocents you saved.
"I can imagine a little." Chris replied under his breath.
Suddenly minutes after Daniel entered the attic, there was a loud commotion. Wyatt and Chris orbed up tot he attic and after they materialized, they saw a fairy demon yanking the lyre out of Daniel's hands. Daniel fell on his bottome. The fairy demon cackled and dashed through the attic window.
"Hey, get back here, not a very nice person demon!" Daniel cursed.
The demon rassberried him and jogged down the neighborhood. Daniel turned to Wyatt.
"Hop on!" Daniel ordered.
"What?!" the brothers exclaimed.
"I don't want the innocents to know this!" Daniel replied. "Get on!"
"But, I'll crush you!" Wyatt replied, thinking Daniel loast his mind.
"Get on!!!!" Daniel yelled so loud that the glasses and the mirror cracked.
Wyatt climbed onto his back and they orbed into the neighborhood. Wyatt quickly froze everything in range.
Daniel was very strong. He ran faster than an athlete while carrying an adult. He soon caught up to the demon. Suddenly, the demon zoomed out of sight.
"What the!" Wyatt cried out.
Daniel stopped and caught his breath.
"Oh, trying to get away from me, huh!" Daniel was furious. He moved his feet and legs so fast they look like circulalitng blurs. Off they went, dashing down the neighborhood.
Soon they caught up with the demon with the lyre. The demon looked over his shoulder and sped up. Wyatt held on as tightly as he could.
"Freeze him!" Daniel yelled.
Wyatt gestured with one hand and attempted to blow up their enemy. The demon took the race to the main road and he turned a right in to the city. Daniel followed with Wyatt panicking. He gestured and froze the people around him. Suddenly, they were too late. Wyatt was unabled to freeze an incoming truck. The demon and the Halliwell cousins screamed at the rig. The demon ducked and ran under rig. Daniel orbed with Wyatt and leaped over the giant truck. The demon freed himself away and blindingly crashed into an abandoned alley. Daniel and Wyatt orbed intothe alley and Wyatt froze the demon.
"That was fun," said Wyatt. He was excited.
Daniel orbed the lyre into his hands.
"What about him?" asked Daniel.
Wyatt gestured and blew up the demon. All that was left were ashes. The ashes then disappeared.
"Shall we run back home?" Daniel teased his cousin.
"Yeah, I'd love to," Wyatt replied.
"Forget it!" Daniel scolded. "You are way too heavy to carry."
"Yeah, but I could carry you!" Wyatt bent over and Daniel climbed on his back and held on firm. They orbed back home and all that were frozen were unfroze. When they came home, they found Kyle on the couch...making out with a woman!!

[glow=red,2,300]Chapter Nine[/glow]
Kyle's New Girlfriend
True, the Bride hates men, but she has since then changed herself into a man seducer. After she met Cole and Darryl, she began to like men again.
Lian met Kyle while in the bookstore. Daniel wanted to meet the author who wrote the series The Knights of the East. He finished his second series, the prequel series called The Wizard and the Knight. The author, after signing the books, announced that he will complete the series with The Kings of Heaven and Earth. Daniel was so excited to hear this and he was honored to meet the author in person.
Kyle was checking out classic romance novels when he bumped into a woman. He made her drop her things on the floor, but he offered to help. The lady kindly accpeted his help. Kyle's heart, at this time, was still vulnerable because of Paige's untimely death.
The evil bride easily placed a spell on the Whitelighter. Daniel did not notice her or his father's behavior until now.
The two made out on the couch just as Wyatt and Daniel returned home. Daniel was in shock. No, flabbergasted!
"Dad!" he cried out.
Kyle and the woman pulled away from each other, pretending the passionate kiss never happened.
"Daniel! You're home!" Kyle exclaimed. "Where were you?"
"Out chasing a demon," Daniel replied, still shocked and disgusted. "And got my Lyre back."
The Bride gave a haunting glare at the Lyre and unnoticingly scanned Wyatt and Daniel. She now knew that these two witch boys are stronger than she anticipated.
"Good job," Kyle commented.
Wyatt and Daniel stared at the beautiful lady who sensually raised her streams up a bit to show off her leg. Wyatt drooled but Daniel growled quietly.
"Oh, this is Lian," Kyle introduced her to his son and nephew. "This is my nephew, Wyatt and my son, Daniel. Don't worry guys, she knows that you're the Charmed Fours. She's a witch too."
"Oh!" Daniel replied. "I'll just take my Lyre to the attic and uh...yeah. Wyatt, could you please come with me?"
"Why?" Wyatt asked.
"Cause we don't want anymore demons stealing this again, now do we?" Daniel questioned.
Wyatt saw his point. "All right, I'll help you."
The two cousins orbed up into the attic.
"Now...where were we?" Kyle asked her as he un-tied her straps
Kyle and his new girlfriend laid back on each other and kissed and 'mauled'.
"Disgusting!!!" Daniel growled under his breath.
"I think she's pretty nice," Wyatt replied.
"No, not that," Daniel explained. "My father is down there having sex with a woman he barely knows. What's worse? Mom died three weeks ago! If I know my father, which I do, he does not easily move on. I say that woman placed a spell on him or something."
"Now, Dan," Wyatt tried to calm him down. "For all we know..."
"She's a witch, Wyatt," said Daniel. "Don't you get it? Didn't you see the way she looked at you? She was trying to seduce you also! Ha Ching Fa!"
"What?!" Wyatt pondered confusingly.
"Seducer from Deadful Melody," Daniel replied. "I'm going to spy on them. I'll turn myself into a bird and follow them."
