"The Family Curse" - A Charmed Series Finale

If you get a chance to read Aurora Nightstar's version of this (mine is based on her story, which I wrote while she was working on her entry for a Cafe contest--one, by the way, that she won), you'll see that she *did* have Andy & Prue married with a daughter, Andrea, who's a big part of the story, since Aurora couldn't use Cole or Patty in hers, due to the rules. I'm also very much of a Prue/Andy shipper and desperately tried to figure a spot to put him in without it seeming too contrite, and unfortunately didn't succeed. I originally wrote it with Andy standing next to Prue, with his arm around her, at the end, but somehow, it just didn't seem right. But please know that I definitely did try!! I also looked everywhere for a clip with Prue & Andy that went along the same theme, but again, couldn't find one. If you can, I'll gladly add it!!

this was a great story. what is the name of your friends story so that I may read it? the only thing that i didn't like was that while you had flashbacks to previous history, you didn't mention Prue at all. she was important to all of those story lines and it would have helped paige get to know her older sister some.

i absolutely loved how you had prue, grams, and mom there... that was great! prue closing the door at the very end, Chris toddling to his Aunt Prue... loved it!

Thank you so much, Prue! I'm glad you liked it! As I told someone else, I desperately looked for one of Prue's lines that fit the "conversation" that Phoebe, Paige, Piper, Grams, Chris & Melinda Warren have during the prologue that points our The Curse, but couldn't find one. I also think Prue not being part of that (and just a flash of her during the clip from Pardon My Past) would make her appearance that much more of a surprise and a pleasure for the fans, which is why I had Penny & Patty appear first and then Prue make the grand entrance!

I also desperately hope that this is the way they end the show, with those three ghosts at the door, while the Charmed Ones are happily going on with their lives, but I won't hold my breath!
