It's been seven years since 9-11-2001. Whenever I think of 9-11, I always remember this song, which Alan Jackson performed at the Country Music Awards in October 2001.

Yeah, I know. I still remember what I was doing when I heard about the news. I was in Highschool, 4th period, social studies, and my teacher always had the news on, and that's how I found out about it. I was so sad to see those people with tears in their eyes.

It still makes me sad thinking back to that day!

i was still in grade school, too young to be expected to remember yet i remember everything about that day. Going home not understanding what was happening watching t over and over on the TV not fully getting the whole picture. But after a couple days i caught on and I inderstood completely, it was awful.

I had just come home from work when i heard about it.
A streamer about a special news broadcast was running underneath the picture of Star Trek TNG, about the attack and that we should stay tuned after TNG had ended.

I was only 7 years old at the time and I was still living in Scotland at the time and even I knew something seriously bad had happened even though I didn't understand it. And now 7 years on there is still the same fear. There was the 7/7 bombings down in London and the attempted bombings on Glasgow last year it makes you realise how precious our lives are.

I was to young to know what was going on, but I still knew that something bad had happened. Every time I hear that song it makes me want to cry becasue it's such a beautiful and ad song at the same time. My grandparents were on vacation when they had heard about this. They were eating some where and they said that the television had showed futtage of what was happening to the Twin Towers. They were wondering what was going on but when they found out it wasn't exactly a great day.

I was on the way to the Doctor with baby in tow and it blew my mind I found out when I walked in the doctors office. I never thought something like that actually happened until that day it became real.
