Just Another Day

Chapter One


Piper stumbled down the stairs, sleep still in her eyes. She made coffee and poured some for herself. As she sipped, she read through the newspaper. It was quiet this morning.

Phoebe must have already gone to work, thought Piper. At the sound of footsteps, Piper turned her head to see Paige come in, looking fully rested. "Good morning," she sang. She put a lock of her shoulder lenth red hair behind her ears and grabbed a cup of the coffee Piper had made.

Piper smiled and passed Paige a section of the paper. "Hey sunshine," Piper said teasingly. Paige smirked and narrowed her eyes. "So I take it you didn't sleep so well," Paige said. Piper shook her head. "I don't know why. I just couldn't sleep," Piper replied.

After a while, Paige got up. "Well, I'm going to get dressed." She turned to go up the stairs. Piper caught Paige just before she left. "Paige, I'll be at the club ok? I have to help a band set up for tonight," Piper said. Paige nodded.

"I think I'll stay in today," she said. Paige went into her room and slipped on a pink short sleeved sweater and white pants. She walked up to the attic. What she hadn't told Piper was that she wanted to read up on her spells and potions for the day. She climbed up the stairs and into the attic. She placed the Book of Shadows in her lap.

As she flipped through, Paige came across a spell she had never seen before: To Multiply Your Strength By Three. Paige whispered the words to herself. "Take my powers blessed be, multiply their strength by three," she said.

Suddenly, she doubled over in pain. She felt like her body would split open. The pain passed. When Paige got up, there was another Paige on either side of her. "Uh oh," all three Paiges said.

Good so far.. sounds like what happened to Prue when she was battling a demon that would steal powers through a sword I dont remember the name.. haven't watched that season in a while but she was tripled to 3 Prues.. correct me if im wrong though

no youre right. it was called Which Prue is it Anyway? and it was a pretty good epi. this one is a bit different. alos, if you have read the Charmed book called 'A Tale of Two Pipers', you will understand it better.

Chapter Two!

Paige backed away from the two Paiges beside her. "Stay away from me," she said, holding up a finger. Paige hurried down the stairs and grabbed the cordless phone. She quickly dialed P3 and waited for Piper to pick up.

Piper sat in the club going over the books while the stage crew set up. The phone beside her started to ring. Piper put it in the crook of her shoulder and answered, "Hello?" It was Paige. "Piper, we've got a serious problem," Paige said worridly from the other end. "Paige, what happened?" Piper asked. She stopped what she was doing.

"Ah, I can't explain. Just come home! And call Phoebe," Paige said. She hung up. "Dammit," Piper said. She grabbed her purse and called Phoebe on the way back to the manor.

Phoebe sat at her desk, typing away. She had only 30 more minutes to finish her column. Her fingers flew over the keyboard and she finished the last sentence. Sunddenly her office phone rang. "Hello?" Phoebe said. "Phoebe? Paige needs us at the manor," said Piper. "What happened?" Phoebe asked. "I don't know. But whatever it is, it's big," Piper said.

Phoebe hit print on the computer. "Ok. I'll turn in the column and head over there," Phoebe said. She hung up and ran a copy over to her assistant. Then she grabbed her purse and coat and headed to her car. Phoebe pulled in right behind Piper. They both got out and Phoebe walked up to Piper. "Wanna tell me what we're up against?" Phoebe asked. She walked with Piper to the door. Piper dug out her keys.

"I have no idea. But Paige better explain," Piper said, irritated. As soon as Piper and Phoebe walked in, they saw Paige rush toward them. "Oh! Thank god," Paige said as she ran over to them. "Paige what the hell-" Phoebe started. She stopped when two more Paiges came down the stairs. "Oh no. You didn't!" Piper cried.

Paige shrugged and smiled sheepishly. They all turned to the two Paiges, who were standing there with their arms crossed. Piper glared at Paige. Phoebe stared with her mouth open wide. Piper lifted a finger up to Paige. "you are in soo much trouble," Piper said.

Chapter 3!!!!!!


