My Season 9: 9.06 "Phoebe's The Boss?"

Teaser:

*It is night, a man is running through a dark, creepy alley!!! Behind him is a growing fog, and someone is laughing!! The man continues to run as the fog comes closer and grows bigger!!! He gets to his house, and tries to open the door, but he is struggling. The fog is right behind him, and the laughing gets louder and stronger!!! The man screams, as the fog reaches him!!! He finally opens the door, and closes it quickly behind him!!! The man sighs of relief, and walks up to his room!!! He walks through his room door and closes it!!! Then, fog begins to come through the bottom of the door!!! The man doesn't notice, but then the fog grows bigger!! Suddenly, the fog forms itself into a demon in black and white suit with a big black hat with a tear in it!!! The demon also has snowy white hair that comes partly through the tear in the hat!!! The man then turns around to see the demon then shouts!!! The demon speaks....!!!

Demon:"John.....John.....John, did you really think you could get away from me!!!"

John:"My God, what are you??"

Demon:"I am everywhere, I am everything.....I am.....the inevidable!!!"

John:"What do want from me, what have I done!!!"

Demon:"Hmmmmm....where do I begin!!!"

John:"I have done nothing but donate and serve to this community!!!"

Demon:"YES....THAT'S WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!! Giving, always giving!!! That's why I despise people like you, always giving, looking toward flithy and dirty human-being who don't even give a rat-behind about what you given them!!! That is what makes people like you weak, the good, the given, it....just.....MAKES YOU ALL WEAK!!!"

*The demon rushes to John and he suddenly disappears!!! John opens his eyes in fear and sees nothing!!! Just when he thinks he's safe, the demon appears behind and chokes him!!!*

Demon:"Don't worry, John, I burn the good out of you!!!"

*The demon then becomes fogs and enters John's body through his ears and mouth!!! John srceams as he feels the demon killing him inside!!! John goes crazy screaming, knocking all his books down and making a huge mess falling over things!!! He sscreams for the last time as he falls over to the ground!!! His eyes are melted, and blood begins to drip heavily out his mouth!!! Fog then comes out of John's body, and the demon forms itself again!!! The demon fixes his hat, and begins to laugh mancingly!!! The demon then becomes fog and slips away through the door!!!*

Opening Credits with Billie and Dex

Act 1:

*It's morning, we see Phoebe in her room getting ready for work!!! She looks kinda disappointed but still gets ready for work anyway!!! Piper is in the kicthen, with Leo talking!!!*

Piper:"Okay, this is really scary, I can't believe this!!!"

Lero:"Piper, it isn't that bad!!!"

Piper:"Yes, it is Leo......your cooking!!!"

Leo:"Yeah, I know!!!"

Piper:"When did you learn how to cook?"

Leo:"Well, you've been cooking such great meals all these years and I thought it is my job as your husband to return the favor!!!"

*Piper walks over and kisses Leo!!!*

Piper:"Thank you sweety!!!"

*Phoebe then enters the kitchen, smelling breakfast!!!*

Phoebe:"MMmmmm, Piper, breakfast smells great this morning!!!"

Piper:"Don't thank me, this time, all the credit goes to Leo!!!"

Phoebe:"Really!!!"

Leo:"Yeah, just a little favor back to my wife!!!"

Piper:"Headed to work?"

Phoebe:"Yeah, even though I really sad about it!!!"

Piper:"Ohhh, right, isn't Elise quitting today!!!"

Phoebe:"Yes, I just can't believe she's really leaving!!! I'm mean if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had such an amazing career as a columnist!!!"

Leo:"Than you should probably tell her that, maybe she might think about for a while!!! It might persuade her to...!!!

Phoebe:"Stay!!! No!!! As much as I want that, I can't just stop her from making this desicion!!! It her choice to live her life the way she wants and I won't intervene for my own personal reasons!!! The only thing I can do is support her!! See ya, guys!!!"

Piper:"Bye!!!"

*Phoebe leaves, then Leo lets Piper taste his cooking!!!*

Piper:"Mmmmmm, you are good!!"

*Cuts to Paige, with a charge in Seattle, Washington!!! Paige is healing her charge after a demon attack!!!*

Anne:"Ohhh, Paige, I'm glad you came as soon as you did!!!"

