In COMIC BOOK form! I spot this at another site: This was posted at TheDemonsJumble: According to deviantART artist David "Dave" Hoover (Tarzman), comic book/graphic novel publishing company Zenescope Entertainment may be coming out with a comic book based on Charmed.
He has posted the following on one of his model sheets:These are an example of his drawn model sheets: By the sounds of the article, this seems to be actually happening and in the progress of really being made. I'm excited! ;D Especially if Kern has nothing to do with this, this could truly be fun! We might have more Charmed to talk about!! By the way, click on the drawings if you want to see an enlarged image. The best part about comic books is that now truly ANYTHING could happen to the Charmed Ones, and the demons could also look like anything! |

In comic books anything is possible... so we could have some plots resolved and have some actual fun demons that are enemies.

It seems as if every cancelled show in the fantasy/science-fiction genre is jumping on the comic book bandwagon, recently.
I certainly won't be reading them.

Problem being is that the guy doing the comics has no idea about what has happened in Charmed and has never watched an episode. Sure he'll have writers to assist him but lets hope they are not as uneducated (charmedwise) as he is.

From what is said, it doesn't sound like this guy would be *writing* the comic books; only illustrating them. Hopefully they'll find someone who knows and loves Charmed to write it--preferably a fan over a professional writer who knows nothing about our show. Of course, there's no way this would be better than 'Harmed, written by Teshik and illustrated by Paydnz. Oh, if only THEY would be the ones doing the comics--even ljones would enjoy that one--well, IF she has a sense of humor...  |

Here's where I found them: 'Harmed, The Comic StripsAnd here's links to some of Teshik's fics: Teshik's FicsThey joined together to put out an interactive game which is just about the funniest/fun Charmed item I've ever seen! Not sure if you can still get it, but if you love the comic strips and fics even HALF as much as I do, you could PM either one to find out. But fair warning--some/most of their stuff is DEFINITELY R-rated! So kids under 18, stay away unless you get parental permission first! |

Ohh, I'll read it. I love Charmed. Even with it's flaws in season 7 and 8. I am 100% fan. I'll be reading the comics. |

Well, I would certainly buy the first one unless I found out that Kern had anything to do with it; then I wouldn't. If I did, it would depending upon how "Charmedy" it is if I'd keep buying it. But if it's as bad as S6-8, no, I wouldn't keep buying it just because it's Charmed. No need to spend my money on something I'd never read.

EDIT:I showed my little 10-yar old sister the Charmed ones as comic book characters and she was pissed when she didn't see Prue. ;D |

A little more information, this was posted by Tarzman, on deviant art on Feb. 4:
"As far as I know the three girls I did the models for are the only girls that will be the lead characters in the comic. I never watched the series, so I am unfamiliar with the guy characters, but they obviously aren't concerned about their likenesses. I'll tell you what, keep in touch, and if I have any questions about the show and what has happened in the past I might need to get some help from you. The last I spoke to Zenescope about the book they told me they were having trouble getting a writer approved by the studio. That was months ago, so I figure they must have crossed that hurdle by now. I'll probably start on the book after I'm finished the book I'm presently working on"