Wyatt chuckled teasingly. "The last time you did that, the demon trapped and almost ate you, remember?"
Daniel sneered at his cousin.
Cole dropped by with Melinda. They were surprised to see Kyle with another woman. Cole sheilded his daughter's eyes. Piper entered the front door with Phoebe to see what the commotion was all about. She was disgusted to discover two people making love in her living room without any clothes.
"Kyle, what the hell are you doing?!" Piper exclaimed. "Do you know that you have a 14 year-old son? By the way, didn't you know that my sister died three weeks ago?! When did this happened?"
"Look, I know what this looks like--!" Kyle tried to explain.
"I'm sorry if I caused trouble," Lian apologized to Piper.
"Wait a minute! I know you!" Cole remarked.
"You do?" Phoebe asked his aside.
"She's that one woman who bumped into to me while I was talking to you on the cell," Cole replied.
"I don't care if that's Jennifer Lopez on the couch, but you, Miss, get the hell out of my house!!!" Piper shouted at the top of her lungs.
The Bride smiled inside but pretended to look innocent from the outside. She put on her clothes and exited from the front door.
"You, mister!" Piper scolded. "Put on your clothes! We're going to have a little chat!"
"What!" Kyle exclaimed as he put his jeans. "I'm not a kid! I'm a Whitelighter!"
"I don't give a d**n!" Piper retorted. "You have a son who lost his mother who also happens to be my sister and your wife! I have a strong feeling that your son won't be accepting this! God! Imagine if Daniel saw this!"
Kyle looked sheepish after he buttoned his last button of his shirt.
"Oh, crap!" Piper exclaimed loudly. "Oh no, he didn't!"
"You know, I think we better go!" Phoebe replied.
"No, not yet!" Piper ordered. "I want you all to know about today. I want Kyle to feel humilation. I want him to be embaressed from this. I want him to lose his dignity!"
"You know, you're just plain judgmental!" said Kyle. "I can fall in love with anyone I want. Beside, how do you know if Daniel is not okay with this? I'll call him down. Daniel!"
Daniel orbed down the the living room. "Where's your friend, Dad?"
"She left, thanks to your aunt," said Kyle.
He turned to Piper and mouthed 'thank you' to her. Piper only winked.
"I'm starting a new relationship," Kyle announced to his son. "How do you feel about it? Be honest."
"Oh, you want honesty, Dad!" Daniel exclaimed. "All right. To tell you the truth, I am completely disgusted with this relationship. Mom has been dead not for a month let alone a year and already you're having a sex life with witch!"
"You mean b****?" Phoebe added.
Cole gave her a warning look. He wanted Daniel to finish his say. Phoebe stood near the stairs quietly.
"No, witch," Daniel repeated. "The worst part is not when he told the witch that we're the Charmed Fours! No, he had sex with the town prostitute..."
"Daniel," Kyle warned softly, but dangerously.
"...in the living room in daylight...!"
"Enough!" Kyle raised his voice.
"...right in front of me and Wyatt..."
"That is enough, Daniel!" Kyle's voice cracked Piper's vase.
"...He's doing the horizontal polka with some b****!" Daniel's voice broke
Kyle had it. He stretch his arm and hit his son across his head. Daniel fell over the couch. He looked up at his father and he saw no remorse in his father's eyes. Cole angrily turned Kyle around and punched his father across his face. Phoebe held her husband back while Piper held kyle back.. Melinda came to Daniel's side and comforted him.
"Wyatt!" Piper called out
Wyatt appeared between the men. He was shocked to find blood on Daniel's lips. He looked at Kyle meanecingly.
"Take them to Magic School!" Piper urged quickly.
Wyatt quickly took Melinda and Daniel's hands and orbed them and himself to the school.
"You sick son of a b****!" Cole cursed at Kyle.
"Honey, calm down!" Phoebe scolded.
"Calm down!" Cole huffed angrily. "He just struck his own son and you're tell me to calm down! What this guy needs is a little ass-kicking! You want somemore of this, huh, pervert!"
"Cole, that's enough!" Piper told him. "Kyle, kitchen! NOW!"
"Hell no!" Kyle refussed. "I'm not stay in a house where my decsions are not tolerated!"
He orbed and disappeared. Phoebe released her hot-tempered husband.
"D**n!" Cole cried. "This is really going to hurt Daniel!"
"He lost his mother," said Phoebe. "Now, his father is a raging lunatic. Piper, what are we going to do?"
"Talk to Daniel first," said Piper.

[glow=red,5,600]Chapter Nine[/glow]
The Wicked White-hair Witch
Far below the suface of the earth, Genocide began his agenda once he is freed. Loki advised him not to plan too early but to think presently the enemies he might face once he regains physical form.
"Dear friend, I know what I am doing," said Genocide. "I am Seiryu, remember? My first order of business is to take over the Source's throne and become the ruler of the underworld. Only then can I defeat the Halliwell children."
Soiled white light filled his chamber. The lights died down and the Bride curtsied politely to her king.
"Ahh...what news have you brought me?" asked Genocide.
"Kyle now dislikes his son," said the Bride. "Kyle will take my bait. He will kill his son out of cold blood."
"If not, then what?" Loki wondered.
"His son will be leverage," said the Bride. "The child may be strong but he is a fool. His compassion for his father will lead to his downfall. Kyle will trade his life for his son, my King."
"Good..." hissed Genocide. "Good... I remembered something. The Magic Lyre is the Good Magic. The Demonic Harp is the Evil Magic. I want you to find this Demonic Harp. I have a feeling that it will be necessary in the future. Fan out!"
