The issue isn't out yet, but with the preview pages that are out comes a couple of spoilers. Since the issue isn't oout yet, I thought I'd keep those as spoilers. We've got some familiar faces in this issue. Some we've seen in previous issues such as Cole and Kyle and others are brand new including Sam who makes an appearance to try and heal his daughter and a photo of Prue as a little girl with Piper and Phoebe. Sure it's just a photo, but it still marks Prue's first official appearance in comic form and I think it's worth noting. In the four preview pages we get to see all three Charmed Ones and all three of their husbands. Artist Tess Fowler's Phoebe is very well done as in her previous issue, but her Paige might well surpass that. All three sisters look great. Piper still needs some work, but is greatly improved and looks a lot more like Piper. The likenesses of the guys (at least on these four pages) is not as good with the exception of the first appearance of Sam. His likeness is pretty good in my opinion. Out of the likenesses in the previews, I'd say his likeness is in the top three. Of course this is only from the previews. Every time I see more about this issue I am so very eager to read it. With all the build up I have given it, I hope that it can live up to my expectations. If you'd like to see the previews, check them out here: comicbuzz.com/zenescope-previews-for-62211/ The photo I mention is not there, but I can locate the link if anyone is interested. The photo was cropped from an unknown page later in the issue and posted by Tess. It is not colored. She also posted two of the colored pages in their uncolored form. If you don't want to wait for me, her twitter account is TessFowler and that is where you can find the links.

This issue was brilliant. I thought that it flowed really well. The art was brilliant once again. Tess has a knack for likenesses. Her Phoebe was slightly toned-down from Issue 6, but she improved the likenesses of Piper and Paige, as well as her awesome likenesses of Sam, Coop, Henry, Grams, Patty and Victor! Milen Paranov fluffed a few things up with his colouring, though, such as Paige's hair being red at the start of the issue but brown by the end of it.
I loved the interactions between the characters, with my favourite scene being how Victor comforts Henry about life married to a witch. It was really touching, and it was nice to know that Victor does actually care about Paige, something that I don't think was really touched on in the show.
I loved Phoebe. In both issues 10 and 11 she's reminded me of old-school Pheebs who can spell her way out of any mess, this time with she uses her part in the Power of Three, the Power of One, to psychically connect to her sisters. Brilliant!
Rennek was funny and Neena's plan is slowly coming to fruition. I really love Neena, I don't know what it is about her that makes her so interesting. I like how she's essentially rebelling against the Elders and the Angels of Destiny. Pretty baddass.
Piper finally trusts Cole and bites into the apple and returns home. Paige goes with Kyle into the Afterlife and meets some familar faces. I LOVED this. With a passion. Not only do we see how much Paige misses her adopted parents, but she really wants to see Prue!
Paige: "But Prue? Will I finally get to meet my sister?"
It was so touching and heartfelt. I really want them two to meet! But was Prue in this issue? No, she wasn't, unfortunately. However, I have a HUGE feeling that Prue will be in issue 12 as Patty says "She won't be able to join us for this", meaning she won't be a part of whatever Patty and Grams have planned in the Afterlife with Paige. I'm hoping this means she's currently elsewhere doing something else in regards to the big plan.
I loved the last page. The Warren Matriarchs in the Manor (in the afterlife), with non other than Melinda Warren leading the charge!... so to speak.
I love Ruditis. Seriously. This is literally the third time we've seen Melina Warren in the entire series, the other two being "The Witch Is Back" and "All Halliwell's Eve".

I got my own copy and I agree with most of what you said. I don't think Sam looked anything like Sam or that Grams looked like Grams (although she looked a lot more like Grams than the last time she was here), and, worst of all, Melinda Warren looks nothing like herself except for the blonde hair, but the rest were pretty amazing. For once I actually saw some of Brian Krause in Leo.
And the plotline...I've always hated the whole Grand Design idea and I really don't like how Kern screwed up the Elders and the Angels of Destiny with the whole Grand Design crap, so a bit like how I was rooting for Zankou in Season 7, I'm rooting for Neena in this one. If there's a way for the Heavens, the Earth and the Underworld to not go bye-bye but still have the whole Grand Design crap go bye-bye, I wouldn't complain one single bit!
I really liked Phoebe (and Paul) using the original Charmed spell to connect her with her sisters, and also like the talk that Victor had with Henry. Not triple-sure if I agree that the girls need their guys' strength (I still think the sisters are more powerful when they're not in love), but it works nicely in the story.
And TOTALLY loved the picture of Prue, Piper and Phoebe - *that's* how Prue should've been shown up on the wall at the end of Forever Piper, I mean Forever Crap, I mean Forever Charmed.
Not triple-sure what's going on with Cole - I definitely don't think we've seen the last of him - I'm just hoping Phoebe's last two girls - the only kids we haven't seen yet - don't end up being quarter-demon. I really do like Coop a lot more than I did during the show and think he's the right guy for Phoebe a lot more than just as her daughter's father as he was on the show.
From what I've heard, the next issue is the last one of this current arc. Although I definitely liked the earlier arc better, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what happens next. I just hope that Zenoscope doesn't make us wait too long...

Yes, Es, Issue #12 is the last issue in the arc and the last issue for Volume 2. Issue #13 will be a Piper-centric one-shot (like how issue #6 was a Phoebe one-shot after the first arc), and then Issue #14 will kick-start a new arc, but we don't know how long that arc will last.
Issue #12 is currently due out just under two weeks from now, on the 6th of July =D
One thing that I love about the comics is that each issue's title is a kind of pun, like the show's episodes. Ruditis is doing a great job at continuing the show, in my opinion. I just hope that his charm isn't short-lived.
And I agree, having kid-Prue in the photo on the wall at the end of Forever Charmed would have been a great way of honouring Prue without using Shannen's image. I'm so glad that Ruditis had this included.
