I listened to it on the radio at work while still working. Found Obama's victory speech in Grant Park in Chicago a LOT more emotional. I wish I could've been *there*; I'm glad I wasn't in Washington.
Funny, but I kept thinking about the old basketball cheer:
"Action, action, action, boys!
You make the action; we'll make the noise."
Hopefully in four years most Americans (and most humans) will agree that this was TRULY a very, very good thing for all!
Might be too much to hope for, but if you're gonna dream, might as well dream BIG!

I watched it on a lot of channels from RTL4 to Ned 2 to CNN and the BBC! Watched untill the Ball what was on at 1 am Central Europe time!
It was late but I did watch it!

Yep! It was beautiful, a truly amazing moment in history! ;D (And, it marked the END of the Bush Era!!  ) I just wish I could've been there in person. |

I watched it on BBC1 and i have to say i loved his speech. It was really weird to see history happen.