"Yes, my lord," the two bowed and disappeared in heaps of fire.
Daniel was angered by his father's new relationship but sadden that his father wasn't around very much. A part of him wanted to yell at Kyle. His other half just wanted his father back. He called for his father everyday, but he never answered. The manor seemed emptied without Kyle around. He couldn't spy on his father or the witch. They were undetectable.
Chris was always around to look after his cousin. He couldn't imagine if one of his parents did what Kyle did. Daniel didn't eat or sleep that much. He hardly played the Lyre or read. He sat in the center of the attic doing nothing at all. Chris attempted to comfort him. Daniel fought back his tears frustratingly.
"Hey, it's a nice day out," Chris observed. "Wanna walk?"
Daniel simply shook his head in response.
"Wanna go to the mall? We'll orb!" Chris suggested.
Daniel shook his head again.
"Look, I know this is very hard to sink in," said Chris softly. He sat next to his down-hearted cousin and hugged him. "You lost your Mom and now your Dad...He...I'm sorry."
"Thanks, Chris," said Daniel finally. "You can say it. He's a bastard."
"Daniel!" Chris scolded. "We all know he messed up, but that's a little harsh."
"Spanking is a little harsh and I'm fine with that," Daniel replied. "He hit me across my face. He hates me. I think he never wanted me to be born."
"I think you are wrong," said Chris. "I know he loves you."
"Maybe you're right," said Daniel. "Not! Dad loves her now. He didn't care about Mom or her death. I heard it straight from the horse's mouth. I hope he doesn't come back. I hate her! I hate him! I hate him!!"
Daniel broke down crying, repeating "I hate him!" over and over again. Chris felt hurt too. He at first didn't like Daniel because he was such a smartass. He learned his cousin was much more than some herd. Daniel is human like he is. Chris put his arms around Daniel and embraced him comfortly.
"It's going to be okay," Chris assured him. "You have me, Wyatt, Melinda. My parents, Aunt Phoebe and Uncle Cole. Wyatt told me how Uncle Cole went ballistic after your dad struck you. You remember that, don't you?"
Daniel nodded admists his soft sobbing.
"Wyatt healed that wound," Chris continued. "My Dad, me and Melinda comforted you, remember that?"
Daniel gestured an affirming mumble.
"My point is that you have people who love you," Chris explained. "Don't turn away from them. We can help you if you just let us, all right? Daniel, promise me that if you have problems or any trouble, you can come up to any of us and ask us for help. Promise me."
Daniel nodded. With a broken voice: "I promise."
Chris smiled gladly.
Blue and white orbs lit the room and Wyatt appeared.
"Got back from magic school," Wyat said quickly. "There's a wicked witch on the loose! Melinda's hot on her trail!"
"How?" asked Daniel.
"Remember you taught us martial arts and stuff?" Wyatt reminded him. "It really is useful. Her Lion's Roar definitely hurts the eardrums. Come on, let's go!"
Daniel grabbed his lyre and the three disappeared in bright orbs.
Somewhere in the city, they appeared in an abandoned warehouse. They looked around and found Melinda who seemed lost.
"Melly! Here!" Wyatt called out.
Melinda ran to them and sushed them. "Shh! She's in here! And a bad-ass chick! She's really strong!"
"You fought her!" Chris exclaimed.
"Yeah, but she hated my Lion's Roar," explained Melinda.
"Where did she disappeared to?" asked their youngest member.
A diabolical cackle echoed the building. They heard sharp whooshes coming and passing by them. Then they heard a soft thud. They faced the building's western side. Lurking in the shadows was a woman with long robes and long hair.
"Dear Charmed children," she cackled lightly. "Finally, I meet you in fours. My, my, my! Little Daniel."
"Uh...do I know you?" Daniel asked.
"You should, since your father knows me," she laughed.
She showed her physical form by the moonlight. Soon, the rays of the moon lit her white robes and white hair.
"You're Lian, the White Hair Witch!" Daniel exclaimed.
"Yes," said the witch. "And look who's here..." She taunted them.
There was another figure in the shadows.
"What! Are you using a flunky to fight us, coward?" Wyatt accused her.
"No, Wyatt," answered a man's voice.
The figure moved forward, towards them. The moon light filled his appearance. They were in aboslute shock.

[glow=red,2,300]Chapter Ten[/glow]
A Father's Love
"Dad!" Daniel exclaimed. "No!"
"Well, son, I thought by now the little spanking sink into you head," Kyle replied. "Maybe you need another one!" Kyle fired a lighting bolt at Daniel.
Daniel put down his Lyre and held out one hand. He absorbed the attack and saved himself.
"You gotta do better than that, Dad," Daniel told his father. He turned to his cousins and said: "You guys take care of that b****. I'll take care of my father."
"You sure?" Melinda asked.
"Yeah, definitly," Daniel affirmed. "Now, go!"
Wyatt, his brother and Melinda faced the witch head on. She did not flinch. She merely laughed at them and added "You foolish children. Wyatt, you may be the strongest, but you will never defeat me even if you teamed up with these brats."
"Shut up!" Wyatt orbed excailibur and head straight at her. He stabbed at her with his sword, the witch clamped the sword's tip tightly between her index and middle finger. Wyatt pulled and pushed but the sword couldn't leave her fingers.
"You are dealing with Martial Arts Experts," informed the witch. "Demons are nothing more than dirt!" She pushed and let go his blade. Wyatt staggered back and suddenly two Melindas appeared. Thet inhaled and then let out two ferocious screams. The Witch held her position firm. Chris levitated a steel shack and sent it flying towards her. The witch had no choice but to dodge it. The double Lion's roar sent her flying across the warehouse. But she amazingly somersaulted in the air and landed gracefully like a feather.
