Part One:
It's the year 2023 and it's on the Eve of the death of The Charmed One's, they died 10 years ago today and the Halliwell family were pulled apart. Piper and Phoebe Halliwell and Paige Matthews died on January 1st 2013, Wyatt Matthew Halliwell the oldest that is now 20, Chris Perry Halliwell, 18, Melinda Prudence Halliwell that is 16 and the youngest Matthew Samuel Halliwell that is 9 saw the whole horrible thing were they saw there mothers die a painful, heartbreaking death. Matthew's father Kyle and Melinda's father Jason also died that day and the only other living part of the family is Wyatt and Chris's father Leo Wyatt and the cousin's Grandfather Victor Bennett.
But months after there death Leo took his gifted boys Wyatt and Chris out of The Manor and right out of the two remaining Cousins lives, they went to a neighbouring city leaving Melinda, Phoebe's daughter and Paige's son Matthew with Victor back at the old Halliwell Manor. They cousins never met again untill now January 1st 2023 the day that 10 years ago there parents died and the day there Wyatt and Chris's father Leo was going to be killed.
It was 10 O'Clock in the morning and Victor Bennet was in the kitchen of the Halliwell Manor making breakfast for Matthew when the door of The Manor flew open and a rather drunk and tried Melinda Halliwell came stubbling through the door after a New Year's Eve bash at her friends house.
"Melinda Prudence Halliwell what time do you call this!" Victor bellowed down the hall as he watched his Granddaughter struggle to even close the front door.
"Cut me some slack Grandpa it's New..New Year's Day" Melinda replied as best she could, she was very much like her mother like she was as a teen.
She missed her mother more than Matthew as Matthew never really got to his, Melinda smoked, drank and partied and it was worse this time of year one the Eve of her mothers death and she was so like her it hurt Victor to control her incase it would make her worse.
"I was worried sick" Victor said trying to keep Melinda from falling over.
"You shouldn't of, I'm not worth it, I'm a losy cousin, losy witch and I'm thick you should of just left me to die last month!" Melinda cried.
"I know its hard but your mother would want you to move on" Victor comforted her.
"This has nothing to do with her she was a crap mother, she left me!" Melinda cried out.
"Don't be like this darling, don't let Matthew see you like this" Victor replied.
"I'm useless why can't my mom be here, I need her" Melinda shouted.
"Ssh, Matthew is still a sleep" Victor tried to carm her down.
"Grampa why did she leave me, why did magic do this to her, why can't she be normal why can't I be normal" Melinda cried.
"Come on lets go into the kitchen and talk about this" Victor said taking his Granddaughter into the kitchen.
Melinda has the power of Clairvoyance and Levatation like her mother but also has Temporal Statis like her Aunt Piper, while Matthew Paige's son has the power to Orb, Tele-Orb and Glamour just his Mum but there is one problem they know there backround but cause of having a Non - Magical Grandfather they don't know how to use there powers. But it's very different for there cousins that haven't seen in 9-10 years they have full control over there powers, Wyatt has his Fource Fields, Telekinesis, Orbing, Moleculaur Combustion, Glamouring, Healing, Thought Projection, Tele - Orbing and much, much more while brother Chris has Orbing, Glamouring, Telekinesis, Tele-Orbing and a few other too even tough there father and the Ex Elder Leo has no powers and is totally human.
Wyatt was out in town again with his girlfriend Vannessa having a early morning strole that they usual did in between Wyatt's Demon Hunting. Chris that was at home alone was sitting looking through the Book of Shadows when The Book closed it self and Chris saw four parts of the broken triquetra. He had never seen it before, it had never been there before cause after all this time there was only two that must mean that they need there cousins to come into there powers. Then the Book flipped to a empty page, Chris jumped back and writing started appearing:

You need The Power of Four to fight what lies ahead, The Power of Four is the core to your happiness. You need your cousins to save your father, a secret message.

Chris approched the Book again and knelt in front of it, he placed his hands on the page where the message was he then whipped a tear from his eye and closed the Book. He got back up and started to walk away then the Book opened again to the message and Chris turned back.
"You don't give up do your Mom" Chris said to himself.
He then closed the Book picked it up and put it away back in the trunk in the study. He then came out of the study and closed the door, he went back to the sofa sat down and the Book orbed it self in front of him opened out to the page To Call A Lost Witch.
" Powers of the Witches Rise, Course unseen across the skies." Chris started reciting.
"Come to us who call you near, Come to us and Settle here, Blood to blood we summon thee, Blood to blood return to me."
Back at The Manor Victor held the sixteen year ol Melinda in his arms and all of a sudden she pulled away she heard Chris recite the words in her head. Victor starred at her wondering what's wrong,
"Did you here that?" Melinda questioned.
"Here what?" Victor answered.
"Chris!" Melinda cried.
"Chris, what's wrong was it one of them visions?" Victor asked.
"No, I could just hear him, blood to blood um... across the skies!" Melinda mumbled.
"What does it mean?" Victor asked.
"I'm not sure, do you know where Chris and Wyatt are?" Melinda asked whipping the tears from her face.
"No!" Victor said giving a straight answer
"Grandpa if you know you have to tell!"Melinda pleads.
"I don't know!" Victor sighs "I wish I did"
