Well I want my room re-done with an American theme to it. If you ever come here, you need to come visit me here in Washington State. That would be awesome! What I would want for Christmas is.........to travel to see my friend Beth is Arkansas. Haven't seen her in a year. I miss her!

I got my biggest Christmas wish this year--my nephew who has been in Iraq for the last two years came home safe and sound and drove up from Texas where he is based and was home for Christmas despite the snow storms! My hug from him is the present I'll remember the most.
For the first time in two years, my whole family spent Christmas Eve together--me, my dad, his girlfirend, my 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 sisters-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law, 7 nieces, 5 nephews, 1 nephew-in-law and 1 niece-in-law were all there. We're all alive, all have our health, everyone who wants to be employed is. There was a lot of good food and wonderful conversations as we caught up with each other. There were no fights during the day as there sometimes is; we all had a fantastic time together.
My dad, his girlfriend and I went to Midnight Mass, something I've always wanted to do and never had a chance to and it was absolutely beautiful. Then today, despite terrible weather, Dad got me home safe and sound and he just called to say that he has got back home safe, too.
I got gifts, but I couldn't tell you what they were--I'll have to check my bag and remind myself--but my other Christmas wish--a perfect family Christmas--definitely came true.
