Introduction To Story:

Nothing, but a pen drop was heard in the Halliwell Manor. Nothing, but a distant sound of wind, coming from the open door. Had the Charmed Ones finally gone? Had death really sprung upon them? Every room was empty. Nothing was out of place, but nothing was found to be inside. If the manor was anymore empty it would be a area of air. Wind seemed to pick-up and just outside the manor the trees were blowing. The sunlight seemed to be nearly gone. Just past sunset it seemed. The sky was dark, as if it was about to storm. The wind was so strong it could have knocked down a skyscraper. Luckily the wind was only picking up around the manor.
What was that gleaming light. The one that seemed to be showing off around the manor. The manor was rising into the air as if it were floating off into space. Golden glows' formed around it. It rose further and further into the air till finally...POOF...it was gone. There was nothing left. Nothing, but a hole. A rather large hole. One that used to hold the manor. One that used to keep the Charmed Ones out of damaging storms,frightening winds', and cold winter nights'.
Into time we travel back. Back to before the manor disappeared. Back to before the Charmed Ones had vanished. Are the Charmed Ones dead? Were they gone because of death? Or was there another reason? I can't wait just as you can't. I want to find out what happened to the Charmed Ones, the Manor, and Everything good in this world. Let's travel back,back,back to before this all happened. Let's find out the reason the Manor,the Charmed Ones, And the good vanished from this world forever...or so you think...