Paige:"Your a lucky lady, what happened?"

Anne:"A warlock attacked me!!! It was the first warlock I ever faced, I guess I wasn't ready!!!"

Paige:"That's okay, the first demon attack is always the worst!!! You see when I first became a Charmed one the Source himself was after me!!!"

Anna:"The Source... OMG, what did do to you?"

Paige:"Well, he tried to turn me evil, but thankfully my sisters came to me in time!!! Then of course, we vanquished the Source's sorry behind afterwards!!!"

Anne:"Wow, it must be great felling to vanquish a demon!!!"

*Paige finishes to heal Anne!!*

Paige:"Yeah, it is...wait!!! You didn't vanquish the warlock?"

Anne:"No, as soon as I called for you he disappeared!!!"

Paige:"Uhhhh, oohhh!!!"

*Then suddenly, the warlock appears behind them and takes out his athemey!!!*

Paige:"Get down!!!"

*The warlock shots lighting out og his hand!!!*

Paige:"Lighting!!!"

*Paige orbs the lighting back at the warlock, the warlock then blinks out before it hits him!!! Then reappears behind Paige to stab her, but Paige grabs the athemay out of his hand!!! She stabs him with it, and the warlock screams to his death!!! Paige then picks Anne up!!!*

Paige:"One of the rules about being a witch.....never let a demon that is after you get away, because they always come back!!!"

*Cuts to Phoebe at Bay Manor!!! All the workers are gathering in the front, where Elise is about to make a big annoucement!!! Phoebe comes out of her office to her the news!!!*

Elise:"Attention everyone!!!"

*All of the workers quite down, and Phoebe is in the back of them!!!*

Elise:"I'v gathered you all here for an important annoncement!!! Well, you all know how much I appreciate all of your hard work!!! These past years I've been the head of Bay Manor, have been the best years of my life!! I wouldn't be the successful woman I am today if it weren't for all of you!!! But during the tragic events that I went through a few months ago, I've realized that, there needs to be more in my life!!! That I think I can do more with life, and that I need to take the next step, beyond my work here!!! So that is why......I'm quitting as Head of Bay Manor!!!"

*The whole crowd is in shock, Phoebe gives a look of disappointment!!! Then one worker asks!!!*

Paul:"Well, if your leaving then, who is going to be the new head of Bay Manor?"

Elise:"That....leads me to my secong announcement!!!"

*Phoebe then gives a surprise look!!!*

Elise:"I've been giving it a lot of thought about who would take my place!!! And thought all have you have done your part, the person I am chosing has done more that all of you!!! This person has dedicated their work to Bay Maor, and has made it an even bigger success than it was before that person came here!!! I couldn't be more proud of that person than I am now!!! That is why, the new head of Bay Manor is......Phoebe Haliwell!!!"

*All the workers turn behind and look at Phoebe!!! Phoebe than gives the biggest shocked looked ever!!! All the workers then clap for her!!!*

Elise:"Well aren't you going to come up?"

*Phoebe then walks to the front as the workers continue to clap for her!!! Then she goes next to Elise, with a fake smile on face!!!*

Sorry about that. I do that all the time, I really do need to stop that habit. I hope you liked the first 5 episodes I wrote for my fictional season, if you read them.

Act 2:
*At the manor, Billie is taking care of the boys, again!!!*

Billie:"Okay, boys, you may have out smarted me the last time, but I'm on to both of you this time!!! Now both of you are going to sit and play, peacefully!!!"

*Wyatt then orbs Chris's toy at Billie's face!!! Then, Wyatt and Chris start laughing!!!*

Billie:"Very funny, boys!!!"

*The door bell rings, Billie goes to the door and opens it!!! It's Agent Murphy!!!*

Billie:"Hey, Agent Murphy, what brings you hear today!!!"

Agent Murphy:"Hello, Billie, are the sisters home?"

Billie:"No, Phoebe and Piper are at work!!! I think Paige is with one of her charges!!! Why do you ask?"

Agent Murphy:"I need their help with a case!!!"

Billie:"Maybe I can help!!!"

Agent Murphy:"Well, that's nice, but the girl's are more experienced and professional than you!!!"