"How the hell was that possible!" The Melindas gasped in horror before her astral projection fused with her host.
"Lion's Roar?" Lian chuckled. "Powerful but too raw and ungroomed. Your powers and your martial arts are pathetic!"
She swpied her hand hard in the air and a powerful wave knocked the heroes down. "Allow me to show the three of you the true nature of the Martial Arts World!"
She hovered high in the air and quickly flashed her palm. Chris saw the impact it could create. He told Wyatt and Melinda to get out of the way. After a split second they dodged the incoming and deadly impact, an explosion followed and a scorched mark was left from where they used to be.
"What the!" Wyatt exclaimed.
Kyle and his son exchanged heated words. Kyle fired his lightning bolts but Daniel absorbed his father's blasts. Daniel couldn't hate his father. He knew that Kyle was under the witch's spell. All he needed was to remember.
"Dad, stop!" Daniel begged.
"I should've thrown you out!" Kyle fired another blast of golden lightning bolts.
Daniel absorbed them again but such method was hurting him.
"Dad, don't you remember the good times we had before Lian came along?" Daniel asked his father while on his knees. "Please remember!"
"You and I have nothing good together!" Kyle shouted.
"Remember Mom? Do you remember how much you loved her?" Daniel asked him. "You told me that she changed you and brought you to the light. She sided with you and loved you. You said that Mom was the greatest thing that ever happened to you, next to my birth. Mom said that you are good whitelighter, a good husband and a great father. I believed her because it is true. You are a great father. You were there for me when I had problems and when I needed you. Dad, please, you've got to remember! I love you, Dad! Please remember!"
Kyle looked thought for a moment but he lashed out and fired lightning bolts at Daniel. Daniel blocked and abosrbed the blasts until he couldn't anymore. The strained broke his stance and the bolts sent him across the floor at long lengths. Daniel was rendered weak.
Kyle approached his son and ignited a lightning ball. He aimed at his son, but Daniel pleaded "Dad, please, don't do this. I love you, Dad. Please, remember..."
He broke down crying. Kyle suddenly remembered a vivid memory. He saw Paige, his wife hugging him and kissing him on the bed...It felt right and warm. Then he saw his son as a nine year old, calling for him in the dark alley. Kyle appeared in orbs of light and comforted his son. He said, "Daniel, I'm here. You'll be all right. Daddy's here. You'll be okay."
"Daddy? A monster tried to eat me!" Little Daniel cried in his father's arms. "Make it go away!"
Kyle turned around to see, but there was nothing.
"The monster's gone, son," said Kyle, assuring him that he would always be here for him. "Let's go home."
Kyle returned to the present. He looked at his weakened son. He disengaged his lightning ball and crouched down to his son. He picked up Daniel and embraced him.
"Dad, please don't do this," Daniel whispered, not noticing that his father was turned back.
"Don't worry, Dan," Kyle assured him. "I'm here. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm so sorry, Daniel. Please forgive me."
"I love you, Dad," Daniel told his father. "I knew you could come back."
"I'm sorry, son," said Kyle. "Could you forgive me?"
"Yeah, of course," said Daniel. "Help them out."
Kyle turned to see his niece and his nephews struggling against the witch. Wyatt was the only one standing but he was exhausted. The witch stretch her hands and hurled a powerful energy ball at Wyatt in the chest. The blast sent him flying and he crashed into stacked ladders. The steel and wooden ladders fell on him. Kyle retalitated and fired powerful lightning bolts at the witch. The impact only shocked her. She looked at Kyle menacingly.
"So," said the witch, discovering that the whitelighter broke her spell and hold. "Your heart conquered my spell. But, your compassion for your son will be your undoing."
She stretched her hair and they flew past Kyle. The whitelighter ducked and avoided the poisonous hair. She wasn't aiming for him. Her hair wrapped around Daniel and her hair retracted.
"NO!!" Kyle cried out. He didn't want to lose another person he loves. "Let him go! Your fight is with me!"
"Sorry, whitelighter!" Lian replied while carrying the unconcious Daniel. "My king has many demands. If you want to save your precious son, you will come to the underworld and give my king's his demands. If you don't..."
She pulled a single strand and pricked Daniel's hand like a needle. Kyle shouted and stepped closer.
"Ah-ah!" The witch warned. "Come any closer, I will kill him. You have three days to decide. If you don't show up, I will destroy the only antidote that will save your son's life. Consider this carefully for the son's sake."
She cackled as she disappeared in heaps of fire.
"Dad...save my cousins first...." Daniel's telepathic voice told him. "Don't worry about me. I'll be fine..."
Kyle helped out Melinda, Chris and Wyatt and treated their wounds. They returned home. Kyle was baffled, hurt and angry. He couldn't save his only son... He failed.

[glow=red,2,300]Chapter Eleven[/glow]
The Return of the Genocide, Lord of the Source...
The evil Bride held out the antidote and mocked Daniel by waving the vial in front of his eyes. Daniel, so far, was not tempted. Chained to the wall, he looked away. The evil Bride's temper flamed.
"You know, your father will come for you," said the Bride. "He will do what my king's demands to save your life."
"Oh yeah?" Daniel tried to toughen himself up. "I think he's gonna bust your sorry ass. He almost did, remember?"
"Ha!" she scoffed brutally. She held the vial in her hands tightly and attempted to crush it. "You know, if I were not working for King Genocide, you would be dead long ago."
