Hey guys! I was in History class today, and I started randomly thinking: if I could meet anyone in history, who would it be? So who would you want to meet?

I'm stuck between two: Anne Boleyn and Marie Antoinette.
Anne was in such a horrible situation. I feel so sorry for her, so I guess if I met her, I'd warn her about what was going to happen or something.
Meeting Marie would be interesting. I bet we'd both be shopping at every single store we could find, lol!

There are 2 that i can think of.
I would travel back and try to change the history of the Titanic, so she safely arrived in New York. But meeting Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy back in the 1930s could also be fun, i would tell them NEVER to sign up at FOX Studios.

You obviously don't know much about Anne, she was a manipulative person, she knew exactly what she was doing when she went after Henry. I wouldn't warn her i would warn Henry but i guess if Anne wasn't in the picture my country would not have had such an amazing queen.

That's not the way The Other Boleyn Girl spun it.
I think that everyone THOUGHT that, but in reality, she was the victim. I mean, didn't her father just want power and money? So he basically sent Anne to her death.

Don't learn everything from movies Cara
In my school we learn this extensively because i'm in england. Yea her father did want power but so did anne.
the reason the film was like that was because they needed to make Anne seem like a victim, they changed allot of the facts in the film, not at all like MY history lessons

If her father hadn't offered her up like bait, she never would've been put in the situation.

Anne Boleyn just wanted a piece of royal power, like most of the other women, Henry got together with. Jane Seymour, who sadly died in birth was the only one that seemed to actually be in love with Henry, wanting his children. She died doing so.
Who would I like to meet?
Martin Luther King.

Completely agree, i think Jane was the only one that Henry really loved too.