Chapter 1- Demon Attack

KA-BOOM!!!! You hear coming from the attic. The Manor shakes as you hear stumbling footsteps racing up into the attic. Phoebe Halliwell was the, dancing sister, one who entered the attic. She analyzed here sister Piper laying in the floor. The potion table was tipped over and there were things' out of place everywhere. " Piper, what did you do? " Phoebe asked racing to wards her sister. As Piper reached her feet she puffed at some hair that had fallen across her face. Then turned to her sister frowning.
" I was just working on that protection potion, the one Gram's never got to finish, well I can't figure out the ingredients she wanted in it...It's driving me crazy! " Piper began to pick things' up. Piper is pregnant with a little girl. She can't wait till she is born either. Melinda Wyatt-Halliwell was the beautiful name Leo and her had selected. The middle name was yet to be decided. Finding our way back into the story, Phoebe began to help Piper pick things' up. " Gosh, this is a lot of work! " Piper proclaimed as the two finished. She then walked over to the attic couch, and sat.
" Honey, you're pregnant, of course it's a lot of work for you! " Phoebe said, laughter nearly over clouding her voice. She then followed and took a seat beside her sister.
" I feel fat... " Piper announced rubbing her very popped and viewable belly. Phoebe smiled and rubbed her sister's stomach.
" You're not fat, you're just carry another human being inside you...Oh, when are you going to go find out if it is a boy or a girl? " Phoebe asked excitedly.
" We're not, like I told Leo, I'm destined to have a girl, and whether or not that destiny is still intact, I have not a clue, but I rather be surprised then to know... " She began to slowly get up. " I need to work some more on this potion, I need to finish it for Grams... " Piper said, but was hit with a contraction. She grabbed her stomach, and clutched her back. The pain shot through her stomach like a knife to the heart. " Wow that was a big one... " She said as the pain finally began to stop.
" Yeah, let's just be careful about how far apart the contractions' are... " Phoebe said as she became her bubbly self again. She hated when Piper had contractions'. The life her and her sisters' lead she never knew for sure if it was a contraction or a demon attack. She always prayed it was just a contraction, but sometimes they weren't so lucky! Phoebe stared at her sister who was making her way to wards the potion stand. " Maybe you should give it a rest Piper, you've been working day and night on that potion, you need to go get some res-" She was cut off. She gave an odd look at the sudden crash she heard downstairs'. She looked at her sister with confusion.
" Was that a- " Piper stopped as Phoebe finished her sentence.
" Crash, yes I believe it was, you stay here I'll handle it! " Phoebe said putting her hands' up as if telling her sister to stay or she would ground her for leaving the attic. Phoebe then rushed off not caring as Piper began to speak.
" But... Phoebs! " Piper said as she stood there slightly angry. Phoebe raced down the stairs', but stopped on the mid of them. She noticed her baby sister was fighting a demon. A demon she herself had not yet seen before. She raced down to wards the stairs, then flipped off of the banister. She kicked the demon right square in the back of the head. Paige moved as the demon flew forward and landed onto the ground. Phoebe landed on her feet then leaned forward. Quickly popping back up, her hair flew out of her face. Paige rushed over to her sister Phoebe.
" Say this with me, I found it in the book earlier! " Paige had a piece of paper in her hand. She held it out and the two began to chant.
" From time to time, from place to place, let this demon, now erase... " The demon lit an energyball as the two continued to chant. Piper finally not being able to handle the anxiety in her system, rushed down stairs. She was just at the last row of stairs' as she turned to look at the demon. The demon smiled seeing Piper Halliwell, the pregnant Charmed One, coming down the stairs'. He aimed his energyball and threw it to wards her. Piper was just in time as she turned she flicked her hands' exploding the energyball, but it still had an impact upon her. She flew a few feet in the air and then slide down the wall. Scratches and burn marks' appeared on her. Phoebe freaked out and stopped chanting.
" The spell isn't strong enough yet, we need Piper to! " Phoebe said as she levitated into the air and kicked the demon in the nose. He fell to the ground in a heap from the impact. Phoebe levitated down then headed to wards Piper. The demon once again stood up and hurled an energyball to wards Phoebe. Phoebe had Piper in her arms', and looked up to see an energyball heading for her face.
" ENERGYBALL! " Paige yelled as lights' corrupted it and Paige shifted it back at the demon. Phoebe breathed deep as the energyball disappeared. Paige was hoping it would kill him, but just in time the demon shimmered out, and the energyball flew into the wall. Burn marks' and smoke appeared on the light colored wall as Paige rushed to wards her sisters'. " Is Piper ok... LEO! " Paige yelled looking at the ceiling. Swirling blue and white lights' appeared and formed into Leo. Paige looked at him and pointed to Piper. " Heal her she was shot by an energyball's impact! "
" What happened? " Leo said angrily.
" I was hunting a demon, and then Phoebe came downstairs- "
" I told Piper to stay upstairs'... " Phoebe cut off Paige. Leo began healing Piper. Piper wasn't badly wounded so it healed rather quickly.
" I can't stay up there forever, I need to fight! " Piper said angrily as her husband helped her to her feet.
" Honey, you're pregnant, you can't fight like that anymore! " Leo said annoyed.
" I can't completely just give up! " Piper said as she became annoyed as well.
" You don't have to give up, look all we're trying to say is try and take it easy! " Paige said trying to be calm.
" How can I take it easy with a demon attacking every 5 seconds! " Piper said turning away from her sisters' and walking up to ward her room. Paige began to follow, but Phoebe stopped her.
" Let her go, Leo you can go talk to her, but we need to go check the book for more information on that demon! " Phoebe said as Leo nodded. Paige looked at Phoebe and was about to speak, but Phoebe was already on her way to the attic, and Leo had orbed out. Paige huffed then followed the middle sister into the attic...

This is really good, Serenity! I really liked the introduction...it really pulls you in, wondering what happened. And the first chapter started off the story wonderfully...lots of action to keep you interested. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to the next chapter.

I agree with Jenna, the introduction hooks the reader, and then questions started to arise about the where-abouts of the Charmed Ones

The charcters have their orginal personality, and love the fact Piper is having Melinda!!

Leo is his usual, same as Paige in the demon tracking...Phoebe is in character too!

I don't know for sure how many chapters' a day I will be making, but I'm hoping I might be able to finish this before Friday. I have this huge Band thing Friday and won't be back till like Midnight, so yeah. Anyways here's the second chapter!}


Chapter 2- The Appearing Potion!



