No worries, this took me a long time to figure out too. If you have the picture saved on your computer, you need to upload them onto an image hosting site...the best being photobucket photobucket.com/
(you just have to sign up for your free account...and the uploading instructions are pretty straight forward.) Once the site gives you a 'url' you can just copy and paste it into your post and share your pictures. Sorry if that's confusing...I'm not the best person to ask about computer stuff. PM me if you want me to attempt a better elaboration:)