"I can't believe you did this! What the hell were you thinking?!" Piper ranted at Paige. "Piper. Piper! PIPER!" Paige called. Piper stopped. "Ok first of all, I didn't read the spell. I whispered it. I didn't even say it out loud. Second of all, I didn't know it would make THREE of me," Paige said. She hadn't meant to, and everyone makes mistakes. She felt like Piper wasn't giving her a break for one little mess up.

"Paige," Phoebe said. "Prue tried that spell four years ago. It cloned her and it was a real pain in the ass. We just didn't want to have to deal with it again. But I don't really know how exactly to fix this. Prue had a reason. So what's your reason?" Phoebe asked.

Paige shrugged. "I just wanted to study up on my magic, which I did. Doesn't that mean they should be gone already?" Paige asked. Phoebe put her hands on her hips and sighed. "I don't know. Piper?" Phoebe said, turning to Piper. "i don't know either. But let's work on a reversal spell," Piper said. She started up to the attic. Phoebe glanced at Paige before following Piper.

After they went upstairs, one of the other Paiges grabbed a coat. "Where are you going?" the real Paige asked. The second Paige turned around. "I'm going to P3 and hanging out all night. I wanna have some fun," she said. The real Paige grabbed the second Paige's arm. "Oh no you don't. You're not leaving this house," Paige said, She pulled the second Paige away from the door.

The second Paige turned and smirked. "Oh yes I am." She chanted.
"Spirits, hear my call
Sheild me from Ms. Know-It-All,"
The second Paige said. Then she orbed out. The real Paige tried to sense her, but had no luck. "Ugh!" Paige said. She turned to the thrid clone. She just stood there, watching the whole thing. Then she went over and laid on the couch to watch tv. The real Paige walked over to her. "What are you doing?!" the real Paige asked angrily. "I'm doing whatever I want. Relaxing," replied the third clone.

Paige threw up her hands and stalked upstairs to Piper and Phoebe. When she got up, her sisters had a spell written on a piece of paper. "Ok. Time to clean this up," Phoebe said. She and Piper took Paige's hand and chanted.
"We call the spirits from up above
Put back together the Paige we know and love," they chanted. Paige looked around. "I think it worked," she said. Suddenly they heard Paige laugh. Piper turned to Paige. "What's so funny?" Piper asked. Paige looked at her. "Thant wasn't me," she said. Her heart sank. The spell didn't work.

Paige, Piper, and Phoebe walked halfway down the stairs. They peered over the banister and saw the third Paige clone watching tv. "I don't understand. That spell should have worked," Piper whispered. Phoebe looked up at her. "Me too," Phoebe whispered back. Paige looked at them, worried. "What do we do now?" Paige asked. Piper looked around. "Wait, where's the other you?" Piper asked. Paige cringed. "She uh...cast a cloaking spell. I can't sense her anywhere," Paige said.

Piper looked up at the cieling. "Leo! Leo!" Piper called. She walked down the stairs, Phoebe and Paige right behind her. Leo orbed in. "What is it? What's wrong?" he said, seeing the look on Piper's face. "Paige cloned herself, and one of them escaped. She cloaked herself." Leo closed his eyes. After a minute, he opened them. "I can't sense her,' he said.

"I could cast a spell to bring myself to her," Paige suggested. Piper looked over at her. "Can you?" Piper asked. Paige nodded. "It shouldn't be too hard," she said. Phoebe looked over at Paige also. "Call us when you find her. That way, we know where you are and we know that you found her," Phoebe said. Paige nodded and closed her eyes. After a moment, she had her spell.

"To find the clone that got away,
I cast this spell to light my way
Show me where she now hides
And take me there, to her side," Paige chanted. She felt herself being teleported. When she opened her eyes, she was in a club. Not P3, but a different club. She looked around for her clone.

Suddenly she turned around and saw her clone making out with a guy! The guy was definately not Paige's type. Paige stormed over and yanked her clone up and away from the guy. Her clone looked at her. "What the hell is wrong with you?!" the clone asked. The clone yanked her arm out of Paige's grip. "Look, I don't have time for games! You're coming with me," Paige said angrily.

