Charmed and a Half

This one kinda talks about stuff my last fan fiction Whose the Witch. I'll update you if you didn't read it! Leo is worried that the elders might do something bad to him for all the times he's turned against them and Glen and Paige are engaged. I hope you enjoy ;D





[Setting: Manor kitchen. Paige is at burping Chris,

Phoebe is drinking coffee, Piper and Leo are focusing on

Paige along with everyone else)

Piper: What Paige you’re engaged to Glen?

Paige: Yea, well things didn’t work out with him and ex, so we’ve been going out for a while.

Phoebe: Why didn’t you tell us?

Paige: I didn’t wanna jinks in yet and not just that, I didn’t feel it was right.

Leo: When do you plan on getting married?

Paige: I guess whenever we get it planned.

Piper: Whoa wait, one word money? Last time I checked Magic School doesn’t put bread on the table.

Paige: I know, that’s why I quit Magic School and now I’ve decided to go back to Social Services.

Phoebe: Halliwells are full of surprises.

Paige: Don’t worry; I’m sure we’ll have everything under control.

Piper: Alright (She kisses Leo and smiles) As for you, your safe from the elders.

[Setting: Quake: A lot of people are there chatting and sitting. A couple is sitting down at a table talking]

John: Come on, Shelly, just let me take you there.

Shelly: No John I don’t wanna go.

John: Why not?

Shelly: That’s where my mom killed herself John you could show some respect.

John: So your mom jumped of the old warehouse building, you won’t. It’s a beautiful place and you know it.

Shelly: (She grabs her purse) Alright.

[Setting: Roof top. The sun is shining on the floor that has lots of sand on it. John and Shelly open the door that leads and go on the roof]

John: (He tickles Shelly and she laughs) You like?

Shelly: Yea it’s pretty up here. I never knew.

John: (He kisses her) You never know.

Shelly: So why’d you bring me here?

John: Oh, I wanted to show you something. Something I’ve always wanted to show you.

Shelly: Really what is it? (He takes something out of his pocket. It’s gold dust)

John: Who I am. (He blows the dust and it encircles her and she turns to dust. John picks up the dust and it burns into nothingness. Her spirit rises up and goes into John) Just wait Charmed One’s, your next.

[Setting: Manor the next day. Paige is watching an exercise video and doing what their doing and Piper is reading a magazine]

Piper: (She looks at Paige) You know you’re wasting your time.

Paige: Why?

Piper: Cause that’s a poor diet.

Paige: Well Jenny Craig didn’t work so this is the next step. (Phoebe comes into the room)

Phoebe: You know Wyatt and Chris are eating all of the fruit loops? (she looks at the window) Is it raining?

Paige: Yep, non-stop and I've been eating the loops.

Piper: On the bright side, demons don’t travel in the rain.

Phoebe: You know, (she sits down) I’ve been thinking.

Piper: Shock me.

Phoebe: I’ve been thinking, why do we even bother?

Paige: I told you, Jenny Craig didn’t work so this is the next step.

Phoebe: No, why do we bother worrying about Leo? I mean they wouldn’t make him forget about his whole family? His two sons?

Piper: You have a point, but you can never be too safe.

Paige: (She stops) Yea. But it would make since, if Wyatt were to turn evil without a father figure. (They all stop and look as the news comes on)
Newscaster: Another young lady has turned up missing. 26 year old Shelly Hessingburg is the 12th woman to turn up missing in the last 4 days. Police have no leads on this at all. (Paige turns the TV down)

Paige: You don’t think…….?

Piper: Many people turn up missing doesn’t mean it has to do with magic.

Phoebe: (She turns up the TV and has a vision. She see’s a teenager running around in the Quake screaming for her life. Phoebe returns.)

Paige: What, what did you see?

Phoebe: A young girl, a teenager, being killed by a demon. I didn’t see his face. (She looks at Piper) She was at the Quake.
Piper: What do we do?

Paige: We go save her.

Piper: Well when we have time for that? I have to go to P3 and Phoebe has work to.

Paige: Uh, I could watch her.

Phoebe: Great! But Piper, I think we should go get her first and bring her here so the demon doesn’t get use to Paige’s power.

Piper: Alright. (Paige orbs them to the Quake)

[Setting: Quake: A lot of people are there chatting and sitting. The teenage girl is sitting at a table. Phoebe and Paige orb in the bathroom. They peek out to see the girl and Phoebe points her out]

Piper: Did Paige have to orb us to a bathroom?

Phoebe: I wish we knew what the demon looked like. Look! (She points to the girl who is getting up) Let’s hide (They run into a stall)

Girl: Anyone in there? (She knocks on the stall)

Phoebe: Uh, yes sorry.

