When you're first starting out WMM can be a good way to figure out if making vids is even your thing. I personally used WMM for about a year before I got anything else. It may not be the best maker (by far) and doesn't have nearly as many capabilities as other programs but there's nothing wrong with starting out with WMM. And I have seen some amazing vids come out of WMM.