Standing in the attic, Phoebe and Paige were mixing a potion. " I swear I didn't see the potion before! " Paige said referring to the potion they were now working on.
" Are you sure you just weren't paying much attention? " Phoebe asked trying hard to concentrate on the potion.
" I'm sure, I looked that page over and over again, but seen no potion! " Paige said as she looked at Phoebe she was giving an Innocent look.
" Ok shush, I need to concentrate, it doesn't matter anymore, all that matters is that we got the potion now... " Phoebe began working on the potion again. Paige nodded and walked over to where the book usually sits upon. She lay against the stand. Her arms' resting upon it.
" I can't take this anymore! " Piper said sitting at the edge of her bed. Leo walked over, sitting down beside her, he put his arm around her. He took her into his arms'.
" Your sisters' and I are just trying to help, we don't want anything to happen to you or Melinda! " Leo said trying to make Piper understand why they were all being so protective. Piper shook her head and pulled away from Leo.
" I'm a witch though, it's in my blood to fight,I can't just quit because I'm pregnant... " Piper stopped. " I'm turning into Mom... " She said. She then began to think, her mother used to be exactly like this. When Patty was pregnant with Phoebe, she wouldn't stop fighting for nothing, and look were that got her. Piper stood now and walked over to the far wall. She stared toward it. Her eyes showed worry and hurt. Her sisters' were doing the right thing, so was her husband. How could this be though. Piper was born to fight. She couldn't just give it up for pregnancy. That's like telling her to give up her life. Leo stood up and slowly walked over to Piper. He put his arms' around her softly.
" You're not your mother okay, you know better, and plus, you have sisters' and me that are going to help you through this! " Leo said comforting his lovely wife. Piper smiled and closed her eyes.
" I just can't wait to get back out there and fight! " Piper said springing her eyes open. She then pulled away from Leo. " Let's go see what their up to in the attic! " Piper smiled and took Leo's hand. She lead him into the attic and Phoebe was already putting the dry potion into 3 different small sacks'. Paige was now standing beside Phoebe again and had her head in her palm. The two looked upon entrance of Piper and Leo. Paige smiled as she seen Piper smiling.
" You okay? " Paige asked walking over to her eldest sister. Piper nodded and let go of Leo.
" Yeah, I kinda understand why you guys' are being so protective, I feel like I'm turning into... Mom... " Piper stutterted out. Paige had water glistening her eyes.
" Oh honey, don't worry, you're not mom and plus you got us to help you through this, you know we're here for you! " Paige said laying a hand on her back. She rubbed softly and Piper nodded.
" I know, Leo and me talked and I guess I should give it a rest, just a tad though! " Piper looked at her sisters'. Phoebe looked up and began to cross the room.
" Okay, got the potions', all we need is the demon now! " Phoebe said staring at the two girls' and Leo. Paige looked at Leo.
" Why don't you go and ask the elders' about the demon, Michael, is his name, and he is just like nearly every other demon, but he has a certain power called paranoia? " Paige said looking questioningly at Leo. Leo nodded.
" I'll head up there now! " He gave Piper a kiss and smiled. " Be back soon! " Piper nodded as Leo disappeared like an angel and was gone. Piper turned to her sisters'.
" Do you have any idea on how to track him? " Piper asked staring at the two.
" Well all we have to do is get something of his in the next attack, and then scry with it later. " Phoebe said as Paige looked at her elder sister and nodded. She then turned to the eldest and smiled.
" Hopefully we can then track him and finish him off, all we were doing was wounding him, but next next time we're gonna vanquish him! " Paige said smiling. Piper nodded. Phoebe smiled at the two.
" In the mean time though, I need to head to work... I at least need to get my column done on time! " Phoebe said smiling as she waved at her sisters'. " Bye! Love You Guys'! " She hugged them both, then bent to kiss Pipers' tummy. Then she was heading down the stairs, grabbing her car keys' and jacket off the side table, opening the door, closing it, then jumping in her car heading to wards The Bay Mirror. Paige turned Piper.
" I heard you were having trouble with that protection potion, we can work on that if you like? " Paige said smiling as Piper smiled and nodded. Paige and Piper then headed to wards the potion stand to grab the book. They then head downstairs for a list of ingredients they could use...

The Piper and Leo interaction is perfect, though i didn't like her whinning in the show, but you got her to a T!

Also Paige coming in at the end to help her with her protection potion was very ideal, she was the one who was interested in the the challenging potions, not Piper. it worls out freat though