"WHy? Cause I killed your brother or something?" Daniel mocked boorishly.
"So, you admitted it," observed the Bride.
"Oh, crap!" Daniel bit his lips but then realized who did he kill? "Wha-- Who? What are you talking about?"
"Ahh, you're just being sarcastic," said the witch and she put the vial away behind her white robes. "I see you have no memories. You wre once the Guardian of the Good and my brother, Guardian of Evil. You betrayed your master and killed him."
"Well, techniqually," said Daniel. "The way you're saying it, he must have struck me first and in retailiation, I struck him. So, it's even Stevens, yes?"
"Silence, wretched boy!" the witch growled angrily. "After this is over, after my king returns, I will personally dig you a grave!"
With that, she vanished. Daniel was left alone. If he used his powers, he would die right away. But in this underworld chamber, his has no powers here...
Kyle and Wyatt scryed for Daniel while Chris and Melinda prepared a reviving potion for Kyle. He was deeply hurt. Wyatt tried to comfort his troubled uncle, but Kyle was bent on saving his son.
"Daniel is all I have left, Wyatt," said Kyle. "I lost Paige, but I am not going to lose my son!"
The cyrstal did not respond. Kyle abandoned the table and attempted to sense him. He couldn't. He concentrated harder. He then felt a weak aura, slowly fading away to nothing.
"Chris! The potion!" Kyle shouted out.
Chris orbed into the attic and gave his uncle the vial.
"I think we should come with you," Chris suggested. "What if they set up a trap?"
"I doubt that," said Kyle.
"But you don't know that for sure, do you, Kyle?" It was Cole. He entered the attic with Melinda.
"This is my son we're talking about," said Kyle. "I have to save him!"
"Seiryu is tricky bastard," Cole continued. "I fought him before when I was Balthazor. I defeated him but I couldn't defeat him. I trapped him in the mirror. He found a way to come back. Only the chosen one can free him with that potion. Kyle, if you free that sorceror, Earth will end as we know it."
"I want my son back..." Kyle began but a flash of fire erupted in the middle of the attic.
Appeared the Bride, confident and triumphant.
"Well, Kyle." she waited for his answer. She looked behind herself. "Mr. Turner. Hmm. His magisty is waiting for you. He expects a rematch. Yes, I know you're mortal, but he doesn't give a s***." She truned to Kyle. "Give me the potion."
"No," Kyle refused. "You take me to my son and Seiryu. I will only give this potion if you give me back my son first."
"You are not in the postion to make demands, Whitelighter," reminded the bride. "You may be the chosen one, but you are not strong enough to fight off Loki and me. I suggest you come."
Kyle sighed and didn't move. Finally he agreed. The witch told him to follow her. She flamed out and Kyle orbed with her.
In the underworld, Loki and Genocide Seiryu waited for the Bride's return. They didn't wait very long. Both Kyle and Lian appeared in a flash. She forced Kyle to bow with her. Genocide bid them to stand at ease.
"Ahh, Mr. Brody," said the king. "How nice to finally meet you."
"Cut the pleasentries," Kyle interrupted. "I have you damn potion. Give me back my son!"
"Yes," the king agreed. "Lian, free the boy and give him the antidote."
"What?!" Lian exclaimed.
"You will have your revenge, my apprentice," assured the king. "I need to return first."
"Yes, master!" she sneered. She snapped her fingers and Daniel appeared after the flames died out. He was in chains. He appeared half well, but still lively. She didn't let him go. She forced the anitdote down his throat.
"The potion," Genocide demanded.
"My son--" Kyle said strongly.
"Dad, what's going on?" asked Daniel.
Kyle reluctantly hand over the vial to Loki. The mental wizard threw the vial at his king. The potion splattered all over the glass, but nothing happened. Kyle fired both red and golden lightning bolts at the mirror. Light and fire ignited, sparks flashing about.
"By the powers of the Phoenix, the dead shall reborn," chanted Seiryu. "With the dragon's chi, I shall embrace for it will lead me to great powers."
The mirror exploded and bright light filled the chamber and nearly all of the underworld. After the light faded, a looming figure shadowed Kyle, his son and the Bride. He was a horrific being. He had a body of Titan but a head of a furocious and ancient dragon with beady red eyes.
"I live!" he hissed terribly. "Ah! Now, Lian, kill the boy!"
Lian smittened and drew her dagger. Kyle turned and fired a powerful lightning bolt. His aim was precise. The bolt hit her face. She staggered back in pain and dropped her dagger. She covered her face and cried in pain. Loki summoned his harp and played it. Kyle was far to quick. He grabbed his son and fired a blast of red fire at Loki before he could finish his melody. Loki burned and shattered into ashes. He did not restore himself. Kyle and his son orbed and escape. Lian was crying her eyes out and the great Seiryu growled lowly.
"Shut up, witch!" warned the mighty dragon. "You will get your revenge. First, I have to destroy the Source and take his powers."