Girl: No sorry, (she goes into the other stall right when the demon John shimmers in) Oh.

Phoebe: (she whispers) Did he shimmer?

Piper: (She opens the stall and tries to blow up the demon but he just gets blown back into the wall and the girl screams) Quick Phoebe gets her and get out. (Piper freeze’s the demon and they leave)

John: Damn Charmed One’s. (He shimmer’s out)

[Setting: Attic. Paige is on the couch looking through the book of shadows as Phoebe, Piper, and the girl walk up stairs.)

Girl: What are you doing why are you doing this to me? (She cries and Piper freeze’s her)

Piper: Teen’s these days.

Paige: Alright she’s all mine and Leo took Wyatt and Chris on a “father” bonding trip.

Piper: I think he’s trying to squeeze time in with the kids before he gets the elder verdict.

Paige: Oh, I do hope things work out. Life without Leo just wouldn’t be the same.

Phoebe: Yea, I gotta go now. (She walks out strangely)

Paige: What’s up with her?

Piper: The demon shimmered. She didn’t get a good look at his face, but she said she’s convinced its Cole. Now, just explain everything to her slowly. (She unfreezes her)

Girl: (She’s crying) I just don’t understand what’s going on I mean (She stops crying) hey what just happened?

Piper: She’ll explain everything. (She walks out)

Paige: Yea, um about that. This might sound crazy, but we’re witches and a demon is after you.

Girl: You’re kidding? Am I getting punked?

Paige: No only Celebes get punked and, this is the real deal, what’s your name?

Girl: Maya.

Paige: Nice to meet you Maya, my name is Paige.

Maya: So, your witches?

Paige: Yep.

Maya: I’m sorry this all hard to believe and I don’t know what’s going on but I’m leaving. (She walks away but Paige use’s her powers to shut the door)

Paige: A demon is after you, a demon who we don’t even know who is since they didn’t get a good look at his face.

[Setting: The Bay Mirror. Phoebe is in her office typing]

Phoebe: “Dear Phoebe my boyfriend and I broke up about 3 years ago and I’m still not able to deal with it. It’s as if everywhere I turn I expect to see him. He even has a new girlfriend and I’m seeing someone else, I can’t help but feel jealous. What do you think I should do?” I wish I knew myself (Elise walks in)

Elise: How’s the work coming along?

Phoebe: Good great, I think I need a walk though. All this room air you know.

Elise: Alright but be back soon. (Phoebe walks out)

[Setting: Phoebe is walking out Starbucks and goes into a dark ally]

Phoebe: Cole why do you still haunt me when I’m suppose to be over you. (John shimmers in behind her and throws her into a wall) Ow. (She levitates and kicks him) I’m glad I got that power back.

John: I’m surprised, a weak witch like you going up against me?

Phoebe: If I’m so weak why do you demons fear us? (She kicks him again and he falls)

John: Maybe because I’m not a demon, witch (he throws the dust at her and Phoebe turns to dust. Her spirit rises up and goes into John) Lucky number 13.

[Setting: Manor. Maya is looking through the Book of Shadows and is shocked by the things she see’s. Paige is pacing around looking bored]

Maya: This is really interesting.

Paige: Huh, yea. (Paige sits down quick)

Maya: What’s wrong?

Paige: I don’t know, I just have a feeling something’s gone wrong.

Maya: I’m sure there is a spell in here to fix that feeling.

Paige: Personal gain.

Maya: Huh?

Paige: We can’t use our magic for our own personal use but we’ve been fighting demons for 7 years, well 4 for me but still, we should be able to use fun and games.

Maya: Wow. But still, why don’t you use a spell then?

Paige: That’s not how thing’s go, Maya. (Piper walks up crying) Piper what’s wrong?

Piper: Phoebe’s dead.

Paige: What? (She cries) No. (Her and Piper hug)

Piper: Leo said he sensed something was wrong, and he orbed to Phoebe to find her remains. (She falls to her knees and cries and Paige joins her)

Paige: The demon did it, ok Piper we’re gonna save Phoebe.

[Setting: Clouds. Phoebe is walking around looking.]

Phoebe: This is odd, very, where am I?

Voice behind her: You’re in a place you don’t belong.

Phoebe: (She turns around and gasp) No.

Andy: Yes.

Phoebe: (She hugs) Oh my god Andy! Wait, I’m dead?

Andy: Yes you are. You need to get back though. Your not suppose to be here, your sisters need you.

Phoebe: How do I get back? (She looks around) Follow the yellow brick road?

Andy: (He laughs) No, your sisters will save you with your help.

