Questions I'll probably be asked:
"Is this a Power of Nine story?" Yes and no.
This series will feature the nine cousins of the next generation of Halliwell witches but there will be no "Power of Nine" prophecy, and none of the cousins will be the second coming of The Charmed Ones - they will not remake or replace The Power of Three.
The episodes will feature all of the cousins in one form or another, but they won't all be the focus of the episodes. Some episodes will favour some characters and not others. For example:
Episodes One to Three are split between the nine cousins. * Episode One focuses on Wyatt, Chris and Melinda, * Episode Two focuses on Penelope, Charlotte and Grace, * Episode Three focuses on Henry, Pandora and Samantha.
The three episodes interlink in a way, but they're three separate stories. This is so you can get to know each character better since the three episodes are focused on the respective cousins, and not spread thinly across all nine cousins.
From Episode Four onwards the cousins must work together to overcome the challenges that life throws at them. However, they're not ALL the main characters. That'd be too hard to follow.
However, there will be the occasional episode that will feature all of the cousins in important roles.
"Why don't all the girls' names begin with a P?" I thought it'd be pretty damn boring to have six girls with names beginning with P. But I have a compromise. Each sister has one daughter who's name begins with a P.
Piper ~ Prudence Melinda Phoebe ~ Penelope Paige ~ Pandora
Also, the reasoning for their names will be explained in Episode Zero.
"What is Episode Zero?" It's a prequel episode that acts as a guide to the series - imagine it as the Issue #0 of the comic series. It explains why the children were named the way they were, what powers they acquired and when they first gained them, and what was going on in the Charmed Ones' lives when their children were growing in magical power. It also acts as a kind of transition between the legacy of the Charmed Ones and their children.
"Why aren't the episodes listed in a single fanfic with each 'chapter' representing an episode?" I prefer the model of having each episode as it's own fanfic with each chapter representing the portion of the episode that is aired between adverts/commercials, with five chapters in total. This way I get to show off the episode titles more - which I'm very proud of xD
Also, this format gives me an easier time of updating the series, as I don't have time to sit down and write 22 18,000+ word stories at a time. This way I can write smaller chunks of the story when I have the time and update more often.
"Have you written any character bios?" I have. There's one on the main website (link in the previous post) and one in my FanFiction.net profile, which can be found in my signature below all of my posts.

As you know Josh, I have read episode one and thoroughly enjoyed it. My reviews are all on FF.net, although please tell me when Episode 0 is up, I'm interested in reading ! Just to point out to everybody, this is a great series, a real different twist on other 'Next Gen' fics, I reccomend it highly.

Oo, I've just finished reading episode one. There were little bits of cheese that I wasn't too keen on but hey, it wouldn't be Charmed without those moments!
But I just want to know whether Jeff is good or evil - has he just witnessed some of Melinda's witchy antics and taken an interest? Or is he a baddy? Though I can't see a demon reading a book on white and dark magic.

@astral Echo - Woop Yeah, I wanted to 'embrace the cliché', so to speak, as Charmed is rife with those moments. It wouldn't be Charmed without some cheese xD I just don't want to get to Season 5's level of cheese, though. I'm glad that Jeff is keeping you intrigued! What did you guys think of the plot? I wanted to make it as plausible as possible and not be a complete retcon, as I felt that the villain has his story totally messed up in the season. I just wanted to give closure to it's story that wasn't totally butchered.

I thought it was handled very well but the vanquish was one of those slightly cheesy moments but the pay off was worth it. I like that you made the shadow "human", so to speak, giving him an identity.
Does Piper and Leo take a step back now? I felt as if they played quite a big role in this episode but I'd like to see more focus on the three siblings themselves.
I also liked the cute scene between Wyatt and Debbie. Out of interest, who would play her if this was a real show?

The parents play a medium-large role in the first three episodes, but from episode four onwards more focus is given to the children. For the first three episodes I wanted to show how the kids interact with each other and with their parents before letting the parents take a back seat. Hmm... now that you mention it, I don't know! xD I really should cybercast my original guest characters. Any suggestions? =] EDIT: I forgot to mention that I have a treat for you guys! I can't embed this image into fanfiction.net, but I can show it you here. It's a little "Book of Shadows" entry that I made for this episode =] Kinda spoilery, however:

Has anyone read what's available of Episode Two yet? I really wanna know what people think =] @astral Echo - Not that I don't like your suggestion (I'm glad that you're suggesting ) but she's just not quite what I envisioned. I'll have to keep digging.

I've read the second story so far; can't wait for more.
Your action sequences in the first story could have been a little tighter. They were hard to follow. The Umbris demon was a good creation though, nice job there.

Thank you for the input I'll definitely keep that in mind for future action sequences.