[glow=red,2,300]Chapter Twelve[/glow] Seiryu vs. the Source "I am free from the wretched mirror!" cried the mighty sorceror. He gloated his ultimate rebirth. He then gazed upon Lian's deformed face, burnt and charred on her left side. "Oh, fret not, dear witch. Allow me to fix that." He approached closer to the witch, held out his hands and light immited from his palms. Her face healed and returned to normal. "Thank you, my lord," Lian bowed gracefully. But old Genocide Seiryu had other plans. The great dragon demon-sorceror snatched her up and slammed her against the wall. The witch cried out in pain and demanded to know why is he doing this. "Simple," replied the Dragon Sorceror. "I need more power if I am to fight the source. You see, the source is strong. If Balthazor was a demon who defeated me, then the Source is quite stronger, tenfold. I took Loki's chi, which is why he didn't return. Now, with your powerful chi, I will be able to become the Source itself. Thank you, white Bride, for everything. You won't regret your sacrifice." The great sorceror threw her high up and aimed a fireball at her. In an instance, she exploded and Genocide absorbed her silver chi. After a minute or two, he grew white hair and long claw nails. He gestured at Loki's robes. They shimmered and appeared on him. Fully clothed, the sorceror disappeared to find the Source. Daniel was fine. Kyle was relieved but he followed his son wherever he goes. Daniel found it very irritating, but he understood that his father was only protecting him. As the boy strummed the lyre, it occured to him that Seiryu was freed and probably greater in power than ever. The Dragon Sorceror will becoming after his cousins and him. Daniel taught his cousins eveything he knows but realized that their skills (magically and physically) won't be near enough. Just as he slammed his palms on the strings, the lyre opened. Inside was a manuscript to the deadly techniques of the Magic Lyre. He skimmed through the manuscript. Although he could translate it, the concept was too difficult to understand. He put it aside. A strange blue booklet caught his attention within the lyre. He grabbed it and looked through it. Secrets the booklet held. Most importantly, they were secrets of defeating Seiryu. Daniel quickly read through it and discovered that the only way to vanquish Seiryu is through mortal combat. "Oh, s***!" Daniel cried out. At that precise moment his father appeared, scolding him for cursing. Daniel apologized. "But, Dad, look at this!" Daniel shoved the book into his father's hands. "This little book tell us how to defeat Seiryu or Genocide, whatever his name is!" "Mortal Combat," Kyle remarked. "You mean, he can't be killed by potions or magic?" "Nope," said Daniel. "This is good news." "Good? How could it be good?" Kyle demanded. "We, the Charmed Four, shall band together and defeat this sorceror," Daniel announced. "This will show the demons that we are a force not to be messed with! Ah-ha!" "I don't think so, son!" Kyle stopped him. "I'm not letting you or your cousins get in this mess!" "Dad, you're our Whitelighter," Daniel pointed it out. "And I am your father," Kyle added. "My duty is to protect you first. I won't let you go through with this." "I'm going to give a call to Mr. and Mrs. Chen," said Daniel. "They will teach us. Actually, I'm going to orb there and bring them here. Bye, Dad!" Before Kyle could say anything, Daniel already orbed and disappeared. Seiryu marched through the underworld, zapping and killing any demons that stood in his way. Just as he was about to ignite a fireball at the Vulture Demons, the Seer cried to him to stop. She informed the sorceror that the Source is honored to welcome his return. The sorceror rudely thanked the Seer and pushed her out of his way. He marched into the throne room and eliminated two guardsmen. "I issue a challenge to the Source of Evil!" he ignited a fiery sword and pointed his blade at the Source. The Source couldn't help but laughed. "I'm the strongest of all! No one can beat me!" "Then, you will prove it!" Genocide taunted him. "Unless you are afraid of a Dragon Sorceror!" "I'm not afraid!" He charged as he drew his weapon. "I will show you that!" He lunged and parried. Genocide skillfully swerved and avoided his opponent's sorry strike, but he made a mistake. The Source turned around and fired fire bolts from his finger tips. Genocide stretched out his left hand and deflected the bolts at the Source's 2 henchmen. They were vanquished instantly. "You powers are strong," said the sorceror. "But I am disappointed. The demons of the underworld hold you to such high esteem! Can't you do better?" Angry and furious, the Source fired, with all his might, a force wave that could annihalate an army. But Genocide held out one hand and abosrbed it. "Thank you, my liege," Genocide chuckled. He ignited a silver fireball with lightning surging on the surface. "Allow me to show you how it is done!" He hurled his mighty fireball at the defenseless Source and vanquished him. Black light was absorbed by Genocide and his powers increased tenfold. "I am the Source!" announced the Sorceror. "I am the greatest of all!" "No, not yet," warned the Seer. "You still have to kill the children. They could bring the downfall of the Source." "Ha!" scoffed the new Source. "I can only be killed in a Mortal Combat. Thorugh skills of the martial arts world, I am king!" "You are still vulnerable," said the Seer. "Then tell me what you see, Seer!" demanded the sorceror. Her eyes glowed awhile and she answered "It is still unclear. There is a cloud covering my visions." "Then we will see," said the sorceror confidently. "I will wait for them to make their first move. They will fight me head on. I expect that. Seer, leave me while I gloat my triumph!" The Seer and the rest of the demons shimmered out, leaving their new ruler on the throne, gloating.