*Wyatt then orbs another toy at Billie's head!!!*

*Billie is annoyed and Agent Murphy giggles!!!*

Agent Murphy:"Plus, it looks like your a little busy right now!!! Talk to you later though!!!"

Billie:"Bye!!!"

*Billie closes the door and turns to the boys!!!*

Billie:"Alright, now your in trouble!!!"

*Cuts to Phoebe and Elise in Elise's office!!!*

Phoebe:"Are you crazy?"

Elise:"I thought you would have been grateful!!!"

Phoebe:"Yeah, maybe if you told me before!!!"

Elise:"I tried too, but had your family emergency yet again!!!"

Phoebe:"Well, I can't be boss, I can't run around ordering people to do this and manage all these people!!!"

Elise:"Well, hun, your going to have to learn!!!"

Phoebe:"Okay, that's not the point!!!"

Elise:"The point is I chose you, because I believe you got what it takes to do this!!! For the past 5 years, I've never had a columnist with such tremendous work ethic and amazing writing like you!!! Of course, I've never had a columnist with so many family emergencies!!! But most imporatntly, your the only one I can trust with my legacy!!!"

Phoebe:"Is that suppose to make me feel better?"

Elise:"No, only you can do that!!!"

Phoebe:"I don't know Elise, I really have to think about this!!!"

Elise:"Alright go on home, but I want answer sometime soon!!!"

*Elise walks out the room, Phoebe then gives a very confused, and unsure look!!! Cuts to Piper at P3!!!*

Piper:"Okay, Joey put the lights over their, and Carlos, make sure the band's instruments get here!!!"

*Agent Murphy walks down the stairs!! Piper sees him!!!*

Piper:"Agent Murphy!!"

Agent Murphy:"Piper, how you been?"

Piper:"Great, and you!!"

Agent Murphy:"Not as good, I need your help on this newest case!!!"

Piper:"Now, well I'm kinda in the middle of my work!!!"

Agent Murphy:"Is your work more important then saving innocent people now?"

Piper:"No!!"

Agent Murphy:"Then I'm going to need your help!!!"

*Agent Murphy and Piper go to the back!!! They sit, and Agent Murphy then gives her pictures!!!*

Piper:"Why do alawys give me pictures of dead people?"

Agent Murphy:"3 people have died in just a few days!!!"

Piper:"So what's so unusual about these deaths!!!"

Agent Murphy:"Well, it's unusual because the victims outsides were perfectly find, while their insides were mutilatied!!!"

*Agent Murphy gives Piper a picture of their insides!!!*

Piper:"OHH MY GOD!!!"

Agent Murphy:"Exactly!!!"

Piper:"Okay, I've never seen anything like this!!!"

Agent Murphy:"So that's why Homeland Security is on this case, they think it might be some kind of deadly new virus!!! But I think it might be something like....

Piper:"A demon!!!"

Agent Murphy:"You tell me!!"

Piper:"Well, I don't know, what do the victims have in common?"

Agent Murphy:"Well, nothing really, expect that they were kind of known for being very charitable!!! The last victim, John Barrett, he was a huge donator for the Homeless shelters!!"

Piper:"So donators are being killed?"

Agent Murphy:"It seems so, especially when there's going to be a big donators banquet for the Red Cross tonight!!! The 4 organizers just arrived today, and we want to make sure they aren't harmed!!!"

Piper:"I think what we need to do is find them and keep them safe at the manor until we find out what this thing is!!!"

Agent Murphy:"One of the organizers, Rick Anderson, is saying at the Bernon Hotel!!!"

*Cuts to Piper and Agent Murphy at the hotel!!! They talk to the woman at the desk!!*

Piper:"Excuse me, is Rick Anderson in his room!!!"

Woman:"Yes, he is!!! But he insists not to be disturbed, he is preparing for his speech for the big banquet!!! May I ask why you need to see him?"

Agent Murphy:"We are with Home Security, and need to discuss a case with Mr. Anderson!!! He might be a potential victim!!!"

Woman:"Alright, I'll call and tell him!!!"

*Cuts to Rick in his room talking to the desk woman!!!*

Rick:"Okay, send them up!!!"

