Ok, so I know there are other graphics and video competitions going on but this one will be different.
Each month, a task will be set and anyone at all can send in an entry (except the person who has set the task/won the previous month's challenge) and then people will vote for the ones they like.
The winner of the month won't receive any prize except the knowledge that they won and the chance to set the task for the next months round... so if you won January's, you could set the task for February.
Understand so far?
There would be no rules except the obvious ones - all work must be your own and get it sent in by the deadline.
There will probably be 2 weeks to get the entries sent in, 1 week for the poll then the remaining week, the person who won can decide what they want the task to be.
But there would be some guidelines which would be set by the person who sets the task - so a guide to the sizes, themes, colours, etc. The challenges wouldn't be as "strict" as some of the other competitions as it would be more about having fun and getting people involved.
The tasks could be anything to do with graphics - wallpapers, banners, blends, cd covers, magazines, etc - it's up to the person who sets it.
I will set January's task on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd and also exlplain a little more - this means I won't be entering January's round since I set the task.
What do you think?
