I used to write a lot as a kid, thanks to my awesome teachers who gave me all the support and stuff. My teachers would probably tell you I was bright but above all, I loved to write. So I'm in Art class the other day, and we had to draw something we drew in the fourth grade. So I think of the series I wrote/drew. I'm going to try and recreate it for old time's sake.
I forgot the title I used back then, or even if I had a title, so I won't name it.
So without further ado, here's a recreation of my stories from elementary school.
Fiona and AJ are on their way to meet the princess in foreign land when they are attacked by an unknown troll. They are rescued by a young lad that goes by the name of Trik, who joins their team.
Fiona and AJ walk along a purple dirt road, surrounded by nothing but red grass. The sky is dark yet white as ever, causing a pleasantly eerie vibe.
AJ is wearing his typical green shirt with blue jeans. His wild blonde hair and blue eyes mirror his pale skin perfectly. "Fi, I'm not sure this is a good idea, what if..."
"Relax, AJ. Do you want to get this spell from the princess or not?" Fiona's beautiful long brown hair flows behind her, just like her red dress. Her cherry brown eyes are a lovely asset along with her plush red lips.
"I do," AJ says. He then hears something. "Wait!"
Fiona stops and hears it too. "AJ. I feel something horrible coming." Her psychic vibes are going off as she sees a dark luminous shadows approach them.
AJ instantly knows it dangerous. He summons a ball of fire and holds it.
Fiona covers her eyes, "AJ, you know how much my powers are weakened when there's a huge ball of fire so close to me."
"Sorry, but it's the only way to strengthen mines."
Fiona's mental and mystic powers were a complete contrast to AJ's physical and grounded ones. They weakened each other and were still learning how to use their powers together.
The dark figure is upon them now. It is tall, wide, and has ugly black skin with alarming blue hair. AJ throws his ball of fire directly at it's head.
The ball of fire, hits the beast and it doesn't even flinch. Instead, the fire is absorbed in it's skin and hair, causing it's skin to become even blacker and hair brighter.
"Damn. Fiona, your tun!"
Fiona wastes no time in summoning her magics. She whirls her arms around as an invisible forces surrounds them, one you cannot see but definitely feel. She focuses on a specific spot on the beast. It's chest. She then wiggles her fingers as purple sparks seem to form in her hand.
She holds the sparkling purple energy and closes her eyes. She then tosses it at the monster's chest, hoping her spell worked.
It hits the beast's chest and nothing happens. AJ looks at Fiona. "What the hell was that?"
Fiona shake her head. "It was suppose to shrink him."
The beast is now right at their feet when another figure jumps from nowhere. It is a boy, not much older than AJ himself.
The new boy is wearing a black tee shirt with purple pants. Bold in fashion he is. The boy lands between AJ and Fiona. "Your magic won't work on this troll."
Fiona and AJ look at him.
"My name is Trik," he says as he takes out a little silver ball and tosses it at the troll.
The ball explodes and ropes shoot from it, tying up the troll all over. The troll falls and is then shocked from the ropes. The troll screams and is unconscious.
AJ nods in agreement. "Cool."
Trik smirks. "I know."
Fiona does not like his cockiness. "Who are you, anyway?"
"I am Trik. A refugee and creator of fine technology. If you got it, I can take it apart, and make it something a hundred times better."
AJ says, "Dude, your a lame."
Fiona interrupts, "Wait. A Refugee? Are you being hunted down by someone we should know?"
Trik shakes his head, "No. I fled from my home years ago. We were being enslaved by a race of minotaurs. They wanted me to make them weapons. Weapons that would kill my own people. I refused and escaped."
"Wow, dude, you escaped from minotaurs? How awesome!" AJ likes Trik way more now.
Fiona doesn't know, "I don't know. But since you seem to know this place better than we do, perhaps you can help us. We're on a mission to get a spell from the Princess. A spell that would help save our friend."
Trik eyes her suspiciously. "The Princess doesn't share her spells. But there are ways to get them. Come! I have a teleporting device, but it only has six charges, so this better be worth it."
"It is!" AJ and Fiona says at the same time.
Trik then drops a piece of metal on the ground. It whiffs them in a puff of smoke and they were gone.
I know. Corny, lol, but it was better when I was little.
