This was on the season 1-5 board, but I just moved it to this one. Hopefully I will get more people's ideas.
Some of what I have written has already happened. But the twist is it's with Cole. I don't know if this is written on the right board, but it's an idea I thought up. Please read it, invision it, and tell me what you think. Feel free to write your own fictional ends to season five if you would have changed it. Also, this is no disrespect to the writers of Charmed. I just like to use my imagination when it comes to my favorite shows.
This is just a discussion on season five the way it should have been done in my opinion. In my opinion, season three, four, and the first half of season five was the best of Charmed. After the death of Cole in episode 100, "Centennial Charmed," the series went in a more light and magical direction with nymphs, leprechauns and sandmen. There was a lot of emphasis as to Wyatt coming into his powers and demons trying to capture him. Still, Charmed is great in my opinion. But, I was wondering what Charmed would have been like if Cole would have been able to complete the fifth season. Here's what I think should have happened. In "A Witch In Time," Cole was told that, sooner than he thought, he would become ruler of the Underworld again. That should of happened. Episode 100 should of been that with Cole being so distraught over losing Phoebe, he becomes an Avatar and alters reality to be with Phoebe again. The episode follows the same way it was originally, but when Cole is about to be vanquished by the Charmed Ones, Alpha and another Avatar (Gamma or Beta), stops time, telling Cole that this is a lesson to be learned. Time is rewound to where Cole alters reality and none of the events take place. Paige, after finally being convinced by her sisters and Leo, decides to not take the risk of using her invisibility vanquishing potion on Cole. It's kind of what the Avatars did to Leo in "There's Something About Leo." If the Avatars are a collective power, seeking powerful people, and Cole, with all of his demonic powers, is powerful, then the Avatars shouldn't have let Cole be vanquished. After Cole learns his lesson, he becomes cold and distant, realizing that his love, Phoebe, will never return. With the Avatars wanting to change the world into Utopia, and Cole not obliging to helping the idea, friction arise between Cole and the other Avatars, culmonating in a supernatural battle. Cole having allegiances with the Underworld has some upperlevel demons in defense with him against the Avatars. With the battle being useless, Alpha decides to strip Cole of his Avatar powers, leaving Cole as a demon; still powerful, but now, uninvincible. At this time demonic factions are forming within the Underworld, and the only way to rule it is to take out the Charmed Ones. Phoebe, not being bothered by Cole, has the opportunity to focus on her craft, career, lovelife, and being one of Piper's midwives. But what they don't know is that Cole has now become the leader of the Underworld, and his first act as the leader is to capture Piper's baby. With Piper's baby being twice blessed, having the baby as evil gives evil leverage. The first act at taking Piper's baby comes when she gives birth. But with magic being down and the Charmed Ones being prepared, the attempt is futile. Cole is only the masterminnd of the plans. He sends other upper-level demons for the attacks. But with Wyatt having a force field now, Cole has to strategize to find a way past the force field. Phoebe now has a Cole-free life, and since she's found happiness, she's also found love- with Jason. Paige and Piper continuously battle for lead witch position, which allows Paige to question whether or not she should find a new path in life besides the Power of Three. Piper and Leo, after having Wyatt, begins to have marital issues. Even though Phoebe is in a committed relationship with Jason, knowing that Cole has not tried to make contact with her makes her nervous for potential innocents sake. Cole knows that the Charmed Ones are going to be suspicious of his absence and on his tail. When Phoebe checks on Cole, she hears from him that he is now vulnerable to being vanquished. After losing his Avatar powers he is a regular demon, no longer invincible. He is now back with the law firm and looking to stay away from good and evil; especially if that's the only way to win her back. Phoebe assures him she is not coming back and knows secretly there is something more than what he is letting on. But she dismisses it until she has proof that he's killed an inocent. Soon after she leaves a series of innocents are killed in a similar pattern, similar to how Cole kills. Knowing that something is up, the Charmed Ones figure out that each killing happens at a certain place and time. Cole realizes that the Charmed Ones will be one step ahead, ready to slice his flesh for a vanquishing potion. The sisters slices Cole and shortly afterwards Cole sends a shapeshifter in his place. He tells the shapeshifter, it's to keep up appearance above ground, while he strategizes below. Later on, the sisters attack, killing shapeshifter Cole with the potion. Now, Cole can conspire to kidnap Piper's baby. He teams up with an upperlevel group of demons, the Order, so they can use their septum to change Wyatt's perception of good, allowing them to capture the baby. A diversion is needed to attack- The mythic giants from "Oh My Goddess." Cole knows the mythic gods have a personal vendetta against the elders, and once the elders are dead, Leo can clean up the mess. He'll become an elder, allowing the Charmed Ones to be distracted and vulnerable, which can lead way into his plans of capturing Wyatt. The events that happened in "Oh My Goddess" happens. Leo turns into an elder, Chris comes from the future, and within the first hour of the show, the mythic giants are vanquished. But while the sisters are fighting the mythic beasts, the Order and Cole attack, killing the elf nanny and using the septum to turn Wyatt and capture him. Leo is in Elder land restoring order and the Charmed ones are in battle. But after the battle, they hear Wyatt's cry. The Charmed goddesses get there during the attack, but it's too late. After Leo arrives, hearing the news, he is enraged and ready to kill. But the sisters have Leo take away their goddess powers and the Charmed Ones prepare to attack Cole on their own. During a demonic ritual in the Underworld to fully turn Wyatt evil, the Charmed Ones arrive, vanquishing demons left and right. Members of the Order shimmers out during the attack, but most are killed. Finally, they get to Cole and he is vanquished with the crystal cage and the source vanquishing spell. Cole and most of the Order are dead, and with the help of Chris, Wyatt's perception is restored. But Leo is still an elder, which means he will not be with his family. A distraught Piper confronts Leo, and like the show, he magically eases her pain. During the celebration for Leo's promotion inside the mannor, Leo chats with Chris about becomming the Charmed One's whitelighter outside. But as he leaves, Chris blasts Leo in an explosion of orbs and there is the cliffhanger.
Sorry so long, but that was as brief I could be.
Tell me what you think and feel free to write your own stories. Season five related that is.
Hope you enjoyed.