But her clone wouldn't listen. Paige pulled out her cellphone. "Piper," she said when she dialed her number, "I need help. This clone will not budge!" Paige said. "Ok. I'll have Leo orb over," said Piper. Minutes later, Leo was at the club. He found Paige watching her clone. "Ok, let's get your clone out of here," he said. But it was too late: the clone orbed out in the corner of the club.

"Great!" Paige said, frustrated. Suddenly, Paige felt the room spinning. She fell to the floor. Leo bent down to help her. "Paige are you alright?" he asked. Paige nodded. She stood up and went into the bathroom to orb out. Leo was going to track her clone. Paige orbed back to the manor.

When Paige got there, she collapsed onto the ground in front of the stairs. Her head ached, and she felt like she was on a really fast merry go round. She heard footsteps and voices, but she couldn't make them out. Then everything went black.

Piper heard a bang down stairs. She grabbed Phoebe and they both ran down. Piper gasped when she saw Paige laying on the floor. She and Phoebe helped Paige's limp body over to a chair near the other clone, who was also laying motionless.

Phoebe bent down and felt Paige's wrist. She had a pulse. Phoebe turned to Piper. "She has a pulse, but it's really weak." Phoebe lifted a hand to Paige's forehead. She pulled it away quickly. Paige's head was as hot as fire. "Piper! Paige is burning up," Phoebe said, a lump forming in her throat.

Piper looked at Phoebe and checked the other clone. "Oh god, this one is too," Piper said. She went back over to Phoebe and hugged her. 'Don't worry," Piper said into Phoebe's ear. "Paige isn't going anywhere," she said. She hoped Leo could bring back the other clone. And fast.

Paige opened her eyes to see Phoebe sitting beside her. A washcloth was in her hand. It looked damp, and Paige figured Phoebe must have been using it on her. "Ph-Phoebe?" Paige mumbled. Phoebe looked over at Paige. "Shhh. It's ok honey. Just rest. Leo is getting your other clone," Phoebe said. She left the washcloth on Paige's forehead. Paige could hear Phoebe walking away.

Paige took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Everything t would be ok. She was sure. Her sisters and Leo wouldn't let her down. They had to save her. She just hoped they could get to her in time.

Leo orbed in and Piper jumped up. In Leo's arms lay the last clone. She was the same as Paige and the other clone. "Lay her there," Piper said, pointing to the couch in the conservatory. Leo looked into the living room and saw Paige. "What happened?" he asked, concerned. Piper shook her head. "I don't know. They're all like this," Piper said. Leo hugged her, and told her it would be ok.

"I know what happened," Phoebe said, walking in to where Piper and Leo were. "Paige split into three. They're not clones. They're part of Paige. Don't you see? Each one has been acting different. Not at all like Paige. They're her different sides of her personality," Phoebe explained.

"Can you say long shot?" Piper asked, still holding on to Leo. "Ok, Piper, look. We'll write a spell and this time, we'll have all three Paiges say it with us," Phoebe said. She grabbed a pen and started writing. A few minutes later, they had their spell. Piper made sure all the Paiges held hands. Then she and Phoebe grabbed the original Paige's hand. Then they started the chant.

"Take her powers now undone
And turn her back into one."
Suddenly, all three Paiges glowed so brightly, Piper and Phoebe covered their eyes. When the light died down, Paige was one person. Phoebe rushed over to her side and removed the washcloth.

"She doesn't have a fever anymore!" Phoebe said happily. Piper also went to Paige's side. Paige was alseep. "Ok, let's cover her up. She needs to rest," Piper said. They put a blanket over Paige and went to bed.

The next morning, Paige woke up on the couch. She sat up quickly, trying to find the other Paiges. The room was empty except for her. Paige heard voices in the kitchen, so she got up and walked in. Phoebe and Piper were sipping coffee like normal. Paige looked aroun for her clones.

"What happened to my clones?" she asked. Phoebe looked up. "Gone. For good," Phoebe said. "Yeah. So maybe we should put a warning label on that spell in the Book. We don't want future generations to use it," Piper said. Paige say down at the table. "Well, at least everything is back to normal," Paige said. "Whatever that is," said Piper. All three sisters laughed.