[glow=red,2,300]Chapter Thirteen[/glow] Revelation The new Source was greater than any others in history. No challengers dared challenge the mighty sorceror who was part dragon. Yes, his powers was so great, all demons, warlocks, grimlocks, witches, darklighters...all that are evil joined the mighty Seiryu. They dare not turn down his offer. Otherwise, it is death. "I am king!" he announced to his followers. The crowd cheered in the underworld. "Soon, the Power of 4 shall die! We will regain the Earth's surface and rule it until the end of time! I propose a new era that takes place in the old." The crowd murmured confusedly. They didn't understand what their leader meant. "Through this process, we shall control the mortals," he said. "We shall control trade, business, government! We shall live in the days of Depression. But first, we must capture Charmed One's parents. Only then can we destroy them!! Now, who's with me?!" The crowd cheered for Seiryu again, chanting his name over and over again. The Seer didn't like the idea, even though the vision of hers was clouded. "Lord Genocide," she called to him. The Dragon Sorceror only gave her a grunt while gloating about his plan. "There may be a chance you might lose." "Oh? I thought your visions are not clear on this matter," said Seiryu. he opened his yellow, red eyes and stared at her. "You see, though the clouds are covering my vision," she admitted, but was not conflicted. "I still sense a disturbance in your plan." "Who are you, a Sith?" joked the Sorceror. "I know I can defeat them easily. You wait and see. My powers are greater than any others. I know what I am doing, Seer. I am not as shallow as your previous Source was." "The Soure has just returned recently," she said. "Who friggin' cares?" he growled. He raised his hands above his head and slow chanted thirty words in less than a minute. "This world, Seer, is mine. As the Avatars did the makeover, I shall do the same, except in the time I choose. I can only be destroyed through mortal combat. Seer. You shall see." A blast of light flamed throughout the underworld. Then a burst of light spread from the top of the pyramid of Egypt. The world changed completely. Civilians' clothes changed from modern times to 1940's suits and swing dresses. No one seemed to mind, whether they be witches or mortals. Except...the Charmed Ones. Daniel screamed in horror as he looked into the mirror to his his hair greased and combed back. Not to mention, a nice, decent men trousers and a nice lon sleeve shirt. He hated it. "What the hell!" he cursed. Wyatt orbed in with Melinda. They too are upset with their clothes. "What am I? Scarlett O'Hara?" she growled under her breath. Wyatt said nothing. He tipped down his stove hat to hide his expression as Chris orbed in with a simliar expresion with Daniel's. "What happened?" he demanded. "Who did this?" asked Wyatt, embarresed. "Who else?" It was Kyle. He was affected also. "Genocide. He's trying to take over the world by this mean. If you know the Godfather, then this will be a simliar thing." "Crap!" Wyatt and Chris cursed at the same time. "You guys ready?" asked Kyle. "Yeah," Melinda replied for all of them. "We're ready." "Could Daniel and I have a private moment?" asked the distraught whitelighter. Wyatt orbed downstairs with Melinda and Chris followed them immediately. Kyle turned to Daniel with a glum expression. "Uh oh, another lecture," Daniel sighed. "Daniel, you know how I feel about this," he said. Daniel only nodded. "I lost your mother," he said, kneeling down to his young son. "I can't shake off this feeling that I'm going to lose you too. I don't want you to do this. At all." Daniel gave out ha, ha. He was not afraid. "Dad, I know what I am doing. I taught them to the best of my knowledge." "I'm scared of losing you," Kyle said flatout. "I can't lose you. You're the only thing right now that I am living." "Dad, you're dead," said Daniel. "Try to understand this, please." DAniel nodded. "I understand, Dad. I have to do this. I promise you that we will return alive and well. If not, you're just a jingle away." Suddenly, a fire appeared behind Kyle. Seiryu materialized as shouts from downstairs increased as steps approached the attic. Adam pulled his father away, but he was too late. Seiryu charged so fast that Daniel saw a blur. Before he could react, he punched Kyle and fell unconcious. The sorceror sticked out his toungue and disappeared. Daniel cursed angrily as his cousins entered the attic, breathless. "He took our parents!" Melinda informed. "He kidnapped them." Daniel turned away frustraitingly. Then, he felt something in his hand. It was a ripped rag from Seiryu's black suit. "How are we going to find them?" Chris demanded. "Oh, a little scrying wouldn't hurt," said Daniel, smiling. The time has come. The scrying was succesful. The siblings looked at each other and wished to each other luck. They held hands and orbed into the underworld.

[glow=red,2,300]The Fantastic Four[/glow]
Seiryu cackled darkly as he placed a lethal barrier around Cole, Phoebe, Piper, Leo and Kyle. Their powers are useless in his lair. He raised his hands and shook his fists rashly at his victims.
"Soon, your sons and you daughter will be vanquished!" cackled the Sorceror.
"In a casino?" Piper scoffed. "Kyle, let's orb out of here."
"Piper, my powers are useless here," said Kyle.
"Crap," Piper cursed.
"Aw, why the long face?" sneered Genocide. "We have the Slots, Tables, Craps... Once you're dead, you'll have the time of your...wait. Scratch that. Sit down and watch the greatest show on Earth...I mean...Yeah, Earth! If you excuse me, I have guests to entertain."
The Sorceror leapt into the next room at the craps table. Before them awaited four gamblers in dark suits. Their faces were covered by their stove hats. Seiryu gestured them and shooed his henchmen away.
"Well, the greatest fighters in the world, in the crap house," muttered Seiryu. "Amazing. The children of the legends."
"Only the greatest of the Sorcerors can genertate such aura," Daniel stated, while sucking on his unlit cigarette.
Melinda snatched the cigarette out and flicked it away.
"Yep," stated Chris. "Genocide is the number one villian."
"One we must kill." said Wyatt.
"So that good shall live in peace." Melindad concluded
"Could it be that you four are my defeaters?" laughed the Sorceror. "The fated ones?"
"The Fantastic Fours, my dear man," Daniel replied.
"Good, let's do it," said Wyatt.
The sorceror supported his head with one hand and on the table. "Fine with me. Let's do it."
Their parents watched in horror as they they stared at each other with meancing eyes. Melinda made the first move. She kicked upwards, splintering and spliting the table into two. Her kick didn't go all the way. Genocide blocked it.
Daniel leapt from his chair and smashed Genocide at the base of his neck. Nothing. His hold was firmer than the redwood's hold in the ground.