*Rick hangs up the phone, and walks into the bathroom!!! Then fog begins to come out from under his bed, and follows him into the bath room!!! The door then suddenly closes, Rick turns around!!!*

Rick:"What the hell? Are you the one from Homeland Security!!!"

Demon:"They can't protect you, no one can protect you!!! The day that you gave, lead to this moment!! Now I must clean the good that runs through you!!!"

*Rick screams!!! Agent Brody and Piper are right outside and here his screams!!! Agent Brody tries to open the door!!*

Agent Murphy:"I can't open it!!!"

Piper:"Step away!!!"

*Agent Murphy moves out of the way, then Piper blow the door open!!! Both of them run in, and Agent Murphy opens the bathroom door!!! The both are shock to see a lifeless Rick, with his eyes rolled all the way back!!!*

Piper:"No!!!"

*Behind them the fog slips through the room door, with laughs echoing out of it!!!*

(the exclamations points are killing me - lol) I'm actually starting to really like this. It kind of reads like a script. The visuals are pretty good, also.

An evil Fog.. makes me wonder if it's some kind of shapeshifter demon or something along those lines.

It's a good story, like I said before, it's ambitious so I can't wait to read how it turns out.

Act 3:

*At the hotel, police are all around the hotel. There are investigators and cops at Rick' room. Piper is on the phone outside, and Agent Murphy is talking to one of the investigators.*

Investigator:"Thanks for the info, I'll get back to you."

Agent Murphy:"Your welcome."

*Cuts to Piper on the phone, with Phoebe.*

Piper:"You need to look in the Book of Shadows, and find....whatever this is." "Ohh, and look for a demon that can melt the insides of an innocent."

*Piper hangs up and Agent Murphy comes over."

Piper:"So what did you tell him?"

Agent Murphy:"Pretty much the same as all the victims. So what's our next move?"

Piper:"Well, first you need to inform the rest of the donators to stop the banquet tonight, while me and my sisters find this thing and stop it."

Agent Murphy:"Well, the event is in about 5 hours, I don't know, if I can."

Piper:"Well, if you can't stop it, at least delay. We can't let this thing strike again."

Agent Murphy:"Alright, I'll try. Let me take you home."

Piper:"That's alright, I'll just call Paige to get me, while you get started on stopping that banquet."

Agent Murphy:"I'll call you if I do."

*Agent Murphy leaves.*

Piper:"Paige....Paige!"

*Paige orbs in.*

Paige:"What ever this is it better be demon related because I was helping a charge."

Piper:"Sorry, but it is."

Paige:"I'll tell you as soon as we get home."

*Paige and Piper orb away. Cuts to the girls in the attic.*

Paige:"Your the new boss of Bay Manor."

Phoebe:"Yeah, I can't even believe."

Paige:"That's great, I'm so happy for you. If anyone deserves it you do...."

*Piper concentrating on the Book flips through the pages, not even paying attention to Phoebe's news.*

Paige:"Uhhh, Piper."

Piper:"Hmmmm."

Paige:"Did you just hear your sister, she the new boss."

Piper:"Uhhhuuhh, yaay!"

*Piper says it in a sarcastic, and rude way."

Paige:"Piper!"

Piper:"WHAT!"

Paige:"What your problem?"

Piper:"Ohhh, Piage, I'm sorry but have you forgotten where in a middle of a demon hunt."

Paige:"Wow, and we've been doing this for how long, it's nothing new. I mean is it so much to congrat your sister on her new promotion."

Piper:"I said YAY!"

Paige:"Well you obviously didn't mean it."

Phoebe:"You guys, stop it, it's alright. I mean it's not like I really want it anyway."

Paige:"What do you mean?"

Phoebe:"Forget it, lets just get to the demon at hand."

Piper:"Found him..."

*Paige and Phoebe gather around the book.*

Piper:"I think."

*Piper reads."

Piper:"Mr. Qwells, once one of the richest man in the world in the 17 century, was cruel and bitter man. He would con men and women, taking their money. He despised the poor, and would pay murderers to have them killed. One day, the town had enough of his acts and formed an angry mob. The mob stromed into his mansion and killed him in his sleep. They cut him open and burned his insides. Then they burned his mansion and giving his money to the ones he had wronged. But before his death, the rich man made a deal with the Source that would turn him into being of unimageable evil. Mr. Qwells' soul became feeled with so much evil that not even hell itself could hold him. He would hide himself in the form of the fog that surrounded the world, only to appear to the people who give and not take like he once did. Killing them feel the burning of their insides like he did."

