LOL, been there done that - if you could only see all the plotlines I've come up with! I'm very good at coming up with plotlines; not so good at actually writing the stories. That's why I work best with a co-writer; most of my fics would've never been written without one.

It sure is. And let me tell ya, if that fic ever came to fuition, I'd most definitely read it. So very, very true! Trust me, SoC -- she's a hard one to keep on track, but it's a fun challenge.  |

As I'm sure you've noticed in some of the threads, I'm Queen of the Tangents - one thing will make me think of something which makes me think of something which makes me think of something else and I'm *way* off-track!
But Primrose does a great job keeping me on track, as our "Our Screwed-Up Destiny" proved.

The Source should have been the main big bad. The series main villain. The one behind the scenes. And we should have not seen him. Only told about him.
In the final battle do not have sisters vanquish him. But simple banish him back to hell. They could have made it that he was trying to escape hell. And in the final battle the sisters prevent and stop him.

And in the final battle the sisters prevent and stop him. I would've preferred that. Which I'd what we got in S1 and S2. It really felt like the Source was from Hell by the way he was spoken about in S1 and Rex mentioning Hell. But they changed it to the Underworld and threw out any references to the Devil. The Source's original design looked more Devil but then S4 came along and the Source of All Evil was just a demon as ruler for 500 years. In fact All Hell Breaks Loose implies The Source really might be from Hell. That he doesn't typically show up in the Underworld apart from serious matters. Preventing the Source from escaping Hell. Maybe that could've tied into the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Stop the Apocalypse and prevent the Source from rising. Add big stakes for the last episode. Apocalypse Not really felt like a plotline to use near the end of the series, where the stakes are so high to save the world. |
