In one of my classes we've been studying Chinese Cultures- in one way Phoebe (Like some Cupids said to her before) She was afriad of letting love into her heart because she was afriad of getting hurt in the end...

This reminds me of liberation from desires to avoid feeling suffering.

Does that fit with her personality? She seems like she would do anything to have love, but when it comes to the chance she blocks it out and excuses herself from it - blaming the guy

I don't think she's like that. With Cole, she fought for him for a really long time. She even gave up her sisters to be with him. With the other guys, they left her after she told them who she really is. She has a good heart but bad luck.