Wyatt held on to his backseat and stomped the villan's face with his feet. Genocide said nothing.
Chris dove in from nowhere. He clenched his fist and punched downwards, impacting Genocide's scarred head.
Nothing. None of their attacks made him utter a squirm. Neither did the sorceror flinched. They retreated, falling away from his ten paces from the sorceror.
"Piece of cake," said Genocide. "I can handle this easily."
The 'Fantastic Four' charged again, fists forward. They swirled like a horizontal twister to baffle the Sorceror. The Sorceror stood firm but sonic speed fist shots impacted them. The four fell on their backs. The Four tapped their hands on the ground and bounced back up with powerful kicks. The Sorceror swirled and jumped away from them. He extended his hands and appeared in them a hilt with the deadliest blade ever known to mankind.
"Death is inevitable for the four of you," said Genocide.
Wyatt called to Excalibur and the king's sword appeared in his hands. The two most powerful beings exchanged sword blows like furious warriors fighting for their beliefs. Wyatt, though skilled, was on the defensive. Chris leaped backwards and snatched a steel spear from the hands of a demon statue. He joined the fray, abling them to put the sorceror on the defensive. Suddenly, the brothers were again put on the defense. As soon as they blocked the stoke that came from above, the sorceror jumped towards them and gave them each a landing kick in the chest.
Melinda produced her astral projection and they inhaled until their lungs expanded at maximum. Then, they unleashed a double scream, the Lion's roar times two. The Sorceror turned too late. The pulse shocked him, unfortunately only shook him slightly.
"Lion's roar!" he exclaimed excitedly. He charged, twisted his body and came around with a side kick to her head.
Daniel quickly retaliated and charged in with a double kick. The sorceror stumbled four paces as Daniel orbed in his magic lyre. The sorceror snapped his fingers and a black harp made of black leather and intestines replaced the sword. Daniel didn't care what it was. He strummed the cords faster than the camara's shutter clicking. Genocide was twice as quick. He needed to strum three cords on his harp to repel and hold off Daniel's harmonic shock wave. He strummed again, blasting back Daniel's notes at him at full power. Daniel strummed distinct notes and canceled out the returning blast. The explosion sent him flying and impacted him against the wall.
Wyatt and Chris struck back with Melinda behind. He managed to block her off and kicked her aside. But, as soon as he tried to swipe and fend off the brothers' attacks, Melinda flew from between them and landed a painful blow on his forehead and neck. Genocide stumbled backward as their parents cheered for them.
Daniel stood behind him and strummed the lyre. A force of ten thousand dragons flew against the sorceror. He turned and strummed his harp's cords to hold off the strike of ten thousand dragons. Wyatt and Chris came out of nowhere and attacked him at his sides. He leaped upwards and escaped the lethal cross blades. Suddenly, Melinda and Daniel dove downwards with their legs and feet stretched outwards. It was too late to turn back. Their soles landed hard on his face and created an imprint between his nose. The sorceror fell down on his back and his crash made a crater in the ground. But he was far from out.
The 'Fantastic Four' gathered into a group with Melinda in the front, Daniel behind her and Wyatt and Chris between them.
Genocide rose, infuriated.
"Whoa, he don't look happy," Daniel noted, readied to strum again.
"I will not fall prey to the Fantastic Four!" He crushed his harp and he mutated.
His skin hardened and dried up into a hard fiber shell. A deep rumbling cracked it. Their parents stared in fear as the shell exploded, sending the shrapnals in all direction. Wyatt raised his hand and freezed the fragments. Though the magic did not work on the sorceror. Or at least, he was the sorceror. Used to be.
"Now, face my true form, children!" growled the dragon.
He was no longer a dragon face, impression sorceror. Seiryu was now a giant dragon with upright legs, grasping claws, bulging arms, bat wings and nine horns. His red eyes gleamed like death was at their throats, ready to slit them.
"Uh, guys, this might be a problem," Melinda gulped fearfully.
Daniel quickly decided to play the Eight Lethal Notes of the Cave Dragon's Song. As he quickly strummed the cords, the sorceror laughed.
"Fools, I am immortal!" he declared and spew a stream of fire at them. The musice easily held off the attack, but Daniel's strength began to wane as he put for his inner life to the music.
"Hurry, the spell!" Daniel shouted.
Melinda, Wyatt and Chris gathered behind him as she pulled out a piece of paper.
Together, all four, the chanted the spell they all wrote:
"Dragon Sorceror, source of death and despair, we call now upon the Halliwell line to vaquish your evil deeds... Be gone, be vanquish, we order thee, the people, the innocents of the earth, peace the need..."
Daniel's strength took the toll. The lyre bounced him away and Chris quickly caught him before his tired body impacted on a stake. The fire at the same time shattered like glass. The sorceror choked as heat swelled up his heart. The heart exploded along with the sorceror's body. An orb of light shrunk and then expanded without warning, covering the world in brightness. In less than a second, the world truned away from the olden days and returned to the modern century.
The casino no longer existed. It was only an empty warehouse in the night sky. Daniel awoke to see that they defeated their enemy that nearly controled the world.
Their parents rushed to their children and embraced them as though they just returned from war. Kyle was most worried about his son. Daniel collapsed as the sorceror was vanquished. Daniel assured him that he was okay. Kyle embraced his son desperately, thanking God that Daniel was not taken from him.
They all thanked God that they survived the battle. Now, it was over. Finally.
A cry for help was heard by Wyatt. Daniel looked at his cousins and they looked at their parents and each other. The parents knew what their kids have to do.
I guess...the Power of Four is still on duty. This is, of course, the Charmed Legacy.