[Setting: Attic. Paige is looking through the book of shadows and Piper is on the couch crying]

Paige: Piper don’t worry we are going to save Phoebe.

Piper: Just like we saved Prue and Andy?

Paige: That’s the thing Piper, they actually died. None of this demons victims are dead. (She keeps looking and stops on a page) “Soul Collectors, demons who have the ability to collect the souls of people by turning them into dust. There are different kind of Soul Collectors”, (she stops) I think I know. Maya stay here (Paige orbs out)

[Setting: Same dark Ally Phoebe was]

Paige: (She picks up the ashes) Come on. (She closes her eyes. Paige orbs out in back in) What? (John shimmers in) I got what I need (she orbs out and John follows)

[Setting: Living room. Piper is walking down stairs when Paige orbs in and Maya yelps]

Paige: Piper John is

Piper: A warlock, a powerful one for that matter. He takes a witches power like all other warlocks but he can take demons to. Not just that, all those souls into him, make him a source like warlock Paige.

Paige: Uh oh. (John shimmers in)

John: Hello Paige. (Paige use’s her powers to fling him into a wall)

Paige: Piper you said witches, he takes witches? Maya isn’t a witch. (Maya runs from John. Paige looks up) Phoebe you better be there. (She throws the ashes up and Phoebe’s spirit self teleports him)

Phoebe: Hey this is what it feels like.

Piper: We don’t have much time. (She tries to blow him up but it fails) Damn it. (John’s eyes open wider and he beams out blue light from his eyes. It hits Piper and Paige into a wall)

Paige: Maya look out. (John takes Maya and kills her. He blows out the dust and she turns into dust and her spirit rises into John) Maybe she was a witch.

John: Wow and I have a Charmed One’s power.

Piper: (She takes Phoebe and Paige’s hand) We can’t let him win.

Paige: Lost souls the one you have takin we wish to bring back Phoebe Halliwell the witch you’ve mistaken. (Lights swirl around Phoebe is alive)

Phoebe: You wrote that?

Paige: (She looks at her paper) No Maya did.

Piper: (She freeze’s John) Now Phoebe. (Phoebe gets ready and kicks John down and he unfreezes) Paige. (Paige flings John into a wall. He stands up and the Charmed One’s run to the attic)

Paige: Quick Phoebe lock the door.

Phoebe: (She locks the door) Like that’ll help.

Piper: (She flips through the book to the page with John on it) Quick (The door burst open)

John: Nice try. (He throws a white like ball at the sisters but Paige deflects it back)

Piper/Phoebe/Paige: "Prudence, Patricia, Penelope, Melinda, Astrid, Helena, Laura and Grace, (the Source catches on fire) Halliwell witches stand strong beside us, vanquish this evil from time and space."(John screams but isn’t vanquished yet) Prudence, Patricia, Penelope, Melinda, Astrid, Helena, Laura and Grace, (the Source catches on fire) Halliwell witches stand strong beside us, vanquish this evil from time and space. The power of three will set you free." (John yells in pain the spirits he’s take come out and the bodies he’s killed come back to life and the souls go back in. John catches on fire and disappears in black dust then into nothingness)

Piper: So much for my happy ending. I would have like him to go to nothingness first.

[Setting: Manor kitchen. Piper is cooking and Phoebe and Paige are talking. Leo orbs in.]

Leo: Hey Piper, Phoebe, Paige.

Paige: Hey Leo.

Leo: It seems like the elders think that me having a wife and two kids.

Piper: What do you mean?

Leo: Piper I can’t stay.

Phoebe: What they wouldn’t.

Piper: No Leo we worked hard to be together like hell they are going to take it away.

Paige: (She walks over to Piper) Leo what’s going on what did they say?

Leo: They said (Leo starts jerking and yelling. Lights surround him and he orbs out as if he exploded.)

Piper: How can this be? (She starts to cry. Paige and Phoebe hug her)

This one isn't that long and I don't think I;ll ever write one ever so long

Ok, SPELL CHECK and how about punctuation?? Other than that, tho VERY bare, the story isn't bad. I write myself and it drives me insane to see someone write something and say "your" instead of "you're" or "its" instead of "it's". Do you mean to come across as that foolish?

Just a word of advice.

I don't want to say something that could discourage you from writing... so here are some suggestions.

It's a good story, a good idea, but if you took a little bit more time on correcting the punctuation and grammer mistakes, it would be more enjoyable for someone to read it. Plus, it 'flows' better.

Maybe think about adding more description and details, build up to the drama instead of just jumping into it.

With a little practice, I'm sure your next story will be terrific
