I really want an Avatar but I don't understand how to get them. I went to my profile but it says you need to put in the URL. I thought I knew a lot about computers but I don't understand how you can get a URL of a picture. Please help.

ok when you see a picture you like right click it and look for properties then it should say the URL copy that and paste in in the box that says to put it in

I tried doing what you said to get the url and then putting it into the space provided on my profile. but it didnt seem to work. anyone know why?

i got it to work, i was putting a picture in that was too many pixels

i'm now trying to put a picture in my signature but when i copy and paste the url it just comes up with that. do i need to do this differently?

u gotta use image tags.. like [img insert url here [/img]

obviously u close the first img part off with a ] but I had to leave it off so u can see what i wrote.
