If the virus scan is negative and if your computer continues to run without any problems then don't worry about it.

Your files aren't going to just disappear when you leave. I get annoying messages like that all the time and if it doesn't affect my daily usage I don't think twice about it.
You did a scan...came up empty. End of story. If you're really THAT worried then you need to get an external harddrive as a backup. But again, I don't think you need to freak out over this.

Its good that you deleted it, its Malware. Malware is a type of trojan that is used to infiltrate, steal informations or even damage your computer beyond repair. The origin of it is said to be Italy, since it was discovered there for the first time on December 14th 2008, so its rather new. Thats why there hardly is any information yet. www.prevx.com/filenames/X1466191802229814095-X1/SILUGIHI2EDLL.htmlNicholas, due to this i suggest you go threw the entire list of sites you normally visit and get rid of those who looks questionable, especially new sites you have added to your favorites, since you have become infected with something so new as this one is. Sites that can be infected are sites that has downloads, popup adds and lots of re-routing when opening something. If you don't use Mozilla Firefox as a browser, i suggest changing to that one, since Firefox also prevents these sorts of infections to happen, it simply shuts down the connection to the site and gives you are warning about what it thinks is to strange about the site it shut down the connection to.
