Round One Create a 500x250 banner using at least Three Charmed Characters that are NOT one of the four sisters! You may use any fonts, colors, names, glitters, and animation if you like... Rules 1. You may have two entries per person 2. Don't tell anyone what banner/s is/are yours 3. PM entries to me 4. Deadline for this round is November 5th with Voting up the next day... *Voting in poll form* 5. The entries that get theirs in before the deadline are the only ones moving on to the next rounds. No others can join after that! Winners will be moved to next round - there are 4 rounds total... is it okay to use the sisters as a background? like can they be transparent and the other people be solid and clear to see?

I would have to say no on this as the object is to create a banner without the sisters in it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As a PM question was sent in asking if you could use more than three characters I have modified the above to using at least 3 characters. |

Can I please use LESS than 3? You need to use at Least three cast members that are not the sisters. I entered mine and was wondering if you have to enter two like Nicholas asked already? I got your Mystery and no you don't have to enter 2. |

RATS!! I was hoping the contest would be all banners, but with different topics! Oh, well.
Just so people don't make stretched banners as wallpapers. Those look HORRIBLE!
Also, when the other contest did banners, some of the people got all upset because they said that the icons and/or task bar is supposed to be set a certain way and not everyone knew that. So did you want these set up a certain way?

Thanks Nicholas. I did mean graphics competition and not just banners, sorry about the mistake  To answer some questions: Nicholas: "So we can make it 1024x768?" Yes, you do not have to make it 800x600 this is the minimum size it must be... Esmeralda: "So did you want these set up a certain way?" No they do not have to be a certain way but I am afraid you will need to wait until the next comp because this is limited to those who entered the first round and they are,

Welcome everyone to the third round of the contest! Clare and Piper Halliwell: You have already made it to this round! Congratulations... For the third round there is a twist! Either Mystery or Nicholas will be back into the contest and only that person and I will know about it... Let the games begin  Round Three Contestants!