Phoebe:"Wow!"

Paige:"Okay, I don't whether to feel bad for him and hate him like every other demon."

Phoebe:"I know, just because your a rich, cruel man, no one deserves to die like that."

Piper:"Well, it said we can't vanquishes him because his made up of fog!!!"

Paige:"Well, then how do we."

Piper:"God, it doesn't say!"

Phoebe:"It's okay, Piper."

Piper:"No it's not, you should have seen that how that guy looked. I mean I've seen died innocents and ones killed right in front of me. But never have I seen a innocent look so horrifingly left died like that."

Paige:"Well, will find a way to stop him, don't worry."

*Phoebe gives a concurred look, then speaks.*

Phoebe:"Okay ladies, I have a plan so listen. Piper, you told Agent Murphy to stop the banquet but call him back and tell to let the banquet happen..."

Piper:"Uhhhh...

Phoebe:"Don't ask any questions just do it!"

*Piper goes to the phone.*

Phoebe:"Paige, I need you to follow the other organizers of this banquet and make sure this thing doesn't get to them before we do."

Paige:"Got yay."

*Paige orbs out.*

*Billie walks in the attic.*

Billie:"What can I do."

Phoebe:"You keep watching the boys."

Billie:"uuuhhhhhhh."

*Phoebe giggles and goes to kitchen. Cuts to Paige, she is watching one of the organizers as he enters his home. Paige keeps her distance, while she watches him inside. The man goes in the kitchen to eat dinner, while fog begins to collect behind him. The man does not notice but Paige does. The fog forms Mr. Qwells, and the man turns around in shock.*

The man:"Oh my god!"

Mr. Qwells:"Ohhhh, no, god has nothing to do with what I'm about to do to you."

*Mr. Qwells swings the man against the wall and the man screams. Paige then orbs behind Mr. Qwells.*

Paige:"Don't mean to but in, but that's my innocent your about to kill."

Mr. Qwells:"Get out of my affairs witch, I have no business with you."

Paige:"Well, you kind of made it my business......knife."

*Paige orbs a nearby knife at Mr. Qwells, but it goes right through him, Mr. Qwells laugh.*

Paige:"Ohhh, right, you made up of fog."

*Mr. Qwells forms into fog and attacks Paige.*

Paige:"Uhhhhh....FOG!"

*Paige orbs the fog through a windows and Mr. Qwells reforms outside. He is mad.*

Mr. Qwells:"You were lucky, but you can't save them all."

*Mr. Qwells disappears in his fog form."

The man:"What was that?"

Paige:"Someone trying to desperately end this banquet but trust me, I won't let the happen."

*Paige helps the man up.*

Act 4:

*It's night, Phoebe is in the kitchen finishing a potion when Piper comes in.*

Piper:"I just got off the phone Agent Murphy and the banquet starts in half an hour."

Phoebe:"Great, I'm just done."

Piper:"Is that a potion?"

Phoebe:"Yeah."

Piper:"For what?"

Phoebe:"Well, I've been thinking. You know how Mr. Qwells isn't really flesh, jush made up of fog."

Piper:"Yeah!"

Phoebe:"Well, hopefully with this potion we can use that to our advantage."

Piper:"Uuuhhhuh."

*Paige suddenly orbs in.*

Paige:"Okay, All the organizers are at the banquet, which by the way wouldn't be if I hadn't saved one of them."

Piper:"He attacked another innocent."

Paige:"Yeah, and he was pretty pissed off when I swang him through a window so we better head to the banquet fast."

Phoebe:"Let's go."

*The girls exit the kitchen, then cuts to the Red cross banquet. A lot of people are there gretting each other and sitting done. The girls all orbs outside banquet hall, and look inside.*

Paige:"There's the organizer I saved."

*The girls watch as he goes to the stage, he begins his speech...*

The man:"Welcome to 9th annual Red Cross Banquet here in San Fransico, all your donations will be all to victims of sickness, poverty and desperation. It is because of your efforts that all the unforunate people of the worls will have a better chance to live in hope and prosperity...

*Cuts back to the girls in the hall.*

Paige:"So what do we do?"

Phoebe:"We wait until he attacks."

Paige:"Yeah, who knows how long that will take."

Piper:"Not for long...look!"

*Piper shows the girls the fog that is moving through under the tables. The crowd doesn't notice it, then the man finishes his speech.*

The man:".....So enjoy yourselves and let's give as much as we can."

*The crowd claps as the fog gets closer to the man on stage. The girls at fantic.*

Phoebe:"Okay, we need to follow him."

*The girls enter the banquet, when the man walks off the stage and shakes some other man's hands. Then he goes into the back, to another hall. Right behind him the fog grows, grows, and grows until it forms Mr. Qwells.*

Mr. Qwells:"Hello again!"

The man:"Oh no, not again."

*the girls then enter the hallway to see the man scream as he is being pull away by the fog. The girls follow it to the stairs where the man disappears.*

Piper:"Where did they go?"

Paige:"I don't know!"

*Then the girls hear the man screams again outside the building.*

Phoebe:"The back alley!"

*The girls orb to the back alley where they see Mr. Qwells attacking the man.*

Paige:"HEY!"

Mr. Qwells:"Not you again!"

Paige:"And I brought the calvary!"

Mr. Qwells:"You may have delayed me before, but you can't stop me from giving him his faith."

Paige:"I think we can....oragnizer...manor!"

*Paige orbs the man to the manor.*

Paige:"We'll keep him away from you and all the people you try to kill away from you."

Mr. Qwells:"NOOOOOO!!!"

*Mr. Qwells turns into fog then attacks, Paige and Piper move out the way and he goes into Phoebe's body. Phoebe quickly throws the potion to Piper. Piper catches it as she screams....*

Piper:"PHOEBE!"

*Phoebe falls to the ground, and shouts to Piper.*

Phoebe:"Hit me with the potion!"

Piper:"What!"

Paige:"But Phoebe, what if...

Phoebe:"Just do it!"

*Piper throws the potion, it hits Phoebe and breaks. Suddenly, the fog exits Phoebe's body and Mr. Qwells begins to scream as he evaporates in the air to death. Paige and Piper got to Phoebe and pick her up.*

Piper:"Okay, what was that potion?"

Phoebe:"A heat potion, I though since fog is made up by rain, that I could literally evaporate him to death. But the only way I knew it could work is if he possessed one of his victims."

Paige:"Giving him a taste of his own medicine, that was great thinking Phoebe."

Piper:"Yeah....almost even leadership material."

*Phoebe then gives a smirk. Cuts to Bay Manor, Elise is packing her things in her office, when Phoebe knocks.*

Phoebe:"Can I come in?"

Elise:"Sure."

Phoebe:"You knoe I been thinking a lot about this and...

Elise:"You were right Phoebe, I should have probably have told you about this in advice. I guess I just thought you would have wanted this job more than anything. I mean when I became boss, I could wait until the first time I could give an order. But if youdon't want the job, I can call one of the columnist for it."

Phoebe:"Don't you dare!"

Elise:"What do you mean?"

Phoebe:"I mean, that just like you, I think I need a life change for myself. And being boss, couldn't be a better one."

Elise:"So your saying...."

Phoebe:"Yes, I'll take the job."

Elise:"Ohhh, Phoebe."

*Elise suddenly hugs Phoebe tightly, Phoebe gives a confused look!*

Elise:"You don't know what you have done for me. I mean....you don't knw what you have done for yourself. And don't worry, your gonna love this job, I promise."

Phoebe:"Thanks."

*Elise goes to the door, then turns around.*

Elise:"If you don't my me asking Phoebe, what changed your desicion?"

Phoebe:"Well I realized that taking charge is something I'm good at....and I also had a little life or death experience myself."

Elise:"Well, I'm glad you here."

Phoebe:"Me, too."

Elise:"Good luck, kiddo."

*Elise leaves, while Phoebe goes around the desk and sits down in her new boss chair.*

Goes dark, ending credits!!!

You know, I actually enjoyed the story very much. It read very smoothly and I liked how the story of saving the innocent and Phoebe's decision ran side by side to help her with what direction she should go in her life. Just like a real episode.
